Description

空调器加湿系统 技术领域
本发明属于空调器技术领域,具体涉及一种空调器加湿系统。
背景技术
空调器在运行过程中,室内空气流通加快,室内空气也会更加干燥,使用户产生不舒适的感觉。尤其在北方地区,由于冬天的室外气候比较寒冷,室内一般采用暖气或空调器制热,因此室内空气通常会比较干燥、闷热,容易引起呼吸道粘膜的水分大量散失,进而造成上火、呼吸道疾病等问题。
目前,大多数空调器不具备加湿功能,而具有加湿功能的空调器基本都是通过设置储水箱的方式来实现。举例而言,现有具有加湿功能的空调器多属于中央空调,洁净的自来水通过进水管路进入循环储水箱中,通过进水开关控制其高水位;当加湿器工作时,循环水泵将储水箱中的水输送到加湿器顶部的淋水器,淋水器确保水均匀分配到湿膜材料上,水从湿膜材料顶部向下渗透,同时被湿膜材料吸收,形成均匀循环水的水膜;当干燥的空气通过加湿器时,一部分水与空气接触,气化、蒸发,使空气湿润。
现有技术虽然可以达到增加湿度的目的,但是具有明显的不足:首先,储水箱需要人工加水操作,自动化程度低而且局限性大,不适用于安装在高层的家用空调,且储水箱中通常设置液位计量仪器,仪器需要在室内机安装显示屏,完成水位实时监测;其次,人工加水操作无法保证水质的要求,容易造成二次污染,危害用户身体健康,且储水箱也需要定期检查是否有沉淀,维修不便;再者,由于室内水分气化方式一般采用湿膜材料,室内机吹风,经过湿膜材料,完成水分子的扩散,使得室内机出风口具有一定压力值,而且冬天、夏天温度差距大,还需要对湿膜材料一定强度要求。
申请号为CN201611192796.0的在先申请,公开了一种基于石墨烯/纳米高分子复合材料的无水加湿装置及无水加湿方法。在该 专利申请中,主要利用纳米高分子复合材料来吸附空气中的气态水分子,但是其采用的结构是直接将吸附到的水分子输送至加湿区。也就是说,该专利申请工作时必须配合“高湿度空气进气口”来保证水分子的供应。这对其实施的要求比较高,一旦室内和室外均处于干燥状态,则很难实现对室内的加湿效果。此外,该加湿装置为了保证足够的供水量,需要设置蓄湿区以及在蓄湿区设置多个透水膜组件,部件数量较多,导致整个加湿装置的体积较大,成本较高。
基于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有空调器无加湿功能或带加湿功能的空调器自动化程度低等问题,本发明提出了一种空调器加湿系统,所述空调器包括室外机和室内机,所述空调器加湿系统包括集成于所述室外机的储水装置、输水装置以及独立地设置于室内的加湿装置;所述储水装置包括水分子渗透膜和第一储水部,空气中的水分子能够经由所述水分子渗透膜进入所述第一储水部;所述输水装置用于将所述储水装置内的水输送至所述加湿装置;所述加湿装置用于将所述输水装置输送来的水分气化为水蒸气,并将所述水蒸气送入室内。

在上述空调器加湿系统的优选实施方式中,所述储水装置设置于所述室外机的入风口处。

本发明将储水装置1集成在室外机,储水装置1即可长期位于室外环境。储水装置1利用水分子渗透膜11从室外空气中选择性地透过水分子,从而在汲取水分的同时还起到对水分净化过滤的作用。例如,水分子渗透膜可以采用纳米复合材料,其亲水区与水分子形成穿透膜的快速水分子转移通道,从而选择性透过水分子。这样一来,一方面,由于可以从空气中汲取水分,从而减少了传统空调器加湿设备需要加水的操作;另一方面,由于水分子渗透膜具有净化过滤作用,从而能够避免积垢产生,抑制真菌滋生。

在一种优选的实施方式中,参照图3,加湿装置3还设置有水位监测器34,其用于实时监测第二储水部31的水位,并且,水位监测器34还能够根据监测到的第二储水部31的水位控制泵22的开启/关闭。也就是说,泵22将第一储水部21的水输送至第二储水部31时,在水位监测器34的监控下,可以有效防止第二储水部31水量过多的情形,提升了加湿作业的自动化。
更优选地,本发明的空调器加湿系统还包括设置于室内的湿度检测器5(如图3中所示),理论上该湿度检测器5可以设置在室内的任何位置,本实施例中的湿度检测器5集成于加湿装置3的壳体上。湿度检测器5用于检测室内的湿度,以及根据检测到的湿度值控制加湿装置3开启/关闭。举例而言,当湿度检测器5检测到室内湿度较低时,则控制辅热模块32启动,第二储水部31的水分气化为水蒸气后,由送风模块33送入室内,从而对室内空气进行加湿。与此同时,湿度检测器5还可以控制泵22的启动,通过泵22保证第二储水部31的供水量。同时,利用水位监控器34防止第二储水部31水量过多。达到期望的室内湿度后,湿度检测器5控制泵辅热模块22关闭,同时也可以控制泵22关闭。整个过程无需人工干预,从而实现了整个加湿作业的全智能自动化。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空调器加湿系统,所述空调器包括室外机和室内机,其特征在于,所述空调器加湿系统包括集成于所述室外机的储水装置、输水装置以及独立地设置于室内的加湿装置;
    所述储水装置包括水分子渗透膜和第一储水部,空气中的水分子能够经由所述水分子渗透膜进入所述第一储水部;
    所述输水装置用于将所述储水装置内的水输送至所述加湿装置;
    所述加湿装置用于将所述输水装置输送来的水分气化为水蒸气,并将所述水蒸气送入室内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器加湿系统,其特征在于,所述加湿装置独立于所述室内机设置在室内,或者所述加湿装置固定于所述室内机的壳体外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器加湿系统,其特征在于,所述储水装置设置于所述室外机的入风口处。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器加湿系统,其特征在于,所述输水装置包括连通所述储水装置与所述加湿装置的输水管、以及设置于所述输水管上的泵。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器加湿系统,其特征在于,所述水分子渗透膜采用纳米复合材料。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调器加湿系统,其特征在于,所述水分子渗透膜的正面设置有第一过滤网,并且/或者所述水分子渗透膜的背面设置有第二过滤网。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器加湿系统,其特征在于,所述第一储水部连接有排水管;
    当所述第一储水部的水量超出限定值时,超出部分通过所述排水 管排出。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器加湿系统,其特征在于,所述加湿装置包括:
    第二储水部,其用于盛放所述输水装置输送来的水分;
    辅热模块,其用于将所述第二储水部盛放的水分气化为水蒸气;
    送风模块,其用于将气化后的水蒸气送入室内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空调器加湿系统,其特征在于,所述加湿装置还包括水位监测器,所述水位监测器用于实时监测所述第二储水部的水位,以及根据监测到的水位信号控制所述输水装置的开启/关闭。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的空调器加湿系统,其特征在于,所述空调器加湿系统还包括设置于室内的湿度检测器,所述湿度检测器用于检测室内的湿度;
    所述湿度检测器能够根据检测到的湿度值控制所述加湿装置开启/关闭;并且/或者
    所述湿度检测器能够根据检测到的湿度值控制所述输水装置开启/关闭。
