Abstract

一种防伪盖,包括盖本体,在该盖本体上设置有撬开部,当向该撬开部施力时,撬开部变形。该防伪盖通过在盖子上形成供打开盖子的撬开部,一方面便于盖子的打开,另一方面通过在打开过程中撬开部的变形达到防伪的效果;盖子本身结构简单,加工方便,减少了对加工模具的改进,降低了成本,并且非常利于用户的操作。

防伪盖 技术领域
本发明涉及一种盖子,特别是涉及一种防伪盖。
背景技术
目前,防伪包装容器的防伪结构通常通过容器盖实现,在容器盖被初始打开以后,使其产生明显的结构变化,且不能恢复到初始打开之前的状态,容器盖明显变化的结构警示使用者其已被打开过,使造假者不能再用包装容器或者容器盖进行二次使用,避免不法之徒利用原装容器和容器盖欺骗消费者,损害消费者和合法经营者的权益。
现有普通防伪盖的防伪可视性标识都位于瓶盖的细微局部,不容易引起使用者的注意,因此其防伪效果不是非常理想;此外,结构复杂的防伪盖加工困难且成本高昂,打开时也极不易操作,用户使用感差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防伪盖。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种防伪盖,包括盖本体,在所述的盖本体上设置有撬开部,当向所述的撬开部施力时,所述的撬开部变形。
优选地,所述的撬开部为所述的盖本体上的唯一施力点。
优选地,所述的盖本体的边部形成向外侧翻出的翻边,所述的撬开部形成在所述的翻边上。
优选地,所述的撬开部包括孔。
进一步优选地,所述的孔开设有多个,多个所述的孔沿环形分布。
进一步优选地,所述的孔的宽度大于相邻两个所述的孔之间的距离。
进一步优选地,所述的孔为条形孔。
进一步优选地,所述的翻边中部形成有舌部,所述的舌部相对所述的翻边向下折弯,使所述的翻边与所述的舌部之间形成孔。
进一步优选地,所述的舌部的根部位于所述的翻边的内侧。
优选地,所述的防伪盖采用马口铁的材质。
优选地,所述的盖本体包括盖面,所述的盖面的边部先向下方延伸一段距离,再向外侧延伸一段距离,再向上方延伸一段距离形成相对所述的盖面向下凸出用于与容器相配合的配合部,所述的配合部的边部向外侧翻出形成翻边。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明通过在盖子上形成供打开盖子的撬开部,一方面便于盖子的打开,另一方面通过在打开过程中撬开部的变形达到防伪的效果;盖子本身结构简单,加工方便,减少了对加工模具的改进,降低了成本,并且非常利于用户的操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
在本实施例中对“内”、“外”定义为:盖的中心为最内,以中心四周延伸为外侧。
一种防伪盖,包括盖本体1,盖本体1包括盖面10,盖面10的边部先向下方延伸一段距离,再向外侧延伸一段距离,再向上方延伸一段距离形成配合部11,配合部11边部再向外侧翻出形成翻边12。盖子盖在容器上时,通过配合部11与容器口进行配合实现密封,但这样的结构既不方便将盖子打开,也不利于防伪。
如图1‐3所示:在本实施例中:在盖本体1上设置有撬开部,用于供施力使盖合在桶罐上的盖本体1与其实现分离。为了防止避开撬开部打开盖子,撬开部为盖本体1上的唯一施力点。当向撬开部施力时,撬开部变形。
具体的说:翻边12中部形成有舌部120,舌部120的根部位于翻边12的内侧,舌部120相对翻边12向下折弯,使翻边12与舌部120之间形成孔121,孔121即可视为撬开部。这样,在打开盖子时,工具可以以孔121作为施力点将盖子打开,同时通过孔121在打开过程中自身的变形达到防伪的效果,避免其被二次利用。此结构也十分便于加工,只需要在翻边12上冲出一面连接、三面脱离的舌部120,再将舌部120向下折弯,即可形成孔121,甚至一道工艺即可成型。此外至于只将舌部120折弯而不将其冲掉,是为了增强在舌部120根部的强度,使形成有孔121的翻边在不施力时不容易产生变形。
在本实施例中:孔121具有多个,且为条形孔,多个孔121沿环形分布,也就是说,在翻边12上冲出一圈舌部120。此外,孔121的宽度大于相邻两个孔121之间的距离,或者说孔121之间的间距很小,这样在打开盖子时,相邻孔121之间的翻边12’也可能会产生断裂,同样可以达到防伪的效果。
此外,为了便于撬开部的变形,盖子的材料硬度要适中,既不能太硬无法形变,又不能太软不利于加工,因此本实施例中采用马口铁的材质。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种防伪盖,包括盖本体(1),其特征在于:在所述的盖本体(1)上设置有撬开部,当向所述的撬开部施力时,所述的撬开部变形。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防伪盖,其特征在于:所述的撬开部为所述的盖本体(1)上的唯一施力点。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防伪盖,其特征在于:所述的盖本体(1)的边部形成向外侧翻出的翻边(12),所述的撬开部形成在所述的翻边(12)上。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的防伪盖,其特征在于:所述的撬开部包括孔(121)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防伪盖,其特征在于:所述的孔(121)开设有多个,多个所述的孔(121)沿环形分布。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防伪盖,其特征在于:所述的孔(121)的宽度大于相邻两个所述的孔(121)之间的距离。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的防伪盖,其特征在于:所述的孔(121)为条形孔。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的防伪盖,其特征在于:所述的翻边(12)中部形成有舌部(120),所述的舌部(120)相对所述的翻边(12)向下折弯,使所述的翻边(12)与所述的舌部(120)之间形成孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的防伪盖,其特征在于:所述的舌部(120)的根部位于所述的翻边(12)的内侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的防伪盖,其特征在于:所述的防伪盖采用马口铁的材质。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的防伪盖,其特征在于:所述的盖本体(1)包括盖面(10),所述的盖面(10)的边部先向下方延伸一段距离,再向外侧延伸一段距离,再向上方延伸一段距离形成相对所述的盖面(10)向下凸出用于与容器相配合的配合部(11),所述的配合部(11)的边部向外侧翻出形成翻边(12)。
