技术领域
本申请涉及路灯技术领域,尤其指一种路灯装置。
背景技术
在照明领域,现有技术中,常见的路灯装置主要由防护壳体、驱动电源和设有发光二极管(LED)颗粒的灯板组成,其中驱动电源易损坏的部件。防护壳体包括上壳和下壳,上壳和下壳通过螺栓组件和/或锁合组件连接形成安装驱动电源及灯板的空间,当驱动电源损坏时,需要拆除上壳或者下壳,以更换驱动电源。同时LED的寿命也是有限的,更换灯板的过程同样需要拆除上壳或者下壳。该种常见的路灯装置维修时,需要在空中使用诸如螺丝刀等工具将上壳拆开,更换驱动电源和/或灯板,拆卸上壳的工作难度大,拆卸的上壳搁置困难,在空中作业使用工具拆卸作业,工具有掉落危险。
中国发明公开CN104185760A和中国实用新型公布CN205155700U分别公开了一种路灯装置,该两种路灯装置包括电源底座和电源上盖,照明模组连接在电源上盖的一端,电源底座设有驱动电源安装座,驱动电源安装于驱动电源安装座,电源上盖与电源底座之间通过铰链连接,其中,铰链的一端固定在电源底座,铰链的另一端固定在电源上盖。当驱动电源损坏时,绕铰链旋转电源上盖打开电源部分,对安装于电源底座的驱动电源进行维修。该两种路灯装置没有完整的上壳与下壳的结构,在维修时,不需要拆卸上壳, 解决常见的路灯装置拆卸上壳工作难度大的问题,在维修驱动电源时,电源上盖仍然通过铰链与电源底座连接,解决现有技术拆卸下的上壳搁置困难的问题。然而,前述的路灯装置仍然存在一些问题。(1)由于照明模组连接于电源上盖的一端,照明模组连接有散热件,电源上盖连接有照明模组的一端重量大,电源上盖安装于电源底座时,照明模组从电源上盖的一端悬空伸出,使得电源上盖的一端受力较大,电源上盖的另一端的锁紧装置承受较大的力,锁紧装置及路灯的安全风险较高。(2)驱动电源容易损坏,现有技术的驱动电源拆卸不方便,增加维修难度。(3)当照明模组损坏时,可通过两种方式进行维修,一种方式是在空中拆开照明部分,对照明部分进行维修,该种方式工作人员需要在空中较长一段时间,空中作业不便,维修困难;另一种方式是将电源上盖及连接在电源上盖一端的照明模组一起拆卸下来维修,此种方式下,铰链分别与电源上盖与电源底座固定连接,需要使用工具才能拆卸电源上盖,拆卸和安装均较为复杂。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种路灯装置。
为了实现上述目的,本申请采用如下技术方案:
一种路灯装置,包括电源部分和照明部分,所述电源部分包括驱动电源、设有容纳空间用于容纳所述驱动电源的电源底座及用于盖合所述电源底座的电源上盖;所述照明部分连接在所述电源上盖的一端;所述电源上盖与所述电源底座之间的至少一侧通过铰链组件连接;所述电源上盖设有电源安装组件,所述驱动电源通过所述电源安装组件安装于所述电源上盖。
作为一种优选,所述电源安装组件包括电源支架板和支架板固定机构,所述驱动电源安装于所述电源支架板,所述电源支架板通过所述支架板固定机构安装于所述电源上盖。
作为一种优选,所述支架板固定机构包括设于所述电源上盖的支架板卡 槽和支架板锁定结构,所述电源支架板的一端插入所述支架板卡槽中,所述电源支架板除插入所述支架板卡槽中的一端之外的其他端中至少一端通过所述支架板锁定结构固定于所述电源上盖。

(2)驱动电源容易损坏,通过电源安装组件实现徒手安装和拆卸驱动电源,实现简单快速维修的效果。
(3)当照明部分损坏时,可将电源上盖及连接在电源上盖一端的照明部分一起快速拆卸下来维修,不需要使用工具拆卸电源上盖,安装和拆卸均较为简单。本申请的路灯装置的电源上盖安装、拆卸简单,实现免工具快速安装、拆卸,方便于维修,且提高维修工作的安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本申请的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实例用于说明本申请,但不用来限制本申请的范围。
实施例1
本申请路灯装置的较佳实施例的一种,请参照图1至8所示,该路灯装置,包括电源部分100和照明部分200,电源部分100包括驱动电源130、设有容纳空间用于容纳驱动电源130的电源底座110及用于盖合电源底座110的电源上盖120。照明部分200连接在电源上盖120的一端,照明部分200与电源上盖120可以是一体或分体。
电源上盖120与电源底座110之间的至少一侧通过铰链组件140连接。电源上盖120设有电源安装组件170,驱动电源130通过电源安装组件170安装于电源上盖120。电源安装组件170设于电源上盖120的内侧面,电源上盖120的内侧指电源上盖120盖合电源底座110时朝向电源底座110的一面。通过电源安装组件170将电源安装于电源上盖120,驱动电源130的重量用于平衡从电源上盖120的一端悬空伸出的照明部分200的重力,使得电源上盖120的安装较为稳定,提高路灯装置的安全性。
电源安装组件具有多种实施方式,作为一种优选的方式,如图2、3、8所示,本实施例中电源安装组件170包括电源支架板172和支架板固定机构(未标示),驱动电源130安装于电源支架板172,电源支架板172通过支架板固定机构安装于电源上盖120。将驱动电源130固定于电源支架板172上,再通过支架板安装机构安装于电源上盖,将电源安装组件模块化,方便于驱动电源130的安装和拆卸。驱动电源130损坏时,电源支架板172和驱动电源130一起更换。在维修前,准备电源支架板172,将驱动电源130固定安装在电源支架板172上,电源支架板172与驱动电源130通过胶接、焊接或 者螺钉连接以备用。
本实施例中,支架板固定机构包括设于电源上盖120的支架板卡槽171和支架板锁定结构(未标示),电源支架板172的一端插入支架板卡槽172中,电源支架板172除插入支架板卡槽171中的一端之外的其他端中至少一端通过支架板锁定结构固定于电源上盖120。如图所示,本实施例中,支架板锁定结构设在与插入支架板卡槽171的一端的相对的一端,支架板锁定结构包括设于电源上盖120的螺纹孔173和用于与螺纹孔173螺纹连接的带手柄螺钉174,电源支架板172除插入支架板卡槽171中的一端之外的其他端中至少一端设有锁紧孔1721,如图所示,锁紧孔1721设于与插入支架板卡槽171的一端的相对的一端,带手柄螺钉174部分穿过锁紧孔1721与螺纹孔173连接锁紧电源支架板172。更换时,用手拧下带手柄螺钉174,将电源支架板172连同驱动电源130一同拔出支架板卡槽171,同时将新的带驱动电源130的电源支架板172插入支架板卡槽171中,将带手柄螺钉174拧紧,完成驱动电源130的更换工作。整个维修过程中不需要使用维修工具,与现有技术相比,降低维修工作难度。
如图8所示,电源支架板172还可以设置带手柄螺钉避让孔1722,用于使整个带手柄螺钉通过,带手柄螺钉避让孔1722与锁紧孔通过长条孔连接,在拆卸电源支架板时,拧松带手柄螺钉,沿带手柄螺钉避让孔1722与锁紧孔1721的长条孔移动电源支架板172,使带手柄螺钉174穿过带手柄螺钉避让孔1722,将电源支架板172从支架板卡槽171取下,在维修过程中带手柄螺钉174连接在螺钉孔中,能够避免拆卸下的带手柄螺钉丢失。
进一步的,支架板卡槽171通过卡槽铰链(图未示出)安装于电源上盖120,支架板卡槽171可绕卡槽铰链旋转,在安装或者拆卸电源支架板时,可以绕卡槽铰链转动支架板卡槽171,方便于电源支架板172的安装。
在另外一个实施例中,支架板卡槽171通过卡槽铰链(图未示出)安装于电源上盖120,支架板卡槽171可绕卡槽铰链旋转,支架板锁定结构为一 个弹簧锁结构,弹簧锁结构为现有技术的弹簧锁,本申请将其应用于此电源支架板的锁定。支架板锁定结构优选设于与电源支架板插入支架板卡槽相对的一端,该支架板锁定结构包括支架板锁座、支架板锁簧、支架板锁舌和锁舌拨杆,支架板锁座固定于电源上盖,且支架板锁座靠近电源支架板插入支架板卡槽后旋转靠近电源上盖的位置,支架板锁座设有锁舌孔且支架板锁舌孔朝向电源支架板,支架板锁舌通过支架板锁簧伸缩设于锁舌孔,其中,支架板锁舌部分可伸出到电源支架板位置并可缩回支架板锁座,锁舌拨杆与支架板锁舌连接,支架板锁舌伸出时与电源上盖之间形成卡持空间。在安装时,电源支架板插入支架板卡槽中,旋转支架板卡槽,使支架板锁舌伸出部分缩回支架板锁座,支架板旋转到位后,支架板锁舌伸出,使电源支架板卡入支架板锁舌与电源上盖形成卡持空间中,锁止电源支架板,完成安装。拆卸时,拨动锁舌拨杆,使支架板锁舌缩回,旋转电源支架板,使电源支架板从支架板卡槽脱出,完成电源支架板拆卸工作。
进一步的,如图2、5、6和8所示,铰链组件140包括铰链座141、铰链枢轴143和铰链板142,铰链枢轴142可伸缩地设于铰链座141且连接有枢轴手柄144。铰链板142设有枢轴孔1421。铰链座141设于电源底座110,铰链座141与电源底座110通过螺钉固定连接或者一体成型。铰链板142设于电源上盖120,铰链板142与电源上盖120通过螺钉固定连接或者一体成型。其中,铰链枢轴143可伸入枢轴孔1421中与铰链板142连接以实现电源上盖120旋转以盖合或打开电源底座110。铰链组件140的数量根据需要进行选择,例如可以在电源底座110与电源上盖120之间的四周分别设置铰链组件140,或者在电源底座110与电源上盖120之间的相对两侧设置铰链组件140,每一侧均可以设置多个铰链组件140,设置在同一侧的多个铰链组件140的铰链枢轴143同轴布置。如图所示,本实施例中,在电源底座110与电源上盖120的一侧设有两个铰链组件140,两个铰链组件140的铰链枢轴143同轴布置。铰链板142与铰链座141通过铰链枢轴143连接,电源上盖 120绕铰链枢轴143旋转。电源底座110设有电连接线,电连接线的一端用于与驱动电源连接,电连接线的另一端用于与外部市电连接,为驱动电源供电,电源底座设置电连接线为本领域技术人员容易理解。驱动电源130驱动照明部分200发光。
在安装电源上盖时,手持电源上盖120及照明部分200,铰链板142靠近铰链座141,铰链板142放置在铰链枢轴143前端的前方,用手拨动枢轴手柄144带动铰链枢轴143伸入枢轴孔1421中,完成电源上盖120与电源底座110的连接,绕铰链枢轴143的轴心旋转电源上盖120可盖合电源底座110。在维修拆卸时,旋转电源上盖120,打开电源底座110,用手抓住枢轴手柄144将铰链枢轴143从枢轴孔1421中脱出,电源上盖120与电源底座110分离,取下电源上盖120,进行维修工作。当照明部分损坏时,可将电源上盖及连接在电源上盖一端的照明部分一起快速拆卸下来维修,不需要使用工具拆卸电源上盖,安装和拆卸均较为简单。而且,将最可能需要维修和替换的驱动电源及照明模组集成设置,更有效的提升了维修和替换的效率及便捷性,避免分别对驱动电源及照明模组拆卸及维修或替换。此外,还便于对产品的升级,当出现了更多功能,比如添加了控制模块、通讯模块的组合,可以直接安装于电源下盖完成升级。本申请的路灯装置的电源上盖安装、拆卸简单,实现免工具快速安装、拆卸,方便于维修,且提高维修工作的安全性。
作为一种优选方式,如图5、6和7所示,靠近铰链座141且位于铰链枢轴143的前端伸出的位置设有定位插槽(未标示),铰链板142插入定位插槽,铰链枢轴143伸入定位插槽并插入枢轴孔1421。定位插槽既可以直接在铰链座141上设置,也可以如图所示,在电源上盖120设置定位插板145,定位插板145与铰链座141共同形成定位插槽。定位插槽用于容纳铰链板142,对铰链板142进行定位,铰链板142能够在定位插槽中转动,定位插槽的开口的角度为优选为90°~150°。在安装时,铰链板142插入定位插槽中,拨动枢轴手柄144带动铰链枢轴143伸入位于定位插槽中的铰链板142的枢轴 孔1421。利用定位插槽进行定位,作业人员在安装电源上盖120时,只需要将铰链板142插入定位插槽即能实现铰链枢轴143与枢轴孔1421的对位工作,铰链枢轴143快速准确插入枢轴孔1421中,使电源上盖120的安装更为简便和安全。
作为一种优选方式,如图5至7所示,铰链座141设有枢轴限位部146,用于与枢轴手柄144接合以限制铰链枢轴143位移。在铰链枢轴143插入枢轴孔1421后,旋转枢轴手柄144,使枢轴手柄144卡入枢轴限位部146中,阻止铰链枢轴143脱出枢轴孔1421,保证电源上盖120的良好安装,防止发生电源上盖120脱落。
作为一种优选,如图2、3、8所示,本申请的铰链组件140设于电源上盖120与照明部分200的一侧。驱动电源130的重量较大,将驱动电源130安装于电源上盖120,用于平衡电源上盖120一端的照明部分200的重量,降低铰链组件140承受的杠杆力,增强路灯装置的安全性能。在维修时,将电源上盖120拆下时可以将路灯装置较容易损坏的驱动电源130和照明部分200一并拆下,不需要将电源上盖120挂在路灯的灯杆上进行维修,降低维修难度。
作为一种优选方式,如图5和7所示,电源底座110的容纳空间设有内部隔室111,内部隔室111与电源上盖120共同形成收容驱动电源130的隔室空间。电源底座110与电源上盖120对合时,内部隔室111与电源上盖120共同形成用于容纳驱动电源130的隔室空间。使驱动电源130与电源腔室的外部密封隔绝,保证用电安全,避免驱动电源130因受潮损坏。进一步的,为了保证电源腔室良好的密封性,在内部隔室111的上沿设置上设置密封圈,密封圈与电源上盖接合形成密封。
作为一种优选方式,如图5、7和8所示,该路灯装置还设有驱动接头组件,驱动接头组件包括分别设于电源上盖120的第一电连接器181和设于电源底座110的第二电连接器182,驱动电源130与第一电连接器181连接, 其中,第一电连接器181在电源上盖120旋转盖合电源底座110时与第二电连接器182形成插接,第一电连接器181在电源上盖120旋转打开电源底座110时与第二电连接器182分离。在安装过程中,旋转电源上盖120盖合电源底座110时使第一电连接器181与第二电连接器182接合,实现电连接线通过驱动接头组件与驱动电源130电连接;在维修拆卸过程中,旋转电源上盖120打开电源底座110时使第一电连接器181与第二电连接器182分离,进一步简化拆卸过程。驱动电源130设置在电源上盖120,当发现路灯装置损坏时,由于电源底座110仅设有电连接线,不易损坏,直接拆下电源上盖及照明部分,更换一个完好的电源上盖120及照明部分200,多数情况下就完成了现场维修工作,对于路灯装置具体哪个部分损坏,可以带回到室内或者地面进行检测维修,维修作业人员不需要长时间在室外作业,降低了维修作业人员的工作强度。维修作业人员在现场维修过程中完全不需要使用作业工具,减少携带作业工具到维修作业现场的麻烦。
作为一种优选方式,本实施例中,驱动电源130与第一电连接器181通过快速接头连接。快速接头选用公母电源接头。当驱动电源损坏时,脱开快速接头,对驱动电源进行更换,在安装和拆卸过程中均不需要使用工具,方便于拆卸驱动电源。
进一步的,电源底座110与电源上盖120之间还设有锁合组件150,用于在电源上盖120盖合电源底座110时实现锁定,锁合组件与铰链组件分别设于不同侧面。如图4所示,锁合组件150设于铰链组件140相对的一侧的侧面。锁合组件150具有多种实现方式,例如螺栓螺母锁合组件、卡扣连接锁合组件,这对于本领域技术人员容易理解。
作为一种优选方式,如图4所示,锁合组件150包括设于电源上盖120的卡接座151、可伸缩设于卡接座151的卡接销153和设于电源底座110的卡接板152,卡接座151设有卡销复位挡板157,卡接销153的后端穿过卡销复位挡板157,卡接销153的后端连接有卡销拨杆154,卡接销153的前端设 有卡销限位凸起156;卡接销153套设有卡销复位弹簧155,卡销复位弹簧155抵持于卡销限位凸起156与卡销复位挡板157之间。卡接板152设有卡接孔1521,电源上盖120盖合电源底座110时,卡接销153的前端可插入卡接孔1521与卡接板152连接。电源上盖120盖合电源底座110时,用力拨动卡销拨杆154,使卡接销153的前端缩回,电源上盖120与电源底座110对合后,放开卡销拨杆154,在卡销复位弹簧155的弹力作用下,卡接销153前端插入卡接孔1521中,实现电源上盖与电源底座的锁合。拆卸时,手持卡销拨杆154,用力拨动卡销拨杆154克服卡销复位弹簧155的弹性力,使卡接销153脱出卡接孔1521,绕铰链枢轴143转动电源上盖120,打开电源底座110。本实施例的锁合组件,结构简单,使得电源上盖的安装和拆卸方便,安全系数高。
进一步的,卡接板152远离电源底座的一端设有卡接导向部1522,用于与卡接销153相接合以将卡接销153导入卡接孔1521中。在安装时,电源上盖120与电源底座110盖合的过程中,卡接销153的端部与卡接导向部1522接合,用力按压电源上盖120,卡接导向部1522克服卡销复位弹簧155的弹性力,卡接销153继续向下移动,直至卡接销153的端部对准卡接孔1521,此时,卡接销在卡销复位弹簧155的作用下伸入卡接孔1521中,完成卡接动作,安装更加简单。
本申请通过铰链组件、锁合组件的设置方式,实现免工具拆卸电源上盖及照明部分,将驱动电源安装在电源上盖上,用于平衡照明部分的重力,提高路灯装置的安全性;电源安装组件实现免工具拆装驱动电源。
进一步的,如图2所示,照明部分200包括照明上壳210、照明下壳220和照明模组240,照明上壳210与电源上盖120一体连接,照明下壳220设有防尘透明面罩230,照明上壳210与照明下壳220相连接形成灯板空间,照明模组240设于灯板空间中,照明模组240与驱动电源130通过快速接头连接,快速接头同样优选采用公母快速接头。照明模组包括基板及设于基板 的光源,光源为LED光源,基板组装于照明上壳,照明上壳设置有若干散热筋,基板与散热筋接触散热。LED光源外部罩设光学模组,对LED光源发出的光线进行散射,使光线更加均匀。LED光源发出的光线从防尘透明面罩230射出。
作为一种优选方式,铰链组件140还包括枢轴复位机构(图未示出),枢轴复位机构用于使铰链枢轴143复位到伸出状态。本领域技术人员容易理解枢轴复位机构具有多种实施方式,在此不一一例举说明。作为一种优选的方式,本实施例的枢轴复位机构与上述锁定组件的复位结构设置基本相同,其结构如下:在铰链座上设有枢轴滑槽,枢轴滑槽上设有枢轴复位挡板,铰链枢轴穿过枢轴复位挡板,在铰链枢轴上设置枢轴限位凸起,枢轴限位凸起与枢轴复位挡板之间设有枢轴复位弹簧,使枢轴在无外力作用下复位到伸出状态。在铰链座设有枢轴复位开关,当铰链枢轴缩回时,铰链枢轴被枢轴复位开关锁定,无法复位,当需要使铰链枢轴复位伸出时,操作枢轴复位开关,解除对铰链枢轴的锁定,使铰链枢轴在枢轴复位弹簧作用下伸出。枢轴复位开关为与铰链板相关联的触发式枢轴复位开关,枢轴复位开关可以采用杠杆式复位开关结构。
该照明装置还包括灯杆(图未示出),电源底座110设有灯杆配合部160,灯杆配合部160与灯杆连接。灯杆的内部中空,电源底座的电连接线穿过灯杆中空的内部与市电连接。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,为了描述的简便,对于相同的部分本实施例不再赘述,不同之处在于:本实施例中,铰链座设于电源上盖,铰链板设于电源底座。
应当注意的是,本申请的实施例有较佳的实施性,且并非对本申请作任何形式的限制,任何熟悉该领域的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容变更或修饰为等同的有效实施例,但凡未脱离本申请技术方案的内容,依据本 申请的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何修改或等同变化及修饰,均仍属于本申请技术方案的范围内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种路灯装置,包括电源部分和照明部分,所述电源部分包括驱动电源、设有容纳空间用于容纳所述驱动电源的电源底座及用于盖合所述电源底座的电源上盖;所述照明部分连接在所述电源上盖的一端;所述电源上盖与所述电源底座之间的至少一侧通过铰链组件连接;其中:所述电源上盖设有电源安装组件,所述驱动电源通过所述电源安装组件安装于所述电源上盖。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的路灯装置,其中:所述电源安装组件包括电源支架板和支架板固定机构,所述驱动电源安装于所述电源支架板,所述电源支架板通过所述支架板固定机构安装于所述电源上盖。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的路灯装置,其中:所述支架板固定机构包括设于所述电源上盖的支架板卡槽和支架板锁定结构,所述电源支架板的一端插入所述支架板卡槽中,所述电源支架板除插入所述支架板卡槽中的一端之外的其他端中至少一端通过所述支架板锁定结构固定于所述电源上盖。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的路灯装置,其中:所述支架板锁定结构包括设于所述电源上盖的螺纹孔和用于与所述螺纹孔螺纹连接的带手柄螺钉,所述电源支架板除插入所述支架板卡槽中的一端之外的其他端中至少一端设有锁紧孔,所述带手柄螺钉部分穿过所述锁紧孔与所述螺纹孔连接锁紧所述电源支架板。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的路灯装置,其中:所述支架板卡槽通过卡槽铰链安装于所述电源上盖。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的路灯装置,其中:所述支架板锁定结构包括支架板锁座、支架板锁簧、支架板锁舌和锁舌拨杆,所述支架板锁座固定于所述电源上盖,所述支架板锁座设有锁舌孔且所述锁舌孔朝向电源支架板,所述支架板锁舌通过所述支架板锁簧伸缩设于所述锁舌孔,所述锁舌拨杆与所述支架板锁舌连接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的路灯装置,其中:所述电源底座设有内部隔室,所述内部隔室与所述电源上盖共同形成收容所述驱动电源的隔室空间。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的路灯装置,其中:所述内部隔室上沿设有密封圈,所述密封圈与所述上盖形成接合密封。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的路灯装置,其中:该路灯装置还设有驱动接头组件,所述驱动接头组件包括分别设于所述电源上盖的第一电连接器和设于所述电源底座的第二电连接器,所述驱动电源与所述第一电连接器连接,其中,所述第一电连接器在所述电源上盖旋转盖合所述电源底座时与所述第二电连接器形成插接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的路灯装置,其中:所述驱动电源与所述第一电连接器通过快速接头连接。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的路灯装置,其中:所述电源上盖与电源底座之间还设有锁合组件,用于在所述电源上盖盖合所述电源底座时实现锁定,所述锁合组件与所述铰链组件分别设于所述电源上盖及电源底座的不同侧面。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的路灯装置,其中:所述锁合组件包括设于所述电源上盖的卡接座、可伸缩设于所述卡接座的卡接销和设于所述电源底座的卡接板,所述卡接销的后端连接有卡销拨杆,所述卡接销的前端设有卡销限位凸起;所述卡接座设有卡销复位挡板,所述卡接销的后端穿过所述卡销复位挡板,所述卡接销套设有卡销复位弹簧,所述卡销复位弹簧弹性抵持于所述卡销限位凸起与所述卡销复位挡板之间;所述卡接板设有卡接孔,所述电源上盖盖合所述电源底座时,所述卡接销的前端在所述卡销复位弹簧的作用下插入所述卡接孔。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的路灯装置,其中:所述卡接板远离所述电源底座的一端设有卡接导向部,用于与所述卡接销相接合以将所述卡接销导入所述卡接孔中。
  14. 如权利要求1至13任一项所述的路灯装置,其中:所述铰链组件包 括铰链座、铰链枢轴和铰链板,所述铰链枢轴可伸缩地设于所述铰链座且连接有枢轴手柄,所述铰链板设有枢轴孔,所述铰链座设于所述电源底座,所述铰链板设于所述电源上盖;或者所述铰链座设于所述电源上盖,所述铰链板设于所述电源底座;其中,所述铰链枢轴可伸入所述枢轴孔中实现所述电源上盖旋转以盖合或打开所述电源底座。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的路灯装置,其中:所述铰链座设有枢轴限位部,用于与所述枢轴手柄接合以限制所述铰链枢轴位移。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的路灯装置,其中:所述铰链组件还包括枢轴复位机构,所述枢轴复位机构用于使所述铰链枢轴复位到伸出状态。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的路灯装置,其中:靠近所述铰链座且位于所述铰链枢轴的前端伸出的位置设有定位插槽,所述铰链板插入所述定位插槽,所述铰链枢轴伸入所述定位插槽并插入所述枢轴孔。
  18. 如权利要求14所述的路灯装置,其中:所述照明部分包括照明上壳、照明下壳和照明模组,所述照明上壳与所述电源上盖一体连接,所述照明下壳设有防尘透明面罩,所述照明上壳与所述照明下壳相连接形成灯板空间,所述照明模组设于所述照明模组空间中,所述照明模组与所述驱动电源通过快速接头连接。
