一种分离式主动带轮装置,其包括一框状的主动带轮座(1)和设于该主动带轮座(1)中的主动带轮组件,主动带轮座(1)的顶部设有安装孔而底部设有轴承座,主动带轮组件包括:带轮轴(2)、设于该带轮轴(2)一端的连接孔(4)、设于该带轮轴(2)上的主动带轮(5)、分别设于带轮轴(2)两端的轴承(3)。
Description
本发明涉及机械传动机构,尤其涉及一种全高屏蔽门滑动门的驱动皮带轮装置。
随着城市的发展,地铁已成为城市居民出行的主要交通工具。目前,大量的地铁采用全高屏蔽门来保护乘客的安全。而全高屏蔽门开关多由同步带机构来传动实施,同步带机构又由固定一体的电机减速器来驱动。一般同步带轮固定在电机输出轴段,形成“悬臂梁”支撑结构,同步带所需的扭矩和张紧力均由电机输出轴来承担。由于屏蔽门开、关门一次主动带轮轴需要转几圈甚至十几圈,电机输出轴将承受到较大循环拉压变力的作用,电机工况相当复杂,最终导致断轴现象普遍发生,以致屏蔽门开关的安全系数大大降低。
因此,如何改善电机轴的受力状况,提高电机轴使用寿命是业界亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有驱动屏蔽门开关的电机轴受力不佳、电机轴使用寿命低的技术问题,提出一种可减轻电机输出轴的负担、彻底避免电机断轴现象,延长其使用寿命的分体式主动带轮装置。
本发明的提出的一种分离式主动带轮装置,其包括:一框状的主动带轮座和设于该主动带轮座中的主动带轮组件。主动带轮座的顶部设有安装孔而底部设有轴承座;主动带轮组件包括:带轮轴、设于该带轮轴一端的能与电机减速器部件的输出轴连接的连接孔、设于该带轮轴上的主动带轮、分别设于所述带轮轴两端的轴承;设于带轮轴下端的轴承安装于所述主 动带轮座底部的轴承座中,设于带轮轴上端的轴承安装于一带轮盖板的内孔中,该带轮盖板一侧面凸起的圆台嵌入所述主动带轮座顶部的安装孔中。
较优的,所述的主动带轮可以为同步带轮,该同步带轮两侧设有端盖。
较优的,所述的主动带轮可以与所述的带轮轴热套过盈配合。
较优的,所述的带轮轴与主动带轮配合连接的轴段可以设有滚压形成的凹痕。
本发明一改传统的将主动带轮直接安装于电机减速器部件的输出轴上,而是先将主带轮轴两端设置轴承并采用“简支梁”支撑结构,安装在一框状的主动带轮座中,然后将电机减速器部件与主动带轮座固定连接并使得电机减速器部件的输出轴与本发明的主带轮轴连接。工程施工时,先将本发明的主动带轮座固定连接于屏蔽门的门机梁上,再与从动轮组成环形的同步带系统。本发明的主动带轮与主动带轮座采用简支梁的支撑连接方式,实现电机轴与主动带轮分离式安装,无需与电机轴直接安装。电机减速器输出轴通过键配合与主动带轮组件连接,电机减速器直接通过螺钉与主动带轮座连接,而电机减速器输出轴只提供主动带轮所需的扭矩,同步带张紧对带轮轴产生的作用力由主动带轮座承担。这样大大降低了电机工况的复杂度,减轻了电机输出轴的负担,彻底避免电机断轴现象,延长了使用寿命。

其中,1-主动带轮座、2-带轮轴、3-轴承、4、连接孔、5-主动带轮、6、带轮盖板、7-端盖、8-电机减速器部件、9-电机安装板、10-同步带、11-橡胶垫、12-输出轴。
如图1~图4所示,为本发明较佳实施例的机构示意图。所述的一种分离式主动带轮装置,其包括:一框状的主动带轮座1和设于该主动带轮座中的主动带轮组件。主动带轮座1顶部、底板以及前后面均为壁体,左右两侧为贯通的可供同步带10伸出(结合图1所示),主动带轮座1的顶部设有安装孔而底部设有轴承座。主动带轮组件包括:带轮轴2、设于该轴上端的可与电机减速器部件8输出轴12连接的连接孔4、设于该带轮轴上的主动带轮5、分别设于带轮轴2两端的轴承3。带轮轴2下端的轴承安装于主动带轮座1底部的轴承座中,带轮轴2上端的轴承安装于一带轮盖板6的内孔中,该带轮盖板一侧面凸起的圆台嵌入主动带轮座1顶部的安装孔中。结合图3所示,主动带轮5为同步带轮,该同步带轮两侧设有端盖7。主动带轮5与带轮轴2采用热套过盈配合。具体的,带轮轴2与主动带轮5配合连接的轴段设有滚压形成的凹痕,再将主动带轮加热以致孔增大,在高温的情况下带轮与带轮轴装配而成,待冷却后不用键连接也可以承受足够的扭矩。
请参阅附图2、图3,装配时,先将带轮轴2与主动带轮5通过热套工艺固定安装在一起,在带轮轴的上、下两端装上轴承3,再将带轮轴装入带轮盖板6内孔的轴承座中,然后将带有带轮盖板6的主动带轮组件由主动带轮座1顶部的安装孔进入,使得带轮轴的下端轴承3装入主动带轮座1底部的轴承座,同时带轮盖板6下侧面凸起的圆台嵌入主动带轮座1顶部的安装孔中,最后用沉头螺钉将带轮盖板6固定安装于主动带轮座1的顶部。工程安装时,先将本发明的主动带轮座1底部垫上一橡胶垫板11并通过螺栓固定连接于屏蔽门的门机梁上,再与从动轮组成环形的同步带系统。
结合图1、图4,电机减速器部件8安装在电机安装板9上,通过螺栓将电机安装板9与主动带轮座1刚性连接,也可以省略电机安装板9,通过改变电机减速器部件8的安装方式,直接将电机减速器部件8安装在主动带轮座1或带轮盖板6上,实现电机的固定,同时电机减速器部件的输出轴12插入带轮轴2上端的连接孔并键连接,通过键连接可将电机的输出扭矩传给主动带轮5。当同步带转动机构驱动屏蔽门关门或开门时,电机减速器部件的输出轴12仅仅受到主动带轮5施加的阻碍扭矩,而不会受到同步带作用的弯矩。由于带轮轴 2采用“简支梁”的支撑结构,同步带10施加给带轮轴2的作用力将由两端的轴承支撑,因而受力状况要大大优于传统的电机输出轴的“悬臂梁”的受力状况。这样大大降低了工况的复杂度,减轻了电机输出轴的受力负担,彻底避免电机断轴现象,延长了使用寿命。
以上所述实施例主要是为了说明本发明的创作构思,应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
- 一种分离式主动带轮装置,其特征在于,包括一框状的主动带轮座(1)和设于该主动带轮座中的主动带轮组件;所述主动带轮座(1)的顶部设有安装孔而底部设有轴承座;主动带轮组件包括:带轮轴(2)、设于该带轮轴一端的能与电机减速器部件的输出轴(12)连接的连接孔(4)、设于该带轮轴上的主动带轮(5)、分别设于所述带轮轴(2)两端的轴承(3);设于带轮轴(2)下端的轴承安装于所述主动带轮座(1)底部的轴承座中,设于带轮轴(2)上端的轴承安装于一带轮盖板(6)的内孔中,该带轮盖板一侧面凸起的圆台嵌入所述主动带轮座(1)顶部的安装孔中。
- 如权利要求1所述的分离式主动带轮装置,其特征在于,所述的主动带轮(5)为同步带轮,该同步带轮两侧设有端盖(7)。
- 如权利要求1所述的分离式主动带轮装置,其特征在于,所述的主动带轮(5)与所述的带轮轴(2)过盈配合。
- 如权利要求3所述的分离式主动带轮装置,其特征在于,所述的带轮轴(2)与主动带轮(5)配合连接的轴段设有滚压形成的凹痕。
