Abstract

증류층 내부로 따뜻한 공기를 공급하여 흐르게 하는 것에 의하여 증류층으로부터 증발된 용제의 배기구로 증류한 용제를 밀어올리고 나선형 교반기에 돌기들을 형성하여 폴리스티렌 겔의 표면적을 증가시킴으로써 용제 회수율을 종래에 비해 약 15% 향상시킬 수 있고, 저온 가열용 보일러와 고온 가열용 보일러를 별개로 사용함으로써 열효율을 높인 폴리스티렌 겔 처리시스템에 개시된다. 상기 폴리스티렌 겔 처리시스템은 불용성분을 걸러주기 위한 전처리장치, 증류층의 내부공간으로 상온 이상의 따뜻한 공기를 공급하여 상기 증류층에서 증발된 용제를 상기 증발된 용제의 배기구로 밀어올릴 수 있도록 하기 위한 공기유입구를 가지는 용제 분리장치, 후처리 장치, 순환되는 열매체를 이용하여 상기 전처리장치, 상기 용제 분리장치, 상기 후처리장치의 필요한 부위를 가열하기 위한 가열장치 및 상기 공기 유입구로 공기를 공급하기 위한 공기공급부를 포함하는 구성을 한다.
