一种集成电路IC手动引脚整型机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及引脚整型技术领域,具体为一种集成电路IC手动引脚整型机。
背景技术
集成电路IC在使用相应的IC插座在测试前后取放的过程中,可能会造成引脚轻微歪斜,翘脚等不良现象。当此部分IC直接焊接到PCB上,会造成焊接不良(主要表现在:IC引脚空焊/假焊/漏焊/短路等不良),轻微会造成线路板抓取不到等测试不良。严重的会因PCBA短路造成烧毁/甚至于自燃等重大事故发生。
在目前IC引脚整形方法中,存在整形方式复杂,人员操作繁琐,整形效果差等缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种集成电路IC手动引脚整型机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种集成电路IC手动引脚整型机,包括底座、上模和下模,所述下模固定在底座上,所述下模中心设有凹槽,所述下模两侧设有引脚放置区,所述凹槽尺寸与集成电路IC尺寸一致,所述上模设置在下模正上方,所述 底座上固定安装有导向杆,所述上模两侧开有通孔,所述导向杆贯穿通孔,所述上模上端面中部固定安装有压杆,所述压杆上端设有按压把,所述导向杆顶部安装有挡块,且所述挡块与上模上端面之间固定安装压缩弹簧,且所述压缩弹簧套设在导向杆外壁,所述上模内侧分别安装有整形针和整形柱,所述整形柱设置在引脚的水平面正上方,所述整形针设置在相邻引脚间隙的正上方。
优选的,所述压缩弹簧包括第一接触端、第二接触端和弹簧本体,所述弹簧本体由一长条形金属或树脂环形绕转而成,且呈螺旋状,所述弹簧本体上设有多个等间距的螺旋圈体,所述第一接触端和第二接触端分别设置在弹簧本体的顶部和底部,且所述第一接触端、第二接触端均为水平面;所述第一接触端固定连接挡块,所述第二接触端固定连接上模。
优选的,所述整形柱下端部采用半球形结构;所述整形针下端部为锥形结构。
优选的,所述上模和下模均由亚克力材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
(1)本实用新型结构设计新颖,使用方便,能够实现对集成电路IC引脚的快速整形,提高了后续IC焊接的质量。
(2)本实用新型采用的压缩弹簧受力均匀,受力后不易发生变形,能够实现快速复位,进一步提高了工作效率。

请参阅图1-2,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种集成电路IC手动引脚整型机,包括底座1、上模2和下模3,上模2和下模3均由亚克力材料制成;所述下模2固定在底座1上,所述下模3中心设有凹槽4,所述下模3两侧设有引脚放置区5,所述凹槽4尺寸与集成电路IC尺寸一致,所述上模2设置在下模3正上方,所述底座1上固定安装有导向杆6,所述上模2两侧开有通孔,所述导向杆6贯穿通孔,所述上模2上端面中部固定安装有压杆7,所述压杆7上端设有按压把8,所述导向杆6顶部安装有挡块9,且所述挡块9与上模2上端面之间固定安装压缩弹簧10,且所述压缩弹簧10套设在导向杆6外壁,所述上模2内侧分别安装有整形针11和整形柱12,所述整形柱12设置在引脚的水平面正上方,所述整形针11设置在相邻 引脚间隙的正上方;整形柱12下端部采用半球形结构;所述整形针11下端部为锥形结构,采用的整形柱和整形针特殊结构,能够防止损伤引脚。
本实用新型中,压缩弹簧10包括第一接触端13、第二接触端14和弹簧本体15,所述弹簧本体15由一长条形金属或树脂环形绕转而成,且呈螺旋状,所述弹簧本体15上设有多个等间距的螺旋圈体16,所述第一接触端13和第二接触端14分别设置在弹簧本体15的顶部和底部,且所述第一接触端13、第二接触端14均为水平面;所述第一接触端13固定连接挡块9,所述第二接触端14固定连接上模2。本实用新型采用的压缩弹簧受力均匀,受力后不易发生变形,能够实现快速复位,进一步提高了工作效率。
工作原理:将待整型集成电路IC放置在下模上,引脚放置在引脚放置区,之后通过手动按压按压把,上模向下移动,操作者确认整形针从引脚间隙处从上往下压,整型柱通过压力,将引脚翘起的部分,往下压,让变形的引脚回归到正常的位置。
综上所述,本实用新型结构设计新颖,使用方便,能够实现对集成电路IC引脚的快速整形,提高了后续IC焊接的质量。
