铺地板是房屋装修必备的一道工序。目前,现有的地板铺设工艺包括:(1)浸泡。先将地板浸泡,然后等待其阴干。(2)地板铺贴。铺贴地板时,要把水泥砂浆饱满地抹在地板的背面,铺贴之后用橡皮锤轻轻敲实;同时,用水平尺检查和校正地板,然后擦净地板表面的水泥砂浆。(3)擦缝。待地板贴完2-3小时后,使用白水泥进行擦缝,把地板缝填充密实,而且保证平整光滑。最后再使用棉丝把地板表面擦净。现有的地板铺设工艺存在施工周期长,铺设效率低等问题。

本发明实施例提出一种地面铺设系统,其包括:找平层、扣件、卡件和地板,所述找平层设置在原始地面上,所述扣件与所述找平层固定连接,所述卡件安装在所述地板上,所述卡件与所述扣件卡接,将所述地板固定在所述找平层上。

图1示出了本发明实施例的地面铺设系统的结构示意图,如图1所示,本发明实施例的地面铺设系统包括:找平层4、扣件3、卡件2和地板1,找平层4设置在原始地面5上。扣件3与找平层4固定连接,卡件2安装在地板1上,卡件2与扣件3卡接,将地板固定在地面上。固定连接是指扣件3与找平层4之间不会发生相对移动。
本发明实施例中的地板可以为通用标准板件,例如300mm*300mm实心复合板、300mm*600mm实心复合板、600mm*600mm实心复合板等;也可以为拼花标准板件,例如实心 波导线板(其宽度*长度=150*600mm)、实心三角板(其三边的尺寸为600*600*849mm)、实心转角板等。拼花标准板件,是配合通用标准板件使用,满足地面不同铺装形式的规范性固化补充板块。通过通用标准板件与拼花标准板件的配合,可满足不同装修风格地面的铺设。
实心转角板包括第一连接板51、第二连接板52和三角板53,第一连接板51与第二连接板52垂直连接,第一连接板51的第一端和第二连接板52的第二端均设置成45°切边,第一连接板51与第二连接板52由两个45°切边拼接而成,如图2所示。三角板53为等腰直角三角形,三角板53的两个直角边分别与第一连接板51沿长度方向的第一侧边和第二连接板52沿长度方向的第一侧边连接,第一连接板51沿长度方向的第二侧边的尺寸约为152*574mm,第二连接板52沿长度方向的第二侧边的尺寸约为152*576mm,三角板53斜边的尺寸约为600mm。
地面铺设系统使用时,先在原始地面5上做找平处理,形成找平层4。将卡件2安装在地板1底部,将扣件3固定在找平层4上,然后将卡件2与扣件3卡接,实现一个地板1的铺设。当地板1的数量大于等于两个时,逐个将地板1铺设在找平层4上即可,不同地板1上位置相邻的两个卡件2可以共用一个扣件3。
此外,找平层4也可采用平直板,直接铺设在原始地面5上,只要满足找平层4的设置要求即可。
在本发明的其他实施例中,卡件2也可安装在地板1的其他部位,如地板1的周向边沿上。

在本发明的一个优选实施例中,如图3和图5所示,卡件2包括卡件本体21和卡钩,卡件本体21与地板1底部连接。卡钩包括弯折板22和第二凸起23,弯折板22由卡件本体21靠近地板1的板面延伸弯折形成,弯折板22朝向远离地板1的方向弯折,第二凸起23设置在弯折板22靠近卡件本体21一侧的板面上,第二凸起23位于卡件本体21和弯折板22之间。卡钩插入插槽31内,通过第二凸起23与其中一个第一凸起32卡接。地板1铺设时,卡件2可借助地板1以及卡件2自身的重量卡接在扣件3上,可降低工人劳动强度,提高地板1的安装效率。
进一步地,如图5所示,卡件本体21为矩形管状,卡件本体21的内部设置有斜板,斜板沿长度方向的两侧分别与卡件本体21的两个相对的边角固定连接,斜板将卡件本体21的内部分割成两个直角三角形。通过在卡件本体21内设置斜板,在降低卡件本体21的重量的情况下,还能保证卡件本体1的强度,延长卡件2的使用寿命。
较佳地,如图5所示,弯折板22包括水平板和竖直板,水平板沿长度方向的第五侧边与竖直板沿长度方向的第三侧边垂直连接,第二凸起23设置在竖直板沿长度方向的第四侧边上。弯折板22的弯折角度为90°,以方便卡件2与扣件3卡接。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,第一凸起32沿插槽31槽壁的长度方向排布,第二凸起23沿第四侧边的长度方向排布,两个凸起垂直于长度方向的截面均为三角形,以方便卡接。
进一步地,卡件2和扣件3均为挤出成型的塑料件,以降低地面铺设系统的重量,减轻楼面负荷;而且挤出成型工艺简单,成本低,有利于工业化大规模生产,便于地板的快速工业化安装。
优选地,如图1和图3所示,相邻地板1上相对设置的两个卡件2的卡钩插入同一个插槽31内,可减少扣件3的数量,降低装修成本,而且两个卡件2共用一个插槽31,可减小相邻地板1之间的间隙,提高地板铺设质量;而且还可规范模块式地板的标准种类,减少非标件的产生,地板之间铺装的联动性达到最大程度地提升。
在图3的实施例中,左侧的地板1与右侧的地板1相邻设置,左侧的地板1上位于其右侧的卡件2与右侧的地板1上位于其左侧的卡件2相对设置。左侧的地板1上安装的右侧的卡件2的第二凸起23与插槽31上左侧的第一凸起32卡接。右侧的地板1上安装的左侧的卡件2的第二凸起23与插槽31上右侧的第一凸起32卡接。
优选地,如图4所示,插槽31的两侧均设置有钉槽33,钉槽33通过紧固件与找平层4固定连接。通过设置钉槽33,可将紧固件(例如应力钉)安设在钉槽33内,避免由于紧固 件的存在,导致地板1的不平整。在图4的实施例中,钉槽33的宽度大于插槽31的宽度,以方便扣件3的固定。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,如图4所示,扣件3包括一个底板和四个竖板,四个竖板平行设置在底板上,且均位于底板的同侧,四个竖板和底板形成一个插槽31和两个钉槽33。扣件3包括一个底板和四个竖板,可精简扣件3的结构,便于大规模工业化生产,降低扣件3的制造成本。
较佳地,如图6所示,地板1包括面层11、胶黏层12和实心基层13,面层11通过胶黏层12与实心基层13贴合。面板11的材质为石材或者瓷砖。采用实心基层13与面层11相结合,增大了地板1的抗压、抗折强度,实现了实铺脚感,而且还减小了面板11的厚度,与现有技术中的石材地板或陶瓷地板,减轻了楼面负荷;同时面层11与实心基层13通过胶黏层12贴合,面层11可更换,方便维修和回收。该地板1还适用于干法铺装,进一步减轻了楼面负荷,提高铺设效率。
进一步地,地板铺设系统还包括弹性垫,弹性垫设置在找平层4上,位于所述实心基层13和找平层4之间。弹性垫在实心基层13与找平层4接触时起到缓冲、减震以及微调平的作用。在本实施例中,弹性垫的厚度约为1mm。弹性垫可采用橡胶材质制成。
可选地,弯折板22的边角上设置有挡条,挡条抵靠在面层11的边沿上,以使弯折板22的竖直板与面层11的边沿在同一平面上,保证地板铺设质量。挡条垂直于长度方向的截面可为三角形,三角形的长度最长的边抵靠在面层11的边沿上,该长度最长的边与竖直板远离卡件本体21的板面共面。
较佳地,实心基层13的每个边沿上均设置有凹槽14,卡件2安装在凹槽14内,可使地板1的底部与卡件本体21的底部在同一平面上,保证地板安装的平整,还可约束卡件2,防止卡件2与实心基层13发生相对运动。
在图6的施例中,实心基层13为矩形板,矩形板的四个边沿上均设置有一个凹槽14,凹槽14朝向矩形板的中心位置凹陷。每个凹槽14内均安装一个卡件2。凹槽14的尺寸与卡件2的尺寸相等。卡件本体21靠近地板1的板面以及弯折板22的水平板分别与胶黏层12粘接;卡件本体21远离弯折板22的竖直板的侧面与凹槽14的槽底粘接,以增加卡件2与凹槽14的连接稳定性。
在本发明的其他优选实施例中,地板1也可为三角形,三角形的三个边沿的底部上各设置有一个凹槽14,每个凹槽14内分别安装一个卡件。
进一步地,地面铺装系统还包括封边条,封边条安装在地板1和门槛石之间。封边条为 “L”型板,其包括纵板和横板,横板沿长度方向的一侧与纵板沿长度方向的一侧垂直连接。其中,横板与地板1上远离找平层4的板面贴合,纵板与门槛石连接,且纵板位于地板1和门槛石之间。通过设置封边条,可减小地板1与门槛石之间的缝隙,提高装修效果。在本实施例中,封边条与门槛石以及地板1的连接方式均为粘接,以降低装修成本。
实施例三
基于上述实施例一或者实施例二的地面铺设系统,本发明实施例还提供一种地面铺设方法,如图7所示,其包括:
S110,对原始地面做找平处理,形成找平层;
在找平层上做好基础清理后,根据铺装设计图纸要求弹线。用靠尺在2㎡范围内检测找平层的精度,若找平层的落差明显大于等于2mm/2㎡时,需要在该位置做标记,在地板铺装至该位置时,用微调平胶填充处理,以使找平层平整。
S120,在所述找平层上安装扣件;
扣件可采用应力钉安装在找平层上。
S130,将卡件安装在地板上;
S140,将所述卡件和所述扣件卡接,将所述地板固定在所述找平层上。
所有地板铺装完成后,在地板与门槛石的相接位置,按照设计要求用结构胶安装收边条。
本发明实施例提供的地面铺设方法通过设置找平层、扣件、卡件和地板,地板通过卡件和扣件卡接固定在找平层上,地板铺设平整,地板铺设效率高;所有部件在工厂工业化生产,在装修现场只需要进行简单的安装,实现了隔墙的快速工业化安装,大大缩短了施工工期;而且地板无需采用水泥砂浆进行铺贴,避免了传统装修作业现场比较脏的情况,保持施工现场干净整洁,减小各种建筑污染,噪音小,污染小,有利于环保;而且现场无需熟练的技术工人施工,铺装要求低,大大降低了人工成本。
以上,结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行了详细介绍,所描述的具体实施例用于帮助理解本发明的思想。本领域技术人员在本发明具体实施例的基础上做出的推导和变型也属于本发明保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种地面铺设系统,其特征在于,包括:找平层、扣件、卡件和地板,所述找平层设置在原始地面上,所述扣件与所述找平层固定连接,所述卡件安装在所述地板上,所述卡件与所述扣件卡接,将所述地板固定在所述找平层上。
- 如权利要求1所述的地面铺设系统,其特征在于,所述扣件包括扣件本体,所述扣件本体上具有插槽,所述插槽的两个内槽壁上均设置有第一凸起,所述卡件插入所述插槽,卡接在两个所述第一凸起之间。
- 如权利要求2所述的地面铺设系统,其特征在于,所述卡件包括卡件本体和卡钩,所述卡件本体与所述地板连接,所述卡钩包括弯折板和第二凸起,所述弯折板由所述卡件本体靠近所述地板的板面延伸形成,所述弯折板朝向远离所述地板的方向弯折,所述第二凸起设置在所述弯折板靠近所述卡件本体的板面上,所述卡钩插入所述插槽内,通过所述第二凸起与其中一个所述第一凸起卡接。
- 如权利要求1所述的地面铺设系统,其特征在于,还包括封边条,其包括纵板和横板,所述横板沿长度方向的一侧与所述纵板沿长度方向的一侧垂直连接,所述横板与所述地板上远离所述找平层的板面贴合,所述纵板用于与门槛石连接,且所述纵板位于所述地板和所述门槛石之间。
- 如权利要求3所述的地面铺设系统,其特征在于,所述插槽的两侧均设置有钉槽,所述钉槽与所述找平层固定连接。
- 如权利要求3所述的地面铺设系统,其特征在于,所述地板包括面层、胶黏层和实心基层,所述面层通过所述胶黏层与所述实心基层贴合。
- 如权利要求6所述的地面铺设系统,其特征在于,所述弯折板的边角上设置有挡条,所述挡条抵靠在所述面层的边沿上。
- 如权利要求6所述的地面铺设系统,其特征在于,所述实心基层的每个边沿上均设置有凹槽,所述卡件安装在所述凹槽内。
- 如权利要求1-8任一所述的地面铺设系统,其特征在于,还包括弹性垫,所述弹性垫铺设在所述找平层上,位于所述找平层与所述地板之间。
- 一种地面铺设方法,其特征在于,包括:对原始地面做找平处理,形成找平层;在所述找平层上安装扣件;将卡件安装在地板上;将所述卡件和所述扣件卡接,将所述地板固定在所述找平层上。
