一种改进型机械传动用润滑剂,按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:中性基础油67-135份,山梨醇2-3份,氟化石墨2-3份,聚氨酯2-3份,表面改性剂4-7份,烷基磷酸酯5-8份,粘度指数改进剂2-8份,氯仿0.2-0.3份,抗氧化剂4-7份,苯并三氮唑0.2-0.3份,助分散剂3-5份,二异辛基二苯胺0.5-0.8份,硬脂酸单甘油酯2-8份,金属钝化剂2-6份。该润滑油对机器设备具有良好的冷却、密封、防腐、防锈、绝缘作用,使用时摩擦力小,润滑效果好。

Description

一种改进型机械传动用润滑剂 技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油领域,特别涉及一种改进型机械传动用润滑剂。
背景技术
目前,机械润滑油在使用过程中,通过呼吸孔,或者运行环境湿度大,润滑油极易进水,导致润滑油发生乳化,润滑性能下降;润滑油的水分极易导致金属部件生锈,影响运行;低温下,润滑油易凝结,影响润滑效果;对机械的耐剪切性差、极易老化失效;油的导热性差,缓冲性能差等问题。这一直是润滑油发展的困扰,随着润滑油技术的不断发展,润滑油的技术突破越来越受重视。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种改进型机械传动用润滑剂,具有良好的粘附性高热稳定性;良好的密封性;高压负载,同时具有良好高热稳定性能;优异的润滑性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种改进型机械传动用润滑剂,其创新点在于:按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
中性基础油67-135份,山梨醇2-3份,氟化石墨2-3份,聚氨酯2-3份,表面改性剂4-7份,烷基磷酸酯5-8份,粘度指数改进剂2-8份,氯仿0.2-0.3份,抗氧化剂4-7份,苯并三氮唑0.2-0.3份,助分散剂3-5份,二异辛基二苯胺0.5-0.8份,硬脂酸单甘油酯2-8份,金属钝化剂2-6份。
进一步的,所述表面改性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述助分散剂为油酸、三聚甘油单月桂酸酯、硬脂酸单甘油酯中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物,其平均分子量为30000-50000。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的润滑油中添加有氟化石墨,其与基础油的相连性好,在基础油内的分散性好,不出现团聚、结块的现象,显著增大了润滑油的润滑性、耐磨性、化学稳定性和热稳定性,提高了润滑油品质。
本发明的润滑油对机器设备具有良好的冷却、密封、防腐、防锈、绝缘作用,使用时摩擦力小,润滑效果好。

本发明的改进型机械传动用润滑剂按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:

上述配方中,表面改性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或多种;助分散剂为油酸、三聚甘油单月桂酸酯、硬脂酸单甘油酯中的一种或多种;粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物,其平均分子量为30000-50000。
实施例2
本发明的改进型机械传动用润滑剂按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:

上述配方中,表面改性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或多种;助分散剂为油酸、三聚甘油单月桂酸酯、硬脂酸单甘油酯中的一种或多种;粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物,其平均分子量为30000-50000。
实施例3
本发明的改进型机械传动用润滑剂按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:

上述配方中,表面改性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或多种;助分散剂为油酸、三聚甘油单月桂酸酯、硬脂酸单甘油酯中的一种或多种;粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物,其平均分子量为30000-50000。
本发明的润滑油中添加有氟化石墨,其与基础油的相连性好,在基础油内的分散性好,不出现团聚、结块的现象,显著增大了润滑油的润滑性、耐磨性、化学稳定性和热稳定性,提高了润滑油品质。
本发明的润滑油对机器设备具有良好的冷却、密封、防腐、防锈、绝缘作用,使用时摩擦力小,润滑效果好。

  1. 一种改进型机械传动用润滑剂,其特征在于:按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:中性基础油67-135份,山梨醇2-3份,氟化石墨2-3份,聚氨酯2-3份,表面改性剂4-7份,烷基磷酸酯5-8份,粘度指数改进剂2-8份,氯仿0.2-0.3份,抗氧化剂4-7份,苯并三氮唑0.2-0.3份,助分散剂3-5份,二异辛基二苯胺0.5-0.8份,硬脂酸单甘油酯2-8份,金属钝化剂2-6份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的改进型机械传动用润滑剂,其特征在于:所述表面改性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或多种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的改进型机械传动用润滑剂,其特征在于:所述助分散剂为油酸、三聚甘油单月桂酸酯、硬脂酸单甘油酯中的一种或多种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的改进型机械传动用润滑剂,其特征在于:所述粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物,其平均分子量为30000-50000。
