技术领域
本实用新型涉及灯具结构领域,具体涉及一种太阳能灯具。
背景技术
太阳能灯是由太阳能电池板转换为电能的电灯。在白天,即使是在阴天,太阳能板也可以收集和存储太阳能量。太阳能灯作为一种安全、环保新电灯,从而越来越受到重视。现市面上的太阳能灯具多为固定式安装方式,需要更换时拆卸比较麻烦;在照明方面来说,现市面上的太阳能灯具多是持久照明即通过按钮实现开关,若没有及时关闭,在资源成本来说也是一种浪费。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种太阳能灯具,该灯具以感应开关感应使用者的来走以驱动或关闭照明,达到省电及自动开关的效果,并且可调节LED灯板的照明方向。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案实现:一种太阳能灯具,包括主架、太阳能板、LED灯板、感应开关和安装座;所述太阳能板固定在主架上;所述LED灯板与主架活动连接,并与主架平面形成0-100度的夹角;所述感应开关安装在主架的底面,并与地面相对;所述安装座连接在主架上;所述安装座上设有套接件。
进一步地,所述LED灯板的两侧分别与主架枢转连接。
进一步地,所述LED灯板的灯珠以矩阵式排列。
进一步地,所述感应开关为微波感应开关。
进一步地,所述微波感应开关的感应范围为以微波感应开关为圆心的半径7m范围以内。
进一步地,所述安装座通过螺栓与螺母配合连接在主架的侧沿上;所述螺栓贯穿安装座和主架设置。
进一步地,所述安装座与主架枢转连接,所述套接件包括至少两个压片;所述至少两个压片围绕形成套接通孔;套接通孔的直径随所述至少两个压片之间的距离增加而增大。
进一步地,所述安装座与主架固定连接;所述套接件为套管。
进一步地,所述套管的延伸方向与主架的平面相平行。
进一步地,所述安装座与主架枢转连接;所述套接件为套管。
相比现有技术,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
1、本实用新型以感应开关感应使用者的来走以驱动或关闭照明,达到省电及自动开关的效果。
2、本实用新型的LED灯板照明角度可以调节,根据需求调节照明的方向,使用更加灵活;
3、本实用新型通过安装座固定安装在需照明的区域,使用灵活。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本实用新型做进一步描述:
实施例1:
参照图1并结合图2,一种太阳能灯具,包括主架1、太阳能板2、LED灯板3、微波感应开关4和安装座5;太阳能板2固定在主架1上;LED灯板3的两侧分别与主架1枢转连接,通过主动调节可与主架1平面形成0-100度的夹角;微波感应开关4安装在主架1的底面,并与地面相对;微波感应开关4的感应范围为以微波感应开关4为圆心的半径7m范围以内。
安装座5通过螺栓6与螺母7配合连接在主架1的侧沿上;所述螺栓6贯穿安装座5和主架1设置。
其中,太阳能板2设置在向阳的位置,包括但不限于主架1的上表面,根据使用场景的不同,照明方向的不同,而亦可固定连接在主架1的其他位置。
其中,LED灯板3的灯珠以矩阵式排列。
其中,套接件51包括两个压片511;两个压片511相对设置,压片511上设有半圆形的凹陷部5111,两个压片511相对设置,半圆形的凹陷部5111相拼合,中间形成套接通孔5112;通过调节两个压片511的相对距离,使得套接通孔5112的直径随之变化,适应不同的安装位置。两个压片511的连接方式包括但不限于使用螺栓或插销贯穿连接。
使用时,将支柱或灯柱等固定端穿设在套接通孔5112中,然后将两个压片511紧固,使得压片511夹持固定端,完成太阳能灯具的安装;以主架1相对安装座5上下翻转,可调节主架1的角度,适应安装位置,如安装的位置较窄,可将主架1向上翻转至与安装座5的夹角大于90度,减少水平方向上占用空间;然后转动LED灯板3,调节照明的方向;主架1相对安装座5的翻转与LED灯板3的转动亦可相互配合调节照明的方向;使用者走进微波感应开关4的感应范围内时,触动太阳能灯具打开,实现照明,当使用者离开感应范围时,太阳能灯具关闭,结束照明。
实施例2:
参照图3,本实施例的特点在于:安装座5与主架1固定连接;套接件51为套管。套管的延伸方向与主架1的平面相平行。其余结构和特征与实施例1相同。
实施例2以套管直接套设支柱或灯柱等固定端,实现一步安装,使用快捷。
实施例3:
参照图4,本实施例的特点在于:安装座5通过螺栓6枢接在主架1上;套接件51为套管。其余结构和特征与实施例1相同。
实施例3以套管直接套设支柱或灯柱等固定端,实现一步安装,并通过安装座5与主架1相对翻转,调节主架1的角度,适应安装位置和照明位置。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。

1.一种太阳能灯具,包括主架、太阳能板、LED灯板、感应开关和安装座;其特征在于,所述太阳能板固定在主架上;所述LED灯板与主架活动连接,并与主架平面形成0-100度的夹角;所述感应开关安装在主架的底面,并与地面相对;所述安装座连接在主架上;所述安装座上设有套接件。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述LED灯板的两侧分别与主架枢转连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述LED灯板的灯珠以矩阵式排列。
4.如权利要求1所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述感应开关为微波感应开关。
5.如权利要求4所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述微波感应开关的感应范围为以微波感应开关为圆心的半径7m范围以内。
6.如权利要求1所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述安装座通过螺栓与螺母配合连接在主架的侧沿上;所述螺栓贯穿安装座和主架设置。
7.如权利要求1所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述安装座与主架枢转连接,所述套接件包括至少两个压片;所述至少两个压片围绕形成套接通孔;套接通孔的直径随所述至少两个压片之间的距离增加而增大。
8.如权利要求1所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于,所述安装座与主架固定连接;所述套接件为套管。
