目前,越来越多的人选择在网上购买自己想要的商品或服务。例如,用户登陆一个对应的业务平台,选择虚拟对象,如进口零食或家政服务等,提交对应的订单,通过网上支付或到付等方式完成订单,以购买到对应的商品或服务。
在一些情况下,商家为了进行商品或服务的推广,或者为了加快销售的速度,会推出一些电子券。在购买商品或服务时,达到使用电子券的要求,可以享受到电子券的待遇。具体的,例如,商家为了对商品进行促销,推出的优惠券。

本说明书实施方式提供一种人机对话系统。所述人机对话系统可以包括客户端和业务平台。
在本实施方式中,客户端可以为台式电脑、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、智能手机、数字助理、智能可穿戴设备等。其中,智能可穿戴设备可以包括智能手环、智能手表、智能眼镜、智能头盔等。当然,客户端并不限于上述具有一定实体的电子设备,其还可以为运行于上述电子设备中的软体。
在本实施方式中,客户端可以与业务平台进行数据交互,使得客户端接收到虚拟对象的信息和对应的电子券信息,如优惠券等。所述客户端可以向用户展示对应数据,并提供用户进行相应的业务操作。例如,用户可以通过客户端选择所述虚拟对象,获取在选择所述虚拟对象时,对应的电子券信息。
在本实施方式中,业务平台可以包括一个或多个独立运行的服务器,或者分布式服务器,或者由多个服务器组成的服务器集群。服务器可以包括有网络通信单元、处理器和存储器等等。分布式存储器可以包括多个处理器和多个网络通信单元和多个存储器等。多存储器可以为多个独立的物理存储器,也可以为分布式存储系统。
在本实施方式中,服务器可以为具有运算和网络交互功能的电子设备;也可以为运行于该电子设备中,为数据处理和网络交互提供业务逻辑的软体。
在一个具体的场景示例中,用户可以使用客户端在业务平台查询虚拟对象信息和电子券。所述虚拟对象信息可以是业务平台中的商品信息或服务信息。该商品信息和服务信息可以对应至现实生活中的商品或服务。所述客户端可以展示界面,用于向用户展示对应信息。在本场景示例中,购物可以是购买商品也可以指购买服务。
请参阅图1,在本场景示例中,客户端可以具有人机对话功能。用户可以通过客户端提供的人机对话界面,与客户端的虚拟机器人进行对话。在客户端展示该人机对话界面时,客户端可以在该人机对话界面显示“您好,请问需要什么服务”以提示用户。
请参阅图2,在本场景示例中,用户输入“购物券模拟”以进行模拟购物。在用户输入“购物券模拟”后,该客户端提示“请选择您要的宝贝”,并在所述对话界面展示虚拟对象选择列表,供用户选择。如图2中,在对话界面的下方展示列表,列表中的“宝 宝棉衣男童2017冬新款¥188浙江温州”和“宝宝棉衣女童2017冬新款¥288浙江温州”可以是用户的购物车中的虚拟对象,用户可以通过手指在该列表上滑动,以查询列表中的其他虚拟对象。
在本场景示例中,虚拟对象列表中虚拟对象展示的优先级可以按照下述方式:在当前买家购物车中的宝贝的优先级高于当前买家已经下订单但是还未付款的宝贝,当前买家已经下订单但是还未付款的宝贝的优先级高于用户最近完成的订单的宝贝,用户最近完成的订单的宝贝优先级高于用户最近浏览的宝贝,用户最近游览的宝贝的优先级高于业务平台推荐的热门宝贝。也就是说,优先级越高的虚拟对象,在列表中越前面,这样,用户更加容易查询到该信息,节省用户时间,方便用户。用户可以通过点击虚拟对象列表中的虚拟对象,选择该虚拟对象,并可以设置选择的虚拟对象的数量。
在该界面上还可以包括“优惠券”图形,用户可以通过点击该图形,触发“优惠券”指令,进入机器程序,查询活动相关信息及知识点,例如,各种优惠券是什么,怎么获得,如何使用,使用条件等知识。
请参阅图3,在本场景示例中,当用户选择虚拟对象后,服务器根据用户选择的目标虚拟对象以及用户拥有的电子券等信息,计算获得针对该目标虚拟对象的可用的电子券,发送至客户端,所述客户端将信息展示在所述人机对话界面上。如图3,针对用户选择的虚拟对象,告诉用户可用4张电子券,并提供可用优惠券不同组合,展示优惠券组合时,可以展示该虚拟对象原价,用了什么优惠券,可以节省多少钱,优惠后需要支付多少钱等信息。图中虚线部分代表该信息不处于在当前可视区域中,用户可以通过手指左右活动在界面上查看不同的电子券组合以及对应的价格等信息。针对不同的优惠券组合,所述人机对话界面可以将优惠价格力度最大的方案展示在第一位。图3中,针对同一目标虚拟对象,在第一个方案的电子券组合中,可以优惠150元,第二个方案,可以优惠140元,在所述人机对话界面展示该信息时,先展示第一个方案。
在本场景示例中,所述人机对话界面展示的针对虚拟对象的电子券组合方案还可以供用户评价。如图3中所述人机对话界面下方的“靠谱”与“不靠谱”,用户可以对其进行点击,客户端可以将用户的结果反馈给服务器,服务器可以根据反馈结果分析用户的偏好等,以不断优化。
请参阅图4。在本场景示例中,用户可以点击所述人机对话界面展示的电子券组合查看详细信息。详情信息可以展示相关的优惠券信息及虚拟对象与优惠券的信息。结合图4,具体说明,在本界面上,用户可以通过右上角的关闭按钮返回到原人机对话界面, 在本界面上方,可用优惠后展示对应于用户选择电子券方案中优惠券的简单描述,在可用优惠的下方为用户选择的目标虚拟对象的原价,在原价下方展示可用券宝贝。因为在实际情况下,用户选择的虚拟对象中不一定每个宝贝都可以用优惠券,因此在该可用优惠的详细界面上,展示具体的哪些宝贝可用优惠。在本场景示例中,用户只选择了一个商品(3个同样的商品),因此可用券宝贝只显示该商品。用户可以通过点击图中展示的可用券宝贝来查看该宝贝详情。需要说明的是,如果可用券宝贝有多个的情况下,用户可以通过手指在该区域内左右滑动来查看不同的可用券。在可用券宝贝的下方,展示有每个优惠券在该方案下具体的信息,最后在优惠券具体信息下方包括总过可以节省多少钱,用户需要实际支付多少钱。
在本场景示例中,用户还可以通过该人机对话界面获取目标虚拟对象最低总价凑单,最大划算凑单,最大用户平均消费区间习惯凑单可能,同类用户凑单可能,老用户凑单可能,单店凑单可能,跨店凑单可能。具体的,服务器根据业务平台的多类优惠规则以及多维智能算法。例如,用户在选择目标虚拟对象后,服务器根据用户选择的目标虚拟对象,以及云端统计的大众用户经常捆绑购买的虚拟对象组合和电子券,获取凑单可能。用户在所述人机对象界面输入“最大划算凑单”后,所述人机对话界面展示一个凑单方案供用户选择。用户也可以通过该界面直接接入购物界面以对选择的虚拟对象进行下单。

通过上述方式,用户在选定目标虚拟对象后可以获得应对的电子券组合,以实现用户方便使用电子券的目的。
在另一个具体场景示例中,所述人机对话界面展示的虚拟对象选择列表也可以替换为订单选择列表。所述订单用于表征在业务平台上,对应目标商品或服务处于一种状态。该状态可以是,用户已经针对该目标商品或服务,提交下单请求至服务器。订单对应目标商品或服务可以是已经下单但还未完成付款操作的状态,也可以是已经完成付款操作的状态。在所述订单中可以包括一个或多个对应的虚拟对象。

请参阅图8。在本场景示例中,用户选择要查询不可用优惠券对应的订单后,所述人机对话界面展示,电子券不能适用于所述订单的原因。如图8所示,用户想要查询对应于“订单1”他优惠券卡包中有多少优惠券是不可用的。所述人机对话界面展示不可用优化券数量为14张,以及在下方展示每张优惠券不可用原因的。具体原因,如用户选择订单中虚拟对象的金额不满足优惠券活动金额;或者用户选择的目标虚拟对象对应的店铺,不满足该优惠券适用的店铺;或者,用户选择的目标虚拟对象对应的品类,不满足该优惠券适用的品类等。用户可以通过手指在对应区域左右滑动以查看不同的不可用优惠券。关于所述订单的不可用优惠券的展示先后顺序方式可以是根据一定的规则来排列的。如在本场景示例中的,一个优惠券满100减50,另一个优惠券满100减10等,折扣大的优惠券可以在前面。在所述人机对话界面展示不可用优惠券之后,用户还可以通过点击“查看明细”等预设操作来查看针对目标对象的不可用优惠券的详细信息。
请参阅图9。在本场景示例中,根据用户的操作,所述人机对话界面弹出该不可用优惠券的详细信息界面。图中,可以展示不可用优惠券的性质,如图中该优惠券性质为双12优惠券,满500减50,并且可以跨店使用(但是只限于指定的商店)。下面展示不可用的原因,在该情况下,订单适用了其他优惠后,可用于门槛计算的总额未达到活动金额。详细信息还可以包括具体阐述不可用原因的细节。例如,对于该订单中的多个虚拟对象,其中,有100元对应的虚拟对象不适用于该“双12满500减50”的优惠券,需要预先扣除;再者,在该优惠券算法中,可参与该优惠券的金额是,使用了其他优惠券后的金额。如,一张店券优惠20,另一张品类券优惠50,剩余389,不满足该“双12满500减50”优惠券的适用门槛500元。
在本场景示例中,用户可以模拟订单,也可以查询对应于订单不可用优惠券的具体信息。

在本场景示例中,用户通过长按所述业务平台上虚拟对象,弹出操作框,在该操作框中,用户点击“购物模拟”,以进行对应于该虚拟对象的购物模拟。获取对应的可用电子券信息、不可用电子券信息、总金额等信息。
在本场景示例中,具体的,在选定目标虚拟对象/订单,进入到所述人机对话界面后,可以参照上述两个具体场景示例,此处不再累述。
请参阅图11。本说明书实施方式提供人机对话方法,所述方法可以包括以下步骤。
步骤S10:提供人机对话界面。
在本实施方式中,所述人机对话界面是一个用于人机信息交互的界面。在该界面上,可以包括客户端或服务器自动发送并展示的文字或语言,也可以包括用户通过客户端输入的信息。当用户通过客户端输入信息时,客户端或服务器识别其中的信息,并根据预设指令可以自动发送对应的数据。例如,请参阅图2,在该界面上,用户输入“购物券模拟”时,客户端秘书自动发送“请选择您要的宝贝”,并提供列表给客户以选择,用户选择宝贝后,根据选择的宝贝,所述界面自动展示优惠券组合等。通过这种形式,实现在所述人机对话界面,用户与客户端或服务器之间的信息交互,以模拟购物。
在本实施方式中,所述人机对话界面可以是客户端在接收用户预设操作时弹出的新的界面,以用于模拟购物等;也可以是客户端在接收用于预设操作时,在原有的人机对话界面上,进行模拟购物。例如,请参阅图2,用户通过已有的人机对话界面,通过输入“购物模拟”来进行模拟购物;请参阅图12,用户通过点击已有的人机对话界面中的“购物券模拟”图形来进行模拟;请参阅图10,用户也可以通过展示的业务平台上的虚拟对象,直接对其选定进入购物模拟。
在本实施方式中,用户可以通过预设的操作,使得客户端弹出所述人机对话界面。所述预设的操作可以是用户操作达到触发条件,以使得客户端弹出所述人机对话界面。具体的,所述预设操作可以包括文字输入、语音输入、或其他动作输入等。用户可以通过客户端直接进行输入,也可以通过外接设备,如VR设备、电子笔、键盘、鼠标等,进行操作。当操作达到预设操作时,即满足触发条件,以使得客户端弹出人机对话界面。如,当声音属性值大于预设属性值时,对所述声音进行识别,与预设操作指令进行匹配, 匹配成功时,则弹出所述人机对话界面,或当用户点击指定区域时,则弹出所述人机对话界面等。
步骤S12:在接收到用户的指定输入的情况下,显示虚拟对象选择列表;其中,所述虚拟对象选择列表提供至少一个虚拟对象供用户选择。
在本实施方式中,所述指定输入可以是文字输入、语音输入、或其他动作输入等,以满足达到预设的条件,使得所述人机对话界面展示虚拟对象选择列表。用户可以通过客户端直接进行输入,也可以通过外接设备,如VR设备、电子笔、键盘、鼠标等,进行操作。当操作达到预设操作时,即满足触发条件,显示虚拟对象选择列表。例如,用户在界面上输入,“购物券模拟”,所述界面可以自动展示虚拟对象选择列表,此处,用户在界面上输入的“购物券模拟”即达到了预设的条件。当然,在另一种情况下,也可以是在用户输入“宝贝列表”之后,显示虚拟对象选择列表,此处不作限定。与其他预设操作的原理相同相近,此处不作累述。
在本实施方式中,所述虚拟对象是用于实际商品或服务的一个表征对象,方便用户进行交易。所述虚拟对象可以是业务平台中的商品信息或服务信息。该商品信息和服务信息可以对应至现实生活中的商品或服务。具体的,用户可以对所述虚拟对象进行选择,支付对应货币对其购买,以实现购买到实际生活中的商品或服务。
在本实施方式中,所述虚拟对象选择列表为一个虚拟对象集,供用户查询和选择虚拟对象,当用户选择该虚拟对象时,该虚拟对象可以称为目标虚拟对象。所述虚拟对象的选择列表可以是在所述人机对话界面上,如在界面的指定区域内;所述虚拟对象选择列表可以放大至全屏,以显示更多信息,方便用户进行选择操作;当然,所述列表也可以是不同于所述人机对话界面所弹出的新的界面,该界面上包含有虚拟对象以方便用户选择。所述虚拟对象选择列表还可以包括搜索功能等,方便用户搜索到想要选择的虚拟对象。请参阅图13,用户通过点击所述列表的指定区域,如“全屏列表”或其他指定操作时,展示全屏虚拟对象选择列表。
在本实施方式中,所述虚拟对象选择列表中的所述虚拟对象可以选自以下之一:所述用户的购物车中的虚拟对象、所述用户的未支付订单中的虚拟对象、所述用户已经完成支付的订单中的虚拟对象、所述用户最近浏览的虚拟对象、根据所述用户的偏好推荐的虚拟对象或者符合设定条件的虚拟对象。当然,所述虚拟对象列表展示的虚拟对象还可以通过一定的权重关系来展示,在列表前的,用户更加容易所搜到,方便用户确定,所以在列表前面的虚拟对象的权重应该较大。例如场景示例中的方案,虚拟对象的优先 级可以按照下述方式:在当前买家购物车中的宝贝的优先级高于当前买家已经下订单但是还未付款的宝贝,当前买家已经下订单但是还未付款的宝贝的优先级高于用户最近完成订单的宝贝,用户最近完成订单的宝贝的优先级高于用户最近浏览的宝贝,用户最近游览的宝贝的优先级高于业务平台推荐的热门宝贝;其中,“最近”可以是一周、一个月等的时间限定,时间限定也可以不同,如,最近完成的订单,可以是一个月内完成的订单,而用户最近浏览的宝贝,可以是半年内浏览的宝贝。当然,也可以是通过其他方式来确定所述虚拟对象选择列表中虚拟对象的先后顺序。例如,当用户浏览过一个虚拟对象时,给予数值点5,当浏览两次时,再给予数值点5,依次类推;当一个虚拟对象处于用户对该虚拟对象下单但还未支付时,给予数值点40;当一个虚拟对象处于用户对该虚拟对象下单并完成支付时,给予数值点50……最后,数值较高的,在所述列表中展示在前面。此处不做具体限定。
在本实施方式中,对所述虚拟对象选择列表中虚拟对象的选择,可以是通过达到预设的指定操作,以实现对所述虚拟对象的确定。需要选择的所述虚拟对象,可以称为目标虚拟对象。在本实施方式中,所述指定操作,可以包括文字输入、语音输入、或其他动作输入等。可以选择一个虚拟对象,也可以选择多个所述虚拟对象。例如,可以通过传感器,当感应到用户视线(通过瞳孔等识别)在某个虚拟对象上停留时间达到预设值,则对该虚拟对象进行选定;再例如,用户通过点击“虚拟对象,对其进行确定,用户可以同时选择多个虚拟对象,再例如,用户通过对用户想要获取的虚拟对象分别勾选,以实现选择一个或多个虚拟对象。再例如,多个对象的选取,还可以是通过长按方式,一个一个添加,当用户添加完成之后,执行一定的操作,如点击“确认选定宝贝”操作或其他操作,确认选择的所述虚拟对象。对于同一虚拟对象的数量属性,也可以通过多点几次或直接设置的方式进行确定。在本实施方式中,选定虚拟对象除了进行增加虚拟对象外,还可以包括移除选定的虚拟对象用以修改和调整,此处不再累述。
在本实施方式中,所述虚拟对象选择列表提供至少一个虚拟对象供用户选择,也就是说,所述虚拟对象的选择列表至少包含一个虚拟对象,用户可以对其进行选定,进行模拟购物。
步骤S14:在所述人机对话界面展示用户选择的目标虚拟对象和与所述目标虚拟对象关联的电子券;其中,所述电子券用于约束虚拟对象被获取时所需要的资源量。
在本实施方式中,电子券可以是在业务平台上的用户之间或用户与商家之间交易时用到的一种电子凭证,该凭证可以作用于对应的虚拟对象,约束虚拟对象在交易时对应 的资源量。在本实施方式中,所述资源量通俗的讲,可以是指所述虚拟对象的价格。例如,一支笔,在网上标价为10元,网上的那只笔,则是虚拟对象,用于表征现实生活中的对应的笔。“10元”用于表征该笔被获取时所需要的资源量,电子券用于约束虚拟对象被获取时所需要的资源量可以是指,用户可以通过对应的电子券,在购买该笔时得到一定优惠。通俗的讲,所述电子券可以是优惠券、购物券。具体的,电子券可以是店类优惠券、品类优惠券、满减优惠券、折扣优惠券等。所述电子券还可以是指红包、会员折扣等。
在本实施方式中,所述电子券可以是不同用户在登陆业务平台时与用户账号相绑定的电子券。如甲用户经常在该平台消费,获得系统赠送的“全品类满100减50优惠券”,而乙用户未获得赠送。与用户账号相绑定的优惠券可以是系统赠送的,也可以是用户主动领取的。
在本实施方式中,所述目标对象与电子券之间存在对应关系。根据电子券性质,电子券只能运用于对应虚拟对象。因此,所述目标虚拟对象不一定对应有电子券。比如说,一支笔,不参加任何折扣活动,则该虚拟对象不对应任何电子券。
在本实施方式中,所述关联用于表征电子券有目标虚拟对象之间的一种关系。具体的,所述电子券只能运用于该虚拟对象可以为该电子券与该虚拟对象的一种关系,所述电子券同时还能运用于其他虚拟对象也可以为该电子券与该虚拟对象的一种关系;所述电子券不能运用于该虚拟对象只能用于与其他虚拟对象,也可以作为该电子券与该虚拟对象的一种关系。例如,通常所说的不可用优惠券就是一种该电子券只能用于与其他虚拟对象,与该目标虚拟对象之间的一种“不可用”关系。
在本实施方式中,所述人机对话界面可以展示用户选择的目标虚拟对象和与所述目标虚拟对象关联的电子券。具体的,用户进行预设的操作时,展示用户选择的目标虚拟对象和/或所述目标虚拟对象关联的电子券。所述预设的操作可以是语音输入、文字输入、单击/长按等指定操作等,此处不再累述。例如,用户单击所述虚拟对象选择列表的一个或几个虚拟对象时,所述人机对话界面展示选择的目标虚拟对象以及对应的优惠券组合。当然,此时的优惠券组合可以是针对用户选择的虚拟对象,也可以是针对该虚拟对象处于的用户订单。用户输入“不可用优惠券”则所述人机对话界面展示对应于该目标虚拟对象,不可用的电子券。
在本实施方式中,展示的所述电子券,可以是一张一张展示,也可以是以组合方式展示。用户可以通过预设操作,如手指在左右滑动来查看针对选择的所述虚拟对象的不 同可用电子券或可用电子券组合。一种优选的展示优惠券组合方式是,服务器根据选择虚拟对象,确定可用优惠券的组合,将其中优惠力度最大的电子券组合展示在第一位。用户需要查看其他组合或电子券时,可以通过手指向左右滑动等指定操作,进行查阅。
在本实施方式中,展示用户选择的目标虚拟对象和与所述目标虚拟对象关联的电子券可以包括所述目标虚拟对象信息和对应的电子券信息。具体的,例如,可以是展示目标虚拟对象的总价格,以及使用电子券之后的价格,使用了哪些电子券,是否还有其他电子券组合对应于该目标虚拟对象等信息。
在本实施方式中,客户端与业务平台的数据交互可以通过特定的协议进行发送或接收数据信息。具体的,例如,可以通过TCP/IP协议(传输控制协议/网际协议Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol)以及超文本传输协议(HTTP,HyperText Transfer Protocol)等协议进行传输。通过上述方法,实现客户端与业务平台的数据交互,以实现客户端提供用户所述人机对话界面。
在本实施方式中,步骤S10、步骤S12的先后顺序不局限于实际操作的先后顺序。例如,客户端可以先展示人机对话界面,然后显示所述虚拟对象选择列表。客户端也可以先显示所述虚拟对象选择列表,用户通过所述虚拟对象列表选择目标虚拟对象,进入所述人机交互界面。
在本实施方式中,模拟购物是一种用户通过人机对话界面,对目标对象进行假设选定,模拟真正的网上购物的场景,以获取相对应的数据,使得用户可以在心理上进行评估等。其中模拟购物中购物,不局限于商品,也可以是服务。
本实施方式通过提供一个人机对话界面,并可以通过对应的虚拟对象选择列表以选定所述虚拟对象,所述人机对话界面可以展示选择的目标虚拟对象,以及与所述目标虚拟对象相关联的电子券。方便用户模拟选择不同组合的虚拟对象,以及获取对应的电子券组合或其他电子券信息,以提高用户在使用业务平台时的体验。
在一个实施方式中,接收到用户的指定输入至少包括以下之一:接收到用户输入的文本信息中包括有指定短语;或者;接收到用户输入的语音信息中包括有指定声音;或者;接收到用户输入是在所述人机对话界面的指定操作。

在本实施方式中,上述多种虚拟对象在所述虚拟对象选择列表中的优先级可以根据指定规则进行限定,在优选的方案中,用户的购物车中的虚拟对象、所述用户的未支付订单中的虚拟对象、所述用户已经完成支付的订单中的虚拟对象、所述用户最近浏览的虚拟对象、根据所述用户的偏好推荐的虚拟对象、符合设定条件的虚拟对象对应的优先级依次降低。
本实施方式通过显示虚拟对象选择列表,所述虚拟对象列表中的虚拟对象满足一定的条件,以方便用户选择虚拟对象,节省用户时间。

步骤S30:向服务器发送电子券信息获取请求;所述电子券信息获取请求附带有所述目标虚拟对象和所述用户的身份信息。
在本实施方式中,所述电子券信息获取请求附带有所述目标虚拟对象和所述用户的身份信息,可以指所述目标虚拟对象、用户的身份信息、以及电子券之间存在关联性。具体的,例如,一个目标虚拟对象,对应的商家有店券供用户,则此时该电子券(店券)与所述目标虚拟对象相对应;再例如根据不同的用户,每个用户拥有的电子券也是不一定相同的。在服务器中,存储有所述电子券、所述目标虚拟对象、所述用户的身份信息之间的关联特性,以实现获取对应的电子券信息。如用户在选择目标虚拟对象后,服务器根据所述目标虚拟对象与所述用户的身份信息,筛选出对应的电子券。根据其中的可用电子券,服务器还可以计算出折扣最大的电子券组合。
在本实施方式中,附带有所述目标虚拟对象和所述用户的身份信息可以是对应的发送请求中包含用户选择的目标虚拟对象和用户信息的相关数据,也可以是服务器端根据电子券信息获取请求,依据数据中电子券信息获取请求、目标虚拟对象、用户信息之间的关联特性,得到其用户选择的目标虚拟对象和用户信息的相关数据。
步骤S32:接收所述服务器反馈的电子券;其中,所述电子券是所述用户拥有电子券中能被适用于所述目标虚拟对象的电子券。
在本实施方式中,服务器筛选出的电子券可以包括用户拥有的电子券且能适用于所 述目标虚拟对象的电子券,还可以包括不能适用于所述目标虚拟对象的电子券。通常情况下,用户想要获取能适用于所述目标虚拟对象的电子券信息,则在一种优选的方案中,服务器向客户端发送对应于目标虚拟对象可用的优惠券,所述人机对话界面将其中的折扣最大的电子券组合展示在前面,以方便用户查询在选择该虚拟对象或虚拟对象集时,可以优惠多少等信息。
在本实施方式中,适用于所述目标虚拟对象的电子券,用于表征所述电子券可应用于购买所述目标虚拟对象中的状态。具体的,一个电子券满足应用于所述目标对象的所有条件,才能称之为适用于所述目标虚拟对象的电子券。例如,将一个电子券属性与所述目标虚拟对象的相关属性进行匹配,可以是店铺维度的匹配、金额维度的匹配、品类维度的匹配、时间维度的匹配等,当电子券的属性都能匹配成功时,即为适用于所述目标虚拟对象的电子券。
步骤S34:在所述人机对话界面展示接收的所述电子券。

在一个实施方式中,所述电子券约束虚拟对象被获取时所需要的资源量包括:在所述虚拟资源对应的资源量符合所述电子券的指定条件的情况下,所述用户实际支付的实际资源量少于所述虚拟资源对应的资源量。
在本实施方式中,所述指定条件是指,所述电子券与对应目标虚拟对象相匹配,以适用于对应的目标虚拟对象。所述指定条件可以包括一个或多个维度,如时间维度、店铺维度、品类维度,或者所述目标虚拟对象是否满足电子券的满足要求等,只有在所述虚拟资源对应的资源量符合所述电子券的指定条件的情况下,所述电子券适用于对应的目标虚拟对象。当满足指定条件是,电子券才能发挥作用,减少用户实际支付的费用,即此时所述用户实际需要支付的资源量少于所述虚拟资源原来对应的资源量,此处资源量可以是指价格或一般等价物等。
在一个实施方式中,在所述人机对话界面中,还对应所述电子券展示在所述电子券被使用的情况下,获取所述目标虚拟对象所需要的资源量。
在本实施方式中获取目标虚拟对象所需要的资源量可以是,用户为了获得目标虚拟对象所表示的商品或服务,所花费的等价物。具体的,例如,物品A的人民币价格,也可以是武平A的虚拟货币价格,如Q币等。
在本实施方式中,所述目标虚拟对象所需要的资源量受电子券的约束,所述服务器可以计算得到在所述电子券被使用的情况下对应的资源量,发送给客户端。具体的,选定目标对象的情况下,根据适用的所述电子券或电子券组合,所述目标虚拟对象所需要的资源量减少,服务器根据对应的减少量和原来所述的资源量,获得现在所述需要的资源量。如,一个目标虚拟对象为一支笔,价格为10元,现在适用一张或多张电子券,可以减少2元,则所述人机对话界面可以展示所述电子券被使用的情况下,获取所述目标虚拟对象所需要的资源量,即8元。请参阅图3,在该场景下,所述目标虚拟对象原来所需要的资源量为564元,使用电子券优惠后所需要的资源量为414元。
在一个本实施方式中,在所述人机对话界面中,还对应所述电子券展示所述电子券不能适用于所述目标虚拟对象的原因。
在本实施方式中,所述人机对话界面还可以展示不适用于所述目标虚拟对象的电子券和其原因。具体的,例如,用户在模拟购买一个虚拟对象“宝宝棉衣男童2017冬新款”的虚拟对象时,用户想知道他优惠券卡包中有多少优惠券是不可用的。用户输入“优惠券不可用”以查询针对所述目标虚拟对象,有多少电子券不能使用。例如,用户选择目标虚拟对象的金额不满足优惠券活动金额;或者用户选择的目标虚拟对象对应的店铺,不满足该优惠券适用的店铺;或者,或者用户选择的目标虚拟对象对应的品类,不满足该优惠券适用的品类等。
在本实施方式中,对应所述电子券用于表征不能适用于所述目标虚拟对象的电子券。例如,对于服务器端的电子券数据,针对用户的目标虚拟对象,电子券可以可用与不可用,确定其中的不可用电子券为本实施方式中的目标电子券。
在本实施方式中,所述不可用电子券可以展示在所述人机对话界面,并且用户可以通过手指在界面上滑动的方式以查看不同的不可用优惠券。也可以通过点击“查询详情”来查看具体的不可用的详细信息。
在一个本实施方式中,在所述人机对话界面中,展示的所述目标虚拟对象关联的电子券至少包括:在所述目标虚拟对象被获取时所需要最小资源量对应的电子券或电子券组。
在本实施方式中,用户在选择虚拟对象后,所述人机对话界面可以展示对应的电子券。具体的,服务器根据用户信息和目标虚拟对象,计算得到可用于该目标对象的电子券。服务器将该电子券发送至客户端,客户端通过人机对话界面展示所述电子券。所述服务器在判断电子券是否可用时,可以将电子券与选择的虚拟对象进行匹配,例如,品类匹配。如,用户购买的是衣物,则酒水类电子券不可用;店券匹配,即该电子券适用的店铺是否与所述虚拟对象的店铺相对应等,此处不再累述。默认情况下,用户选择目标虚拟对象后,只展示对应于该虚拟对象的可用优惠券组合,其中对于不同的优惠券组合,对应减少的获取所述目标虚拟资源对应的资源量不同,其中,服务器通过对比,将最大折扣的优惠券或优惠券组合展示在所述人机对话界面上,方便用户参考。即,在该方案下,获取所述目标虚拟对象所需的资源量最小。

在本实施方式中,所述人机对话界面是一个用于人机信息交互的界面。在该界面上,客户端可以展示的文字或语言信息,也可以包括用户通过客户端输入的信息。当用户通 过客户端输入信息时,客户端或服务器识别其中的信息,并根据预设指令可以自动发送对应的数据。例如,请参阅图6,在该界面上,用户输入“订单模拟”时,客户端秘书自动发送“请选择您订单”,并可以提供列表给客户以选择,用户选择订单后,根据选择的订单,所述界面自动展示优惠券组合等。通过这种形式,实现在所述人机对话界面,用户与客户端或服务器之间的信息交互。
在本实施方式中,客户端提供人机对话界面,向用户展示界面,以实现人机交互。可以是用户通过预设的操作,使得客户端提供人机对话界面。具体的,所述预设操作可以包括文字输入、语音输入、或其他动作输入等。用户可以通过客户端直接进行输入,也可以通过外接设备等,进行操作。当操作达到预设操作时,满足触发条件,以使得客户端弹出所述人机对话界面或者在原有人机对话界面上,执行对应的购物模拟功能或购物券模拟功能等。
步骤S42:在接收到用户的指定输入的情况下,显示订单选择列表;其中,所述订单选择列表提供至少一个订单供用户选择;所述订单包括至少一个虚拟对象。
在本实施方式中,所述指定输入可以是文字输入、语音输入、或其他动作输入等,以满足达到预设的条件,使得所述人机对话界面展示订单选择列表。与其他预设操作的原理,相同,此处不做累述。
在本实施方式中,列表可以是表征目标对象集合的一个表现形式,以方便用户进行查阅。所述列表可以在所述人机对话界面上一个区域内展示,也可以是弹出新的界面展示,在客户端界面上可以是局部的,也可以是全屏的,此处不做具体限定。
在本实施方式中,所述虚拟对象是用于实际商品或服务的一个表征对象,方便用户进行交易。具体的,用户可以对所述虚拟对象进行选择,以可以支付对应货币对其购买,以实现购买到实际生活中的商品或服务。在本实施方式中,所述虚拟对象选择列表可供用户进行选择,以确定虚拟对象来进行模拟购物。
在本实施方式中,所述订单用于表征在业务平台上,对应目标商品或服务处于一种状态。该状态可以是,用户已经针对该目标商品或服务,提交下单请求至服务器,可以是还未完成付款操作的状态,也可以是已经完成付款操作的状态。在所述订单中可以包括一个或多个对应的虚拟对象。
在本实施方式中,选择所述订单选择列表中的订单,可以是通过达到预设的指定操作,以实现对所述订单的确定。选择的所述订单,可以称为目标订单。在本实施方式中,所述指定操作,可以是在所述订单选择列表中,进行单击、长按、勾选、文字输入语音 输入等,可以选择一个,也可以选择多个所述订单,此处不作累述。
步骤S44:在所述人机对话界面展示用户选择的目标订单和与所述目标订单关联的电子券;其中,所述电子券用于约束订单被支付时所需要的资源量。
在本实施方式中,所述目标订单中的虚拟对象与电子券之间存在对应关系。根据电子券性质,电子券可以是只能运用于对应目标虚拟对象。因此,所述目标虚拟对象不一定对应有电子券。比如说,一支笔,不参加任何折扣活动,则该虚拟对象不对应任何电子券。
在本实施方式中,所述人机对话界面可以展示用户选择的目标订单和与所述目标订单关联的电子券。具体的,用户在达到预设的操作时,展示用户选择的目标订单的虚拟对象和/或所述目标虚拟对象关联的电子券。所述预设的操作可以是语音输入、文字输入、单击/长按等指定操作等,此处不再累述。例如,用户单击所述订单选择列表的一个或几个订单时,所述人机对话界面展示选择的目标订单的虚拟对象;用户输入“不可用优惠券”则所述人机对话界面展示对应于该目标订单,不可用的电子券。
在本实施方式中,展示所述用户选择的目标订单和与所述目标订单关联的电子券可以包括所述目标订单信息和对应的电子券信息。具体的,例如,逐一展示每个目标订单信息,如订单中的虚拟对象,每个订单价格,总价格等,以及使用电子券之后的价格,使用了哪些电子券,是否还有其他电子券组合对应于该目标订单等信息。
在本实施方式中,步骤S40、步骤S42的先后顺序不局限于实际操作的先后顺序。例如,客户端可以先展示人机对话界面,然后显示所述订单选择列表。客户端也可以先显示所述订单选择列表,用户通过订单列表选择目标订单,进入所述人机交互界面。

步骤S60:向服务器发送电子券信息获取请求;所述电子券信息获取请求附带有所述目标订单的虚拟对象和所述用户的身份信息。
在本实施方式中,所述电子券信息获取请求附带有所述目标订单的虚拟对象和所述用户的身份信息用于表征所述虚拟对象、用户的身份信息、以及电子券之间存在关联性。具体的,例如,一个虚拟对象,对应的商家有店券供用户,则此时该电子券(店券)与所述虚拟对象相对应;再例如根据不同的用户,以及不同不用在业务平台上不同使用记录,每个用户拥有的电子券也是多种多样各不相同的。在服务器中,存储有所述电子券、所述虚拟对象、所述用户的身份信息之间的关联特性,以实现获取对应的电子券信息。如用户在选择目标订单后,服务器根据所述目标订单的虚拟对象与所述用户的身份信息,筛选说对应的电子券。
步骤S62:接收所述服务器反馈的电子券;其中,所述电子券是所述用户拥有电子券中能被适用于所述订单的电子券。
在本实施方式中,服务器筛选出的电子券可以包括用户拥有的电子券且能适用于所述目标订单的电子券,还可以包括不能适用于所述目标订单的电子券。通常情况下,用户想要获取能适用于所述目标虚拟对象的电子券信息,则在一种优选的方案中,服务器向客户端发送对应于目标订单可用的优惠券,以方便用户查询在选择该订单时,可以优惠多少等信息。
在本实施方式中,适用于所述目标订单的电子券,可以是指所述电子券可应用于购买所述目标订单中。具体的,一个电子券满足应用于所述目标对象的所有条件,才能称之为适用于所述目标虚拟对象的电子券。例如,一个电子券属性与所述订单中的虚拟对象的相关属性相匹配,可以是店铺维度的匹配、金额维度的匹配、品类维度的匹配、时间维度的匹配等,当电子券的属性都能匹配成功时,即为适用于所述目标虚拟对象的电子券。

本说明书实施方式中提及的服务器,可以是具有一定运算处理能力的电子设备。其可以具有网络通信端子、处理器和存储器等。当然,上述服务器也可以是指运行于所述电子设备中的软体。上述服务器还可以为分布式服务器,可以是具有多个处理器、存储器、网络通信模块等协同运作的系统。
在20世纪90年代,对于一个技术的改进可以很明显地区分是硬件上的改进(例如,对二极管、晶体管、开关等电路结构的改进)还是软件上的改进(对于方法流程的改进)。然而,随着技术的发展,当今的很多方法流程的改进已经可以视为硬件电路结构的直接改进。设计人员几乎都通过将改进的方法流程编程到硬件电路中来得到相应的硬件电路结构。因此,不能说一个方法流程的改进就不能用硬件实体模块来实现。例如,可编程逻辑器件(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)(例如现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA))就是这样一种集成电路,其逻辑功能由用户对器件编程来确定。由设计人员自行编程来把一个数字系统“集成”在一片PLD上,而不需要请芯片制造厂商来设计和制作专用的集成电路芯片。而且,如今,取代手工地制作集成电路芯片,这种编程也多半改用“逻辑编译器(logic compiler)”软件来实现,它与程序开发撰写时所用的软件编译器相类似,而要编译之前的原始代码也得用特定的编程语言来撰写,此称之为硬件描述语言(Hardware Description Language,HDL),而HDL也并非仅有一种,而是有许多种,如ABEL(AdvancedBoolean Expression Language)、AHDL(Altera Hardware Description Language)、Confluence、CUPL(Cornell University  Programming Language)、HDCal、JHDL(Java Hardware Description Language)、Lava、Lola、MyHDL、PALASM、RHDL(Ruby Hardware Description Language)等,目前最普遍使用的是VHDL(Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language)与Verilog2。本领域技术人员也应该清楚,只需要将方法流程用上述几种硬件描述语言稍作逻辑编程并编程到集成电路中,就可以很容易得到实现该逻辑方法流程的硬件电路。
本领域技术人员也知道,除了以纯计算机可读程序代码方式实现客户端、服务器以外,完全可以通过将方法步骤进行逻辑编程来使得客户端、服务器以逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器等的形式来实现相同功能。因此这种客户端、服务器可以被认为是一种硬件部件,而对其内包括的用于实现各种功能的装置也可以视为硬件部件内的结构。或者甚至,可以将用于实现各种功能的装置视为既可以是实现方法的软件模块又可以是硬件部件内的结构。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种人机对话方法,其特征在于,包括:
    提供人机对话界面;
    在接收到用户的指定输入的情况下,显示虚拟对象选择列表;其中,所述虚拟对象选择列表提供至少一个虚拟对象供用户选择;
    在所述人机对话界面展示用户选择的目标虚拟对象和与所述目标虚拟对象关联的电子券;其中,所述电子券用于约束虚拟对象被获取时所需要的资源量。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,接收到用户的指定输入至少包括以下之一:
    接收到用户输入的文本信息中包括有指定短语;或者;
    接收到用户输入的语音信息中包括有指定声音;或者;
    接收到用户输入是在所述人机对话界面的指定操作。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述虚拟对象选择列表中的虚拟对象选自至少以下之一:所述用户的购物车中的虚拟对象、所述用户的未支付订单中的虚拟对象、所述用户已经完成支付的订单中的虚拟对象、所述用户最近浏览的虚拟对象、根据所述用户的偏好推荐的虚拟对象或者符合设定条件的虚拟对象。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述人机对话界面展示用户选择的目标虚拟对象包括:
    接收用户输入,所述用户输入指向所述虚拟对象选择列表中的虚拟对象为所述目标虚拟对象;
    在所述人机对话界面展示所述目标虚拟对象。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述人机对话界面展示与所述目标对象关联的电子券包括:
    向服务器发送电子券信息获取请求;所述电子券信息获取请求附带有所述目标虚拟对象和所述用户的身份信息;
    接收所述服务器反馈的电子券;其中,所述电子券是所述用户拥有电子券中能被适 用于所述目标虚拟对象的电子券;
    在所述人机对话界面展示接收的所述电子券。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子券的数量为二个以上;所述方法还包括:接收所述用户在所述人机对话界面对所述电子券的指定操作,以在所述人机对话界面切换显示电子券。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,与所述目标虚拟对象关联的电子券至少包括以下之一:所述目标虚拟对象独立适用的电子券;所述目标虚拟对象与其它虚拟对象共同适用的电子券;所述目标虚拟对象所在订单中,其它虚拟对象适用的电子券。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子券约束虚拟对象被获取时所需要的资源量包括:
    在所述虚拟资源对应的资源量符合所述电子券的指定条件的情况下,所述用户实际支付的实际资源量少于所述虚拟资源对应的资源量。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述人机对话界面中,还对应所述电子券展示在所述电子券被使用的情况下,获取所述目标虚拟对象所需要的资源量。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述人机对话界面中,还对应所述电子券展示所述电子券不能适用于所述目标虚拟对象的原因。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述人机对话界面中,展示的所述目标虚拟对象关联的电子券至少包括:在所述目标虚拟对象被获取时所需要最小资源量对应的电子券或电子券组。
  12. 一种客户端,其特征在于,包括:显示模块和处理模块;
    所述显示模块用于提供人机对话界面;
    所述处理模块用于在接收到用户的指定输入的情况下,显示虚拟对象选择列表;其中,所述虚拟对象选择列表提供至少一个虚拟对象供用户选择;在所述人机对话界面展 示用户选择的目标虚拟对象和与所述目标虚拟对象关联的电子券;其中,所述电子券用于约束虚拟对象被获取时所需要的资源量。
  13. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:显示器和处理器;
    所述显示器用于提供人机对话界面;
    所述处理器用于在接收到用户的指定输入的情况下,显示虚拟对象选择列表;其中,所述虚拟对象选择列表提供至少一个虚拟对象供用户选择;在所述人机对话界面展示用户选择的目标虚拟对象和与所述目标虚拟对象关联的电子券;其中,所述电子券用于约束虚拟对象被获取时所需要的资源量。
  14. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机程序指令,所述计算机程序指令被执行时实现:
    提供人机对话界面;
    在接收到用户的指定输入的情况下,显示虚拟对象选择列表;其中,所述虚拟对象选择列表提供至少一个虚拟对象供用户选择;
    在所述人机对话界面展示用户选择的目标虚拟对象和与所述目标虚拟对象关联的电子券;其中,所述电子券用于约束虚拟对象被获取时所需要的资源量。
  15. 一种人机对话方法,其特征在于,包括:
    提供人机对话界面;
    在接收到用户的指定输入的情况下,显示订单选择列表;其中,所述订单选择列表提供至少一个订单供用户选择;所述订单包括至少一个虚拟对象;
    在所述人机对话界面展示用户选择的目标订单和与所述目标订单关联的电子券;其中,所述电子券用于约束订单被支付时所需要的资源量。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述人机对话界面展示用户选择的目标订单包括:
    接收用户输入,所述用户输入指向所述订单选择列表中的订单为所述目标订单;
    在所述人机对话界面展示所述目标订单。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述人机对话界面展示与所述目标订单关联的电子券包括:
    向服务器发送电子券信息获取请求;所述电子券信息获取请求附带有所述目标订单的虚拟对象和所述用户的身份信息;
    接收所述服务器反馈的电子券;其中,所述电子券是所述用户拥有电子券中能被适用于所述订单的电子券;
    在所述人机对话界面展示接收的所述电子券。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述人机对话界面中,还对应所述电子券展示所述电子券不能适用于所述目标订单的原因。
  19. 一种客户端,其特征在于,包括:显示模块和处理模块;
    所述显示模块用于提供人机对话界面;
    所述处理模块用于在接收到用户的指定输入的情况下,显示订单选择列表;其中,所述订单选择列表提供至少一个订单供用户选择;所述订单包括至少一个虚拟对象;在所述人机对话界面展示用户选择的目标订单和与所述目标订单关联的电子券;其中,所述电子券用于约束订单被支付时所需要的资源量。
  20. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:显示器和处理器;
    所述显示器用于提供人机对话界面;
    所述处理器用于在接收到用户的指定输入的情况下,显示订单选择列表;其中,所述订单选择列表提供至少一个订单供用户选择;所述订单包括至少一个虚拟对象;在所述人机对话界面展示用户选择的目标订单和与所述目标订单关联的电子券;其中,所述电子券用于约束订单被支付时所需要的资源量。
  21. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机程序指令,所述计算机程序指令被执行时实现:
    提供人机对话界面;
    在接收到用户的指定输入的情况下,显示订单选择列表;其中,所述订单选择列表提供至少一个订单供用户选择;所述订单包括至少一个虚拟对象;
    在所述人机对话界面展示用户选择的目标订单和与所述目标订单关联的电子券;其中,所述电子券用于约束订单被支付时所需要的资源量。
  22. 一种人机交互方法,其特征在于,包括:
    显示虚拟对象选择界面;其中,所述虚拟对象选择界面包括至少一个虚拟对象供用户选择;
    根据用户输入确定被选择的目标虚拟对象;
    展示用户选择的所述目标虚拟对象和与所述目标虚拟对象关联的电子券;其中,所述电子券用于约束所述目标虚拟对象被获取时所需要的资源量。
  23. 一种人机交互方法,其特征在于,包括:
    显示订单选择界面;其中,所述订单选择界面包括至少一个订单供用户选择;
    根据用户输入确定被选择的目标订单;
    展示用户选择的所述目标订单和与所述目标订单关联的电子券;其中,所述电子券用于约束所述目标订单被支付时所需要的资源量。
