Description

挡板结构及包括其的蒸烤设备 技术领域
本发明涉及蒸烤设备相关技术领域,特别是一种挡板结构及包括其的蒸烤设备。
背景技术
烤箱的内部都设置有发热元件,发热元件一般为发热管,为了提高烤箱内部的温度,发热管一般设置在烤箱内胆的内壁上。进一步地,一些烤箱为了使内胆内部的温度均匀,在烤箱内设置风扇,提高烤箱内部气体的流动性,使烤箱内胆内部的温度更加均匀。
但是,如果发热管和风扇暴露在内胆的内壁上,在烤制食物时就容易在发热管和风扇上粘上污渍,一方面影响发热管的发热效率,另一方面,粘付在发热管或风扇上的污渍清洗更加困难,不利于保证内胆内部的清洁。为了解决上述问题,往往需要加装挡板,对发热管及风扇进行遮挡,但是普通挡板一般是个平面,且对称布置有出风口。这样不利于背部风机与背部加热管的风流场的传导,不利于整个温度场的均匀性。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的之一是提供一种通过设置不对称的多个出风口使空气流通更加顺畅的挡板结构及包括其的蒸烤设备。

本发明还提供一种蒸烤设备,所述蒸烤设备包括烤箱、微蒸烤一体机、具有蒸烤功能的微波炉等。所述蒸烤设备包括上述挡板结构100,所述挡板结构100安装在所述蒸烤设备内胆的内壁上,所述蒸烤设备优 选为烤箱。优选地,在本实施例中,所述蒸烤设备的发热管和风扇均安装在所述蒸烤设备内胆的背板上,所述挡板结构100也安装在所述背板上,并且,所述面板110的第一侧靠近所述背板设置,所述挡板结构100安装后,所述围板120与所述背板接触,所述挡板结构100和所述背板之间形成相对封闭的空腔,所述发热管和风扇位于所述空腔内,并且,所述面板110上的进风部111与所述风扇相对。优选地,所述风扇为离心风扇,所述风扇转动通过使所述内胆内部的空气从所述进风部111内进入到所述挡板结构100和所述背板之间的空腔内,进入到所述空腔内的空气经所述发热管加热。由于所述挡板结构100上的所述第一出风口112和第二出风口121为不对称分布,有利于使所述空气在所述空腔内被充分加热并搅拌均匀后再通过所述第一出风口112和第二出风口121流出,使风流场更加顺畅,温度场更加均匀,并且,由于在所述面板110上设置有第一出风口112,在所述围板120上设置有第二出风口121,使得所述空腔内的热空气能够更加及时的排出,避免所述背板上的局部温度过高,从而影响部分元气件的正常工作。
优选地,为了使所述空腔内出风效果更好,所述挡板结构100在安装时可以与所述背板之间形成一定的间隙,具体地,在所述围板120与所述背板之间形成间隙,所述间隙可以供热风吹出。
本发明提供的挡板结构100通过将面板110设置成弧形板状结构使其更利于空气流动,并且使其强度更高。并且通过在面板110及围板120上设置不对称分布,按照风流场方向设置的出风口,使气流更加顺畅,避免局部热空气不能及时排出,或者,空气加热不充分的情况发生。
本领域的技术人员容易理解的是,在不冲突的前提下,上述各优选方案可以自由地组合、叠加。
应当理解,上述的实施方式仅是示例性的,而非限制性的,在不偏离本发明的基本原理的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以针对上述细节做出的各种明显的或等同的修改或替换,都将包含于本发明的权利要求范围内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种挡板结构(100),其特征在于,包括面板(110)和与所述面板(110)的边缘连接的围板(120),所述挡板结构(100)还包括进风部(111)和出风部,所述进风部(111)设置在所述面板(110)上;
    所述出风部包括设置在所述面板(110)上的至少两个第一出风口(112),所述至少两个第一出风口(112)在所述面板(110)的横向和竖向上均不对称分布。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的挡板结构(100),其特征在于,所述出风部还包括设置在所述围板(120)的不同侧面上的第二出风口(121),不同侧面上的所述第二出风口(121)的大小和/或数量不同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的挡板结构(100),其特征在于,所述面板(110)为弧形板状结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的挡板结构(100),其特征在于,所述进风部(111)包括设置在所述面板(110)上的多个通孔,所述多个通孔形成在所述面板(110)上的一个圆形或者多边形的范围内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的挡板结构(100),其特征在于,所述进风部(111)设置在所述面板(110)的中间位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5之一所述的挡板结构(100),其特征在于,所述第一出风口(112)设置有两个,两个所述第一出风口(112)分别设置在靠近所述面板(110)相对的两角的位置处。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的挡板结构(100),其特征在于,所述第一出风口(112)呈长形结构,两个所述第一出风口(112)的延伸方向之间形成夹角α,α的取值范围为30°-60°。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的挡板结构(100),其特征在于,所述第一出风口(112)处设置有导风结构(113)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的挡板结构(100),其特征在于,所述导风结构(113)与所述面板(110)之间形成有夹角β,β的取值范围为50°-80°。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的挡板结构(100),其特征在于,所述导 风结构(113)包括板状结构,所述板状结构的一个侧边连接到所述第一出风口(112)的边缘处。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的挡板结构(100),其特征在于,所述板状结构与所述围板(120)位于所述面板(110)的同一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的挡板结构(100),其特征在于,所述第一出风口(112)为矩形通孔,所述板状结构连接到所述矩形通孔的一个长边的边缘处。
  13. 根据权利要求2所述的挡板结构(100),其特征在于,所述第二出风口(121)包括形成在所述围板(120)上的缺口和/或通孔。
  14. 根据权利要求2所述的挡板结构(100),其特征在于,所述第二出风口(121)设置有三个,三个所述第二出风口(121)形成在所述围板(120)相对的两个侧面上。
  15. 一种蒸烤设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-14之一所述的挡板结构(100),所述挡板结构(100)设置在所述蒸烤设备内胆的内壁上。
