管道钻孔机 技术领域
本发明涉及管道钻孔机,属于钻孔装置技术领域。
背景技术
管道钻孔技术领域中,现有结构形式的钻孔机一般包括以下结构形式:在钻孔过程中需要采用辅助工装实现对工件的夹紧,结构形式复杂,使用起来非常的不方便,且采用辅助工装的结构形式装夹时容易造成管道夹持位置发生跑偏,对钻孔质量造成严重影响。
同时现有技术中的管道钻孔机电源连接软管为一体式结构形式,因为电源线内置在连接软管内,因此电源线发生损伤时无法进行维修,只能更换整根连接软管,浪费现象严重,且影响管道钻孔机的钻孔效率,需要进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种结构合理,能快速、准确的对工件管道进行夹持,以及方便对电源线进行维护的管道钻孔机。
为此本发明采用的技术方案是:所述钻孔机包括驱动装置(1),由所述驱动装置(1)驱动上下运动的钻头(2),以及设置在所述钻头(2)侧部的夹持部(3);
所述夹持部(3)包括和管道(4)外轮廓对应的呈内凹的的圆弧卡槽(31),所述圆弧卡槽(31)两侧设置有夹持座(5),所述夹持座(5)上设置有用于夹持管道(4)的链条(6)。
所述一侧的夹持座(5)上开设有安装孔(51),所述安装孔(51)上穿设有链轴(61),所述链轴(61)上安装有链环(62),所述链条(6)的另一端端部设置有夹持钩(7),所述夹持钩(7)钩持在另一侧的夹持座(5)上。
所述一侧的夹持座(5)上设置有上下设置的两所述安装孔(51),各安装孔(51)内分别设置有所述的链轴(61),链轴(61)上穿设有链环(62),两链条(6)的另一端端部设置有所述的夹持钩(7),夹持钩(7)对应的钩持在另一侧的夹持座(5)上。

所述加长主轴(10)内设置有定位杆(101),所述钻头(2)设置有用于使所述定位杆(101)插入的定位孔(21),所述定位杆(101)、定位孔(21)呈方形设置。
本发明的优点是:1)本发明通过圆弧卡槽、链条等结构实现对管道的有效夹持,且本发明的链条本身就设置在管道钻孔机上,因此省去了辅助工装的夹持,夹持方便且精确,能将管道很好快速的夹持在钻孔机上,实现对管道的快速准确钻孔。
2)本发明圆弧卡槽内壁由凸块和磁性快组成,磁性快和管道保持一定距离,这样即保持对管道一定的吸力,使管道得以定位,又避免了因直接接触造成吸力过大造成装配和拆卸时的不变,同时本发明设置的小凸点和弹性垫的组合方式,既保持了两者之间具备一定的压力,同时也避免了摩擦力过大造成管道的损伤。
3)本发明进一步的容置电源线的软管采用分体的设置形式,这样当电源线发生损坏时,可通过拆卸连接管进行对电源线的维修,结构简单、使用非常方便。
4)本发明的连接管由母插头和公插头连接而成,并通过导电杆和和绝缘套的连接方式进行导电连接,这样既能保证导电连接的性能,同时绝缘套的存在避免了使用时向外漏电,保证操作人员的使用安全。

所述一侧的夹持座5上开设有安装孔51,所述安装孔51上穿设有链轴61,所述链轴61上安装有链环62,所述链条6的另一端端部设置有夹持钩7,所述夹持钩7钩持在另一侧的夹持座5上。
所述一侧的夹持座5上设置有上下设置的两所述安装孔51,各安装孔51内分别设置有所述的链轴61,链轴61上穿设有链环62,两链条6的另一端端部设置有所述的夹持钩7,夹持钩7对应的钩持在另一侧的夹持座5上。
所述驱动装置1上连接有用于和电源连接的软管8,所述软管8分段设置,两段之间通过连接管9进行连接,所述连接管9内设置有用于导电的导电体91。

本发明的工作过程为:使用时将管道置于圆弧卡槽31下面,然后将链条6从下部环向穿过管道4,并通过夹持钩7形成对所述管道4的夹持;在夹持过程中,圆弧卡槽31设置的磁性快33形成对管道4一定的吸力,圆弧卡槽31上设置的小凸点、弹性垫11形成对所述管道4一定的压力、摩擦力;上述夹持的结构形式既能形成对所述管道4的良好夹持,同时不会对管道4形成过渡的压迫,使压力在可接受的范围之内,从而保证了钻孔的顺利进行,也避免了对管道4的损伤。
同时本发明在电源线发生损坏时,可以将连接管9拆卸,然后检修电源线,以便根据需要作出维修或者更换,极大的降低了使用成本,同时也方便了维修。
本发明通过导电杆921和导电片932的接触实现了电连接,而绝缘套931的存在一能提供绝缘,保证操作人员的电安全,同时绝缘套931对导电杆921进行导向定位,从而能稳定的和所述导电片932形成可靠接触,防止导电杆921因偏移造成和导电片932之间接触不可靠的问题。
