图2为本申请各个实施例的所述自助终端110的硬件结构模块示意图,所述自助终端110包括显示单元11、输入单元12、存储器13、处理器14以及电源15等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的自助终端110还可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中,所述输入单元12覆盖于显示单元11上,所述输入单元12也可以不覆盖于显示单元11上,可以以实体按键的形式设置在显示单元11附近,用于检测用户在输入单元12上或附近的触控操作,并将所述触控操作传送给处理器14以确定触控事件的类型,随后处理器14根据触控事件的类型在显示单元11上提供相应的视觉输出。所述自助终端110还携带有摄像单元,用于获取用户在办理开卡业务时录制开卡过程的视频图像。
所述自助终端110还可以包括发卡单元17,用于在办理开户办卡业务时,根据处理器的指令给用户发放卡片或存折类的账户凭证。所述自助终端110还可以包括信息录入单元16,所述信息录入单元16可以集成到输入单元12中,所述信息录入单元16还可以包括实体键盘、指纹识别装置和/或身份证件读取装置等。
基于上述硬件结构,提出一种自助开户发卡方法。
参见图3,在本申请自助开户发卡方法的第一实施例中,所述方法包括步骤:
步骤S10,响应用户发起的开户申请,获取所述用户的开户申请信息;
自助终端通过显示单元显示存储器中存储的银行业务办理界面,用户可以靠近自助终端,通过触控自助终端的输入单元产生触控指令选择需要办理的银行业务,自助终端接收到用户的触控指令后,将响应用户发起的开户申请。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,主要强调的办理的银行业务是银行个人的开户申请业务。
此外,在接收到用户发起的开户申请后,自助终端与远程坐席终端建立通信连接。自助终端与远程坐席终端建立通信连接的条件可以是随机的,即是可以随机为用户分配远程坐席终端,可以按照办理业务类型的不同为自助终端分配不同的远程坐席终端,还可以一台自助终端固定一台远程坐席终端,还可以根据远程坐席终端的忙闲程度为自助终端进行匹配。
远程坐席终端在与自助终端建立通信连接后,将接收到用户确定的需要办理的业务,但在所有的业务办理之前,为了保证信息的安全以及收集到业务办理所需的基础材料,需要所述远程坐席终端向自助终端发送获取用户的开户申请信息的请求,自助终端响应该请求时,将通过自助终端的显示单元向用户提示需要准备的开户申请信息。用户将根据自助终端的提示,通过自助终端的信息录入单元输入开户申请信息。
其中所述开户申请信息包括:身份信息以及账户类型信息;其中,所述身份信息包括以下信息中的至少一种:用户的身份证正面信息、身份证反面信息、用户指纹信息以及用户现场拍摄的人脸图像。
步骤S20,将所述开户申请信息发送至所述远程坐席终端,以供远程座席进行开户申请审核;
自助终端的处理器接收到用户输入的开户申请信息时,将该身开户申请信息反馈给远程坐席终端进行审核,远程坐席终端对应的远程坐席将验证比对用户身份信息的准确性。当远程坐席终端验证用户身份信息成功后,将发送用户身份核查通过指令给自助终端。
步骤S30,判断是否接收到所述远程坐席终端下发的制卡指令以及是否接收到现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的授权信息;
在远程坐席终端将身份核查通过的信息发送给自助终端后,自助终端进一步判断是否接收到所述远程坐席终端下发的制卡指令以及是否接收到现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的授权信息。
在远程坐席终端将身份核查通过的信息发送给自助终端后,自助终端提示现场授权人员在自助终端的页面上录入授权信信息。该授权信息可以是现场授权人员在自助终端的指纹录入区域录取的指纹识别信息,也可以是现场授权人员在显示界面或者是自助终端的信息键入区输入的密码信息,还可以是现场授权人员在自助终端的摄像专区录入的面部授权信息等等。
同时,远程坐席终端也将在用户的身份信息核验通过后,向自助终端发送制卡指令。
其中,需要说明的是,现场授权人员在自助终端上输入的授权信息可以是在远程坐席终端发送制卡指令之后,也可以是在远程坐席终端发送制卡指令之前。
步骤S40,在接收到所述远程坐席终端下发的制卡指令,并且接收到现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的授权信息时,根据所述制卡指令以及所述授权信息制卡。
自助终端在接收到所述远程坐席终端下发的制卡指令,并且接收到现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的授权信息时,根据所述制卡指令以及所述授权信息制卡。
在接收所述远程坐席终端发送的审核不通过指令,和/或未接收到现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的授权信息时,向用户显示开户失败的提示消息。
本实施例通过响应用户发起的开户申请,获取所述用户的开户申请信息;将所述开户申请信息发送至所述远程坐席终端,以供远程座席进行开户申请审核;判断是否接收到所述远程坐席终端下发的制卡指令以及是否接收到现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的授权信息;在接收到所述远程坐席终端下发的制卡指令,并且接收到现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的授权信息时,根据所述制卡指令以及所述授权信息制卡。由于用户所有的操作都在自助终端上执行,再配合远程坐席终端办理用户的开户业务,能够将银行人工柜台需要办理的卡户业务分流一部分至自助终端,从而缓解了银行人工柜台业务繁忙,用户办理业务等待时间长的情况。
进一步地,请参阅图4,基于本申请自助开户发卡方法第一实施例,在本申请自助开户发卡方法第二实施例中,上述步骤S20之前还包括:
步骤S21,判断是否接收到所述现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的所述授权信息;
进一步地,自助终端在获取到用户的开户申请信息后,需要将该开户申请信息发送至远程坐席终端,在此之前,现场授权者需要在自助终端上输入授权信息,以授权自助终端将该授权信息发送至所述远程坐席终端。
步骤S22,在接收到现场授权者在所述自助终端上输入的授权信息后检测所述授权信息是否通过验证;
所述自助终端在接收到现场授权者在其上录入的授权信息后,可以验证该授权信息是否通过验证。验证方式可以为通过将现场授权者输入的授权信息与预设的授权信息比对,查询该授权信息与预设的授权信息是否一致,如果一致,则验证通过。
步骤S23,在所述授权信息通过验证时,进入将所述开户申请信息发送至所述远程坐席终端的步骤。
在所述授权信息通过验证时,所述自助终端可以将该授权信息发送给所述远程坐席终端。
在本实施例中,通过上述的在向远程坐席终端发送开户申请信息前,预选验证该授权信息是否通过验证,保证了信息交互的安全和可靠。
进一步地,请参阅图5,基于本申请自助开户发卡方法第二实施例,在本申请自助开户发卡方法第三实施例中,上述步骤S10包括:
步骤S101,提供可供用户选择的不同类型的开户类型和/或银行卡类型;
在本实施例中,进一步说明用户在申请开户办卡时,可以选择办理该银行已有的不同类型的银行卡。用户在办理开户办卡业务时,将开户申请信息录入到自助终端,自助终端在获取到用户的开户申请信息,并已知该开户申请信息审核通过后,在其显示界面上显示可供用户选择的不同类型的开户类型和/或银行卡类型,用户根据需要选择开户类型和/或银行卡类型。
步骤S102,根据用户选择的开户类型和/或银行卡类型,获取相应的身份信息;
虽然在前述实施例中需要对办理业务的用户进行身份验证,但主要是为了安全保证,并且得到业务办理所需的基本材料,但是实际在办理开户业务时,可能还需要根据用户选择的不同的开户类型和/或银行卡类型获取用户不同的开户申请信息。如办理贵宾银行卡时,可能需要用户提供自身的收入证明以及银行存款达到预设的开卡额的证明等等。
在确定用户选择的开户类型和/或银行卡类型后,还将通过自助终端的显示单元提示用户输入该开户类型和/或银行卡类型办理时所需的文件,并由信息录入单元录入该文件。
步骤S103,根据用户选择的开户类型和/或银行卡类型以及所述身份信息,生成所述用户的开户申请信息。
当自助终端的获取到所需的文件时,结合用户选择的开户类型和/或银行卡类型和所述身份信息生成用户的开户申请信息,该身份信息就包括相关文件信息。
在本实施例中,通过上述方案,完善了用户选择不同开户类型和/或银行卡类型办理开户办卡业务的方案,为用户提供了更多的选择。
进一步地,在另一实施例中,所述步骤S40之后还包括:
步骤S50,在制卡完成后,提供设置银行卡密码的输入界面,以供用户设置所述银行卡的密码。
在本实施例中,进一步指出在自助终端完成制卡后,将在显示界面上显示需要用户输入银行卡密码的输入界面。该银行卡密码可以为录入用户输入的数字密码,也可以为录入用户的指纹信息。
请再次参考图1,在一实施例中,所述自助终端110还可以包括:
获取模块111,用于响应用户发起的开户申请,获取所述用户的开户申请信息;

- 一种自助开户发卡方法,应用在银行自助发卡系统中,其中,所述自助发卡系统包括自助终端以及与所述自助终端通信连接的远程坐席终端;所述自助开户发卡方法包括如下步骤:响应用户发起的开户申请,获取所述用户的开户申请信息;将所述开户申请信息发送至所述远程坐席终端,以供远程座席进行开户申请审核;判断是否接收到所述远程坐席终端下发的制卡指令以及是否接收到现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的授权信息;在接收到所述远程坐席终端下发的制卡指令,并且接收到现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的授权信息时,根据所述制卡指令以及所述授权信息制卡。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自助开户发卡方法,其中,所述将所述开户申请信息发送至所述远程坐席终端的步骤之前还包括:判断是否接收到所述现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的所述授权信息;在接收到现场授权者在所述自助终端上输入的授权信息后检测所述授权信息是否通过验证;在所述授权信息通过验证时,进入将所述开户申请信息发送至所述远程坐席终端的步骤。

- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有自助开户发卡程序,所述自助开户发卡程序被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:响应用户发起的开户申请,获取所述用户的开户申请信息;将所述开户申请信息发送至所述远程坐席终端,以供远程座席进行开户申请审核;判断是否接收到所述远程坐席终端下发的制卡指令以及是否接收到现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的授权信息;在接收到所述远程坐席终端下发的制卡指令,并且接收到现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的授权信息时,根据所述制卡指令以及所述授权信息制卡。
- 根据权利要求22所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述自助开户发卡程序被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:判断是否接收到所述现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的所述授权信息;在接收到现场授权者在所述自助终端上输入的授权信息后检测所述授权信息是否通过验证;在所述授权信息通过验证时,进入将所述开户申请信息发送至所述远程坐席终端的步骤。
- 根据权利要求23所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述自助开户发卡程序被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:在接收所述远程坐席终端发送的审核不通过指令,和/或未接收到现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的授权信息时,向用户显示开户失败的提示消息。
- 根据权利要求24所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述开户申请信息包括身份信息以及账户类型信息;其中,所述身份信息包括以下信息中的至少一种:用户的身份证正面信息、身份证反面信息、用户指纹信息以及用户现场拍摄的人脸图像;所述自助开户发卡程序被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:提供可供用户选择的不同类型的开户类型和/或银行卡类型;根据用户选择的开户类型和/或银行卡类型,获取相应的身份信息;根据用户选择的开户类型和/或银行卡类型以及所述身份信息,生成所述用户的开户申请信息。
- 根据权利要求22所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述自助开户发卡程序被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:在接收所述远程坐席终端发送的审核不通过指令,和/或未接收到现场授权者在该自助终端上输入的授权信息时,向用户显示开户失败的提示消息。
- 根据权利要求22所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述自助开户发卡程序被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:所述开户申请信息包括身份信息以及账户类型信息;其中,所述身份信息包括以下信息中的至少一种:用户的身份证正面信息、身份证反面信息、用户指纹信息以及用户现场拍摄的人脸图像;所述自助开户发卡程序被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:提供可供用户选择的不同类型的开户类型和/或银行卡类型;根据用户选择的开户类型和/或银行卡类型,获取相应的身份信息;根据用户选择的开户类型和/或银行卡类型以及所述身份信息,生成所述用户的开户申请信息。
- 根据权利要求22所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述自助开户发卡程序被所述处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:在制卡完成后,提供设置银行卡密码的输入界面,以供用户设置所述银行卡的密码。
