背景技术
安全问题是桥梁施工过程中需要考虑的首要问题,在桥梁施工过程中,尤其是对桥墩、支座的施工中,需要借助登高装置对侧面和顶面进行修整,我国每年在桥梁施工或其他建筑工程中伤亡的人数很多,主要一个原因是施工设备的安全装置不够完善,比如在桥梁路面的底部进行喷漆等施工时,需要采用梯子等设备攀爬上去进行施工,基本无安全装置的保护,因此存在很大的安全隐患。
往往在施工过程中由于陡峭、湿滑等问题,导致施工人员或施工工具从高处滑落,另外,高处滑落的施工人员以及施工工具同样可能对地面的行人造成砸伤。而现有的登高装置中对于施工工人的安全大多采用安全绳或安全网保障,结构单一且保障性不足,容易发生意外。
由于现有技术中存在上述的技术缺陷,是本领域内技术人员亟待解决的技术问题;因此,一种桥梁施工防落装置显得尤为重要。
技术问题
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术之缺陷,本发明提供一种桥梁施工防落装置,有效的解决了现有防落装置结构单一、保障性不足的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明包括包括主箱体;
所述主箱体上端一体连接或焊接有下板,所述主箱体下端固定连接有多个万向轮,所述主箱体四周转动连接有四个安全网,所述四个安全网下端安装有四个安全板,所述安全板与主箱体转动连接且与主箱体保持15度的倾斜;所述安全板上端一体连接有两个凸块,所述凸块均开设有凹槽;
所述下板上端连接有上板,所述上板周围焊接或一体连接有挡板,所述上板中间开设有圆形基座孔洞,所述基座孔洞周围开设有四个圆形安全绳孔洞;
所述下板中间固定有内部中空的基座,所述基座内部底端一体连接有支架,所述支架转动连接有四个转动杆,所述转动杆呈圆周均布在支架上,所述转动杆两侧有环形固定块,所述环形固定块固定在支架上,对转动杆进行位置限定,所述转动杆与基座的内壁通过第一弹簧连接,所述转动杆下端开有栓绳孔,所述栓绳孔处系有安全绳,所述安全绳端头连接有固定锁,所述安全绳与固定锁皆贯穿安全绳孔洞至上板的表面;所述基座内壁固定有井字形定滑轮固定柱,所述定滑轮固定柱上固定连接有四个第一定滑轮,所述第一定滑轮与转动杆一一对应,所述转动杆连接有第一拉绳,所述第一拉绳与第一定滑轮滑动配合;
所述主箱体内部中空,所述主箱体内部对应每个安全网处皆固定有L形固定板,所述固定板底板一体连接有固定座,所述固定座滑动连接有击打杆,所述固定座外侧设有套装在击打杆杆体一体连接的挡块,所述固定座外侧设有套装在击打杆上的第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧位于固定座与挡块之间,所述固定板侧板上固定连接有转轴,所述转轴上端有固定在固定板上的两个第二定滑轮,所述转轴转动连接有棘爪,所述棘爪可以卡住挡块,所述第一拉绳穿过两个第二定滑轮之间,所述两个第二定滑轮限制第一拉绳的左右位移,所述第二定滑轮与第一拉绳为滑动配合,第一拉绳的一端连接棘爪,然后穿过第二定滑轮和第一定滑轮,第一拉绳的另一端连接转动杆,击打杆可碰撞安全网。
优选的,所述下板与上板通过弹性铰链以及定位销连接,所述弹性铰链与定位销呈圆周均布,所述定位销套装有第三弹簧。
优选的,所述基座与下板通过螺栓固定,所述螺栓呈圆周均布在基座上。
优选的,所述下板上端固定有四个轴承座,所述轴承固定座转动配合有轴承,所述轴承上固定有齿轮和第三定滑轮,所述上板底部固定有四个齿条,所述齿条与齿轮齿轮啮合,所述第三定滑轮右侧连接有第二拉绳,所述安全板下端皆设有接物板,所述接物板与主箱体转动连接,所述主箱体与接物板上框体对应部位的侧壁处开有接物板卡槽,所述接物板卡槽用于固定接物板,所述接物板卡槽上开有磁石轨道,所述磁石轨道处设有弹筒,所述弹筒与主箱体内壁一体连接,所述弹筒内部滑动连接有第一磁石,所述第一磁石右侧连接有第三弹簧,所述第三弹簧右侧与弹筒固定连接,所述弹筒左侧为通口且与磁石轨道相互对应,所述弹筒右侧设有可供第二拉绳贯穿的通孔,所述弹筒右侧有固定于主箱体侧壁的第四定滑轮,所述第二拉绳与第四定滑轮为滑动配合,所述接物板与磁石轨道对应处连接有第二磁石,所述第一磁石与第二磁石互相排斥,且当接物板扣合在接物板卡槽时,第一磁石与第二磁石的排斥力为零,所述下板滑动连接有L形的摩擦板,所述摩擦板以及与和其对应的挡板一侧均设置有摩擦垫,所述摩擦板上设有手柄。
优选的,所述第一弹簧与转动杆为固定连接,所述第一弹簧与基座内壁为固定连接。
优选的,所述基座、下板、主箱体皆开有对应的槽孔,第一拉绳贯穿这些槽孔延伸至固定板处与棘爪固定连接。
优选的,所述安全绳18延伸至上板5的一端仅可延伸至上板5的边缘。
优选的,所述主箱体与安全网对应部位的侧壁处开有安全网卡槽,所述安全网卡槽用于固定安全网上框体,所述安全网卡槽中间处开有击打杆轨道,击打杆轨道位置与击打杆相对应,击打杆轨道与击打杆滑动连接,所述安全网连接有钢丝绳,所述钢丝绳贯穿主箱体的另一端连接有卡块;所述卡块正常状态下卡在凹槽内部,且卡块高度大于凹槽的深度;所述主箱体与安全板对应部位的侧壁开有安全板卡槽,安全板卡槽形状大小与凸块相互对应,所述凸块正常状态下置于安全板卡槽内部。
优选的,所述棘爪可以卡住挡块,此时可以使第二弹簧得到最大程度的压缩,使第二弹簧拥有极大的弹力,所述棘爪下端面有沟槽,沟槽可以卡住挡块,沟槽处为弧度状,棘爪的下端面接触第二弹簧,使得棘爪初始状态时无法转动。
优选的,所述击打器左侧端部设计为凸台状,以使得在第二弹簧释放弹力时不会冲出固定座。

下面将参照附图描述本发明的各示例性的实施例。
实施例一,本发明为一种桥梁施工防落装置,包括有主箱体1,主箱体1设置为中空的长方体形,主箱体1上端一体连接或焊接下板2,主箱体1下端固定连接有多个万向轮3,具体数目为四个,万向轮3承载着该防落装置,因此需要有足够的坚固性,主箱体1四面皆安装有安全网4,安全网4的材料,要求其重量轻、强度高、耐磨性好、延伸率大和耐久性较强,此外还应有一定的耐气候性能,受潮受湿后其强度下降不太大;四个安全网下端安装有四个安全板30,安全板30与主箱体1转动连接且与主箱体1保持15度左右的倾斜,设置一定的倾角可以使得安全板30具有翻转的动能,安全板30的表面需要包裹海绵等柔软物;所述安全板30上端一体连接有两个凸块31,所述凸块31均开设有凹槽32,请参阅图10至图12,安全网4固定连接有钢丝绳20,钢丝绳20贯穿主箱体1的另一端连接有卡块33,钢丝绳20正常状态下处于主箱体1内部,卡块33正常状态下卡在凹槽32内部,且卡块33高度大于凹槽32的深度,当安全网4张开,钢丝绳20会拉动卡块33脱离凹槽32,此时失去束缚的安全板30张开;
上板5四周皆连接有挡板9,挡板9起到了护栏的作用,初步保障施工人员安全,且可起到预防施工工具掉落的问题;
上板5中间固定有内部中空的基座10,基座10的底盘通过圆周均布的螺栓11固定在上板上,基座10内部底端连接有圆环形的支架12,支架12转动连接有多个转动杆14,转动杆14呈圆周均布在支架12上,使得每个方向均得到保障,转动杆14我们初步设置数量为4个,转动杆14与基座10的内壁通过第一弹簧15固定连接,转动杆14两侧皆有环形固定块13,环形固定块13固定在支架12上,对转动杆14进行位置限定,环形固定块13以及第一弹簧15的存在保证了转动杆14的稳定性,使得转动杆14在平常状态下不会存在位移,转动杆14下端开有孔洞17,孔洞17处系有安全绳18,为保障施工人员安全,系绳处需要足够牢固,安全绳18选取的材质必须有足够的强度承受人体掉下时的冲击力,安全绳18端头连接有固定锁19,安全绳18及安全锁19贯穿安全绳孔洞53至施工人员作业的上板5表面,工作时将固定锁19锁死在施工人员或施工工具身上;基座10内壁固定有井字形定滑轮固定柱42,定滑轮固定柱42上连接有四个第一定滑轮43,第一定滑轮43与转动杆14一一对应,转动杆14连接有第一拉绳16,第一拉绳16与第一定滑轮43滑动配合;转动杆14连接有第一拉绳16,第一拉绳16贯穿基座10、下板2以及主箱体1,第一拉绳16另一端连接棘爪28,若安全绳18至上板5外部,转动杆14转动,从而带动与转动杆14连接的第一拉绳16进行位移,继而带动与第一拉绳16连接的棘爪28转动;
主箱体1内部中空,主箱体1内部对应每个安全网4处皆固定有固定板23,固定座23设置为L形,固定板23底板连接有固定座24,固定座24开有圆柱形滑槽,固定座24的圆柱形滑槽滑动连接有击打杆26,固定座24外侧设有套装在击打杆26杆体连接的挡块29,固定座 24外侧设有套装在击打杆26上的第二弹簧27,第二弹簧27位于固定座24与挡块29之间,朝固定座24方向推动挡块29,可以使得第二弹簧27得到压缩,固定板23侧壁上连接有转轴25,转轴25上转动连接有棘爪28,棘爪28与第一拉绳16为固定连接,转轴25上端有固定在固定板23上的两个第二定滑轮44,第一拉绳16穿过两个第二定滑轮44之间,两个第二定滑轮44限制第一拉绳16的左右位移,第二定滑轮44与第一拉绳16为滑动配合,棘爪28在挡块29压缩第二弹簧27时可卡住挡块29,棘爪28下端面有沟槽,沟槽可以卡住挡块29,沟槽处为弧度状,棘爪28的下端面接触第二弹簧27,使得棘爪28初始状态时无法转动,该装置设定第二弹簧27初始位置为被压缩状态,此时棘爪28卡住挡块29。
本发明的实施方式
实施例二,在实施例一的基础上,下板2与上板5通过弹性铰链6以及定位销7连接,弹性铰链6与定位销7呈圆周均布,具体数量皆为四个,每个定位销7皆套装有第三弹簧8,该连接方式使得施工人员在登上上板5时,上板5会逐渐下压。
实施例三,在实施例一的基础上,基座10与下板2采用螺栓固定或一体连接,此处采用螺栓11固定,螺栓11呈圆周均布在基座10上,保障了基座10更为牢固的安装。
实施例四,在实施例一的基础上,下板2上端固定有四个轴承座51,下板2在施工人员及施工工具的重力作用下下压,触及轴承坐51时停止,轴承固定座51转动配合有轴承36,轴承36上固定有齿轮38和第三定滑轮37,上板5底部固定有四个齿条40,齿条40与齿轮38齿轮啮合,第三定滑轮37右侧连接有第二拉绳39,上板5在下压的过程中,齿条40会带动齿轮38逆时针旋转,从而带动第三定滑轮37逆时针旋转,继而间接拉动第二拉绳39,第二拉绳39继而拉动与其固定连接的第一磁石48向右侧滑动;安全板30下端皆设有接物板35,接物板35与主箱体1转动连接,主箱体1与接物板35上框体对应部位的侧壁处开有接物板卡槽54,接物板卡槽54用于固定接物板35,接物板卡槽54上开有磁石轨道55,磁石轨道55处设有弹筒46,弹筒46与主箱体1内壁固定连接,弹筒1内部滑动连接有第一磁石48,第一磁石48右侧与第二拉绳39固定连接,第一磁石48右侧固定连接有第三弹簧47,第三弹簧47右侧与弹筒46一体连接,弹筒46左侧为通口且与磁石轨道55相互对应,弹筒46右侧设有可供第二拉绳39贯穿的通孔,弹筒46右侧有固定于主箱体1侧壁的第四定滑轮45,第二拉绳39与第四定滑轮45为滑动配合,接物板35与磁石轨道55对应处连接有第二磁石49,第一磁石48与第二磁石49互相排斥,且当接物板35扣合在接物板卡槽54时,第一磁石48与第二磁石49的排斥力为零,当第二拉绳39拉动第一磁石48时,第三弹簧47受到压缩,若施工人员或者施工工具掉落时,上板5会迅速上抬,齿条40会向上位移,继而带动齿轮38顺时针旋转,继而带动第三定滑轮37顺时针旋转,导致第二拉绳39迅速下移,第三弹簧47释放弹力,第一磁石48向左侧滑动,第一磁石48对第二磁石49的排斥力使得接物板35迅速张开,从而接住掉下的施工人员或施工工具,设置摩擦板41的意义为,当施工人员正常离开上板5时,只需拉动手柄50,使摩擦板41的摩擦垫和挡板9的摩擦垫相互接触,施工人员离开,上板5在摩擦板41的摩擦力作用下缓慢上升,齿条40会缓慢向上位移,齿轮38顺时针旋转,第三定滑轮37顺时针旋转,导致第二拉绳39缓慢下移,第三弹簧47缓慢释放弹力,第一磁石48向左侧缓慢滑动,此时接物板35不会受到排斥力张开。
实施例五,在实施例一的基础上,第一弹簧15与转动杆14为固定连接,第一弹簧15与基座10内壁为固定连接,当安全绳18拉动转动杆14时,第一弹簧15被压缩,直到转动杆14端头触碰基座10内壁。
实施例六,在实施例一的基础上,基座10、下板2、主箱体1皆开有对应的圆形孔,第一拉绳16贯穿这些圆形孔延伸至各自对应的固定板23处,且与固定板23上的棘爪28连接,拉动安全绳18,转动杆14转动,转动杆14会带动第一拉绳16向上方位移,从而带动棘爪28在转轴25上顺时针转动。
实施例七,在实施例一的基础上,所述安全绳18系有安全锁19一端延伸出基座10外部,且可延伸至上板5边缘,若施工人员从上板5边缘掉落,安全绳18会保障施工人员的安全,此时安全绳18会拉动转动杆14转动,转动杆14带动第一拉绳16向上位移,第一拉绳16继而带动与其连接的棘爪28转动,棘爪28转动时,将松开挡块29,第二弹簧27释放弹力,击打杆26会在第二弹簧27的带动下弹射,此时击打器26端部会通过上箱体1开设的击打杆轨道22,完成对安全网4上框体边缘的击打,安全网4张开,安全网4作为第二层防护,保障了施工人员的安全。
实施例八,在实施例一的基础上,主箱体1与安全网4对应部位的侧壁处皆开有长方形卡槽21用于固定安全网4,安全网4上框体正常状态下卡在卡槽21处,卡槽21中间处开有击打杆轨道22,击打杆轨道22位置与击打杆26相对应,击打杆轨道22与击打杆26滑动连接,保证了击打杆26可以在第二弹簧27释放弹力时,完成对安全网4上框体边缘的准确击打,安全网4连接有两根钢丝绳20,钢丝绳20贯穿主箱体1的另一端连接有卡块33,钢丝绳20正常状态下处于主箱体1内部,卡块33正常状态下卡在凹槽32内部,且卡块33高度大于凹槽32的深度;主箱体1与安全板30对应部位的侧壁开有安全板卡槽34,安全网卡槽34形状大小与凸块31相互对应,凸块31正常状态下置于安全板卡槽34内部,这种设置可实现安全网4与安全板30的同步张开,给与施工人员最大的安全保障。
实施例九,在实施例一的基础上,棘爪28可以卡住挡块29,此时可以使得第二弹簧27大力压缩,使第二弹簧27拥有极大的弹力,棘爪28下端面有沟槽,沟槽可以卡住挡块29,沟槽处为弧度状,棘爪28的下端面接触第二弹簧27,使得棘爪28初始状态时无法转动,该装置默认初始状态下第二弹簧27压缩,棘爪28卡住挡块29。
实施例十,在实施例一的基础上,击打器26左侧端部设计为凸台状,以使得在第二弹簧27释放弹力时不会冲出固定座24。
工业实用性
本发明在使用时,首先将第二弹簧27调至压缩状态,此时用棘爪28卡住卡块29,将该装置推至施工处,然后通过升降机或云梯等装置将施工人员送至上板5平面上,此时,施工人员可根据具体工作的情况,选取合适的安全绳18,然后将固定锁19固定在施工人员身上,施工人员及施工工具对上板5施加重力,继而压缩弹性铰链6和第三弹簧8,上板5在下压的过程中,齿条40会带动齿轮38逆时针旋转,从而带动第三定滑轮37逆时针旋转,继而间接拉动第二拉绳39,第二拉绳39继而拉动与其连接的第一磁石48向右侧滑动;
施工人员在作业时,挡板9的存在给与施工人员的安全以基本保障,当发生意外时,施工人员掉落出挡板9外,此时安全绳18拉紧,安全绳18给与施工人员安全保障,此时安全绳18拉动转动杆14转动,转动杆14带动第一拉绳16向上位移,第一拉绳16从而带动棘爪28转动,继而松开挡块29,从而带动第二弹簧27释放弹力,击打杆26会在第二弹簧27的带动下弹射,此时击打杆26端部会通过上箱体1开设的击打杆轨道22,完成对安全网4上框体边缘的击打,安全网4张开,钢丝绳20拉动卡块33脱离凹槽32,安全板30张开,此时若安全绳18发生意外断开,施工人员会掉落在安全网4上,保障了施工人员的安全,且安全网4下端张开的安全板30给与施工人员双重防护,此时与其用同步进行的是,施工人员或者施工工具掉落时,上板5会迅速上抬,齿条40会向上位移,继而带动齿轮38顺时针旋转,继而带动第三定滑轮37顺时针旋转,导致第二拉绳39迅速下移,第三弹簧47释放弹力,第一磁石48向左侧滑动,第一磁石48对第二磁石49的排斥力使得接物板35迅速张开,从而接住掉下的施工人员或施工工具,当施工人员正常离开上板5时,只需拉动手柄50,使摩擦板41的摩擦垫和挡板9的摩擦垫相互接触,施工人员离开,上板5在摩擦板41的摩擦力作用下缓慢上升,齿条40会缓慢向上位移,齿轮38顺时针旋转,第三定滑轮37顺时针旋转,导致第二拉绳39缓慢下移,第三弹簧47缓慢释放弹力,第一磁石48向左侧缓慢滑动,此时接物板35不会受到排斥力张开。
本发明结构巧妙,实用性强,采用多层防护,极大的增强了保障性,使施工人员的安全性得到了大大的提高。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的桥梁施工防落装置,其特征在于,所述下板(2)上端固定有四个轴承座(51),所述轴承固定座(51)转动配合有轴承(36),所述轴承(36)上固定有齿轮(38)和第三定滑轮(37),所述上板(5)底部固定有四个齿条(40),所述齿条(40)与齿轮(38)齿轮啮合,所述第三定滑轮(37)右侧连接有第二拉绳(39),所述安全板(30)下端皆设有接物板(35),所述接物板(35)与主箱体(1)转动连接,所述主箱体(1)与接物板(35)上框体对应部位的侧壁处开有接物板卡槽(54),所述接物板卡槽(54)用于固定接物板(35),所述接物板卡槽(54)上开有磁石轨道(55),所述磁石轨道(55)处设有弹筒(46),所述弹筒(46)与主箱体(1)内壁一体连接,所述弹筒(1)内部滑动连接有第一磁石(48),所述第一磁石(48)右侧连接有第三弹簧(47),所述第三弹簧(47)右侧与弹筒(46)固定连接,所述弹筒(46)左侧为通口且与磁石轨道(55)相互对应,所述弹筒(46)右侧设有可供第二拉绳(39)贯穿的通孔,所述弹筒(46)右侧有固定于主箱体(1)侧壁的第四定滑轮(45),所述第二拉绳(39)与第四定滑轮(45)为滑动配合,所述接物板(35)与磁石轨道(55)对应处连接有第二磁石(49),所述第一磁石(48)与第二磁石(49)互相排斥,且当接物板(35)扣合在接物板卡槽(54)时,第一磁石(48)与第二磁石(49)的排斥力为零;所述下板(2)滑动连接有L形的摩擦板(41),所述摩擦板(41)以及与和其对应的挡板(9)一侧均设置有摩擦垫,所述摩擦板(41)上设有手柄(50)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的桥梁施工防落装置,其特征在于,所述第一弹簧(15)与转动杆(14)为固定连接,所述第一弹簧(15)与基座(10)内壁为连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的桥梁施工防落装置,其特征在于,所述基座(10)、下板(2)、主箱体(1)皆开有对应的槽孔,第一拉绳(16)贯穿这些槽孔延伸至固定板(23)处与棘爪(28)固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的桥梁施工防落装置,其特征在于,所述安全绳(18)延伸至上板(5)的一端仅可延伸至上板(5)的边缘。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的桥梁施工防落装置,其特征在于,所述主箱体(1)与安全网(4)对应部位的侧壁处开有安全网卡槽(21),所述安全网卡槽(21)用于固定安全网(4)上框体,所述安全网卡槽(21)中间处开有击打杆轨道(22),击打杆轨道(22)位置与击打杆(26)相对应,击打杆轨道(22)与击打杆(26)滑动连接,所述安全网(4)连接有钢丝绳(20),所述钢丝绳(20)贯穿主箱体(1)的另一端连接有卡块(33);所述卡块(33)正常状态下卡在凹槽(32)内部,且卡块(33)高度大于凹槽(32)的深度;所述主箱体(1)与安全板(30)对应部位的侧壁开有安全板卡槽(34),安全板卡槽(34)形状大小与凸块(31)相互对应,所述凸块(31)正常状态下置于安全板卡槽(34)内部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的桥梁施工防落装置,其特征在于,所述棘爪(28)可以卡住挡块(29),此时可以使第二弹簧(27)得到最大程度的压缩,使第二弹簧(27)拥有极大的弹力,所述棘爪(28)下端面有沟槽,沟槽可以卡住挡块(29),沟槽处为弧度状,棘爪(28)的下端面接触第二弹簧(27),使得棘爪(28)初始状态时无法转动。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的桥梁施工防落装置,其特征在于,所述击打器(26)左侧端部设计为凸台状,以使得在第二弹簧(27)释放弹力时不会冲出固定座(24)。
