L'invention concerne un échafaudage de type fibre tridimensionnel comprenant une pluralité de pores, l'échafaudage comprenant une structure fibreuse comprenant deux types de fibres ayant des vitesses de biodégradation différentes, les deux types de fibres ayant des vitesses de biodégradation différentes comprenant une première fibre biodégradable et une seconde fibre biodégradable qui a une vitesse de biodégradation plus lente que la première fibre, ou comprenant une première fibre biodégradable et une seconde fibre non biodégradable.
