Claims (10)
- 수술시 체내의 목표 지점을 향해 진입하며 선단부에 받침턱부가 형성되어 있는 진입로드와;상기 진입로드에 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 결합하고, 상기 받침턱부에 대해 진퇴운동하며, 받침턱부와 함께 죠오부를 구성하는 펀칭부를 갖는 슬라이더와;상기 진입로드의 후방에 고정되는 중공부재로서, 사용자의 조작에 의해 축회전하는 회전샤프트와;상기 회전샤프트와 진입로드를 차례로 통과해 그 선단부가 상기 슬라이더에 고정되고, 후단부는 회전샤프트의 후방으로 연장된 푸싱로드와;상기 회전샤프트와 푸싱로드 후단부의 사이에 설치되어, 푸싱로드를 후방으로 탄력 지지하는 스프링과;상기 회전샤프트의 일부를 그 내부에 축회전 가능하도록 수용 고정한 상태로, 상기 푸싱로드를 전방으로 이동시켜, 상기 펀칭부가 받침턱부측으로 가압되게 하는 손잡이부를 포함하는 회전형 수술용 체내 조직 제거장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 진입로드와 회전샤프트의 사이에는, 회전샤프트와 동일한 내경을 갖는 중공형 연장샤프트가 더 연결된 회전형 수술용 체내 조직 제거장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 받침턱부의 펀칭부를 향하는 면에는, 떼어낸 체내 조직을 임시 수용하는 조직수용홈이 형성된 회전형 수술용 체내 조직 제거장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 받침턱부를 포함하는 평면과, 진입로드의 중심축선과의 사이각은 100도 내지 130도인 회전형 수술용 체내 조직 제거장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전샤프트는;일정직경을 가지며 길이방향으로 연장된 샤프트본체와,상기 샤프트본체의 후단부에 일체를 이루고 샤프트본체보다 작은 직경을 갖는 링형홈부와,상기 링형홈부의 후방에 위치하고 그 외주면에는 다수의 홀딩홈이 원주방향을 따라 등각 배치된 걸림링을 포함하는 회전형 수술용 체내 조직 제거장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 푸싱로드의 후단부에는, 상기 손잡이부로부터 가압력을 전달받는 가압단부가 형성된 회전형 수술용 체내 조직 제거장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 손잡이부는;상기 회전샤프트의 일부를 수용하며, 상기 홀딩홈 중 선택된 홀딩홈에 끼워져 회전샤프트의 축회전을 차단하는 스토퍼를 그 내주면에 구비한 샤프트지지부와,상기 샤프트지지부에 일체를 이루며 사용자에 의해 파지되는 고정대와,회동핀을 통해 상기 고정대에 링크되며 사용자에 의해 당겨져 회동하는 회동트리거와,상기 회동트리거의 상단부에 위치하며 회동트리거가 당겨질 때, 상기 가압단부를 가압하는 로드가압부를 포함하는 회전형 수술용 체내 조직 제거장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 홀딩홈은, 상기 회전샤프트를 샤프트지지부측으로 가압 이동시킬 때, 스토퍼로부터 벗어나 링형홈부가 스토퍼에 대향하는 지점에 위치하도록 링형홈부측으로 개방된 회전형 수술용 체내 조직 제거장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 걸림링에는, 샤프트지지부내에 회전샤프트를 삽입할 때, 상기 스토퍼를 통과시켜 스토퍼가 링형홈부에 도달하도록 경로를 제공하는 관통슬릿이 형성된 회전형 수술용 체내 조직 제거장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 회전샤프트의 외주면에는, 상기 관통슬릿의 위치를 알려주는 이동마킹부가 형성되어 있고,상기 샤프트지지부의 외측면에는, 상기 스토퍼의 위치를 알려주는 고정마킹부가 형성된 회전형 수술용 체내 조직 제거장치.
