Claims (3)
- エッジ状の稜線部を有するとともに前記稜線部を境として一方側にネガ面を他方側にポジ面を有する目標成形体を得るプレス成形方法であって、
前記稜線部のエッジ半径より大きい半径の中間稜線部を有する中間成形体を成形する第1工程と、前記中間成形体から前記目標成形体を成形する第2工程を含み、
前記中間成形体は、前記目標成形体における前記稜線部から前記ネガ面に至る部位に対応して第1中間ポジ面を有するとともに、前記目標成形体における前記稜線部から前記ポジ面に至る部位に対応して前記第1中間ポジ面に連続する第2中間ポジ面と前記第2中間ポジ面に連続する中間ネガ面とを有する
ことを特徴とするプレス成形方法。 - 請求項1記載のプレス成形方法において、
前記目標成形体と前記中間成形体は、前記中間稜線部の両側において形状が一致する領域があり、それらを重ねた場合、前記中間成形体の頂点は前記目標成形体の頂点よりもプレスストローク方向の下方に位置する
