发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种成本较低且支撑强度较大的液晶面板包装箱。

可选地,所述加强件包括相互交叉连接的第一加强条和第二加强条,所述第一限位槽包括分别沿着所述底板的对角线设置的第一凹槽和第二凹槽,所述第一加强条设置于所述第一凹槽内,所述第二加强条设置于所述第二凹槽内。
可选地,所述加强件还包括呈菱形状的第三加强条,所述第三加强条的各边分别连接于所述第一加强条和所述第二加强条上,且所述第三加强条的中心与所述第一加强条和第二加强条的交叉点重合。
可选地,所述加强件还包括相互交叉且垂直连接的第四加强条和第五加强条,所述第四加强条的长度与所述底板的宽度匹配,所述第五加强条与所述底板的长度匹配,所述第四加强条和所述第五加强条分别连接于所述第一加强条与所述第二加强条上,且所述第四加强条和所述第五加强条的交叉点与所述第一加强条和第二加强条的交叉点重合。
可选地,所述侧框的内壁上设有第二限位槽,所述第二限位槽与所述第一限位槽连通,所述加强件的靠近所述侧框内壁的端部设有延伸部,所述延伸部插设于所述第二限位槽内。
可选地,所述侧框的相对两表面上分别设有凸起和凹陷部,所述凸起和所述凹陷部的形状匹配,所述凸起用于插设堆叠在所述箱体上方的其他液晶面板的所述凹陷部,所述凹陷部用于套设堆叠在所述箱体下方的其他液晶面板的所述凸起。
本发明公开的液晶面板包装箱,通过在箱体底部增设加强件,加强了底板的支撑强度,使得整个箱体厚度的减薄,有利于减小整个栈板堆叠的厚度,减少了物流仓储的空间。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
结合图1和图2所示,本实施例的液晶面板包装箱包括箱体10和加强件20,箱体10包括底板11和设置于底板11上的侧框12,加强件20固定于底板11上,这样加强件20增强了底板11的支撑强度。
作为优选实施例,底板11为矩形板,侧框12为矩形框,底板11和所述侧框12围成用于容纳液晶面板的容置槽13,加强件20固定于底板11的背向容置槽13的一侧,这样可防止加强件20与容纳于容置槽13的液晶面板接触,防止对液晶面板造成损坏。
进一步地,底板11的背向容置槽13的表面部分凹陷形成第一限位槽14,第一限位槽14的形状与加强件20的形状匹配,加强件20设置于第一限位槽14内,进一步地,第一限位槽14的深度大于加强件20的厚度,一方面可使得加强件20稳定连接于底板11上,另一方面加强件20完全容纳于第一限位槽14内,可防止加强件20与堆叠在箱体10下方的其他箱体内的液晶面板接触,造成其他液晶面板的损坏。同时也减小包装箱的整体厚度。
进一步地,液晶面板包装箱还包括若干锁定件,加强件20上设有若干锁定孔,若干锁定件分别穿设于若干锁定孔内并将加强件20锁定于第一限位槽14内,保证加强件20与箱体稳定连接。当然在其他实施方式中,还可利用胶水将加强件20固定在第一限位槽14内。或者在其他实施方式中,可通过一体注塑成型将加强件20和底板11固定连接,使得加强件20和底板11连接更加稳定。
作为优选实施例,加强件20包括相互交叉连接的第一加强条21和第二加强条22,即加强件20形状为X型,第一限位槽14包括分别沿着底板11的两条对角线设置的第一凹槽14a和第二凹槽14b,第一加强条21设置于第一凹槽14a内,第二加强条22设置于第二凹槽14b内,第一加强条21和第二加强条22的厚度与底板11的对角线长度匹配,这样可形成对底板11的稳定支撑。
进一步地,如图3所示,加强件20还包括呈菱形状的第三加强条23,第三加强条23的各边分别连接于第一加强条21和第二加强条22上,且第三加强条23的中心与第一加强条21和第二加强条22的交叉点重合,相应地,第一限位槽14还包括呈菱形状的第三凹槽14c,第三加强条23设置于第三凹槽14c内。这样第一凹槽14a、第二凹槽14b和第三凹槽14c将整个底板11划分成多个小区域,每个小区域均由加强件20的相应部分进行支撑,进一步增强了底板11的支撑强度。
当然在其他实施方式中,如图4所示,加强件20还包括相互交叉且垂直连接的第四加强条24和第五加强条25,第四加强条24和第五加强条25组成十字形结构,第四加强条24的长度与底板11的宽度匹配,第五加强条25的长度与底板11的长度匹配。第四加强条24和第五加强条25分别连接于第一加强条21与第二加强条22上,且第四加强条24和第五加强条25的交叉点与第一加强条21和第二加强条22的交叉点重合。这样,加强件20的形状为米字型,可对底板11实现全面支撑,进一步增强底板11的支撑强度。
优选地,侧框12的内壁上设有第二限位槽,第二限位槽与第一第一限位槽14连通,加强件20的靠近侧框12内壁的端部设有延伸部20a,延伸部20a插设于第二限位槽内,这样加强件20与箱体10的连接更加稳定,加强件20同时支撑底板11和侧框12,提高了箱体10的整体支撑强度。
进一步地,侧框12的每个拐角的内壁上均设有第二限位槽,第一加强条21的两端均设有延伸部20a,第二加强条22的两端均设有延伸部20a,各个延伸部20a一一对应地插设于各个第二限位槽内,这样加强件20可实现对侧框12的均匀支撑。
作为优选实施例,加强件20的材料可采用强度较大的钢材料或者质量较轻的铝合金材料,可采用焊接的方式将各个加强条焊接即可。当然在其他实施方式中,还可将加强件20的材料冲压成型,接着再对成型材料进行冲裁,得到预设形状的加强件30。或者采用压铸一体成型工艺制作预设形状的加强件30。
作为优选实施例,侧框12的相对两表面上分别设有凸起15和凹陷部16,凸起15和凹陷部16的形状匹配,当多个液晶面板包装箱堆叠设置时,凸起15 用于插设堆叠在箱体10上方的其他液晶面板的凹陷部16内,凹陷部16用于套设在堆叠在箱体10下方的其他液晶面板的凸起15,这样增强了各个包装箱堆叠的稳定性。
本发明公开的液晶面板包装箱,通过在箱体底部增设加强件,加强了底板的支撑强度,使得整个箱体厚度的减薄,有利于减小整个栈板堆叠的厚度,减少了物流仓储的空间。
上面对本发明的具体实施方式进行了详细描述,虽然已表示和描述了一些实施例,但本领域技术人员应该理解,在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定其范围的本发明的原理和精神的情况下,可以对这些实施例进行修改和完善,这些修改和完善也应在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (15)
- 一种液晶面板包装箱,其中,包括箱体和加强件,所述箱体包括底板和设置于所述底板上的侧框,所述加强件固定于所述底板上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述底板和所述侧框围成用于容纳液晶面板的容置槽,所述加强件固定于所述底板的背向所述容置槽的一侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述底板的背向所述容置槽的表面部分凹陷形成第一限位槽,所述第一限位槽的形状与所述加强件的形状匹配,所述加强件设置于所述第一限位槽内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述液晶面板包装箱还包括若干锁定件,所述加强件上设有若干个锁定孔,所述若干个锁定件分别穿设于所述若干个锁定孔内并将所述加强件锁定于所述第一限位槽内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述加强件包括相互交叉连接的第一加强条和第二加强条,所述第一限位槽包括分别沿着所述底板的对角线设置的第一凹槽和第二凹槽,所述第一加强条设置于所述第一凹槽内,所述第二加强条设置于所述第二凹槽内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述加强件还包括呈菱形状的第三加强条,所述第三加强条的各边分别连接于所述第一加强条和所述第二加强条上,且所述第三加强条的中心与所述第一加强条和第二加强条的交叉点重合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述加强件还包括相互交叉且垂直连接的第四加强条和第五加强条,所述第四加强条的长度与所述底板的宽度匹配,所述第五加强条与所述底板的长度匹配,所述第四加强条和所述第五加强条分别连接于所述第一加强条与所述第二加强条上,且所述第四加强条和所述第五加强条的交叉点与所述第一加强条和第二加强条的交叉点重合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述侧框的内壁上设有第二限位槽,所述第二限位槽与所述第一限位槽连通,所述加强件的靠近所述侧框内壁的端部设有延伸部,所述延伸部插设于所述第二限位槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述侧框的相对两表面上分别设有凸起和凹陷部,所述凸起和所述凹陷部的形状匹配,所述凸起用于插设堆叠在所述箱体上方的其他液晶面板的所述凹陷部,所述凹陷部用于套设堆叠在所述箱体下方的其他液晶面板的所述凸起。
- 根据权利要求3所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述第一限位槽的深度大于所述加强件的厚度。
- 根据权利要求10所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述液晶面板包装箱还包括若干锁定件,所述加强件上设有若干个锁定孔,所述若干个锁定件分别穿设于所述若干个锁定孔内并将所述加强件锁定于所述第一限位槽内。
- 根据权利要求10所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述加强件包括相互交叉连接的第一加强条和第二加强条,所述第一限位槽包括分别沿着所述底板的对角线设置的第一凹槽和第二凹槽,所述第一加强条设置于所述第一凹槽内,所述第二加强条设置于所述第二凹槽内。
- 根据权利要求12所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述加强件还包括呈菱形状的第三加强条,所述第三加强条的各边分别连接于所述第一加强条和所述第二加强条上,且所述第三加强条的中心与所述第一加强条和第二加强条的交叉点重合。
- 根据权利要求12所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述加强件还包括相互交叉且垂直连接的第四加强条和第五加强条,所述第四加强条的长度与所述底板的宽度匹配,所述第五加强条与所述底板的长度匹配,所述第四加强条和所述第五加强条分别连接于所述第一加强条与所述第二加强条上,且所述第四加强条和所述第五加强条的交叉点与所述第一加强条和第二加强条的交叉点重合。
- 根据权利要求12所述的液晶面板包装箱,其中,所述侧框的内壁上设有第二限位槽,所述第二限位槽与所述第一限位槽连通,所述加强件的靠近所述侧框内壁的端部设有延伸部,所述延伸部插设于所述第二限位槽内。
