Abstract
一种舒适耐洗毛巾面料的生产工艺,该毛巾的底经、底纬、圈经纱线的材质采用涤、棉混纺、交织、包芯等工艺,由于涤纶纤维相对棉纤维具有强力高、吸水性低、耐酸洗等特点,可以增强毛巾的强力、耐洗程度。该毛巾在与人体接触的毛圈部分,采用棉包涤的包芯纱,不影响与人体接触时的体验感。该毛巾在不影响使用效果的前提下,减轻了毛巾圈经纱的用量,降低了底经、纬纱的平方承载量。
Description
本发明属于面料织造领域,具体涉及一种舒适耐洗毛巾面料的生产工艺。
现有酒店毛巾以全棉为材质,采用平织、大提花(logo)为组织结构,使用过程中,由于频繁洗涤过程中的摩擦、水解、氧化等原因造成强力下降,缩短产品的使用周期,同时,产品毛圈部分采用统一的毛倍比,造成产品两端功能的浪费,同时,增加织造成本及洗涤成本。因为面巾、大浴巾使用过程中,因为人体的本能及习惯,中部使用的频率要高于两端的频率。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种舒适耐洗毛巾面料的生产工艺。
技术方案:一种舒适耐洗毛巾面料的生产工艺,采用涤、棉混纺、交织、包芯的工艺,具体相关工艺参数如下:
(1)毛圈部分底经、底纬配置如下:圈经纱为16s棉包涤包芯纱,底经纱为涤/棉混纺比为50/50,24S/2线,底纬纱毛圈部分采用150D涤纶长丝2根与16S1根纯涤纱交织;
(2)缎边部分底经、底纬配置如下:底经纱与上述的毛圈部分相同,底纬纱为16S涤棉纱;
(3)毛圈部分采用16s棉包涤包芯纱,中间部分:占毛巾长度的50%,采用毛比为1:7;两边部分:每边占毛巾长度的25%,采用毛比为1:5。
作为优化:毛巾成品的规格大小为:68cm*39cm。
作为优化:毛巾成品的质量为110g。
有益效果:本发明的优势如下:
(1)本发明的毛巾的底经、底纬、圈经纱线的材质,采用涤、棉混纺、交织、包芯等工艺,由于涤纶纤维相对棉纤维强力高、吸水性低,耐酸洗等特点,可以增强毛巾的强力、耐洗程度。
(2)本发明的毛巾在与人体接触的毛圈部分,采用棉包涤的包芯纱,不影响与人体接触时的体验感。
(3)本发明的毛巾在不影响使用效果的前提下,减轻了毛巾圈经纱的用量,降低底经、纬纱的平方承载量。

具体实施例
一种舒适耐洗毛巾面料的生产工艺,采用涤、棉混纺、交织、包芯的工艺,具体相关工艺参数如下:
(1)毛圈部分底经、底纬配置如下:圈经纱为16s棉包涤包芯纱,底经纱为涤/棉混纺比为50/50,24S/2线,底纬纱毛圈部分采用150D涤纶长丝2根与16S1根纯涤纱交织;
(2)缎边部分底经、底纬配置如下:底经纱与上述的毛圈部分相同,底纬纱为16S涤棉纱;
(3)毛圈部分采用16s棉包涤包芯纱,中间部分:占毛巾长度的50%,采用毛比为1:7;两边部分:每边占毛巾长度的25%,采用毛比为1:5。
本实施例中,毛巾成品的规格大小为:68cm*39cm。毛巾成品的质量为110g。
本发明的毛巾的底经、底纬、圈经纱线的材质,采用涤、棉混纺、交织、包芯等工艺,由于涤纶纤维相对棉纤维强力高、吸水性低,耐酸洗等特点,可以增强毛巾的强力、耐洗程度。

- 一种舒适耐洗毛巾面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:采用涤、棉混纺、交织、包芯的工艺,具体相关工艺参数如下:(1)毛圈部分底经、底纬配置如下:圈经纱为16s棉包涤包芯纱,底经纱为涤/棉混纺比为50/50,24S/2线,底纬纱毛圈部分采用150D涤纶长丝2根与16S1根纯涤纱交织;(2)缎边部分底经、底纬配置如下:底经纱与上述的毛圈部分相同,底纬纱为16S涤棉纱;(3)毛圈部分采用16s棉包涤包芯纱,中间部分:占毛巾长度的50%,采用毛比为1:7;两边部分:每边占毛巾长度的25%,采用毛比为1:5。
