Description
本发明属于铰链领域,具体涉及一种静音家具铰链,适用于衣柜、橱柜等环境场合。
现有技术中,家具铰链在运动过程中普遍存在噪音问题,噪音问题是铰链行业各厂家致力于解决的技术难题,为了改善使用用户的体验,有必要对现有的家具铰链作进一步改良。
发明内容
为了克服以上技术问题,本发明提供一种静音家具铰链,它能有效降低家具铰链在运动过程中的噪音,并保证铰链的正常开合。
本发明实现上述发明目的采用的技术方案是:一种静音家具铰链,包括铰杯、固定座和铰舌,铰舌一端与固定座固定连接,铰舌一端通过转轴与铰杯轴连接,铰杯内安装有扭簧,扭簧一端抵于铰杯壁面,扭簧另一端抵于铰舌,扭簧与铰舌之间设有由塑料制成的静音滑块,静音滑块套于转轴上并与铰舌保持相对静止。
由于扭簧、铰舌普遍采用金属钢材制成,塑料静音滑块的设置不仅避免了因金属之间直接摩擦而产生的噪音,提高了用户体验感,而且有助于延长扭簧的使用寿命。静音滑块保持相对静止,有效保证铰链的正常开合。
进一步地,所述静音滑块为凸轮,静音滑块的中下部设有通孔或优弧槽,静音滑块通过通孔或优弧槽套于转轴上,装配简单方便。
进一步地,所述静音滑块为凸轮,静音滑块的中上部设有夹槽,静音滑块通过夹槽夹紧铰舌。具体是,所述静音滑块的中上部在朝向铰舌的一侧延伸出间隔设置的两凸块,两凸块之间的间隙形成夹槽,两凸块相对的两侧壁分别贴近铰舌正面或背面。夹槽夹在铰舌的正面和背面,保证了铰链在开合过程中,静音滑块与铰舌保持相对静止,从而避免静音滑块转动变位而影响铰链的正常开闭。

- 根据权利要求1所述的静音家具铰链,其特征在于:所述静音滑块(6)为凸轮,静音滑块(6)的中下部设有通孔(61)或优弧槽(61'),静音滑块(6)通过通孔(61)或优弧槽(61')套于转轴(4)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的静音家具铰链,其特征在于:所述静音滑块(6)为凸轮,静音滑块(6)的中上部设有夹槽(62),静音滑块(6)通过夹槽(62)夹紧铰舌(3)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的静音家具铰链,其特征在于:所述静音滑块(6)的中上部在朝向铰舌(3)的一侧延伸出间隔设置的两凸块(621),两凸块(621)之间的间隙形成夹槽(62),两凸块(621)相对的两侧壁分别贴近铰舌(3)正面或背面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的静音家具铰链,其特征在于:所述静音滑块(6)为凸轮,静音滑块(6)的顶部与扭簧(5)相对的一侧设有滑槽(63),扭簧(5)与静音滑块(6)的配合端置于滑槽(63)内并与滑槽(63)滑动配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的静音家具铰链,其特征在于:所述静音滑块(6)的中上部在背向铰舌(3)的一侧延伸出扩展平台(631),滑槽(63)设置在扩展平台(631)的顶部。
- 根据权利要求6所述的静音家具铰链,其特征在于:所述扩展平台(631)自顶部向转轴(4)的轴心收拢,扩展平台(631)的底部呈圆弧状,该圆弧与转轴(4)同轴且两者半径相适配。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的静音家具铰链,其特征在于:所述静音滑块(6)由聚甲醛塑料制成且轴向厚度下部小,上部大;扭簧(5)由钢材制成。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的静音家具铰链,其特征在于:所述静音滑块(6)位于转轴(4)端部,并夹在铰舌(3)侧壁与铰杯(1)侧壁之间。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的静音家具铰链,其特征在于:所述固定座(2)包括移动板(21)、中板(22)和底板(23),移动板(21)通过调节前后偏心螺钉(9)沿中板(22)前后移动,中板(22)通过调节左右偏心螺钉(8)沿底板(23)左右移动,铰舌(3)通过调节上下偏心螺钉(7)沿移动板(21)上下移动。
