为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明的是,在本申请中涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
参阅图1所示,是本申请提出的电子装置一可选的硬件架构示意图。本实施例中,电子装置10可包括,但不仅限于,可通过通信总线14相互通信连接存储器11、处理器12、及网络接口13。需要指出的是,图1仅示出了具有组件11-14的电子装置10,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
其中,存储器11至少包括一种类型的计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器 等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等。在一些实施例中,存储器11可以是电子装置10的内部存储单元,例如电子装置10的硬盘或内存。在另一些实施例中,存储器11也可以是电子装置10的外包存储设备,例如电子装置10上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。当然,存储器11还可以既包括电子装置10的内部存储单元也包括其外包存储设备。本实施例中,存储器11通常用于存储安装于电子装置10的操作系统和各类应用软件,例如信用卡催收案件自动分案程序等。此外,存储器11还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的各类数据。
处理器12在一些实施例中可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、或其他数据处理芯片。处理器12通常用于控制电子装置10的总体操作。本实施例中,处理器12用于运行存储器11中存储的程序代码或者处理数据,例如运行的信用卡催收案件自动分案程序等。
网络接口13可包括无线网络接口或有线网络接口,网络接口13通常用于在电子装置10与其他电子设备之间建立通信连接。
通信总线14用于实现组件11-13之间的通信连接。
图1仅示出了具有组件11-14以及信用卡催收案件自动分案程序的电子装置10,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
可选地,电子装置10还可以包括用户接口(图1中未示出),用户接口可以包括显示器、输入单元比如键盘,其中,用户接口还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口等。
可选地,在一些实施例中,显示器可以是LED显示器、液晶显示器、触 控式液晶显示器以及OLED触摸器等。进一步地,显示器也可称为显示屏或显示单元,用于显示在电子装置10中处理信息以及用于显示可视化的用户界面。
在一实施例中,存储器11中存储的信用卡催收案件自动分案程序被处理器12执行时,实现如下操作:
A、根据预定义的案件优先级别列表,确定各个待分配案件的优先级别;
B、根据预定义的案件优先级别与业务人员处理案件的优先级别之间的映射关系,确定处理各个优先级别的案件的业务人员;
C、将确定的同一优先级别的案件平均分配至处理对应优先级别案件的各个业务人员,根据预先确定的案件调配分析规则,分别分析处理各个优先级别案件的业务人员的案件属性,确定是否有确定的优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配;
D、若确定有处理确定的优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配,则根据预先确定的案件调配规则,调配处理该优先级别的案件的各个业务人员的案件。
本申请所述的信用卡催收案件自动分案程序可以应用于月初的平均分案或者月中的案件填坑。在一实施例中,将本申请所述的信用卡催收案件自动分案程序应用于月初的平均分案,在月初需要进行平均分案时,根据预定义的案件优先级别列表,确定各个剩余待分配案件的优先级别;再根据预定义的各个业务人员对应处理的案件优先级别,生成预定义的案件优先级别与业务人员处理的案件优先级别之间的映射关系,根据生成的映射关系,确定各个业务人员处理的案件优先级别;
需要说明的是,在本实施例的另一种实施方式中,首先需要确定是否有预定义的特殊案件,若有,则将预定义的特殊案件预先分配至对应的业务人员,在本实施例中,预定义的特殊案件指的是有业务人员预留的案件,或者是预先确定的特殊项目组的案件,例如QCCIM2AUTO案件,若存在有业务 人员预留的案件,则将所述预留的案件分配至该对应的业务人员,若存在特殊项目组的案件,则将特殊项目组的案件平均分配至该特殊项目组的各个业务人员;然后,将确定的同一优先级别的案件平均分配至处理对应优先级别案件的各个业务人员;根据预先确定的案件调配分析规则,分析处理同一优先级别的案件的各个业务人员的案件属性,其中,案件属性可以是,例如案件金额,案件到期日期等,确定是否有优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配;若确定有优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配,则根据预先确定的案件调配规则,调配处理该优先级别案件的业务人员的案件。
在本实施例中,其中,预先确定的案件调配分析规则可以是,例如:
分别获取处理该优先级别案件的各个业务人员对应的案件总金额,将获取的总金额按照预定义的排序方式进行排序,生成总金额列表,例如在一实施例中,所述预定义的排序方式可以是按照金额从大到小的顺序排列,也可以是按照金额由小到大的顺序排列;遍历所述总金额列表,获取最大总金额对应的第一金额值及最小总金额对应的第二金额值;计算所述第一金额值与所述第二金额值之间的第一差值,若计算得到的第一差值小于或等于预设的第一阈值,例如,在一实施例中,预设的第一阈值为:(第一总金额-第二总金额)×5%,则确定不需要进行案件调配;若计算得到的第一差值大于预设的所述第一阈值,则确定需要进行案件调配。
进一步地,在本实施例中,其中,预设的案件调配规则可以是,例如:
E、将筛选出的第一金额值和第二金额值代入预设的调配金额计算公式,计算出调配金额值;其中,所述预设的调配金额计算公式为:

其中Y为调配金额,X1为第一金额值,X2为第二金额值。
F、分别获取所述第一金额值对应的各个第一案件的第一金额明细及所述第二金额值对应的各个第二案件的第二金额明细;
G、获取所述第一金额明细中的最大金额值,计算获取的最大金额与确定的调配金额值之间的第二差值;
H、若计算的第二差值在预设的差值范围内,则将该最大金额值对应的第一案件与第二金额明细中的最小金额值对应的第二案件进行替换,并重复执行上述步骤E、F、G;
若计算的第二差值不在预设的差值范围内,则删除所述第一金额明细中的所述最大金额值,并重复执行上述步骤G、H。
由上述事实施例可知,本申请提出的电子装置,首先根据预定义的案件优先级别列表,确定各个待分配案件的优先级别;然后根据预先生成的案件优先级别与业务人员处理的案件优先级别之间的映射关系,将同一优先级别的案件平均分配至处理对应优先级别案件的各个业务人员,根据预先确定的案件调配分析规则,分别分析处理各个优先级别案件的业务人员的案件属性,确定处理各个优先级别的案件的业务人员;将同一优先级别的案件平均分配至处理该优先级别案件的各个业务人员,根据预先确定的案件调配分析规则,分别分析各个优先级别案件的业务人员的案件属性,确定是否有确定的优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配;若确定需要进行案件调配,则根据预先确定的案件调配规则,调配处理该优先级别案件的业务人员的案件。能够自动完成待催收案件的分配,并自动调整各个业务人员案件金额差值,提高分案效率以及分案的准确性。
进一步需要说明的是,本申请的信用卡催收案件自动分案程序依据其各部分所实现的功能不同,可用具有相同功能的程序模块进行描述。请参阅图2所示,是本申请电子装置一实施例中信用卡催收案件自动分案程序的程序模块示意图。本实施例中,信用卡催收案件自动分案程序依据其各部分所实现的功能的不同,可以被分割成第一确定模块201、第二确定模块202、分析模块203、以及调配模块204。由上面的描述可知,本申请所称的程序模块是指能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,比程序更适合于描述信用卡催收案件自动分案程序在电子装置10中的执行过程。所述模块201-204所实现的功能或操作步骤均与上文类似,此处不再详述,示例性地,例如其中:
第一确定模块201用于根据预定义的案件优先级别列表,确定各个待分配案件的优先级别;
第二确定模块202根据预先生成的案件优先级别与业务人员处理案件的优先级别之间的映射关系,确定处理各个优先级别的案件的业务人员;
分析模块203用于将确定的同一优先级别的案件平均分配至处理对应优先级别案件的各个业务人员,根据预先确定的案件调配分析规则,分别分析处理各个优先级别案件的业务人员的案件属性,确定是否有确定的优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配;
调配模块204用于若确定有处理确定的优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配,则根据预先确定的案件调配规则,调配处理该优先级别案件的业务人员的案件。
此外,本申请还提出一种信用卡待催收案件自动分案方法,请参阅图3所示,所述互联网服务系统风险预警信用卡待催收案件自动分案方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S301,根据预定义的案件优先级别列表,确定各个待分配案件的优先级别;
步骤S302,根据预定义的案件优先级别与业务人员处理案件的优先级别之间的映射关系,确定处理各个优先级别的案件的业务人员;
步骤S303,将确定的同一优先级别的案件平均分配至处理对应优先级别案件的各个业务人员,根据预先确定的案件调配分析规则,分别分析处理各个优先级别案件的业务人员的案件属性,确定是否有确定的优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配;
步骤S304,若确定有处理确定的优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配,则根据预先确定的案件调配规则,调配处理该优先级别的案件的各个业务人员的案件。
本申请所述的信用卡催收案件自动分案程序可以应用于月初的平均分案 或者月中的案件填坑。在一实施例中,将本申请所述的信用卡催收案件自动分案程序应用于月初的平均分案,在月初需要进行平均分案时,根据预定义的案件优先级别列表,确定各个剩余待分配案件的优先级别;再根据预定义的各个业务人员对应处理的案件优先级别,生成预定义的案件优先级别与业务人员处理的案件优先级别之间的映射关系,根据生成的映射关系,确定各个业务人员处理的案件优先级别;
需要说明的是,在本实施例的另一种实施方式中,首先需要确定是否有预定义的特殊案件,若有,则将预定义的特殊案件预先分配至对应的业务人员,在本实施例中,预定义的特殊案件指的是有业务人员预留的案件,或者是预先确定的特殊项目组的案件,例如QCCIM2AUTO案件,若存在有业务人员预留的案件,则将所述预留的案件分配至该对应的业务人员,若存在特殊项目组的案件,则将特殊项目组的案件平均分配至该特殊项目组的各个业务人员;然后,将确定的同一优先级别的案件平均分配至处理对应优先级别案件的各个业务人员;根据预先确定的案件调配分析规则,分析处理同一优先级别的案件的各个业务人员的案件属性,其中,案件属性可以是,例如案件金额,案件到期日期等,确定是否有优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配;若确定有优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配,则根据预先确定的案件调配规则,调配处理该优先级别案件的业务人员的案件。
在本实施例中,其中,预先确定的案件调配分析规则可以是,例如:

由上述事实施例可知,本申请提出的信用卡催收案件自动分案方法,首先将预定义的特殊案件预先分配至对应的业务人员,然后根据预先生成的案件优先级别与业务人员处理的案件优先级别之间的映射关系,确定处理各个优先级别的案件的业务人员;将同一优先级别的案件平均分配至处理该优先级别案件的各个业务人员,根据预先确定的案件调配分析规则,分别分析各个优先级别案件的业务人员的案件属性,确定是否有优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配;若确定需要进行案件调配,则根据预先确定的案件调配规则,调配处理该优先级别案件的业务人员的案件。能够自动完成待催收案件的分配,并自动调整各个业务人员案件金额差值,提高分案效率以及分案的准确性。
此外,本申请还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有信用卡催收案件自动分案程序,所述信用卡催收案件自动分案方法程序被处理器执行时实现如下操作:
根据预定义的案件优先级别列表,确定各个待分配案件的优先级别;
根据预定义的案件优先级别与业务人员处理案件的优先级别之间的映射关系,确定处理各个优先级别的案件的业务人员;
将确定的同一优先级别的案件平均分配至处理对应优先级别案件的各个业务人员,根据预先确定的案件调配分析规则,分别分析处理各个优先级别案件的业务人员的案件属性,确定是否有确定的优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配;
若确定有处理确定的优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配,则根据预先确定的案件调配规则,调配处理该优先级别的案件的各个业务人员的案件。

  1. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置包括存储器、及与所述存储器连接的处理器,所述处理器用于执行所述存储器上存储的信用卡待催收案件自动分案程序,所述信用卡待催收案件自动分案程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    A1、根据预定义的案件优先级别列表,确定各个待分配案件的优先级别;
    A2、根据预先生成的案件优先级别与业务人员处理的案件优先级别之间的映射关系,确定处理各个优先级别的案件的业务人员;
    A3、将确定的同一优先级别的案件平均分配至处理对应优先级别案件的各个业务人员,根据预先确定的案件调配分析规则,分别分析处理各个优先级别案件的业务人员的案件属性,确定是否有确定的优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配;
    A4、若确定有处理确定的优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配,则根据预先确定的案件调配规则,调配处理该优先级别案件的业务人员的案件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述预先确定的案件调配分析规则为:
    分别获取处理该优先级别案件的各个业务人员对应处理案件的总金额,将获取的总金额按照预定义的排序方式进行排序,生成总金额列表;

    G、获取所述第一金额明细中的最大金额值,计算获取的最大金额值与确定的调配金额值之间的第二差值;
    H、若计算的第二差值在预设的差值范围内,则将该最大金额值对应的第一案件与第二金额明细中的最小金额值对应的第二案件进行替换,并重复执行上述步骤E、F、G;
    L、若计算的第二差值不在预设的差值范围内,则删除所述第一金额明细中的所述最大金额值,并重复执行上述步骤G、H。

    S3、将确定的同一优先级别的案件平均分配至处理对应优先级别案件的各个业务人员,根据预先确定的案件调配分析规则,分别分析处理各个优先级别案件的业务人员的案件属性,确定是否有确定的优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配;
    S4、若确定有处理确定的优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配,则根据预先确定的案件调配规则,调配处理该优先级别案件的业务人员的案件。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的信用卡待催收案件自动分案方法,其特征在于,所述预先确定的案件调配分析规则为:
    分别获取处理该优先级别案件的各个业务人员对应处理案件的总金额,将获取的总金额按照预定义的排序方式进行排序,生成总金额列表;
    遍历所述总金额列表,获取最大总金额对应的第一金额值以及最小总金额对应的第二金额值;

    F、分别获取所述第一金额值对应的各个第一案件的第一金额明细,以 及所述第二金额值对应的各个第二案件的第二金额明细;
    G、获取所述第一金额明细中的最大金额值,计算获取的最大金额值与确定的调配金额值之间的第二差值;
    H、若计算的第二差值在预设的差值范围内,则将该最大金额值对应的第一案件与第二金额明细中的最小金额值对应的第二案件进行替换,并重复执行上述步骤E、F、G;
    L、若计算的第二差值不在预设的差值范围内,则删除所述第一金额明细中的所述最大金额值,并重复执行上述步骤G、H。

    根据预先生成的案件优先级别与业务人员处理的案件优先级别之间的映 射关系,确定处理各个优先级别的案件的业务人员;
    将确定的同一优先级别的案件平均分配至处理对应优先级别案件的各个业务人员,根据预先确定的案件调配分析规则,分别分析处理各个优先级别案件的业务人员的案件属性,确定是否有确定的优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配;
    若确定有处理确定的优先级别案件的业务人员需要进行案件调配,则根据预先确定的案件调配规则,调配处理该优先级别案件的业务人员的案件。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述预先确定的案件调配分析规则为:
    分别获取处理该优先级别案件的各个业务人员对应处理案件的总金额,将获取的总金额按照预定义的排序方式进行排序,生成总金额列表;
    遍历所述总金额列表,获取最大总金额对应的第一金额值以及最小总金额对应的第二金额值;

    F、分别获取所述第一金额值对应的各个第一案件的第一金额明细,以及所述第二金额值对应的各个第二案件的第二金额明细;
    G、获取所述第一金额明细中的最大金额值,计算获取的最大金额值与确定的调配金额值之间的第二差值;
    H、若计算的第二差值在预设的差值范围内,则将该最大金额值对应的第一案件与第二金额明细中的最小金额值对应的第二案件进行替换,并重复 执行上述步骤E、F、G;
