Abstract

本发明公开了一种抽屉可自动开合的复式洗衣机,包括底座,所述底座用于将洗衣机支撑于安装面上;抽屉,所述抽屉位于复式洗衣机壳体内,壳体上设有供抽屉抽拉开闭的开口;自动弹出装置,所述自动弹出装置设在抽屉下方,包括装置本体和伸缩杆,伸缩杆的伸缩端与抽屉固定、另一端伸入装置本体内,装置本体与洗衣机的底座相固定连接,装置本体经伸缩杆带动抽屉向壳体外或内移动。本发明通过在抽屉外加装自动弹出装置,能够自动打开或关闭抽屉,使得用户可以通过简单的按键或触摸操作,实现一键开启或闭合抽屉,省时省力;自动弹出装置固定在洗衣机的底座上,其加工简单,抽屉的打开或关闭稳定可靠。

Description

一种抽屉可自动开合的复式洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于洗衣机技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种抽屉可自动开合的复式洗衣机。
背景技术
现有技术的复式洗衣机包括功能多样化的抽屉,用于满足客户的不同需求,例如内置洗衣机、洗鞋机等。为了便于抽屉的抽拉,目前市面上普遍的做法是在复式洗衣机的抽屉的面板上安装拉手,开启或关闭抽屉时均需用手拉动拉手,如果抽屉内部物品的重量过大时,会导致使用者推拉困难,特别是当抽屉安置在洗衣机的下方时,使用者必须蹲下才能完全打开抽屉。另外还可以通过推进安装于抽屉和洗衣机腔室之间滑轨来实现抽屉的开启与闭合,但是这种借助外力触发弹开的抽屉,通常弹出的行程较短,因为弹出的行程与触发在抽屉上的作用力呈正比,如果需要弹出的行程较大,则相对应的触发力也需要很大,这样使得抽屉的开启和关闭操作费时费力。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种抽屉可自动开合的复式洗衣机,抽屉外设有自动弹出装置,自动弹出装置固定在洗衣机的底座上,通过简单的按键或触摸操作,可实现抽屉的自动开启或闭合。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种抽屉可自动开合的复式洗衣机,包括底座,所述底座用于将洗衣机支撑于安装面上;抽屉,所述抽屉位于复式洗衣机壳体内,壳体上设有供抽屉抽拉开闭的开口;自动弹出装置,所述自动弹出装置设在抽屉下方,包括装置本体和伸缩杆,伸缩杆的伸缩端与抽屉固定、另一端伸入装置本体内,装置本体与洗衣机的底座相固定连接,装置本体经伸缩杆带动抽屉向壳体外或内移动。
所述抽屉设于底座上方,底座与抽屉底部之间存在一定间隙距离,使底座与抽屉之间的间隙围成一个内部中空的安装腔;自动弹出装置安装在安装腔内,并与底座相固定。
优选的,所述底座相对两侧分别设有固定底板,固定底板均与抽屉移动方向平行,壳体前侧设有处于开口下部的前挡板,两固定底板的前端部分别与一前挡板相固定连接;前挡板 上设有供伸缩杆穿过的开口。
所述安装腔内设有水平支架,水平支架的两侧分别与两侧固定底板相一一对应的固定连接,水平支架的顶端低于前挡板的顶端,装置本体安装在水平支架上。
优选的,水平支架为一水平放置的板材结构;板材结构的两端分别为与对应侧固定底板相固定连接的水平固定部,板材结构的中部为供装置本体安装的水平安装部;水平安装部的两端分别经向下倾斜延伸的倾斜部与对应侧的水平固定部相连接。
进一步优选的,水平固定部贴合搭放于对应侧固定底板上侧,并固定连接;装置本体固定安装于水平安装部的上侧。
所述自动弹出装置的伸缩杆与抽屉的移动方向平行,伸缩杆的伸缩端与抽屉相固定连接,另一端通过底座前挡板的开口穿入安装腔,并伸入装置本体内部。
所述抽屉向壳体外移动一侧设有前面板,前面板具有向下凸出延伸的凸出部,凸出部在抽屉推拉方向上的投影至少覆盖前挡板的外周,使当抽屉被拉回壳体内时,凸出部完全覆盖底座前挡板,伸缩杆的伸缩端固定于凸出部的后端面。
优选的,凸出部的后端面固定安装有固定件,固定件上设有供伸缩杆的伸缩端插入的插孔,伸缩端设有径向凸出延伸的、超出插孔孔径的止挡筋,止挡筋夹持于固定件与凸出部之间,使伸缩杆的伸缩端与抽屉前面板相固定。
进一步优选的,伸缩杆沿抽屉的抽拉方向延伸,伸缩杆的伸缩端与凸出部的中部相连接。
装置本体对应贴合的安装于水平支架的水平安装部的上端面,装置本体的外周设有多个通孔,水平安装部上设有与通孔相一一对应的开孔,紧固螺栓穿过装置本体的通孔和水平安装部的开孔,使装置本体和水平支架通过紧固螺栓相固定。
优选的,所述装置本体安装在水平安装部的中部,以使自动弹出装置驱动抽屉向壳体内外移动时,抽屉受力均匀。
进一步优选的,所述紧固螺栓上分别套设有橡胶缓冲垫,橡胶缓冲垫被夹在装置本体和水平支架中间。
所述装置本体包括滑轨、传动装置和驱动装置,伸缩杆伸入装置本体一端与传动装置连接,传动装置在驱动装置的驱动下,带动伸缩杆沿着滑轨移动,继而伸缩杆带动抽屉向壳体外或内移动。
所述驱动装置为可双向转动的电机,传动装置包括传动齿轮组,传动齿轮组安装在电机的输出轴上,电机驱动传动齿轮组正向或反向转动。
所述伸缩杆伸入装置本体一端沿横向排列设有多个锯齿,伸入装置本体一端呈齿条结构,与传动齿轮组的输出齿轮相啮合,传动齿轮组的输入齿轮带动输出齿轮传动,伸缩杆伸入装置本体一端与传动齿轮组一起构成齿条齿轮机构。
所述可双向转动的电机连接导线的一头,导线的另一头穿出装置本体,与端子相连接,端子与洗衣机的控制系统相连接,以接收触发电机正向或反向转动的信号,从而推动或拉动抽屉。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
通过在抽屉外加装自动弹出装置,能够自动打开或关闭抽屉,不需要在抽屉上设置把手,使得用户可以通过简单的按键或触摸操作,实现一键开启或闭合抽屉,其操控简单,并且省时省力。
自动弹出装置固定在洗衣机的底座上,其加工简单,抽屉的打开或关闭稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例中介绍了一种抽屉3可自动开合的复式洗衣机,包括一体外壳内上下设置的第一洗涤部1和第二洗涤部,第一洗涤部1内设有利用驱动装置驱动的洗涤装置,洗涤装置包括洗涤筒,洗涤筒内安装有波轮或滚转条。第一洗涤部1下方设有一容纳空间,该空间的壳体对应第一洗涤部1的外壳的前端面2设有一开口,开口内设置第二洗涤部。
本发明实施例中,第二洗涤部包括可抽拉的抽屉3和底座10,抽屉3的前面板4与壳体开口相对应,并与第一洗涤部1的外壳的前端面2相配合,整个洗衣机从外表看为一整体,外面没有连接痕迹,较美观;底座10位于抽屉3的下方,将洗衣机支撑到安装面上,底座10包括设置在两侧的固定底板6,固定底板6水平放置,固定底板6的前端部分别与竖直放置的前挡板7相固定,固定底板6上方固定有水平支架8。
如图4所示,本发明实施例中,抽屉3包括顶部敞口的抽屉腔室5和前面板4,前面板4竖直设置,向下凸出延伸形成凸出部28,令前面板4凸出底座10的前挡板7,当抽屉3回到壳体内部时,抽屉3的前面板4与第一洗涤部1的前端面2处于同一竖直平面上,并与底座10的前挡板7相贴合。
本发明实施例中,抽屉3的下方设置有自动弹出装置12,自动弹出装置12驱动抽屉3移动,实现抽屉3的自动开启和闭合。
本发明实施例中,抽屉3的功能多样化,抽屉3内可装有用于衣物洗涤的洗涤设备,或装有用于衣物烘干的烘干设备,或装有用于盛放洗涤用品的存储设备等等,以满足用户多样化的需求。
本发明实施例中,洗衣机壳体上安装有控制自动弹出装置12的控制系统及控制面板,控制面板上设有控制按键,用户可以通过在控制面板上进行简单的按键或触摸操作,实现抽屉 3的自动开启和闭合。
实施例一
如图4至图7所示,本实施例介绍了一种自动弹出装置12,自动弹出装置12分别与抽屉3和底座10相固定连接,自动弹出装置12包括伸缩杆14和装置本体13,装置本体13驱动伸缩杆14伸缩移动。伸缩杆14水平设置,与抽屉3移动方向平行,伸缩杆14的伸缩端26与抽屉3的前面板4固定连接,另一端穿过底座10的前挡板7,继而伸入装置本体13内。
如图8至图9所示,本实施例中,装置本体13包括传动装置和驱动装置,伸缩杆14伸入装置本体13一端与传动装置连接,传动装置在驱动装置的驱动下,带动伸缩杆14移动,继而伸缩杆14带动抽屉3向壳体外或内移动。
本实施例中,驱动装置为可双向转动的电机,传动装置包括传动齿轮组18,传动齿轮组18安装在电机的输出轴上,电机驱动传动齿轮组18正向或反向转动。
本实施例中,伸缩杆14伸入装置本体13一端沿横向排列设有多个锯齿,伸入装置本体13一端呈齿条结构,与传动齿轮组18的输出齿轮17相啮合,传动齿轮组18的输入齿轮16带动输出齿轮17传动,伸缩杆14伸入装置本体13一端与传动齿轮组18一起构成齿条齿轮机构。
本实施例中,电机驱动传动齿轮组18转动,传动齿轮组18转动带动与传动齿轮组18相配合的伸缩杆14移动,因伸缩杆14固定在抽屉3的前面板4上,伸缩杆14移动带动抽屉3移动,实现了抽屉3的自动开启和关闭;通过控制电机的正转或反转来实现抽屉3的开启或关闭,从而使得抽屉的开启和关闭控制变得简单方便;传动齿轮组18和伸缩杆14的配合,结构简单,并有效得提高了抽屉在移动过程中的稳定性。
本实施例中,为了提高抽屉3的自动开启和关闭顺畅性,在自动弹出装置12的装置本体13内设有与抽屉3移动方向平行的滑轨21,将伸缩杆14设置在滑轨21上,传动齿轮组18带动伸缩杆14沿滑轨21移动,从而有效地提高了抽屉3在移动过程中的顺畅性。
实施例二
如图8至图9所示,本实施例中,传动齿轮组18包括输入齿轮16和输出齿轮17,传动齿轮组18的输入齿轮16安装在电机的输出轴上,输出齿轮17与输入齿轮16同轴连接。当电机的转速与抽屉3预设的移动速度不一致时,为了保证抽屉自动开启和关闭的稳定性,电机的转速通过传动齿轮组18调整后,传动齿轮组18以合适的转速带动伸缩杆14沿着滑轨21移动,伸缩杆14继而带动抽屉3移动,从而使得抽屉3在预设的速度下移动。
根据本实施例的第一个具体实施例,输入齿轮16和输出齿轮17为相啮合的齿轮组,且输入齿轮16的直径小于输出齿轮17的直径。
根据本实施例的第二个具体实施例,输入齿轮16和输出齿轮17均为带动,输入齿轮16通过皮带带动输出齿轮17转动,且输入齿轮16的直径小于输出齿轮17的直径。
根据本实施例的第三个具体实施例,输入齿轮16和输出齿轮17均为链轮,输入齿轮16通过链条带动输出齿轮17转动,且输入齿轮16的直径小于输出齿轮17的直径。
输入齿轮16的直径小于输出齿轮17的直径,有效地保证了在电机转速较快时,传动齿轮组18还能起到减速的作用,使得伸缩杆14能相对于电机以较慢的速度运转,并带动抽屉3以较慢的速度移动,从而保证抽屉3在预设的速度下完成开合动作。
如果在电机转速较慢时,可以设计输入齿轮16的直径大于输出齿轮17的直径,此时,传动齿轮组18起到增速的作用,使得伸缩杆14能相对于电机以较快的速度运转,并带动抽屉3以较快的速度移动,从而保证抽屉3在预设的速度下完成开关门动作。
实施例三
如图8至图9所示,本实施例中,自动弹出装置12的驱动电机连接导线19的一头,导线19的另一头穿出装置本体13,连接端子20,端子20与壳体的控制系统相连接,以接收触发电机正向或反向转动的信号。
如图8所示,本实施例中,当用户需要开启抽屉3时,按下壳体上控制面板的开启按钮,控制系统向端子20发出触发电机正向转动的信号,电机接收正向转动信号,驱动输入齿轮16正向转动,输出齿轮17随之反向转动,带动伸缩杆14沿着滑轨21向前运动,从而推动抽屉向前移动,从而实现抽屉3的自动开启。
如图9所示,本实施例中,当用户需要关闭抽屉3时,按下壳体上控制面板的关闭按钮,控制系统向端子20发出触发电机反向转动的信号,电机接收反向转动信号,驱动输入齿轮16反向转动,输出齿轮17随之正向转动,带动伸缩杆14沿着滑轨21向后运动,从而推动抽屉向后移动,从而实现抽屉3的自动关闭。
实施例四
如图4至图7所示,本实施例中,底座10位于抽屉3的下方,底座10与抽屉3的底部之间存在一定间隙距离,使底座10与抽屉3之间的间隙围成一个内部中空的安装腔27,以供自动弹出装置12安装在安装腔27内。
本实施例中,底座10相对两侧分别设有固定底板6,固定底板6均水平放置,并均与抽 屉3移动方向平行,壳体前侧设有处于开口下部的前挡板7,固定底板6的前端部分别与前挡板7相固定,前挡板7竖直放置,位于抽屉推拉一侧,与第一洗涤部1外壳的前端面2相对应,前挡板7的顶端低于抽屉3的抽屉腔室5的底端,并且前挡板7的顶端高于抽屉3的前面板4的底端,前挡板7的底端与前面板4的底端相平齐,当抽屉3推入壳体内,抽屉3的前面板4与前挡板7相贴合,使前面板4完全覆盖前挡板7,以使前挡板7阻止抽屉3继续向壳体内移动。前挡板7上设有开口,以供自动弹出装置12的伸缩杆14穿过。
本实施例中,底座10与抽屉3形成的安装腔27内安装有水平支架8,水平支架8固定在固定底板6的上方,水平支架8的两侧分别与两侧固定底板6相一一对应的固定连接,水平支架8为一水平放置的板材结构,板材结构的两端分别为与对应侧固定底板6相连接的水平固定部23,板材结构的中部为供装置本体13安装的水平安装部24,水平安装部24的两端分别经向下倾斜延伸25的倾斜部与对应侧的水平固定部23相连接。
优选的,水平固定部23贴合搭放于对应侧固定底板6上侧,水平固定部23分别与相对应侧固定底板6通过螺钉11相固定连接,装置本体13固定安装于水平安装部24的上侧。
本实施例中,水平安装部24高于水平固定部23,使水平安装部24与底座10的底部存在一定的距离,避免底部积水没过水平安装部24上的装置本体13,从而使自动弹出装置12失效,无法正常工作。水平安装部24的高度低于底座10前挡板7的顶端,使自动弹出装置12的装置本体13安装在水平支架8上时,伸缩杆14的高度不会超过前挡板7的顶端,伸缩杆14能穿过前挡板7从而与抽屉3相固定。
实施例五
本实施例中,抽屉3向壳体外移动一侧设有前面板4,前面板4具有向下凸出延伸的凸出部28,凸出部28在抽屉推拉方向上的投影至少覆盖前挡板7的外周,使当抽屉3被拉回壳体内时,凸出部28完全覆盖底座前挡板7。
本实施例中,自动弹出装置12的伸缩杆14与抽屉3的移动方向平行,伸缩杆14的伸缩端26与抽屉3相固定连接,另一端通过底座10前挡板7的开口穿入安装腔27,并伸入装置本体13内部。
本实施例中,伸缩杆14的伸缩端26固定于凸出部28的后端面,凸出部28的后端面固定安装有固定件29,固定件29上设有供伸缩杆14的伸缩端26插入的插孔30,插入插孔30的伸缩端26设置为不规则形状,避免伸缩杆14与凸出部28安装时,出现倒装情况。伸缩端26设有径向凸出延伸的、超出插孔30孔径的止挡筋,止挡筋夹持于固定件29和凸出部28 之间,使伸缩杆14的伸缩端26与抽屉3的前面板4相固定。
优选的,伸缩杆14沿抽屉3的抽拉方向延伸,伸缩杆14的伸缩端26与凸出部28的中部相连接,使抽屉能够受力平衡。
如图4至图7所示,本实施例中,自动弹出装置12的装置本体13对应贴合的安装于水平支架8的水平安装部24的上端面,装置本体13的顶端低于抽屉3的抽屉腔室5的底端,避免当自动弹出装置12工作时,装置本体13与抽屉3的底部摩擦,而造成自动弹出装置12和抽屉3的损坏。装置本体13的外周设有通孔22,水平支架8的水平安装部24上设有与通孔22相一一对应的开孔,紧固螺栓9穿过装置本体13的通孔22和水平安装部24的开孔,使装置本体13通过紧固螺栓9与水平支架8相固定。
优选的,装置本体13固定在水平支架8的中部,利于自动弹出装置12工作时,伸缩杆14对抽屉3的施力平衡,便于抽屉3向外或向内移动。
优选的,紧固螺栓9靠近水平支架8一端分别套设有橡胶缓冲垫,橡胶缓冲垫被夹在水平支架8和装置本体13中间,避免当自动弹出装置12工作时,自动弹出装置12受驱动电机影响或伸缩杆14移动而震动,继而自动弹出装置12带动水平支架8及底座10一起震动,导致壳体工作时剧烈晃动。

    底座,所述底座用于将洗衣机支撑于安装面上;
    抽屉,所述抽屉位于复式洗衣机壳体内,壳体上设有供抽屉抽拉开闭的开口;
    自动弹出装置,所述自动弹出装置设在抽屉下方,包括装置本体和伸缩杆,伸缩杆的伸缩端与抽屉固定、另一端伸入装置本体内,装置本体与洗衣机的底座相固定连接,装置本体经伸缩杆带动抽屉向壳体外或内移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种抽屉可自动开合的复式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述抽屉设于底座上方,底座与抽屉底部之间存在一定间隙距离,使底座与抽屉之间的间隙围成一个内部中空的安装腔;自动弹出装置安装在安装腔内,并与底座相固定;
    优选的,所述底座相对两侧分别设有固定底板,固定底板均与抽屉移动方向平行,壳体前侧设有处于开口下部的前挡板,两固定底板的前端部分别与一前挡板相固定连接;前挡板上设有供伸缩杆穿过的开口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种抽屉可自动开合的复式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述安装腔内设有水平支架,水平支架的两侧分别与两侧固定底板相一一对应的固定连接,水平支架的顶端低于前挡板的顶端,装置本体安装在水平支架上;
    优选的,水平支架为一水平放置的板材结构;板材结构的两端分别为与对应侧固定底板相固定连接的水平固定部,板材结构的中部为供装置本体安装的水平安装部;水平安装部的两端分别经向下倾斜延伸的倾斜部与对应侧的水平固定部相连接;
    进一步优选的,水平固定部贴合搭放于对应侧固定底板上侧,并固定连接;装置本体固定安装于水平安装部的上侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种抽屉可自动开合的复式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述自动弹出装置的伸缩杆与抽屉的移动方向平行,伸缩杆的伸缩端与抽屉相固定连接,另一端通过底座前挡板的开口穿入安装腔,并伸入装置本体内部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种抽屉可自动开合的复式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述抽屉向壳体外移动一侧设有前面板,前面板具有向下凸出延伸的凸出部,凸出部在抽屉推拉方向上的投影至少覆盖前挡板的外周,使当抽屉被拉回壳体内时,凸出部完全覆盖底座前挡板,伸缩杆的伸缩端固定于凸出部的后端面;
    优选的,凸出部的后端面固定安装有固定件,固定件上设有供伸缩杆的伸缩端插入的插孔,伸缩端设有径向凸出延伸的、超出插孔孔径的止挡筋,止挡筋夹持于固定件与凸出部之 间,使伸缩杆的伸缩端与抽屉前面板相固定;
    进一步优选的,伸缩杆沿抽屉的抽拉方向延伸,伸缩杆的伸缩端与凸出部的中部相连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的一种抽屉可自动开合的复式洗衣机,其特征在于,装置本体对应贴合的安装于水平支架的水平安装部的上端面,装置本体的外周设有多个通孔,水平安装部上设有与通孔相一一对应的开孔,紧固螺栓穿过装置本体的通孔和水平安装部的开孔,使装置本体和水平支架通过紧固螺栓相固定;
    优选的,所述装置本体安装在水平安装部的中部,以使自动弹出装置驱动抽屉向壳体内外移动时,抽屉受力均匀;
    进一步优选的,所述紧固螺栓上分别套设有橡胶缓冲垫,橡胶缓冲垫被夹在装置本体和水平支架中间。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一所述的一种抽屉可自动开合的复式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述装置本体包括滑轨、传动装置和驱动装置,伸缩杆伸入装置本体一端与传动装置连接,传动装置在驱动装置的驱动下,带动伸缩杆沿着滑轨移动,继而伸缩杆带动抽屉向壳体外或内移动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种抽屉可自动开合的复式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述驱动装置为可双向转动的电机,传动装置包括传动齿轮组,传动齿轮组安装在电机的输出轴上,电机驱动传动齿轮组正向或反向转动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种抽屉可自动开合的复式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆伸入装置本体一端沿横向排列设有多个锯齿,伸入装置本体一端呈齿条结构,与传动齿轮组的输出齿轮相啮合,传动齿轮组的输入齿轮带动输出齿轮传动,伸缩杆伸入装置本体一端与传动齿轮组一起构成齿条齿轮机构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种抽屉3可自动开合的复式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述可双向转动的电机连接导线的一头,导线的另一头穿出装置本体,与端子相连接,端子与洗衣机的控制系统相连接,以接收触发电机正向或反向转动的信号,从而推动或拉动抽屉。
