具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
此外,下面所描述的本发明不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼 此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
实施例1
如图1-6所示为一种单元体幕墙系统的一种具体实施方式,包括玻璃面板1,通用单元体幕墙系统2,设置在上、下相邻的两所述通用单元体幕墙系统2之间的竖向框组件,设置在同一所述竖向框组件的上、下相邻两玻璃面板1的相接处的中横框结构,将所述玻璃面板1压紧组装一体的压板组件。所述通用单元体幕墙系统2包括多个单元体,每一所述单元体由若干根横梁及位于横梁两侧的公母立杆拼接构成,两侧相邻所述单元体通过公立杆与母立杆配合插接构成幕墙的立杆,上下相邻所述单元体通过上横梁10与下横梁11配合插接构成幕墙的横梁,所述竖向框组件与所述通用单元体幕墙系统2的横梁固定连接。所述竖向框组件的上、下端分别连接在上、下相邻的两所述通用单元体幕墙系统2上,根据所述玻璃面板1所需安装的倾斜角度,所述竖向框组件上切割有安装腔;所述压板组件将所述玻璃面板1压紧组装一体后固定到所述安装腔内,所述玻璃面板1的上端、下端分别与所述通用单元体幕墙系统2,所述中横框结构固定连接,以使所述玻璃面板1按所需倾斜角度固定。在本实施方式中,所述竖向框组件包括竖向框3、竖向框扣盖4,所述竖向框3包括具有若干垂直于竖向框3面板的隔板,所述压板组件的第一端固定到所述安装腔两侧的所述隔板的顶端形成的区域内,所述压板组件的第二端固定到所述中横框结构的端部,所述隔板的端部具有卡槽,所述玻璃面板1固定到所述竖向框3后所述竖向框扣盖4通过与所述卡槽配合的凸出部与所述竖向框3连接,且所述竖向框扣盖4的端部抵住所述压板组件使之压紧所述玻璃面板1的侧 面,这样设置不仅使外形整齐美观,也使玻璃面板1在竖向框3内的连接更加稳固,防止玻璃面板1在竖向框3内晃动。
如图2所示,所述压板组件包括第一压板6、第二压板7,所述第一压板6抵住所述玻璃面板1的一侧面并与所述竖向框3通过螺纹紧固件固定连接,所述第二压板7抵住所述玻璃面板1的另一侧面,并卡接到所述第一压板6上,所述述第一压板6与所述玻璃面板1之间设有密封胶条,所述第二压板7与所述玻璃面板1之间设有密封胶条。
所述中横框结构包括铝合金中横框5、第一副框8,所述第一副框8设置在所述玻璃面板1与所述铝合金中横框5之间,所述第一副框8与所述玻璃面板1通过结构胶连接,所述第一副框8具有与所述玻璃面板1的倾斜角度相适应的倾斜面,结构胶填充在倾斜面与玻璃面板1之间,第一副框8与铝合金中横框5卡接。所述玻璃面板1的上端或下端与下横梁11或上横梁10之间通过第二副框9连接,所述第二副框9具有与所述玻璃面板1倾斜角度相适应的倾斜面,所述玻璃面板1与所述倾斜面之间填充有结构胶,所述第二副框9与所述下横梁11或上横梁10卡接。
安装时,先在现场将多个单元体通过拼接形成立杆和横梁,将竖向框3组件连接到横梁上,根据玻璃面板1所需安装的倾斜角度,在两个相对的竖向框3组件上分别切割出相应的倾斜的安装腔,第一压板6、第二压板7将玻璃面板1压紧并在第一压板6、第二压板7与所述玻璃面板1之间填充密封胶条组装成一体后将第一压板6通过螺纹紧固件固定连接到安装腔内,将竖向框扣盖4扣接到竖向框3上,然后在玻璃面板1与第一副框8之间填充结构胶后将第一副框8卡接到铝合金中横框5上,将第二副框9卡接 到上横梁10或下横梁11上,然后在第二副框9与玻璃面板1之间填充结构胶,这样一块倾斜的玻璃面板1的上、下、左、右四个端面均被固定连接,连接可靠,其他需要安装的玻璃面板1的安装方法类似。
在上述实施方式中,由于在竖向框3内可根据需要切割出多种倾斜角度的安装腔,竖向框组件可安装多种不同角度的玻璃面板1而不需要开设多种倾斜角度的型材模,节约材料,减少了工程所需投入的成本。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种单元体幕墙系统,其特征在于,包括:
    玻璃面板;
    通用单元体幕墙系统;
    竖向框组件,设置在上、下相邻的两所述通用单元体幕墙系统之间,且所述竖向框组件的上、下端分别连接在上、下相邻的两所述通用单元体幕墙系统上,根据所述玻璃面板所需安装的倾斜角度,所述竖向框组件上切割有安装腔;
    中横框结构,设置在同一所述竖向框组件上的上、下相邻两玻璃面板的相接处;
    压板组件,将所述玻璃面板压紧组装一体后固定到所述安装腔内,且所述玻璃面板的上端、下端分别与所述通用单元体幕墙系统,所述中横框结构固定连接,以使所述玻璃面板按所需倾斜角度固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种单元体幕墙系统,其特征在于,所述竖向框组件包括竖向框,所述竖向框包括具有若干垂直于竖向框面板的隔板,所述压板组件的第一端固定到所述安装腔两侧的所述隔板的顶端形成的区域内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种单元体幕墙系统,其特征在于,所述压板组件的第二端固定到所述中横框结构的端部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种单元体幕墙系统,其特征在于,所述竖向框组件还包括竖向框扣盖,所述玻璃面板固定到所述竖向框后所述竖向框扣盖遮盖所述竖向框,且其端部抵住所述压板组件使之压紧所述玻璃面板的侧面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种单元体幕墙系统,其特征在于,所述隔板的端部具有卡槽,所述竖向框扣盖通过与所述卡槽配合的凸出部与所述 竖向框连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种单元体幕墙系统,其特征在于,所述压板组件包括
    第一压板,抵住所述玻璃面板的一侧面并与所述竖向框固定连接;
    第二压板,抵住所述玻璃面板的另一侧面,并卡接到所述第一压板上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种单元体幕墙系统,其特征在于,所述第一压板与所述竖向框通过螺纹紧固件连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种单元体幕墙系统,其特征在于,所述第一压板与所述玻璃面板之间设有密封胶条,和/或所述第二压板与所述玻璃面板之间设有密封胶条。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的一种单元体幕墙系统,其特征在于,所述中横框结构包括
    铝合金中横框;
    第一副框,设置在所述玻璃面板与所述铝合金中横框之间,所述第一副框与所述玻璃面板连接且具有与所述玻璃面板的倾斜角度相适应的倾斜面。
  10. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的一种单元体幕墙系统,其特征在于,所述通用单元体幕墙系统包括多个单元体,每一所述单元体由若干根横梁及位于横梁两侧的公母立杆拼接构成,两侧相邻所述单元体通过公立杆与母立杆配合插接构成幕墙的立杆,上下相邻所述单元体通过上横梁与下横梁配合插接构成幕墙的横梁,所述竖向框组件与所述通用单元体幕墙系统的横梁固定连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种单元体幕墙系统,其特征在于,所述玻璃面板的上端或下端与所述下横梁或上横梁之间通过第二副框连接,所述第二副框具有与所述玻璃面板倾斜角度相适应的倾斜面,所述玻璃面板与所述倾斜面之间填充有结构胶,所述第二副框与所述下横梁或上横梁卡 接。
