本申请涉及一种水性环保型防晕带,其通过电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带浸渍在胶液中,然后经干燥固化制得,其中,所述的胶液包括母液,按所述的母液的总质量为100%计,所述的母液的原料配比为:水性树脂18%~45%,水55%~82%。本申请以水性树脂和水代替溶剂型树脂和易挥发溶剂,大大的减少了产品的挥发性有机物排放量,把对工作人员的身体伤害降到最低,并解决了传统防晕带用的防晕胶环保性不达标的问题。本申请绿色环保、VOC含量低,毒性低、气味小,使用方便,且生产设备可用水清洗,节省了大量溶剂。
Description
本申请具体涉及一种水性环保型防晕带及其制备方法。
在高压电机槽内的定子线圈的低电阻防晕层末端至线圈绝缘内的铜芯导杆的终端之间有高电压差,使低组段末端处的电场集中,即电位陡变,从而产生电晕。防电晕带在电机生产过程中起着比较关键的作用,随着环保法规的完善和人们环保意识的提高,绿色环保型产品已经成为目前重点研究的方向。目前高压电机定子线圈采用的防晕带多数是以溶剂型树脂为母液的防晕胶等材料制成。其母料中VOC含量过高,达不到国家环保排放要求,溶剂型涂布液清洗较为困难,在生产和使用过程中消耗大量的溶剂。
目前,以溶剂型树脂为母液的防晕胶等材料制成的防晕带的制备方法:授权公告号为CN100454720C公开了一种高压电机中高阻防晕带的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤一、采用0.10±0.02mm×25mm电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带;
步骤二、采用单一或混合的环氧、酚醛或聚酯树脂按重量百分比为20%~48%、甲苯、酒精和丙酮按重量百分比为80%~52%的复合溶剂,甲苯、酒精和丙酮的比例为1:1:1,配制成母液,再按占母液重量的百分比向母液中添加粒度在280~3000目和不同电阻值的非线性绿色或灰色50~130%的碳化硅、2~10%的石墨或炭黑、3~10%的三氧化二铁、0.5~3%的无机悬浮剂和0.5~1.5%的植物油调整剂,搅拌成均匀液体;
步骤三、将0.10±0.02mm×25mm电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带,放入装有步骤二配制好液体的槽内,用搅拌器不断搅拌,使槽中的液体均匀无沉淀,使无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带浸渍均匀;
步骤四、然后将浸渍液体的无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带放在间隙辊机上以5m/min~40m/min的速度匀速进入温度分布在50℃~400℃烘干炉内干燥固化,烘干炉为立式或卧式,长度在3m~10m范围内,用无级调速电机或其他方法匀速收卷,制成表面电阻在3MΩ~500000MΩ、非线性系数β在0.20~1.5中高阻防晕带。
申请内容
本申请目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种绿色环保的水性环保型防晕带及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本申请采用的技术方案是:
本申请的一个目的是提供一种水性环保型防晕带,其通过电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带浸渍在胶液中,然后经干燥固化制得,其中,所述的胶液包括母液,按所述的母液的总质量为100%计,所述的母液的原料配比为:水性树脂18%~45%,水55%~82%。
具体地,所述的胶液还包括占所述的母液总质量50%~80%的碳化硅、占所述的母液总质量2%~8%的炭黑、占所述的母液总质量2%~5%的调整剂。
优选地,所述的调整剂为水性氨基调整剂。
进一步优选地,所述的水性氨基调整剂为选自购自江苏三木集团有限公司的5817牌号。
优选地,所述的水性树脂为水性改性环氧树脂。
进一步优选地,所述的水性改性环氧树脂为选自购自苏州巨峰电气绝缘系统股份有限公司的JF-310(a)牌号。
优选地,所述的电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带的规格为0.06±0.02mm×25mm。
优选地,所述的母液的原料配比中,所述的水性树脂的质量百分比为25%~45%。
进一步优选地,所述的调整剂的质量占所述的母液总质量的2%~4%。
本申请的另一个目的是提供一种所述的水性环保型防晕带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1)、配制胶液;
步骤(2)、将电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带浸渍在所述的胶液中;
步骤(3)、将浸渍有所述的胶液的电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带通过间隙辊机以5m/min~40m/min的速度匀速进入温度分布在50℃~80℃的烘干炉内干燥固化,收卷制成所述的水性环保型防晕带。
优选地,步骤(3)中,采用无级调速电机或其他方法匀速收卷。
由于上述技术方案运用,本申请与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本申请以水性树脂和水代替溶剂型树脂和易挥发溶剂,大大的减少了产品的挥发性有机物排放量,把对工作人员的身体伤害降到最低,并解决了传统防晕带用的防晕胶环保性不达标的问题。本申请绿色环保、VOC含量低,毒性低、气味小,使用方便,且生产设备可用水清洗,节省了大量溶剂。

实施例1
步骤(1)、将质量百分比为18%的水性改性环氧树脂JF-310(a)和质量百分比为82% 的水混合形成母液;再向母液中加入占母液质量百分比为50%的碳化硅、占母液质量百分比为8%的炭黑、占母液质量百分比为5%的水性氨基调整剂5817,搅拌均匀,配制成胶液;
步骤(2)、将0.06±0.02mm×25mm电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带浸渍在步骤(1)制得的胶液中;
步骤(3)、将浸渍有胶液的电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带通过间隙辊机以5m/min的速度匀速进入温度分布在50℃的烘干炉内干燥固化,采用无级调速电机或其他方法匀速收卷,制成水性环保型防晕带。
实施例2

步骤(1)、将质量百分比为45%的水性改性环氧树脂JF-310(a)和质量百分比为55%的水混合形成母液;再向母液中加入占母液质量百分比为50%的碳化硅、占母液质量百分比 为8%的炭黑、占母液质量百分比为5%的水性氨基调整剂5817,搅拌均匀,配制成胶液;
步骤(2)、将0.06±0.02mm×25mm电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带浸渍在步骤(1)制得的胶液中;
步骤(3)、将浸渍有胶液的电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带通过间隙辊机以5m/min的速度匀速进入温度分布在50℃的烘干炉内干燥固化,采用无级调速电机或其他方法匀速收卷,制成水性环保型防晕带。
实施例5
步骤(1)、将质量百分比为25%的水性改性环氧树脂JF-310(a)和质量百分比为75%的水混合形成母液;再向母液中加入占母液质量百分比为80%的碳化硅、占母液质量百分比为2%的炭黑、占母液质量百分比为2%的水性氨基调整剂5817,搅拌均匀,配制成胶液;
步骤(2)、将0.06±0.02mm×25mm电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带浸渍在步骤(1)制得的胶液中;
步骤(3)、将浸渍有胶液的电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带通过间隙辊机以5m/min的速度匀速进入温度分布在50℃的烘干炉内干燥固化,采用无级调速电机或其他方法匀速收卷,制成水性环保型防晕带。
实施例6

实施例7
步骤(1)、将质量百分比为25%的水性改性环氧树脂JF-310(a)和质量百分比为75%的水混合形成母液;再向母液中加入占母液质量百分比为70%的碳化硅、占母液质量百分比为5%的炭黑、占母液质量百分比为4%的水性氨基调整剂5817,搅拌均匀,配制成胶液;
步骤(2)、将0.06±0.02mm×25mm电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带浸渍在步骤(1)制得的胶液中;
步骤(3)、将浸渍有胶液的电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带通过间隙辊机以20m/min的速度匀速进入温度分布在65℃的烘干炉内干燥固化,采用无级调速电机或其他方法匀速收卷,制成水性环保型防晕带。
实施例8
步骤(1)、将质量百分比为35%的水性改性环氧树脂JF-310(a)和质量百分比为65%的水混合形成母液;再向母液中加入占母液质量百分比为70%的碳化硅、占母液质量百分比为5%的炭黑、占母液质量百分比为4%的水性氨基调整剂5817,搅拌均匀,配制成胶液;
步骤(2)、将0.06±0.02mm×25mm电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带浸渍在步骤(1)制得的胶液中;
步骤(3)、将浸渍有胶液的电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带通过间隙辊机以20m/min的速度匀速进入温度分布在65℃的烘干炉内干燥固化,采用无级调速电机或其他方法匀速收卷,制成水性环保型防晕带。

对比例4:(CN100454720C的实施方式四)
步骤一、采用0.10±0.02mm×25mm电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带;
步骤二、按重量百分比由环氧、酚醛或聚酯树脂为48%,甲苯、酒精和丙酮按重量百分比为52%的复合溶剂,甲苯、酒精和丙酮的比例为1:1:1,配制成母液,再按占母液重量的百分比向母液中添加粒度在1000~3000目和不同电阻值的非线性绿色或灰色130%的碳化硅、2%的石墨或炭黑、10%的三氧化二铁、3%的无机悬浮剂和0.5%的植物油调整剂,搅拌成均匀液体;
步骤三、将0.10±0.02mm×25mm电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带,放入装有步骤二配制好液体的槽内,用搅拌器不断搅拌,使槽中的液体均匀无沉淀,使无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带浸渍均匀;
步骤四、然后将浸渍液体的无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带放在间隙辊机上以5m/min~40m/min的速度匀速进入温度分布在50℃~400℃烘干炉内干燥固化,烘干炉为立式或卧式,长度在3m~10m范围内,用无级调速电机或其他方法匀速收卷,制成高阻防晕带。

Claims (10)
- 一种水性环保型防晕带,其特征在于:其通过电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带浸渍在胶液中,然后经干燥固化制得,其中,所述的胶液包括母液,按所述的母液的总质量为100%计,所述的母液的原料配比为:水性树脂18%~45%,水55%~82%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水性环保型防晕带,其特征在于:所述的胶液还包括占所述的母液总质量50%~80%的碳化硅、占所述的母液总质量2%~8%的炭黑、占所述的母液总质量2%~5%的调整剂。
- 根据权利要求2所述的水性环保型防晕带,其特征在于:所述的调整剂为水性氨基调整剂。
- 根据权利要求3所述的水性环保型防晕带,其特征在于:所述的水性氨基调整剂为选自购自江苏三木集团有限公司的5817牌号。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水性环保型防晕带,其特征在于:所述的水性树脂为水性改性环氧树脂。
- 根据权利要求5所述的水性环保型防晕带,其特征在于:所述的水性改性环氧树脂为选自购自苏州巨峰电气绝缘系统股份有限公司的JF-310(a)牌号。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水性环保型防晕带,其特征在于:所述的电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带的规格为0.06±0.02mm×25mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水性环保型防晕带,其特征在于:所述的母液的原料配比中,所述的水性树脂的质量百分比为25%~45%。
- 一种如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的水性环保型防晕带的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:步骤(1)、配制胶液;步骤(2)、将电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带浸渍在所述的胶液中;步骤(3)、将浸渍有所述的胶液的电工用无碱玻璃丝编织带或聚酯无纺布带通过间隙辊机以5m/min~40m/min的速度匀速进入温度分布在50℃~80℃的烘干炉内干燥固化,收卷制成所述的水性环保型防晕带。
- 根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,采用无级调速电机或其他方法匀速收卷。
