- 화물차의 차체 상부에 설치되는 적재함기울기조절장치와,상기 적재함기울기조절장치 위에 설치되는 적재함과,상기 화물차의 현재 차량 위치와 주행할 도로의 회전반경(커브 정도), 차량주행속도 정보를 제공하기 위한 네비게이션시스템과,상기 네비게이션시스템으로 부터 제공받은 정보를 바탕으로 적재함기울기조절장치를 제어하여 커브주행로에서 적재함의 기울기를 조절하기 위한 제어부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 네비게이션시스템을 이용한 화물차 적재함용 기울기 조절장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 네비게이션시스템으로 부터 제공된 현재 차량위치와 주행할 도로의 회전반경(커브 정도), 차량주행속도 정보를 바탕으로 적재함의 기울기를 계산하기 위한 기울기계산모듈과 상기 기울기계산모듈에 의해 계산된 결과치를 바탕으로 적재함기울기조절장치를 구동하기 위한 기울기조절모듈로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 네비게이션시스템을 이용한 화물차 적재함용 기울기 조절장치.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서, 상기 적재함기울기조절장치는 에어콤프레셔와, 상기 에어콤프레셔에 의해 공급된 고압의 에어에 의해 작동되는 다수개의 에어벨로우즈와,상기 에어콤프레와 에어벨로우즈는 에어공급관으로 연결되되 이들 에어공급관의 중간에는 제어부에 의해 구동되고, 다수개의 밸브를 구비하는 에어분배구로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 네비게이션시스템을 이용한 화물차 적재함용 기울기 조절장치.
