本申请实施例的翻译机,包括外壳、麦克风组件、扬声器、切换按键,外壳包括底部和边框,底部和边框构成一容置腔,边框中相邻两个边框中的一个边框设置切换按键,相邻两个边框中的另一个边框设置有麦克风组件的第一拾音孔和扬声器的第一出声孔;麦克风组件和扬声器 位于容置腔,且朝向具有第一拾音孔和第一出声孔的边框设置,其中,麦克风组件包括两个麦克风,扬声器位于两个麦克风之间。由于两个麦克风和扬声器位于翻译机的同一端,并且翻译时麦克风和扬声器是轮循工作,扬声器和麦克风不会相互影响,同时设置两个麦克风,使得拾音的指向性增强,拾音的灵敏度高,能够提高语音翻译结果的准确性,并且可以方便地将扬声器和麦克风对准交谈的双方,具有良好的操作性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在 没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
图1示出了本申请实施例的一种翻译机的结构示意图,图2示出了本申请实施例的一种翻译机的麦克风和扬声器的布置结构示意图,如图1和图2所示,本申请实施例的一种翻译机,包括外壳100、麦克风组件500、扬声器600、切换按键300。
本申请实施例中,外壳100可以是金属材质或者塑胶材质,外壳100包括一个由边框和底部围合而成的容置腔,该容置腔可以容置翻译机的多个部件,并且在外壳100的边框上设置有翻译机的多个按键和接口的开孔。
例如,外壳100的边框中相邻两个边框中的一个边框设置切换按键300,相邻两个边框中的另一个边框设置有麦克风组件500的第一拾音孔和扬声器600的第一出声孔,麦克风组件500和扬声器600位于容置腔中,且朝向具有第一拾音孔和第一出声孔的边框设置,其中,麦克风组件500可以包括两个麦克风,扬声器600位于两个麦克风之间。
具体而言,外壳100上可以设置有显示模组200,当手持翻译机,显示模组200面向翻译机持有者时,麦克风组件500和扬声器600可以设置在翻译机的顶端,即远离翻译机持有者的一端。当需要进行翻译时,首先通过切换按键300选择翻译语种,将麦克风组件500对准声源方向以采集语音,扬声器600停止工作,语音采集完成后,麦克风组件500停止采集语音,翻译机的处理器进行翻译处理,将扬声器600对准收听者方向,扬声器600播放翻译处理后的语音。
本申请实施例的翻译机,设置两个具有一定预设距离的麦克风,提高了翻译机的拾音灵敏度,能够获取到较好的语音和提高了翻译结果的准确性,并且两个麦克风和扬声器设置在翻译机的同一端,能够方便快捷地对准声源和收听者方向,具有良好的操作性。
如图3所示,在本申请的一种优选实施例中,翻译机还包括显示模 组200、主板900、装饰件400、显示模组支架800和中框700,其中,中框700、主板900、显示模组支架800和显示模组200依次层叠于外壳100的容置腔中,具体而言,中框700可以用于承载翻译机的主要部件,例如中框700上可以放置主板900,螺丝穿过主板900的螺丝孔后,与外壳100的容置腔的底部的螺孔固定连接,从而将中框700和主板900固定在容置腔中,同时,中框700上还可以固定有麦克风组件500和设置有扬声器容置腔,麦克风组件500和扬声器600可以通过柔性电路板与主板900电连接,从而实现翻译语音的采集和翻译处理后语音的播放。
显示屏支架800可以是用于贴合显示模组200的部件,具体而言,显示屏支架800可以设置有容置显示屏模组200的容置腔,在显示屏模组200贴合于显示屏支架800后,显示屏支架800和显示屏模组200组合为一个整体。
显示屏支架800和显示屏模组200组合的整体可以层叠在已经固定于外壳100的容置腔中的主板900上,并通过显示屏支架800上侧边的卡扣和外壳100的容置腔的侧壁上设置的卡槽进行固定,从而完成整个翻译机的装配。
在本优选实施例中,装饰件400位于外壳100设置有切换按键300和第一拾音孔18的相邻两个边框上。具体而言,装饰件400的形状大致为L型,可以与外壳100相邻的两个大致垂直的边框相适配。外壳100相邻的两个边框可以是翻译机的顶端和与顶端相邻的设置有切换按键300的侧面,例如可以是右侧面,当右手手持翻译机时,右手拇指可以方便快捷操作切换按键300,同时右手还可以方便地将翻译机的顶端指向声源或者收听者,使得顶端设置的麦克风组件500和扬声器600可以方便的指向声源或者收听者。
当然,切换按键300也可以设置在左侧面,可以根据消费者的使用习惯设置,本申请实施例对此不加以限制。
本优选实施例中,麦克风组件500和扬声器600分别与主板900电连接,且位于中框700上朝向第一拾音孔18设置。
具体而言,如图4和图5所示,麦克风组件500还包括两个麦克风外壳53、柔性电路板52以及连接器51,柔性电路板52一端与连接器51连接,另一端分别与两个麦克风54连接,两个麦克风54分别位于一个麦克风外壳53中,柔性电路板52与两个麦克风54连接的一端分别与一个麦克风外壳53固定连接,例如可以通过胶水将柔性电路板52粘合在麦克风外壳53上,以将两个麦克风54分别密封于麦克风外壳53中,柔性电路板52与麦克风外壳53粘合的一面设置有第二拾音孔55。
在本申请实施例中,麦克风外壳53可以是塑胶外壳,还可以是具有一定弹性的橡胶外壳,可以对麦克风54起到良好的保护作用,弹性橡胶外壳还可以避免在拾音过程中移动翻译机时,造成麦克风54震动产生杂音,使得只有外部的语音通过第二拾音孔55传送至麦克风54,麦克风54采集语音生成语音信号后通过柔性电路板52和连接器51传送至主板900上的处理器进行翻译处理。
优选地,两个麦克风54可以为电子麦克风,例如可以是电容式、压电式、以及电磁式、碳粒式、半导体式等麦克风,相对于动圈式的机械麦克风,电子麦克风具有良好的灵敏度和快速的响应。
优选地,如图2所示,两个麦克风54的中心距离L至少为25mm(毫米),以使得拾音具有良好的指向性和灵敏度。
图6、图7和图8所示,在本申请的一种优选实施例中,中框700设置有麦克风容置腔71和麦克风支架74,麦克风容置腔71朝向外壳100上的第一拾音孔18设置,麦克风容置腔71的外侧壁上设置有卡扣711,麦克风支架74包括设置有第三拾音孔742的底部和侧边,侧边设置有与卡扣711适配的卡槽741。具体而言,中框700的材质可以为塑胶,可以通过注塑成型的方式形成麦克风容置腔71以及卡扣711,麦克风支架74的材质优选为金属,例如可以通过金属板材冲压形成底部、侧边以及冲孔形成侧边上的卡槽741。
在装配麦克风组件500时,麦克风外壳53容置于麦克风容置腔71中,麦克风支架74与麦克风容置腔71通过卡扣711和卡槽741固定连 接,以将麦克风组件500固定在中框700上,并且使得两个麦克风54朝向外壳100的边框上设置的第一拾音孔18。
当然麦克风组件还可以通过其他的固定方式与中框链接,例如设置螺丝和螺孔进行连接、或者中框设置插槽,麦克风外壳嵌入插槽中进行连接等。
如图6所示,中框700还设置有扬声器容置腔72和扬声器支架73,中框700朝向外壳100的第一出声孔13的一面上设置有第二出声孔75,第二出声孔75与扬声器容置腔72互通,即扬声器600的声音经过扬声器容置腔72之后,通过第二出声孔75向外传播,形成播放声音从翻译机顶端传播。
在扬声器600容置于扬声器容置腔72后,扬声器支架73与中框700固定连接,以将扬声器600固定在中框700上。
本申请实施例中,扬声器600还可以通过其他方式与中框700固定连接,只要满足第二出声孔75面向外壳100设置的第一出声孔13即可。
本申请实施例中,中框上麦克风的朝向和扬声器的出声孔朝向相同,且位于中框的同一侧边上,能够方便快捷地将翻译机对准声源和收听者方向,不需要重复翻转翻译机的底端和顶端,具有良好的操作性。
如图9和图10所示,本申请实施例的装饰件400包括相互连接的第一本体41和第二本体42,即第一本体41和第二本体42相互连接后大致为L型。
第一本体41设置有第三出声孔和覆盖第三出声孔的扬声器滤网43,第二本体42设置有可供切换按键300通过的第二按键过孔46,第一本体41与外壳100设置有第一出声孔13的边框适配,第二本体42与外壳100设置有切换按键300的边框适配。
如图9所示,在本申请的一种优选实施例中,第一本体41面向外壳100的一面设置有至少一个定位柱44,扬声器过滤网43位于第一本体41面向外壳100的一面上,第二本体42面向外壳100的一面设置有第一锁紧凸块47,第二本体42上与第一锁紧凸块47所在平面垂直的两侧面上 设置有导槽45。
相应地,如图10所示,外壳100设置有第一出声孔13的第一边框11外部设置有容置第一本体41的第一容置槽,外壳100设置有切换按键300的第二边框12外部设置有容置第二本体42的第二容置槽,第一容置槽的底部设置有与定位柱44适配的定位孔14,第二容置槽底部设置有与第一锁紧凸块47适配的第二锁紧凸块17,第二容置槽的侧壁设置有与导槽45适配的导轨15。
在装配装饰件400时,装饰件400的第二本体42通过导槽45和导轨15引导滑入第二容置腔中,直到第一锁紧凸块47和第二锁紧凸块17锁紧后,第一本体41也位于第一容置腔中,同时定位柱44嵌入到定位孔14中,使得装饰件400各个方向的自由度被限制,从而使得装饰件400与外壳100固定连接,切换按键300可以穿过外壳100上的第一按键过孔16和装饰件400的第二按键过孔46后,暴露于翻译机外,可以在手持翻译机时方便快捷地操作切换按键300。装饰件400设置有扬声器过孔并且覆盖外壳100上的第一拾音孔18和第一出声孔13,可以对扬声器和麦克风起到保护作用,同时也使得翻译机更加美观。
优选地,第一拾音孔18还设置有防尘膜,当然也可以是防水膜,可以防止水汽或者灰尘由第一拾音孔18、第三拾音孔742、第二拾音孔55后进入到麦克风外壳53中,影响麦克风尤其是电子麦克风的性能和寿命,使得麦克风具有良好的拾音性能和延长麦克风的使用寿命。
本申请实施例的翻译机,设置两个具有一定预设距离的麦克风,提高了翻译机的拾音灵敏度,能够获取到较好的语音和提高了翻译结果的准确性,并且两个麦克风和扬声器设置在翻译机的同一端,能够方便快捷地将翻译机对准声源和收听者方向,不需要重复翻转翻译机的低端和顶端,具有良好的操作性。
尽管已描述了本申请实施例的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例做出另外的变更和修改。 所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本申请实施例范围的所有变更和修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种翻译机,其特征在于,包括外壳、麦克风组件、扬声器、切换按键,
    所述外壳包括底部和边框,所述底部和边框构成一容置腔,所述边框中相邻两个边框中的一个边框设置所述切换按键,所述相邻两个边框中的另一个边框设置有所述麦克风组件的第一拾音孔和扬声器的第一出声孔;
    所述麦克风组件和扬声器位于所述容置腔,且朝向具有所述第一拾音孔和第一出声孔的边框设置,其中,所述麦克风组件包括两个麦克风,所述扬声器位于所述两个麦克风之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的翻译机,其特征在于,所述两个麦克风为电子麦克风。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的翻译机,其特征在于,所述两个麦克风的中心距离至少为25毫米。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的翻译机,其特征在于,所述翻译机还包括显示模组、主板、装饰件、显示模组支架和中框;
    所述中框、主板、显示模组支架和显示模组依次层叠于所述外壳的容置腔中;
    所述装饰件位于所述外壳设置有切换按键和第一拾音孔的所述相邻两个边框上;
    所述两个麦克风和扬声器分别与所述主板电连接,且位于所述中框上朝向所述第一拾音孔设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的翻译机,其特征在于,所述麦克风组件还包括两个麦克风外壳、柔性电路板以及连接器,所述柔性电路板一端与所述连接器连接,另一端分别与所述两个麦克风连接,所述两个麦克风分别位于所述两个麦克风外壳中,所述柔性电路板与所述两个麦克风连接的一端分别与一个麦克风外壳固定连接,以将所述两个麦克风分别密封于所述两个麦克风外壳中,所述柔性电路板与所述两个麦克风外壳粘合的一面设置有第二拾音孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的翻译机,其特征在于,所述中框设置有麦克风容置腔和麦克风支架,所述麦克风容置腔朝向所述外壳上的第一拾音孔设置,所述麦克风容置腔的外侧壁上设置有卡扣,所述麦克风支架包括设置有第三拾音孔的底部和侧边,所述侧边设置有与所述卡扣适配的卡槽;
    所述麦克风外壳容置于所述麦克风容置腔中,所述麦克风支架与所述麦克风容置腔通过卡扣和卡槽固定连接,以将所述麦克风组件固定在所述中框上,并且使得所述两个麦克风朝向所述外壳的边框上设置的第一拾音孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的翻译机,其特征在于,所述中框设置有扬声器容置腔和扬声器支架,所述中框朝向所述外壳的第一出声孔的一面设置有第二出声孔,所述第二出声孔与所述扬声器容置腔互通;
    所述扬声器容置于所述扬声器容置腔中,所述扬声器支架与所述中框固定连接,以将所述扬声器固定在所述中框上。
  8. 根据权利要求4或5或6或7所述的翻译机,其特征在于,所述装饰件包括相互连接的第一本体和第二本体,
    所述第一本体设置有第三出声孔和覆盖所述第三出声孔的扬声器滤网,所述第二本体设置有可供所述切换按键通过的按键过孔;
    所述第一本体与所述外壳设置有所述第一出声孔的边框适配,所述第二本体与所述外壳设置有所述切换按键的边框适配。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的翻译机,其特征在于,所述第一本体面向所述外壳的一面设置有至少一个定位柱,所述扬声器过滤网位于所述第一本体面向所述外壳的一面上,所述第二本体面向所述外壳的一面设置有第一锁紧凸块,所述第二本体上与所述第一锁紧凸块所在平面垂直的两侧面上设置有导槽;
    所述外壳设置有第一出声孔的边框外部设置有容置所述第一本体的第一容置槽,所述外壳设置有切换按键的边框外部设置有容置所述第二本体的第二容置槽,所述第一容置槽的底部设置与所述定位柱适配的定 位孔,所述第二容置槽底部设置有与所述第一锁紧凸块适配的第二锁紧凸块,所述第二容置槽的侧壁设置有与所述导槽适配的导轨。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的翻译机,其特征在于,所述第一拾音孔设置有防尘膜。
