一种钻孔辅具 技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻孔辅具,属于机床附件技术领域。
背景技术
许多轴类零件,需要在外圆钻一个或若干个通过直径位置的孔,为了防止所钻的孔偏离直径位置,一般需要对钻床做特别的调整,同时采用专门的工装来实现定位的目的,这类工装不但结构复杂,尤其存在通用性较差的缺陷,致使工装品种较多,提高了零件的加工成本,尤其不适用多品种小批量零部件的生产制造。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现有技术中所存在的上述缺陷,本发明提供一种钻孔附件,在钻轴类零件外圆上通过直径位置孔时,使用该种钻孔辅具,不但能够提高劳动的生产率、降低零件的制造成本、尤其具有通用性较好的优点。
本发明实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:所述的一种钻孔辅具,它是由锥度柄(1)、第一转轴(2)、U型连接头(3)、刻度线(4)、指针(5)、固定螺母(6)、第二转轴(7)、第一轴承(8)、跨接脚(9)、第二轴承(10)、止转键(11)所组成,所述的U型连接头(3)是字母U字型结构,第二转轴(7)通过第一轴承(2)与第二轴承(3)可旋转地安装在U型连接头(3)的开裆两侧的平面上,在U型连接头(3)的开裆之间的第二转轴(7)上通过止转键(11)固定安装有 跨接脚(9),所述的跨接脚(9)是一个等边的内角结构,所述的跨接脚(9)两个边内侧是平面型结构,在第二转轴(7)其中一端用固定螺母(6)固定安装有指针(5),在指针(5)所对应部位的U型连接头(3)的平面上制有刻度线(4),在U型连接头(3)的中心轴线处于垂直状态下,跨接脚(9)两个边所组成角的角平分线与U型连接头(3)的中心轴线重合,同时,指针(5)指向刻度线(4)的中点,在U型连接头(3)结合部中心位置,可旋转地设置一个第一转轴(2),所述的第一转轴(2)顶部突出部分、通过螺纹连接的方式与锥度柄(1)的底部中心连接固定在一起。
本发明的使用过程与使用方法是:预先将待加工的轴类水平地安装固定在钻床的工作台上,将部分的装置通过锥度柄(1)安装在钻床安装钻头的主轴孔内,调整钻床的摇臂与主轴的位置,使跨接脚(9)两个边跨骑在待加工工件的外圆上,进一步地调整钻床的摇臂与主轴的位置,使指针(5)指向中间位置,此时,钻床的主轴轴线通过工件的直径位置,此时,将机床锁定,将本装置卸下并换上钻头,就可以加工。
有益效果:由本发明的使用过程以及使用方法可知,本发明能够使用不同直径的工件,而且调节效率较高,所以,本发明够提高劳动的生产率、降低零件的制造成本、尤其具有通用性较好的优点。

  1. 一种钻孔辅具,它是由锥度柄(1)、第一转轴(2)、U型连接头(3)、刻度线(4)、指针(5)、固定螺母(6)、第二转轴(7)、第一轴承(8)、跨接脚(9)、第二轴承(10)、止转键(11)所组成,其特征在于:所述的U型连接头(3)是字母U字型结构,第二转轴(7)通过第一轴承(2)与第二轴承(3)可旋转地安装在U型连接头(3)的开裆两侧的平面上,在U型连接头(3)的开裆之间的第二转轴(7)上通过止转键(11)固定安装有跨接脚(9),在第二转轴(7)其中一端用固定螺母(6)固定安装有指针(5),在指针(5)所对应部位的U型连接头(3)的平面上制有刻度线(4),在U型连接头(3)结合部中心位置,可旋转地设置一个第一转轴(2),所述的第一转轴(2)顶部突出部分、通过螺纹连接的方式与锥度柄(1)的底部中心连接固定在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1,所述的一种钻孔辅具,其特征在于:在U型连接头(3)的中心轴线处于垂直状态下,跨接脚(9)两个边所组成角的角平分线与U型连接头(3)的中心轴线重合,同时,指针(5)指向刻度线(4)的中点。
