背景技术
为了使汽车在冰雪路面上正常行驶,一般给轮胎配备防滑链,以此来增大与路面的摩擦力。现有的防滑链一般包含铁锁链式与橡胶网格式,铁锁链式防滑链虽然承载能力大、防滑效果好,但是重量也较重,噪音非常大,车辆在运行中轮胎的颠簸尤为明显,长时间使用后,铁锁链与轮胎间的磨损较大,造成轮胎的非正常磨损。再有橡胶网格式防滑链具有重量轻、安装方便的优点,但是随着行驶里程的增加,橡胶网格的磨损就会增大,磨损达到一定程度,容易会造成防滑链松动继而断裂,而且橡胶网格防滑链由于网格密度一致,在行驶时会形成固定频率的噪音,影响驾驶员感官。另外橡胶网格内容易被冰雪附着,并导致摩擦力下降,降低防滑效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供的一种防滑链,以解决上述背景技术中传统防滑链笨重难安装、噪音大、强度低、易结冰等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的防滑链主要包括环绕车胎设置的柔性防滑条,防滑条由嵌入轮胎周向导水槽内的定位体及设置在轮胎胎面并与定位体外侧结合防滑体构成。还包括若干设置在防滑条外侧的防滑钉。

当轮胎随着行驶里程的增加,花纹逐渐变薄,导水槽逐渐变浅时,需要通过第二锁钩19与连接轴17的配合紧固防滑链。若此时仍不能将防滑链有效的紧固在车轮导水槽2内时,需再次将车轮通过车轮提升器升起,卸下防滑链,并将定位体3中的垫片20抽出,抽出垫片20后的防滑链再次安装在轮胎导水槽2中,并根据松紧程度将锁头10钩挂在连接轴上。此时防滑链将根据轮胎的情况继续服役。
轮胎在冰雪路面行驶时,防滑链尤其是防滑钉上容易沾有冰块,因此防滑链的工作效果将大大折扣。此时通过车内开关启动励磁线圈,励磁线圈将在车轮拱内形成磁场,由于车轮的运动,防滑链内的线圈在钢带切割磁力线的过程中,感应磁场变化产生电流,由于线圈并联有小阻值的电阻,电流产生热量,并通过钢带的传导使防滑钉上的冰雪融化,达到自清洁的目的。。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防滑链,其特征在于:包括防滑钉(5)、钉母(8),所述V槽(7)底部设有贯通防滑体(4)及钢带(6)的螺丝孔(9);所述防滑钉(5)由V槽(7)一侧穿入所述螺丝孔(9),所述钉母(8)通过螺纹与裸露在防滑体(4)外侧的防滑钉(5)栓和。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防滑链,其特征在于:包括设置在防滑条(1)上的断口;还包括用于将所述断口结合或断开的连接机构,所述连接机构由分别设置在所述断口两端的锁头(10)及锁扣(11)构成。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防滑链,其特征在于:所述锁头(10)及所述的锁扣(11)均设有与所述断口两端连接条连接的连接座(12),所述连接(12)座横断面与所述防滑体(4)横断面一致,所述连接座(12)与所述防滑体(4)对接;所述连接座(12)靠近防滑体(4)的一侧设有与所述防滑体(4)内部钢带(6)对应的凹槽,所述凹槽靠近轮胎一侧的侧壁设有舌片(13),所述舌片(13)设有与所述固定孔(32)对应的定位孔(15),所述防滑体(4)靠近轮胎的一侧设有与舌片(13)对应的结合槽(14),所述连接座(12)与所述防滑体(4)通过螺栓栓和。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防滑链,其特征在于:所述断口一端的连接座(12)远离防滑体4的一端设有纵向的U口(16),所述U口(16)两端 之间设有连接轴(17);所述断口另一端的连接座(12)远离防滑体(4)的一端设有与所述锁扣(11)连接轴(17)对应的第一锁钩(18);还包括第二锁钩(19),所述第二锁钩(19)设置在第一锁钩(18)靠近所述连接座(12)的一端。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的防滑链,其特征在于:包括用于支撑定位体(3)的垫片(20),所述定位体(3)靠近轮胎的一侧沿轮胎周向设有燕尾槽(21),所述垫片(20)为柔性矩形条,矩形条的一侧设有燕尾榫(22);所述垫片(20)通过所述燕尾榫(22)与所述燕尾槽(21)的配合设置在定位体(3)与轮胎之间;所述垫片(20)靠近轮胎方向设有若干横向矩形槽(23),所述矩形槽(23)与轮胎导水槽(2)内的凸起的磨损标记配合。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的防滑链,其特征在于:包括发热系统,所述钢带外侧缠绕有漆包线,所述漆包线的两端并联有电阻。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的防滑链,其特征在于:包括励磁系统,所述励磁系统为设置在车身轮拱处的电磁线圈,所述电磁线圈与车身电源电性连接。
  10. 一种用于安装包括所述权利要求1至7中任意一项的车轮提升器,其特征在于:包括用于升降的千斤顶(29)和用于和车轮接触的托臂(30);所述托臂垂直连接在千斤顶支撑杆的顶部,所述托臂上表面设有柔性垫块(31)。
