具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
结合图1所示,本实施例的复合栈板主要包括支撑板10、支撑框架20和多个支撑脚30,支撑板10可拆卸地设置于支撑框架20上,支撑脚30可拆卸地设置于支撑框架20的背向所述支撑板10的表面上,且多个支撑脚30间隔设置。作为优选实施例,复合栈板还包括第一锁定件和第二锁定件,支撑框架20上还设有第一锁定孔,第一锁定件穿设于第一锁定孔中且第一锁定件将支撑框架20锁定在支撑脚30上,支撑板10上设有第二锁定孔,第二锁定件穿设于所述第二锁定孔中且所述第二锁定件将支撑板10锁附与所述支撑框架20上,形成支撑板10、支撑框架20和多个支撑脚30共同组成复合栈板。
作为优选实施例,支撑框架20为矩形框,支撑框架20包括四根首尾垂直连接的边框21,支撑脚30的数量为四个,四个支撑脚30分别固定于支撑框架20的四个拐角上,这样支撑框架20受力均匀,具有良好的稳定性。其中支撑脚30的形状为圆柱体形或者正方体形。
进一步地,支撑脚30的朝向支撑框架20的表面部分凹陷形成第一凹槽31和第二凹槽32,第一凹槽31和第二凹槽32相互垂直且连通,连接于同一个拐角的两个边框21分别固定于第一凹槽31和第二凹槽32内,用过设置凹槽可以可使得支撑框架20更加稳定地连接于支撑脚30上,防止支撑框架20与支撑脚30之间发生偏移,同时支撑框架20与支撑脚30在高度方向部分重叠,减小了复合栈板的整体高度。
作为优选实施例,如图2所示,支撑框架20还包括相互交叉连接的第一加强条22和第二加强条23,第一加强条22的两端分别连接于支撑框架20的其中一条对角线上的两个拐角,第二加强条23的两端分别连接于支撑框架20的另外一条对角线上的两个所述拐角,即第一加强条22和第二加强条23构成X型结构,增强了支撑框架20的整体支撑强度。
进一步地,所述复合栈板还包括第一辅助脚40,第一辅助脚40固定于第一加强条22和第二加强条23交叉处的背向所述支撑板10的表面上,这样支撑框架20受到的支撑力更加均匀,从而提高了复合栈板的稳定性。进一步地, 优选通过螺丝锁附的方式将第一辅助脚40固定在第一加强条22和第二加强条23交叉处。其中第一辅助脚40的形状为圆柱体形或者正方体形。
进一步地,第一辅助脚40的朝向支撑板10的表面上设有相互交叉且连通的第三凹槽41和第四凹槽42,第一加强条22中心部分卡合于第三凹槽41内,第二加强条23中心部分卡合于第四凹槽42内,使得第一加强条22与第一加强条22与第一辅助脚40的连接更加稳定,同时也方便从第一加强条22和第一加强条22上拆卸第一辅助脚40,有利于第一辅助脚40的回收利用。需要说明的是,第一辅助脚40的背向支撑板10的端面与支撑脚30的背向支撑板10端面平齐,保证复合栈板的稳定性。
作为优选实施例,如图3所示,支撑框架20还包括四根首尾垂直连接的第三加强条24,且每根第三加强条24的两端分别连接于相邻的两根边框11上。四根第三加强条24构成正方形结构,这样增强了支撑框架20的整体支撑强度,同时边框21、第一加强条22、第二加强条23和第三加强条24将支撑框架20划分多个小的支撑区域,这样使得支撑板10受到的支撑力更加均匀,增强了复合栈板的整体支撑强度。
进一步地,所述复合栈板还包括四个第二辅助脚50,第二辅助脚50固定于第三加强条24和边框11的连接处的背向支撑板10的表面上,这样支撑框架20受到的支撑力更加均匀,从而提高了复合栈板的稳定性。
进一步地,第二辅助脚50的朝向支撑板10的表面上部分凹陷形成相互连通的第五凹槽51和第六凹槽52,边框11部分卡合于第五凹槽51内,第三加强条24卡合于第六凹槽52内。使得边框11与第三加强条24与第二辅助脚50的连接更加稳定,同时也方便从第一加强条22和第一加强条22上拆卸第二辅助脚50,有利于第二辅助脚50的回收利用。需要说明的是,第二辅助脚50的背向支撑板10的端面与支撑脚30的背向支撑板10端面平齐,保证复合栈板的稳定性。进一步地,优选通过螺丝锁附的方式将第二辅助脚50固定在边框11与第三加强条24的连接处。其中第二辅助脚50的形状为圆柱体形或者正方体形。
本实施例的支撑框架20的材料可以为金属材料、塑胶材料、木质材料或者复合材料等,其中支撑框架20的各个边框和各个加强条的形状可以管状或者条块状。支撑脚30、第一辅助脚40和第二辅助脚50的材料可以为金属材料、 塑胶材料、木质材料或者复合材料等。
本实施例的支撑板20与支撑框架20还可以通过结构卡合的方式结合在一起。
本发明公开的一种复合栈板,通过将支撑板、支撑框架和支撑脚可拆卸地组装形成复合栈板,栈板的结构简单,成本较低,且栈板具有较强的支撑强度,同时栈板的各个部件是可以拆卸的,提高了各个部件的回收利用率。
上面对本发明的具体实施方式进行了详细描述,虽然已表示和描述了一些实施例,但本领域技术人员应该理解,在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定其范围的本发明的原理和精神的情况下,可以对这些实施例进行修改和完善,这些修改和完善也应在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种复合栈板,其中,包括支撑板、支撑框架和多个支撑脚,所述支撑板可拆卸地设置于所述支撑框架上,所述支撑脚可拆卸地设置于所述支撑框架的背向所述支撑板的表面上,且所述多个支撑脚间隔设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的复合栈板,其中,所述支撑框架包括四根首尾垂直连接的边框,所述支撑脚的数量为四个,四个所述支撑脚分别固定于所述支撑框架的四个拐角上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的复合栈板,其中,所述支撑脚的朝向所述支撑框架的表面部分凹陷形成第一凹槽和第二凹槽,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽相互垂直且连通,连接于同一个拐角的两个边框分别卡合于所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的复合栈板,其中,所述支撑框架还包括相互交叉连接的第一加强条和第二加强条,所述第一加强条的两端分别连接于所述支撑框架的其中一条对角线上的两个所述拐角,所述第二加强条的两端分别连接于所述支撑框架的另外一条对角线上的两个所述拐角。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的复合栈板,其中,所述复合栈板还包括第一辅助脚,所述第一辅助脚固定于所述第一加强条和所述第二加强条交叉处的背向所述支撑板的表面上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的复合栈板,其中,所述第一辅助脚的朝向所述支撑板的表面上设有相互交叉且连通的第三凹槽和第四凹槽,所述第一加强条卡合于所述第三凹槽内,所述第二加强条卡合于所述第四凹槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的复合栈板,其中,所述支撑框架还包括四根首尾垂直连接的第三加强条,且每根所述第三加强条的两端分别连接于相邻的两根所述边框上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的复合栈板,其中,所述复合栈板还包括四个第二辅助脚,所述第二辅助脚固定于所述第三加强条和所述边框的连接处的背向所述支撑板的表面上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的复合栈板,其中,所述第二辅助脚的朝向所述支撑板的表面上部分凹陷形成相互连通的第五凹槽和第六凹槽,所述边框卡合 于所述第五凹槽内,所述第三加强条卡合于所述第六凹槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的复合栈板,其中,所述复合栈板还包括第一锁定件和第二锁定件,所述支撑框架上还设有第一锁定孔,所述第一锁定件穿设于所述第一锁定孔中且所述第一锁定件将所述支撑框架锁定在所述支撑脚上;所述支撑板上设有第二锁定孔,所述第二锁定件穿设于所述第二锁定孔中且所述第二锁定件将所述支撑板锁附于所述支撑框架上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的复合栈板,其中,所述支撑框架包括四根首尾垂直连接的边框,所述支撑脚的数量为四个,四个所述支撑脚分别固定于所述支撑框架的四个拐角上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的复合栈板,其中,所述支撑脚的朝向所述支撑框架的表面部分凹陷形成第一凹槽和第二凹槽,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽相互垂直且连通,连接于同一个拐角的两个边框分别卡合于所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的复合栈板,其中,所述支撑框架还包括相互交叉连接的第一加强条和第二加强条,所述第一加强条的两端分别连接于所述支撑框架的其中一条对角线上的两个所述拐角,所述第二加强条的两端分别连接于所述支撑框架的另外一条对角线上的两个所述拐角。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的复合栈板,其中,所述复合栈板还包括第一辅助脚,所述第一辅助脚固定于所述第一加强条和所述第二加强条交叉处的背向所述支撑板的表面上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的复合栈板,其中,所述第一辅助脚的朝向所述支撑板的表面上设有相互交叉且连通的第三凹槽和第四凹槽,所述第一加强条卡合于所述第三凹槽内,所述第二加强条卡合于所述第四凹槽内。
