本发明涉及口腔医疗设备,尤其涉及一种义齿打磨头。一体化义齿打磨头,包含柄部和刃部,柄部和刃部连接在一起,刃部包含连接在一起的大头工作部分和小头工作部分;大头工作部分的外形主要为弧形、圆柱形、锥形中的一种,小头工作部分的外形主要为倒梨型、锥形、锥形球头、圆柱形、圆柱形球头中的一种。本发明可以同时加工大的弧面以及小的缝隙如咬合面、牙龈乳尖等,不必换刀,节省时间和劳动力。

Description

一体化义齿打磨头 技术领域
本发明涉及口腔医疗设备,尤其涉及一种义齿打磨头。
背景技术
义齿的加工无论是全口义齿、固定义齿或者可摘局部义齿都需要用到义齿打磨头。义齿打磨头种类很多,大径磨头主要用来打磨大的圆弧面,小径磨头主要用来打磨缝隙、牙齿咬合面、打洞及其它大的磨头加工不到的地方。所以在加工同一个义齿模型需要大径磨头和小径磨头来回交替使用,这样的操作需要不断的换刀,费时、费力。
此外刀具的反复更换,很容易导致安装问题,使得高速旋转的打磨头发生振动,影响加工质量。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种一体化义齿打磨头。本发明可以同时加工大的弧面以及小的缝隙,不必换刀,节省时间和劳动力。
本发明一体化义齿打磨头,包含柄部和刃部,刃部包含连接在一起的大头工作部分和小头工作部分;大头工作部分的外形主要为弧形、圆柱形、或锥形中的一种;小头工作部分的外形主要为倒梨型、锥形、锥形球头、圆柱形、或圆柱形球头中的一种。
所述的一体化义齿打磨头,所述刃部的大头和小头工作部分上各自开有刀齿,大头工作部分刀齿为选自单一的左旋齿或右旋齿、左右交叉的多旋齿、单旋齿与多旋齿组合中的一种。
所述的一体化义齿打磨头,小头工作部分的刀齿为选自单一的左旋齿或右旋齿、左右交叉的多旋齿、单旋齿与多旋齿组合中的一种。
所述的一体化义齿打磨头,刃部的大头工作部分的齿密度为4~200齿,小头工作部分的齿密度为4~100齿。
本发明的刃部有两个工作部分,它的大头工作部分主要用来切削,小头工作部分主要是微雕和打洞,刃部大头和小头部分的齿密度可以根据实际使用自由搭 配组合。另外可以做各种涂层,增加磨头的寿命;本发明的打磨头锋利、跳动小,可以快速、安全、精确的实现理想的打磨效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一体化义齿打磨头,包含柄部1和刃部,刃部包含连接在一起的大头工作部分2和小头工作部分3;大头工作部分的外形主要为弧形、圆柱形、锥形中的一种,小头工作部分的外形主要为倒梨型、锥形、锥形球头、圆柱形、圆柱形球头中的一种,图1中是大头工作部分的外形是弧形,小头工作部分的外形是倒梨形。
所述的一体化义齿打磨头,所述刃部的大头和小头工作部分上各自开有刀齿,大头工作部分刀齿为选自单一的左旋齿或右旋齿、左右交叉的多旋齿、单旋齿与多旋齿组合中的一种。

  1. 一体化义齿打磨头,包含柄部和刃部,其特征在于刃部包含连接在一起的大头工作部分和小头工作部分;大头工作部分的外形主要为弧形、圆柱形、或锥形中的一种;小头工作部分的外形主要为倒梨型、锥形、锥形球头、圆柱形、或圆柱形球头中的一种。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一体化义齿打磨头,其特征在于,所述刃部的大头和小头工作部分上各自开有刀齿,大头工作部分刀齿为选自单一的左旋齿或右旋齿、左右交叉的多旋齿、单旋齿与多旋齿组合中的一种。
  3. 据权利要求2所述的一体化义齿打磨头,其特征在于,小头工作部分的刀齿为选自单一的左旋齿或右旋齿、左右交叉的多旋齿、单旋齿与多旋齿组合中的一种。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一体化义齿打磨头,其特征在于,刃部的大头工作部分的齿密度为4~200齿,小头工作部分的齿密度为4~100齿。
