Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte au domaine des communications et concerne un procédé pour la mise en œuvre d'une communication basée sur une plaque d'immatriculation, une plateforme et un second terminal. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : S1 : l'acquisition des informations d'identification de la plaque d'immatriculation envoyées par un premier terminal, et l'identification du numéro de plaque d'immatriculation inscrit ; S2 : la détermination si la distance entre le premier terminal et le véhicule se trouve dans une plage de localisation prédéfinie, si tel est le cas, la recherche, selon le numéro de plaque d'immatriculation, des informations de contact relatives à un second terminal relié ; et S3 : l'établissement d'une session entre le premier terminal et le second terminal selon les informations de contact découvertes. La présente invention permet un échange d'informations entre des propriétaires de véhicule au moyen d'une détermination opportune d'emplacement de véhicule et d'autorisation de communication basée sur l'emplacement, ce qui permet d'améliorer la commodité de communication entre les propriétaires de véhicule et l'efficacité opérationnelle globale de véhicules dans la société.
