所述的X形支撑腿包括两组X形支撑组,每组X形支撑组由第一支腿11和第二支腿12铰接呈X形交叉而成。每组X形支撑组具有四个支撑点,分别为第一支腿11的一端与桌板支撑框架连接的第一支撑点、第二支腿12的一端与桌板支撑框架连接的第二支撑点、第一支腿11的另一端与底座2连接的第三支撑点和第二支腿12的另一端与底座2连接的第四支撑点。两组X形支撑组的第二支撑点之间通过第二连接轴7连接,两组X形支撑组的第四支撑点之间通过第四连接轴8连接。第二连接轴7的两端分别铰接且滑动连接在两条导轨15内,第四连接轴8的两端分别铰接且滑动连接在底座2上,第一支撑点铰接在靠近电机3一端的横梁6上,第三支撑点铰接在底座2上。所述短连杆4的一端固定连接在第一支腿11靠近桌面板1的端部。
所述的两组X形支撑组的第一支撑点之间通过第一连接轴19连接,第一连接轴19的两端分别与两根横梁6铰接,两个第一支腿11的端部固定连接在第一连接轴19的外圆周壁上。
所述两根横梁6中部之间设有中间梁9,该中间梁9的两端分别与两根横梁6固定连接,中间梁9上连接有挂板13,丝杆16的另一端与挂板13铰接。
所述丝杆16和滑块17外部设置有罩壳10,罩壳10的端部与挂板13固定连接。
所述电机3底部安装有防止桌面板1下降至最低位置时电机3与底座2发生碰撞的轻触开关18,轻触开关18的触点面向底座2。
本发明的动作过程如下:升降工作台上升时,启动电机3,丝杆16转动带动滑块17在丝杆16上作水平方向的滑动,通过长连杆5和短连杆4的斜连杆机构的力的传递,带动第一支腿11绕着第一支撑点转动,同时第二连接轴7和第四连接轴8分别在横梁6和底座2上滑动,从而打开X形支撑腿,直至打开至合适位置时停止电机运行。从附图6中可以看出,第一支腿11与水平方向的桌面板1之间的夹角β,由合拢状态至打开状态呈增大趋势。反之,升降台下降时,反向启动电机3,经过一系列地反方向的各个零部件的运行,使X形支撑腿合拢,直至下降至合适位置时停止电机运行。当升降台下降至最低位置时,通过轻触开关18的限位迫使电机3停止运行,以实现安全操作。
以上所述,仅是本发明较佳可行的实施示例,不能因此即局限本发明的权利范围,对熟悉本领域的技术人员来说,凡运用本发明的技术方案和技术构思做出的其他各种相应的改变 都应属于在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。比如,动力驱动装置的结构还可以是液压缸装置,无需丝杆和滑块,将液压缸的活塞杆自由端与X形支撑腿连接即可;也可以是电机输出轴通过齿轮齿条的传动将动力输出至X形支撑腿上,也就是说电机输出轴驱动齿轮转动,通过齿轮齿条的啮合使齿条直线运动,齿条的端部与X形支撑腿连接。等等。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种升降工作台,包括桌面板(1)、与桌面板(1)连接的桌板支撑框架、底座(2)、用于连接桌板支撑框架和底座(2)的X形支撑腿、以及驱动X形支撑腿张开或者关闭以实现桌面板(1)升降的动力驱动装置;其特征在于:所述动力驱动装置连接于桌板支撑框架上,并且动力输出端与X形支撑腿连接;该升降工作台还包括对X形支撑腿始终施加斜向作用力的斜连杆机构,所述斜连杆机构一端连接于X形支撑腿上,另一端连接于动力驱动装置上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的升降工作台,其特征在于:所述斜连杆机构包括一个长连杆(5)和两个短连杆(4),长连杆(5)的一端与动力驱动装置的输出端铰接,另一端同时与两个短连杆(4)的一端铰接,两个短连杆(4)的另一端与X形支撑腿固定连接;所述长连杆(5)与动力驱动装置的动力输出方向始终形成一个夹角。
  3. 根据权利要求2述的电动升降工作台,其特征在于:所述动力驱动装置包括电机连接座(4)、电机(3)、丝杆(16)和滑块(17),电机连接座(4)连接于桌面板(1)上,电机(3)固定连接在电机连接座(4)上,电机(3)的输出轴通过传动机构与丝杆(16)的一端连接,滑块(17)螺纹连接在丝杆(16)上,丝杆(16)的另一端与桌板支撑框架转动连接,滑块(17)同时与长连杆(5)的一端铰接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的升降工作台,其特征在于:所述桌板支撑框架包括两条横梁(6)和两条导轨(15),所述两条横梁(6)分别连接在桌面板(1)的前后两侧,电机(3)连接在横梁(6)的一端,两条导轨(15)分别连接在远离电机(3)的两条横梁(6)的一端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的升降工作台,其特征在于:所述的X形支撑腿包括两组X形支撑组,每组X形支撑组由第一支腿(11)和第二支腿(12)铰接呈X形交叉而成;每组X形支撑组具有四个支撑点,分别为第一支腿(11)的一端与桌板支撑框架连接的第一支撑点、第二支腿(12)的一端与桌板支撑框架连接的第二支撑点、第一支腿(11)的另一端与底座(2)连接的第三支撑点和第二支腿(12)的另一端与底座(2)连接的第四支撑点;两组X形支撑组的第二支撑点之间通过第二连接轴(7)连接,两组X形支撑组的第四支撑点之间通过第四连接轴(8)连接;第二连接轴(7)的两端分别铰接且滑动连接在两条导轨(15)内,第四连接轴(8)的两端分别铰接且滑动连接在底座 (2)上,第一支撑点铰接在靠近电机(3)一端的横梁(6)上,第三支撑点铰接在底座(2)上;所述短连杆(4)的一端固定连接在第一支腿(11)靠近桌面板(1)的端部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的升降工作台,其特征在于:所述的两组X形支撑组的第一支撑点之间通过第一连接轴(19)连接,第一连接轴(19)的两端分别与两根横梁(6)铰接,两个第一支腿(11)的端部固定连接在第一连接轴(19)的外圆周壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的升降工作台,其特征在于:所述两根横梁(6)中部之间设有中间梁(9),该中间梁(9)的两端分别与两根横梁(6)固定连接,中间梁(9)上连接有挂板(13),丝杆(16)的另一端与挂板(13)铰接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的升降工作台,其特征在于:所述丝杆(16)和滑块(17)外部设置有罩壳(10),罩壳(10)的端部与挂板(13)固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的升降工作台,其特征在于:所述电机(3)底部安装有防止桌面板(1)下降至最低位置时电机(3)与底座(2)发生碰撞的轻触开关(18),轻触开关(18)的触点面向底座(2)。
