Abstract

본 발명은 정상 및 혈액 조직에서 낮은 메틸화 수준을 보이나 암 조직에서만 높은 메틸화 수준을 보이는 하나 이상의 CpG 부위의 메틸화 수준을 측정하여 정상 조직이 섞여 있는 임상 검체를 이용하여 간암의 예후 또는 위험도를 평가하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
