Claims (6)
- 一种垃圾与半干污泥协同焚烧处理装置,其特征在于:包括炉膛及其内的炉排(6)、用于将垃圾配送至炉排(6)内的垃圾配送单元、用于将湿污泥运送至炉膛后拱并抛入炉膛内的湿污泥配送单元;炉膛的烟气出口通过管路依次连接余热锅炉(8)、脱酸反应塔(12)、布袋除尘器(16);炉膛内的烟气途径余热锅炉(8)、脱酸反应塔(12)、布袋除尘器(16),再经引风机(17)进入烟囱并排入大气中;所述余热锅炉(8)连接汽轮发电机(11);余热锅炉(8)内的水加热后产生蒸汽,并推动汽轮发电机(11)发电;所述湿污泥配送单元包括污泥仓(10)、螺旋运输机(9);螺旋运输机(9)将污泥仓(10)内的湿污泥运送至炉膛后拱,湿污泥在重力作用下散落至炉膛内的炉排(6)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述垃圾与半干污泥协同焚烧处理装置,其特征在于:在炉膛入口处设置有将外部空气吹入炉膛内的二次风机(5),促进炉膛内气体未燃尽物二次燃烧,在二次风机(5)的回吹扰流作用下,烟气相互卷吸,以此延长850~900℃的烟气在炉膛出口区域停留时间;所述炉排(6)自上而下依次分为干燥段A、热解段B、固定碳燃烧段C、固定碳燃尽段D。
- 根据权利要求2所述垃圾与半干污泥协同焚烧处理装置,其特征在于:所述脱酸反应塔(12)还连接有一石灰供给仓(14);所述脱酸反应塔(12)与布袋除尘器(16)之间的管路上还连接有一活性炭供给仓(15)。
- 根据权利要求3所述垃圾与半干污泥协同焚烧处理装置,其特征在于:所述垃圾配送单元包括垃圾仓(2)、抓吊装置(3);抓吊装置(3)用于将垃 圾仓(2)内的垃圾抓吊至进料斗,垃圾由进料斗进入炉膛内的炉排(6)上;所述余热锅炉(8)、脱酸反应塔(12)、布袋除尘器(16)的下部的飞灰由灰仓(13)统一收集。
- 根据权利要求4所述垃圾与半干污泥协同焚烧处理装置,其特征在于:所述炉排(6)的底部设有送风机(7),用于给炉膛内送风,使膛炉内垃圾充分燃烧;所述垃圾仓(2)的底部还设有用于收集垃圾中液体的渗滤液收集池(1);炉排(6)的下方设有炉渣池(4)。
- 权利要求5所述垃圾与半干污泥协同焚烧处理装置的焚烧方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:将进料斗内的垃圾推至炉排(6)内;螺旋运输机(9)将污泥仓(10)内的湿污泥运送至炉膛后拱,湿污泥在重力作用下散落至炉膛内的炉排(6)上;在炉膛内的垃圾及湿污泥经过一次风和炉膛辐射的作用下,在炉排上完成干燥、热解、固定碳燃烧和固定碳燃尽这四个燃烧过程,焚烧产生的高温烟气进入余热锅炉(8)内,对余热锅炉(8)的水加温并形成蒸汽,蒸汽推动汽轮发电机(11);接着,从余热锅炉(8)排出的烟气进入脱酸反应塔(12),与来自石灰供给仓(14)的消石灰微粒接触发生中和反应后,再经过来自活性炭供给仓(15)的活性炭吸附烟气中夹带的颗粒物后,烟气经过布袋除尘器(16),烟气中的颗粒物和反应物最终在布袋除尘器(16)中被捕集,烟气经引风机(17)进入烟囱中排入大气中。
