一种饮料瓶分拣装置,包括分拣盘(1)、与分拣盘(1)连通的进料道(2)和出料道(3),分拣盘(1)上设有导引转盘(4),导引转盘(4)的圆周上环形阵列设有若干个与饮料瓶的瓶身适配的导引卡口(41),出料道(3)的旁侧相邻设有不及格品通道(5),导引转盘(4)的导引卡口(41)上方还设有检测传感器(6)和旋转拨杆(7),旋转拨杆(7)设置在不及格品通道(5)与分拣盘(1)连接处的旁侧。该饮料瓶分拣装置可以实现封盖不良品的饮料瓶的自动分拣,降低劳动强度,提高饮料生产设备的自动化。

Description

一种饮料瓶分拣装置 技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工机械设备技术领域,具体涉及一种饮料瓶分拣装置。
背景技术
在流水线饮料瓶封盖加工中,饮料瓶封盖后,需要采用光电传感器对封盖情况进行检测,然后将封盖不良品的饮料瓶分拣出来。现有的流水线加工,由于饮料瓶是由输送带一直运输的流水线加工,因此,目前一般是有工人值守在光电传感器检测工位,在光电传感器检测出封盖不良品后并报警后,随即把封盖不良品的饮料瓶拿出,十分麻烦,不利于全自动化生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种饮料瓶分拣装置,可以实现封盖不良品的饮料瓶的自动分拣,降低劳动强度,提高饮料生产设备的自动化。
根据本发明提供的饮料瓶分拣装置,包括分拣盘、与分拣盘连通的进料道和出料道,所述分拣盘上设有导引转盘,所述导引转盘的圆周上环形阵列设有若干个与饮料瓶的瓶身适配的导引卡口,所述出料道的旁侧相邻设有不及格品通道,所述导引转盘的导引卡口上方还设有检测传感器和旋转拨杆,所述旋转拨杆设置在所述不及格通道与分拣盘连接处的旁侧。
本发明的饮料瓶分拣装置工作时,完成封盖的饮料瓶从进料道进入分拣盘,由分拣盘上的导引转盘的导引卡口带动,逐个饮料瓶通过检测传感器下方,由检测传感器检测封盖质量,当检测传感器检测出封盖不良品时,对旋转拨杆发出即时或者延时的动作信号,将封盖不良品的饮料瓶拨往不及格通道,此过程中,由于有旋转拨杆和导引卡口的夹持,可以保持饮料瓶在拨往不及格通道的过程中的稳定性,防止饮料瓶倾覆;而检测传感器检测及格的饮料瓶,则由导引卡口带动,从出料道转运出分拣盘。整个分拣过程,可以保持饮料瓶的自动化连续加工,不会影响前序和后续工序,且无需人工分拣,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
进一步的,所述旋转拨杆包括旋转拨杆主体和转轴,所述旋转拨杆主体呈S形,所述转轴设置在所述旋转拨杆主体的中点处。弯曲的旋转拨杆,可以与饮料瓶的弧形瓶身配合,保持饮料瓶受到的侧向推力保持在一定幅度,防止力度变化过大使饮料瓶倾覆。
进一步的,所述旋转拨杆的表面覆盖有棉布层,以防止旋转拨杆摩擦破坏饮料瓶身表面。
具体的说,所述检测传感器为光电距离传感器。

导引卡口41的夹持,可以保持饮料瓶在拨往不及格通道5的过程中的稳定性,防止饮料瓶倾覆;而检测传感器6检测及格的饮料瓶,则由导引卡口41带动,从出料道3转运出分拣盘。整个分拣过程,可以保持饮料瓶的自动化连续加工,不会影响前序和后续工序,且无需人工分拣,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
作为优选的实施方式,旋转拨杆7包括旋转拨杆主体71和转轴72,旋转拨杆主体71呈S形,转轴72设置在旋转拨杆主体71的中点处。弯曲的旋转拨杆7,可以与饮料瓶的弧形瓶身配合,保持饮料瓶受到的侧向推力保持在一定幅度,防止力度变化过大使饮料瓶倾覆。
优选的,旋转拨杆7的表面覆盖有棉布层73,以防止旋转拨杆7摩擦破坏饮料瓶 身表面。
具体的说,检测传感器6为光电距离传感器。

  1. 一种饮料瓶分拣装置,其特征在于包括分拣盘、与分拣盘连通的进料道和出料道,所述分拣盘上设有导引转盘,所述导引转盘的圆周上环形阵列设有若干个与饮料瓶的瓶身适配的导引卡口,所述出料道的旁侧相邻设有不及格品通道,所述导引转盘的导引卡口上方还设有检测传感器和旋转拨杆,所述旋转拨杆设置在所述不及格通道与分拣盘连接处的旁侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料瓶分拣装置,其特征在于所述旋转拨杆包括旋转拨杆主体和转轴,所述旋转拨杆主体呈S形,所述转轴设置在所述旋转拨杆主体的中点处。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的饮料瓶分拣装置,其特征在于所述旋转拨杆的表面覆盖有棉布层。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的饮料瓶分拣装置,其特征在于所述检测传感器为光电距离传感器。
