Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de communication qui comprend un dispositif embarqué qui peut être installé dans un véhicule, et une clé électronique qui peut être portée par un utilisateur. Le dispositif embarqué forme une zone de communication entourant le véhicule pour détecter la présence de la clé électronique, et authentifie la clé électronique par la transmission et la réception d'un signal sans fil entre le dispositif embarqué et la clé électronique lorsque la clé électronique est présente dans la zone de communication. Le dispositif embarqué mesure la distance (Ld) entre le dispositif embarqué et la clé électronique ou un paramètre se rapportant à la distance dans chaque situation d'une pluralité de situations (A, B, C) avec différentes situations de communication. Le dispositif embarqué détermine s'il y a des communications illégitimes entre le dispositif embarqué et la clé électronique sur la base de la distance mesurée ou du paramètre mesuré dans la pluralité de situations.
