- 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述预先确定的案件调配分析规则为:分别获取处理该优先级别案件的各个业务人员对应处理案件的总金额,将获取的总金额按照预定义的排序方式进行排序,生成总金额列表;遍历所述总金额列表,获取最大总金额对应的第一金额值以及最小总金额对应的第二金额值;计算所述第一金额值与所述第二金额值之间的第一差值,若计算得到的第一差值小于或等于预设的第一阈值,则确定不需要进行案件调配,若计算得到的第一差值大于预设的所述第一阈值,则确定需要进行案件调配。
- 如权利要求18所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述预设的案件调配规则为:E、将所述第一金额值和所述第二金额值代入预定义的调配金额计算公式,计算出调配金额值;F、分别获取所述第一金额值对应的各个第一案件的第一金额明细,以及所述第二金额值对应的各个第二案件的第二金额明细;G、获取所述第一金额明细中的最大金额值,计算获取的最大金额值与确定的调配金额值之间的第二差值;H、若计算的第二差值在预设的差值范围内,则将该最大金额值对应的第一案件与第二金额明细中的最小金额值对应的第二案件进行替换,并重复 执行上述步骤E、F、G;L、若计算的第二差值不在预设的差值范围内,则删除所述第一金额明细中的所述最大金额值,并重复执行上述步骤G、H。
