区别于现有技术,上述技术方案通过座椅本体的升降机构调整脚踏板的高度,进而满足不同身高人群的使用。同时坐垫内安装了记忆棉垫,通过记忆棉垫可以矫正使用者的坐姿。记忆棉垫和脚踏板配合使用,使得弹奏者在弹奏钢琴时,即可以保持自身的坐姿,又能够在发生坐姿偏差时对自身的坐姿进行矫正。而升降机构则通过动力机构来提供动力,使得驱动电机带动螺旋丝杆转动,通过螺纹之间的配合使得联动板在螺纹丝杆上进行上下移动,继而带动脚踏板进行上下移动,再通过伸缩杆和卡接槽对脚踏板进行支撑,达到了调整固定脚踏板的目的,达到弹奏者训练自身坐姿的目的。

为详细说明技术方案的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图详予说明。
请参阅图1至图5,本实施例提供一种用于矫正钢琴弹奏坐姿的钢琴座椅,包括座椅本体10、坐垫11、脚踏板12、升降机构13和动力机构14;坐垫设置在座椅本体的顶面,坐垫内设置有记忆棉垫111,记忆棉垫位于坐垫的中部,动力机构位于坐垫与座椅本体之间,座椅本体的椅脚内侧设置有滑槽101,脚踏板的一侧设置有连接轴121;
所述升降机构包括左升降单元131和右升降单元132,左升降单元设置在座椅本体一侧的椅脚内侧面上,左升降单元包括联动板1311、螺旋丝杆1312、伸缩杆1313、卡接槽1314、铰接轴1315和驱动电机1316,所述右升降单元与左升降单元的结构相同设置,且右升降单元对称于左升降单元设置在另一侧的座椅本体的椅脚内侧面上,连接轴一端设置在联动板上,连接轴的另一端设置在右升降单元的联动板上,联动板设置在滑槽内,联动板设置有贯穿顶面和底面的螺纹孔,螺旋丝杆与螺纹孔相适配设置,驱动电机设置在座椅本体的底面,驱动电机与螺旋丝杆传动连接,驱动电机与动力机构电连接, 卡接槽铰接在座椅本体的椅脚内侧面上,卡接槽位于座椅本体椅脚的底端,伸缩杆的一端设置在卡接槽内,伸缩杆的另一端设置在铰接轴上,铰接轴设置在与脚踏板一侧相对的另一侧上。
本实施例中采用升降机构对脚踏板进行升降,同时配合记忆棉垫对弹奏者的坐姿进行训练,使得人们坐在的钢琴座椅上弹奏时,可以随时的了解自己是否有保持正确的弹奏坐姿,若坐姿不正确时,自己或者是教学的老师可以第一时间发现,进而对自己的坐姿进行矫正,达到训练或矫正自己坐姿的目的。
升降机构中采用驱动电机作为动力进行驱动,使得螺旋丝杆跟随驱动电机的输出轴进行转动。而驱动电机可以为无声伺服电机,进而可以控制驱动电机进行正转或反转,从而带动螺旋丝杆也进行正转或者反转。而驱动电机的动力来源与动力机构的动力单元,动力单元可以为蓄电池进行供电,也可以直接连接市电提供电能,市电也可以为蓄电池进行充电,从进行电能的提供电能。当螺旋丝杆被驱动电机驱动进行顺时针旋转时,通过螺旋丝杆上的螺纹与联动板的螺纹孔的螺纹进行咬合,而螺旋丝杆上的螺纹可以为矩形螺纹,联动板的螺纹孔内的螺纹也为矩形螺纹,使得螺旋丝杆与联动板的螺纹孔相配合时,其传动力矩较大,螺纹的矩形螺纹齿强度较高不易损坏,保证了脚踏板的固定。当联动板被螺纹丝杆带动进行上升动作,从而带动脚踏板进行上升动作,为了保持脚踏板的平稳上升下降,在座椅本体的两侧椅脚各设置一个升降单元,也就是本实施例中的做升降单元和右升降单元。因此脚踏板被左升降单元和右升降单元的两个联动板装夹在中间,并控制左升降单元和右升降单元的驱动电机同步旋转,达到同步控制左升降单元和右升降单元的螺旋丝杆转动的目的,继而可以平稳的调整脚踏板的高度。同时采用无声伺服电机在驱动,会使得在调整脚踏板高度时可以保持周围环境的安静,避免影响到其它乐器的弹奏者。
在对脚踏板的高度调整完成后,为了加强脚踏板的强度,在脚踏板的前 端设置有一个铰接轴,该铰接轴平行于脚踏板侧面安装在其前端底面上,同时铰接轴可以进行旋转动作。继而采用一根伸缩杆一端固定连接在铰接轴上,另一端安装在卡接槽上,在座椅本体的两个椅脚上各有一根伸缩杆进行支撑。对于脚踏板可以为一块铁质板、钢制板、铝合金板、塑料板或木板等等,为了加强脚踏板的强度,本实施例采用铝合金板制作脚踏板,防止使用者在练习过程中使用不当,造成脚踏板断裂或者损坏,不仅给钢琴座椅造成损坏,而且也对自身造成伤害。为了使得伸缩杆便于安装到卡接槽内,在伸缩杆与卡接槽连接的一端设置有弹片卡勾,而在卡接槽内设置了一个倒钩侧槽,使得弹片卡勾可以卡接在倒钩侧槽内,进而达到固定伸缩杆的目的,而且通过伸缩杆的伸缩和旋转,使得伸缩杆可以达到支撑不同高度的脚踏板的效果。
在座椅本体的坐垫上安装了记忆棉垫,对于钢琴座椅的正确坐姿是为:坐在钢琴座椅的一半深度,所以只需将记忆棉垫设置在坐垫的一半深度的位置即可,而坐垫的形状可以和臀部形状相同或类似,因此使得弹奏者在弹奏时更为舒适。本实施例中在坐垫的中部设置有坐垫槽112,记忆坐垫设置在坐垫槽内。通过坐垫槽放置记忆坐垫,使得随时可以对记忆坐垫进行更换使用,在学校教学的环境下,具有较多的学员,因此可以多个学生同时使用同一台钢琴和钢琴座椅,只需更换记忆坐垫即可。对于坐垫可以根据需求设置不同数量的记忆坐垫,例如家庭式的单人使用,则在钢琴座椅上值安放一个记忆坐垫;而对于多人以上的教学使用时,则可以设置两个以上,由于记忆坐垫只需设置在座椅一半,所以将座椅的位置分为前半部和后半部,在前半部与后半部上对称的设置记忆坐垫,在使用时,只需旋转调换座椅位置,就可以达到多人使用的目的,同时也充分的利用钢琴座椅的位置。
在使用时,一般只有一位学员在钢琴座椅上弹奏,同时在钢琴弹奏时,最多只有两人进行弹奏,因此可以通过轮换使用钢琴座椅,达到可以多人使用的目的。在一些高质量教学中,且人手一台钢琴的情况下,可以针对各人只安装一个记忆坐垫,同时配合脚踏板使用,对弹奏者的坐姿进行专项的训 练。本方案的钢琴座椅可以适用于学校的教学、钢琴社的教学和家庭教学等等,对于不同身高的学者,其双脚离地的高度不同,因此结合脚踏板的使用进行坐姿的矫正,满足不同人群需求,使得本实施例的钢琴座椅具有较高的实用性。
本实施例中升降机构还包括控制开关15,控制开关的第一输出端与左升降单元的驱动电机电连接,控制开关的第二输出端与右升降单元的驱动电机电连接,控制开关的输入端与动力机构电连接。为了便于钢琴弹奏者控制脚踏板的升降,在座椅本体的侧面安装一个控制开关,通过该控制开关可以随时控制升降机构的驱动电机的启停。具体的,控制开关可以为三单控制开关,三单控制开关的三个档位分别为:上升档位、下降档位和停止档位,上升档位控制驱动电机正方向旋转,使得脚踏板进行上升动作;同理下降档位则控制驱动电机反方向旋转,使得脚踏板进行下降动作;停止档位则控制驱动电机停止运行。控制开关控制左升降单元和右升降单元的驱动电机同步进行运作,达到在调节范围内任意调控脚踏板高度的效果。
本实施例中伸缩杆包括内杆13131、套杆13132和锁止件13133,内杆连接端套设在套杆内,内杆的固定端与铰接轴连接,套杆的固定端设置有卡齿13134,所述卡接槽的槽口设置有阶梯卡槽13135,阶梯卡槽与卡齿相适配设置。卡接槽内具有多阶梯的卡接槽,使得套杆的固定端的卡齿能够完全吻合的卡进卡接槽上,使得卡齿可以和不同高度的阶梯卡槽的卡槽进行固定,满足不同高度脚踏板的需求。同时三角形的卡接槽使的脚踏板可以和地面保持平行。所述锁止件包括阶梯套筒13136和锁紧螺栓13137,阶梯套筒活动套设在内杆上,且阶梯套筒的一端相适配的套设在套杆上,阶梯套筒的一端设置有固锁孔13138,套管的开口端设置有固定孔13139,锁紧螺栓的螺纹杆穿过固锁孔和固定孔顶靠在内杆上。
为了保持脚踏板的稳定,通过伸缩杆进行支撑。具体的,伸缩杆由内杆和套杆套接组成,并通过锁止件将内杆和套杆固定,使得内杆不会沿着套杆 进行伸缩,达到固定锁止的目的。锁止件为阶梯套筒,在阶梯套筒的大直径套头端是与套杆相配合卡接,其阶梯套筒的小直径套头端是与内杆相配合卡接。锁止时,可以通过手拧螺栓配合螺纹孔和固定孔进行锁紧,使得内杆不会在套杆内滑动。当松开锁紧螺栓时,通过驱动电机调整脚踏板的高度,此时伸缩杆会进行伸缩,同时绕着卡接槽旋转,达到跟随脚踏板调整的目的。
本实施例中联动板的侧面设置有滑动块16,滑动块上设置有通孔,脚踏板的连接轴设置在通孔内。通过滑动块来连接联动板和脚踏板的连接轴,使得脚踏板的侧边不会与联动板相互摩擦接触,提高了脚踏板升降时的灵活度。
本实施例中动力机构包括存储抽屉141、蓄电池142、电源线143、卷绕电机144和卷线筒145,卷绕电机设置在存储抽屉内,卷线筒套设在卷绕电机的电机轴上,座椅本体的外侧面设置有电源开关146,电源线一端设置在蓄电池上,电源线的另一端设置有插头1431,插头位于座椅本体的侧面上,蓄电池的输出端与电源开关的一端电连接,电源开关的另一端与驱动电机电连接。卷绕电机与卷线筒之间通过棘轮方式套接,使得卷线筒可以绕着卷绕电机的电机轴进行转动,且该卷线筒只能朝一个方向旋转,而卷绕电机在启动后可以通过棘轮带动卷线筒朝相反方向转动;卷绕电机可以为伺服电机。将电源线缠绕在卷绕筒上,而电源线的具有插头的一端则位于座椅本体的侧面上。使用时,卷绕电机处于停止状态,根据棘轮的特性,可以直接通过插头将卷线筒上的电源线拉出,继而将插头插入插座上导通市电,使得蓄电池进行充电,或直接为驱动电机提供电能。当使用结束后,从插座上拔出插头,进而通过电源开关开启卷绕电机,使得卷绕电机带动卷线筒旋转,进而将电源线缠绕在卷线筒上,完成对电源线卷绕回收的工作。
对于动力机构的电源线、卷绕电机和卷线筒都安装两份。具体的,两份电源线并联设计,使得只要电导通其中一根电源线都可以对蓄电池充电。而且两份电源线、卷绕电机和卷线筒都安装在存储抽屉内,但是一根电源线的插头设置在座椅本体的椅脚的侧面上,而另一根电源线的插头则设置在座椅 本体另一个椅脚的侧面上,且两边的电源线都会预留有3-4米。因此使得电源线不占用地方,同时避免了电线太短无法使用的麻烦。
本实施例中座椅本体两侧的椅脚外侧面各设置有一个存放盒17,所述存放盒的顶端设置有开口,存放盒的底端与座椅本体的椅脚外侧面铰接设置。所述存放盒设置有把手171,把手位于存放盒的外侧面上。所述存放盒设置有盒盖172,盒盖的一侧面底端与存放盒的顶端开口一侧铰接设置。通过存放和可以朝座椅的前方旋转开启,同时开启存放盒存放水杯、课本、乐谱等等物品,而且座椅本体的两侧各有一个存放盒,便于人们存放物品,解决了钢琴书无法放置的烦恼。
需要说明的是,尽管在本文中已经对上述各实施例进行了描述,但并非因此限制本发明的专利保护范围。因此,基于本发明的创新理念,对本文所述实施例进行的变更和修改,或利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,直接或间接地将以上技术方案运用在其他相关的技术领域,均包括在本发明的专利保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于矫正钢琴弹奏坐姿的钢琴座椅,其特征在于:包括座椅本体、坐垫、脚踏板、升降机构和动力机构;
    坐垫设置在座椅本体的顶面,坐垫内设置有记忆棉垫,记忆棉垫位于坐垫的中部,动力机构位于坐垫与座椅本体之间,座椅本体的椅脚内侧设置有滑槽,脚踏板的一侧设置有连接轴;
    所述升降机构包括左升降单元和右升降单元,左升降单元设置在座椅本体一侧的椅脚内侧面上,左升降单元包括联动板、螺旋丝杆、伸缩杆、卡接槽、铰接轴和驱动电机,所述右升降单元与左升降单元的结构相同设置,且右升降单元对称于左升降单元设置在另一侧的座椅本体的椅脚内侧面上,连接轴一端设置在联动板上,连接轴的另一端设置在右升降单元的联动板上,联动板设置在滑槽内,联动板设置有贯穿顶面和底面的螺纹孔,螺旋丝杆与螺纹孔相适配设置,驱动电机设置在座椅本体的底面,驱动电机与螺旋丝杆传动连接,驱动电机与动力机构电连接,卡接槽铰接在座椅本体的椅脚内侧面上,卡接槽位于座椅本体椅脚的底端,伸缩杆的一端设置在卡接槽内,伸缩杆的另一端设置在铰接轴上,铰接轴设置在与脚踏板一侧相对的另一侧上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于矫正钢琴弹奏坐姿的钢琴座椅,其特征在于:所述联动板的侧面设置有滑动块,滑动块上设置有通孔,脚踏板的连接轴设置在通孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于矫正钢琴弹奏坐姿的钢琴座椅,其特征在于:所述动力机构包括存储抽屉、蓄电池、电源线、卷绕电机和卷线筒,卷绕电机设置在存储抽屉内,卷线筒套设在卷绕电机的电机轴上,座椅本体的外侧面设置有电源开关,电源线一端设置在蓄电池上,电源线的另一端设置有插头,插头位于座椅本体的侧面上,蓄电池的输出端与电源开关的一端电连接,电源开关的另一端与驱动电机电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于矫正钢琴弹奏坐姿的钢琴座椅,其特征在于:所述坐垫的中部设置有坐垫槽,记忆坐垫设置在坐垫槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于矫正钢琴弹奏坐姿的钢琴座椅,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆包括内杆、套杆和锁止件,内杆连接端套设在套杆内,内杆的固定端与铰接轴连接,套杆的固定端设置有卡齿,所述卡接槽的槽口设置有阶梯卡槽,阶梯卡槽与卡齿相适配设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于矫正钢琴弹奏坐姿的钢琴座椅,其特征在于:所述锁止件包括阶梯套筒和锁紧螺栓,阶梯套筒活动套设在内杆上,且阶梯套筒的一端相适配的套设在套杆上,阶梯套筒与套杆相配合的一端设置有固锁孔,套管的开口端设置有固定孔,锁紧螺栓的螺纹杆穿过固锁孔和固定孔顶靠在内杆上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于矫正钢琴弹奏坐姿的钢琴座椅,其特征在于:所述升降机构还包括控制开关,控制开关的第一输出端与左升降单元的驱动电机电连接,控制开关的第二输出端与右升降单元的驱动电机电连接,控制开关的输入端与动力机构电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于矫正钢琴弹奏坐姿的钢琴座椅,其特征在于:所述座椅本体两侧的椅脚外侧面各设置有一个存放盒,所述存放盒的顶端设置有开口,存放盒的底端与座椅本体的椅脚外侧面铰接设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于矫正钢琴弹奏坐姿的钢琴座椅,其特征在于:所述存放盒设置有把手,把手位于存放盒的外侧面上。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于矫正钢琴弹奏坐姿的钢琴座椅,其特征在于:所述存放盒设置有盒盖,盒盖的一侧面底端与存放盒的顶端开口一侧铰接设置。
