传统的有线头戴耳塞/耳机基本均是由发音单元和耳机信号线构成,耳机信号线用于连接到信号源并起到传输音频信号的作用。虽然由于信号线存在可以保证信号的输送稳定性,但是也因其自身特性导致了如长度固定、使用前需要连接到专用插孔(占用设备的预留插孔数)中、容易纠结缠绕和易引起听筒效应等缺点。
随着蓝牙无线传输技术的发展以及人们欲摆脱束缚的本能,越来越多具有高传输带宽和高传输稳定性的蓝牙耳机出现在市场上。这些蓝牙耳机大致分为两类,一种是主打以音质为卖点的双声道音乐耳机,这种耳机具有一对发音单元; 另一种是以与手机连接后方便通话的通话耳机,这种耳机大多仅具有一个发音单元。
另外,人们为应对在户外活动时振动幅度较大容易导致耳机脱落的状态发生,在蓝牙耳机(发音单元)的壳体上连接耳挂,传统的耳挂式蓝牙耳机通过钩挂到人耳上来辅助蓝牙耳机的稳定佩戴。但是往往人们并不始终在户外活动,还有相当部分的时间安静的位于室内或车内,因此这种耳挂式蓝牙耳机就暴露出其缺点。耳挂式蓝牙耳机一方面不便于佩戴并且在长时间钩挂到人耳上后也会引起人耳的疼痛不适,另一方面因为每个人的耳朵形状不尽相同,而耳挂的形状大体相同,并不能完美地适应于所有使用者。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提出一种具有较好人耳适应性且针对动静不同使用状态下具有不同产品形态的蓝牙耳机。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种蓝牙耳机,包括一只主耳机单元和一只副耳机单元,还包括一对耳挂,所述耳挂是由镍钛合金记忆丝、一对分别套置在所述镍钛合金记忆丝两端的套啤塑胶套和整体包覆在所述镍钛合金记忆丝及套啤塑胶套外部的硅胶部构成,所述耳挂包括竖直插拔段和从所述竖直插拔段顶端处后掠延伸形成弧状钩挂部;
每只所述耳机单元内侧面的前部处均形成有供所述竖直插拔段底部插入的连接孔道;
在所述竖直插拔段的近底端处的侧壁表面凹陷形成有一沟槽,在所述连接孔道的孔壁预设位置处凸起形成有一道用于嵌置到所述沟槽中的凸缘,所述凸缘在朝向连接孔道孔口的一侧为延伸至所述连接孔道孔壁上的导向斜坡,所述竖直插拔段底端的周向边沿处制有弧形倒角。
进一步的,每只所述耳机单元均是由开关按键面盖、耳壳外框、主控电路板、蓄电池、耳壳后盖、扬声器后盖、扬声器、扬声器前盖和调音密封套构成;
所述主控电路板上设有拾音麦克风、蓝牙SOC、解码模块、扬声器驱动模块、充电管理模块和控制按钮;
所述耳壳外框连接在所述耳壳后盖的外侧开口上,所述主控电路板和蓄电池设置在所述耳壳外框与耳壳后盖围出的空腔之中,所述耳壳外框上开设有位置与拾音麦克风位置相对的拾音孔,所述开关按键面盖可被按动设置在所述耳壳外框的外侧开口中并联动到所述主控电路板上的控制按钮,所述扬声器后盖连接到所述耳壳后盖的
侧面后部,所述扬声器设置在所述扬声器后盖中且在其前部罩扣有所述扬声器前盖,所述扬声器前盖具有向前延伸且长度预设的导音管,所述调音密封套连接在所述导音管上;
所述连接孔道是由所述耳壳后盖内侧前部向前隆起形成的拱状曲面围出。
进一步的,所述扬声器前盖和扬声器后盖上均分别开设有至少一只的调音孔。
进一步的,所述调音孔的内侧开口上贴覆有防水调音网布,所述导音管的前端管嘴处也设有调音网布。
进一步的,所述拾音孔的内侧开口处贴覆有防水调音网布。
进一步的,还包括防水盖板,所述防水盖板扣合在所述连接孔道水平朝向蓄电池方向的开口处。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型中所提供的蓝牙耳机不仅通过设置可拔插耳挂来适应不同场景下的应用,还通过使用记忆合金作为耳挂的内部骨架以便于使用者针对自己的耳廓形状做出微调。
另外,还通过调音孔、导音管、调音布和调音套的配合及调教改善了传统蓝牙不注重的音质,具有较佳的频响曲线。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型中的蓝牙耳机,包括一只主耳机单元1和一只副耳机单元2,还包括一对耳挂3。其中,主、副耳机单元1、2的整体部结构互为镜像。
如图3、图4、图5、图6、图7、图8、图9和图10所示,耳挂3是由镍钛合金记忆丝301、一对分别套置在镍钛合金记忆丝301两端的套啤塑胶套302和整体包覆在镍钛合金记忆丝301及套啤塑胶套302外部的硅胶部构成,耳挂3包括竖直插拔段和从竖直插拔段顶端处后掠延伸形成弧状钩挂部。
每只耳机单元内侧面的前部处均形成有供竖直插拔段底部插入的连接孔道17。
在竖直插拔段的近底端处的侧壁表面凹陷形成有一沟槽303,在连接孔道17的孔壁预设位置处凸起形成有一道用于嵌置到沟槽303中的凸缘4,凸缘4在朝向连接孔道17孔口的一侧为延伸至连接孔道17孔壁上的导向斜坡,竖直插拔段底端的周向边沿处制有弧形倒角304。
每只耳机单元均是由开关按键面盖5、耳壳外框6、主控电路板7、蓄电池8、耳壳后盖9、扬声器后盖10、扬声器11、扬声器前盖12和调音密封套15构成。
主控电路板7上设有拾音麦克风16、蓝牙SOC、解码模块、扬声器驱动模块、充电管理模块和控制按钮。
耳壳外框6连接在耳壳后盖9的外侧开口上,主控电路板7和蓄电池8设置在耳壳外框6与耳壳后盖9围出的空腔之中,耳壳外框6上开设有位置与拾音麦克风16位置相对的拾音孔19,可以作为优选的是:在拾音孔19的内侧开口处贴覆有防水调音网布14。
开关按键面盖5可被按动设置在耳壳外框6的外侧开口中并联动到主控电路板7上的控制按钮。
扬声器后盖10连接到耳壳后盖9的侧面后部,扬声器11设置在扬声器后盖10中且在其前部罩扣有扬声器前盖,扬声器11前盖具有向前延伸且长度预设的导音管18,调音密封套15连接在导音管18上。可以作为优选的是:扬声器后盖10是通过螺钉21连接到耳壳后盖9的。
可以作为优选的是:还包括防水盖板22,防水盖板22扣合在连接孔道17水平朝向蓄电池8方向的开口处。
连接孔道17是由耳壳后盖9内侧前部向前隆起形成的拱状曲面20围出。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种蓝牙耳机,包括一只主耳机单元和一只副耳机单元,其特征在于:还包括一对耳挂,所述耳挂是由镍钛合金记忆丝、一对分别套置在所述镍钛合金记忆丝两端的套啤塑胶套和整体包覆在所述镍钛合金记忆丝及套啤塑胶套外部的硅胶部构成,所述耳挂包括竖直插拔段和从所述竖直插拔段顶端处后掠延伸形成弧状钩挂部;
    每只所述耳机单元内侧面的前部处均形成有供所述竖直插拔段底部插入的连接孔道;
    在所述竖直插拔段的近底端处的侧壁表面凹陷形成有一沟槽,在所述连接孔道的孔壁预设位置处凸起形成有一道用于嵌置到所述沟槽中的凸缘,所述凸缘在朝向连接孔道孔口的一侧为延伸至所述连接孔道孔壁上的导向斜坡,所述竖直插拔段底端的周向边沿处制有弧形倒角。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:每只所述耳机单元均是由开关按键面盖、耳壳外框、主控电路板、蓄电池、耳壳后盖、扬声器后盖、扬声器、扬声器前盖和调音密封套构成;
    所述主控电路板上设有拾音麦克风、蓝牙SOC、解码模块、扬声器驱动模块、充电管理模块和控制按钮;
    所述耳壳外框连接在所述耳壳后盖的外侧开口上,所述主控电路板和蓄电池设置在所述耳壳外框与耳壳后盖围出的空腔之中,所述耳壳外框上开设有位置与拾音麦克风位置相对的拾音孔,所述开关按键面盖可被按动地设置在所述耳壳外框的外侧开口中并联动到所述主控电路板上的控制按钮,所述扬声器后盖连接到所述耳壳后盖的侧面后部,所述扬声器设置在所述扬声器后盖中且在其前部罩扣有所述扬声器前盖,所述扬声器前盖具有向前延伸且长度预设的导音管,所述调音密封套连接在所述导音管上;
    所述连接孔道是由所述耳壳后盖内侧前部向前隆起形成的拱状曲面围出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:所述扬声器前盖和扬声器后盖上均分别开设有至少一只的调音孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:所述调音孔的内侧开口上贴覆有防水调音网布,所述导音管的前端管嘴处也设有调音网布。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:所述拾音孔的内侧开口处贴覆有防水调音网布。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:还包括防水盖板,所述防水盖板扣合在所述连接孔道水平朝向蓄电池方向的开口处。
