本实施例的技术方案,通过在智能钥匙上设置接入检测模块以及警示模块,可以在检测到智能钥匙插入待维护电梯的维修钥匙孔中时,通过警示模块向维护人员发出警示信号,以提醒维护人员待维护电梯未必停靠在本层,建议维护人员小心操作,可以解决现有技术中因维护人员疏忽,而导致发生坠落事故的问题,实现了提高维护人员的工作安全性的效果。
实施例二
图2是本发明实施例二提供的电梯维护方法的流程图。本实施例在上述实施例的基础上,进行了进一步的优化。
如图2所示,所述电梯维护方法包括:
S210、智能钥匙接收电梯控制平台发送的所述待维护电梯的位置信息。
智能钥匙可以通过配置通信模块于电梯控制平台进行通讯。电梯控制平台可以在接收到电梯故障信息时,将故障电梯的位置信息发送给智能钥匙,智能钥匙接收到电梯维护的任务时,可以将待维护电梯的位置信息显示给维护人员。这样设置的好处是可以提高电梯维护委派任务的效率,避免出现疏漏或者重复委派的情况。
其中,该位置信息可以是采用“某小区某居民楼某单元”的形式进行显示,也可以是采用“某物业第某号电梯”的形式进行显示,在维护人员获得电梯的
位置信息后,可以根据该位置信息确定待维护电梯所在位置,进而得知采用何种交通方式对该待维护电梯进行维护。这样设置的好处是为维护人员得知待维护电梯的位置以及多久能够到达待维护电梯的位置进行预判,利于维护人员根据待维护电梯的位置做出合理的安排,为维护人员的工作提供了便利。
S220、所述智能钥匙通过定位模块获取所述智能钥匙的位置信息。
其中,定位模块可以是配置在智能钥匙上的全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS),该位置信息可以反映出维护人员所在的位置。智能钥匙可以将自身的位置信息定期发送至控制平台,控制平台可以根据该位置信息确定多个维护人员与待维护电梯的位置关系,而且可以选择距离最近的或者没有被派出的维护人员接受当前的电梯维护任务。这样设置的好处是可以优化电梯维护任务的委派方式,提高待维护电梯的维护工作效率。
S230、当所述智能钥匙与所述待维护电梯的距离小于预设阈值时,向所述智能钥匙发送维护提醒信息。
智能钥匙与待维护电梯之间的距离可以是在电梯控制平台端进行判断的,也可以是在智能钥匙端进行判断的。预设阈值可以是20米,当智能钥匙与待维护电梯之间的距离小于20米时,则向智能钥匙发送电梯维护提醒信息。以提醒维护人员与待维护电梯位置较近,可以准备进行维护工作。
S240、智能钥匙检测是否被插入待维护电梯的维修钥匙孔。
S250、当所述智能钥匙检测到被插入待维护电梯的维修钥匙孔时,所述智能钥匙发出声音警示信号。
在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例通过为智能钥匙配置定位模块,电梯控制平台可以在得知维护人员所在位置,这样设置的好处是可以电梯控制平台可
以掌握维护人员是否到达待维护电梯位置以及何时到达待维护电梯的位置,进而可以对维护人员的工作情况进行掌控,还能够优化电梯维护工作的响应过程,提高电梯维护工作的效率。
在上述各实施例的基础上,可选的,所述方法还包括:所述智能钥匙检测维护完成按键是否被按下;当所述智能钥匙检测到所述维护完成按键被按下时,向所述电梯控制平台发送维护完成信息。其中,电梯维护完成后需要对其进行调试或者直接运行,所以对于电梯维护工作来说,维护完成是比较重要的一个时间节点。当维护人员完成电梯维护工作后,可以通过按下维护完成按键的方式向电梯控制平台发送维护完成信息。这样设置的好处是可以便于电梯控制平台对电梯维护是否完成进行掌握,同时可以在接收到电梯维护完成信息后,进行后续的其他操作。另外,电梯控制平台可以根据维护人员通过智能钥匙发送的电梯维护完成信息,得知电梯因故障、断电等维护工作的处理耗时,从而对于电梯何时能够恢复正常使用进行预判,为广大电梯使用者提供信息,方便广大电梯使用者。
在上述各实施例的基础上,可选的,在当所述智能钥匙与所述待维护电梯的距离小于预设阈值时,向所述智能钥匙发送维护提醒信息之后,还包括:所述智能钥匙获取维护人员输入的电梯标识信息;所述智能钥匙将所述电梯标识信息发送至电梯控制平台,并获取电梯控制平台的电梯标识信息校验结果。
其中,信息输入模块可以包括按键,也可以包括摄像头等信息获取设备。电梯维护人员可以通过手动输入电梯的标识信息,或者通过扫描条形码、二维码等输入电梯标识信息。其中,电梯标识信息可以是电梯的出厂编码。智能钥匙可以将获取到的输入的电梯标识信息发送至电梯控制平台,电梯控制平台根
据当前智能钥匙所对应的电梯维护任务中的待维护电梯的标识信息与输入的电梯标识信息的校验结果,即相同则校验成功,不同则校验失败,返回给智能钥匙。这样,维护人员可以根据返回的校验结果确定当前即将进行维护的电梯是否为待维护电梯,避免因疏忽造成漏维护或者重复维护的现象。
在本发明实施例中,还可以在智能钥匙接收到电梯维护任务时,接收待维护电梯的标识信息,并且在维护人员输入电梯标识信息之后,在智能钥匙端进行电梯标识信息的校验,这样设置的好处是可以提高相应速度。本发明实施例提供电梯标识信息校验机制主要是可以在维护人员进行电梯维护工作之前,确定对待维护电梯进行处理,提高工作的准确定,避免出错。
本技术方案在上述各技术方案的基础上,在检测到智能钥匙位置与待维护电梯的位置较为接近时,可以通过显示屏或者扬声器等向维护人员发出校验提示信息,当电梯的维护人员输入的电梯标识信息与待维护电梯的标识信息相符之后,可以通过显示屏显示校验结果,也可以通过扬声器告知维护人员。本发明实施例这样设置的好处在于可以通过维护人员输入的电梯标识信息确定维护人员是否对待维护电梯进行维护工作,并且可以统计电梯维护工作的响应时间,便于电梯控制平台对于维护人员的工作进行监督和分析。
实施例三
图3是本发明实施例三提供的智能钥匙的结构示意图。如图3所示,所述智能钥匙30,包括:
接入检测模块301,用于判断智能钥匙30是否被插入电梯的维修钥匙孔;
警示模块302,用于当所述接入检测模块301检测到被插入电梯的维修钥
匙孔时,发出声音警示信号。
本实施例的技术方案,通过在智能钥匙上设置接入检测模块以及警示模块,可以在检测到智能钥匙插入待维护电梯的维修钥匙孔中时,通过警示模块向维护人员发出警示信号,以提醒维护人员待维护电梯未必停靠在本层,建议维护人员小心操作,可以解决现有技术中因维护人员疏忽,而导致发生坠落事故的问题,实现了提高维护人员的工作安全性的效果。
在上述各实施例的基础上,可选的,所述智能钥匙30还包括:
通信模块,用于接收电梯控制平台发送的所述待维护电梯的位置信息;
定位模块,用于获取所述智能钥匙30的位置信息;
所述通信模块,还用于将所述智能钥匙30的位置信息发送至所述电梯控制平台,当所述电梯控制平台确定所述智能钥匙30与所述待维护电梯的距离小于预设阈值时,接收所述电梯控制平台向所述智能钥匙30发送的维护提醒信息。
在上述各实施例的基础上,可选的,所述智能钥匙30还包括:
检测维护完成按键,用于在所述待维护电梯的维护工作完成时,获取维护完成信息;
所述通信模块,还用于将所述维护完成信息发送至所述电梯控制平台。
在上述各实施例的基础上,可选的,所述智能钥匙30还包括:
信息输入模块,用于获取维护人员输入的电梯标识信息;
所述通信模块,还用于将所述电梯标识信息发送至电梯控制平台,并获取电梯控制平台的电梯标识信息校验结果。
在上述各实施例的基础上,可选的,所述接入检测模块301包括:
微波测距单元、顶杆检测单元以及距离传感器检测单元中的至少一种。
上述产品可执行本发明任意实施例所提供的方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。
实施例四
图4是本发明实施例四提供的电梯维护系统的示意图。如图4所示,所述电梯维护系统,包括:
控制平台40,以及如本发明实施例中所述的智能钥匙30,采用如本发明实施例所述的电梯维护方法进行电梯维护。
本实施例的技术方案,通过在智能钥匙上设置接入检测模块以及警示模块,可以在检测到智能钥匙插入待维护电梯的维修钥匙孔中时,通过警示模块向维护人员发出警示信号,以提醒维护人员待维护电梯未必停靠在本层,建议维护人员小心操作,可以解决现有技术中因维护人员疏忽,而导致发生坠落事故的问题,实现了提高维护人员的工作安全性的效果。
优选实施例
图5是本发明优选实施例提供的智能钥匙的结构示意图。如图5所示,所述智能钥匙,包括:
智能钥匙30由主控芯片310,充电接口320、电池330、按键与显示模块340、接入检测模块350、通信与定位模块360、语音播报模块370与喇叭380组成。
其中,充电接口320用于为电池330充电,以使电池330为智能钥匙30的其他功能模块提供电源。
主控芯片310用于控制智能钥匙30的其他模块运行。
接入检测模块350,可采用机械按钮、顶针等接触式的检测方式,也可采用红外、微波、磁感应等非接触式的检测方式。
通信与定位模块360,用于完成对智能钥匙30的定位,及与电梯维保平台的数据通信。
按键与显示模块340及语音播报模块370用于与维保人员之间的交互。
喇叭380用于播放声音。
维保人员在接到维保任务后,电梯维保平台会将需要维保的电梯地理位置及电梯本身的信息发送至智能钥匙。当维保人员到达需要维保的电梯位置处,即智能钥匙30所保存的位置信息与当前实际位置信息大致相同时,智能钥匙30会上传数据至电梯监控平台,提醒平台注意,维保人员已进入待维保区域。
此时智能钥匙30会语音提醒维保人员,需要进入待维保的电梯位置,将电梯编号输入至智能钥匙。智能钥匙30将输入信息与所保存的信息相匹配,并通过语音及文字向维保人员反馈,同时将匹配信息上报至电梯维保平台,提醒电梯维保平台,维保人员即将对待维保电梯进行维保。
当维保人员将智能钥匙30插入电梯厅门锁后,智能钥匙30首先提醒维保人员注意,防止失误引发危险,同时上报厅门开启的信息至电梯维保平台,提醒维保平台,维保人员已开始对待维保的电梯进行维保。智能钥匙30开启维保等待模式,并定时提醒维保人员注意工作过程中可能出现的危险。
当维保人员完成对上述电梯的维保工作后,需要手动操作智能钥匙30上的按键,智能钥匙30切换至维保完成状态,此时,智能钥匙30会将此状态上报至维保平台,结束一次正常的维保流程。
通过上述的工作过程,电梯维保平台可实时监控维保工作的进程,确保维
保人员能够对维保工作进行及时有效的反应,同时在维保的实际操作过程中,可以在关键时间点对维保人员进行必要的提醒,避免维保人员自身的疏忽造成人员安全事故。
相对于传统的三角钥匙,本发明优选实施例所提供的智能钥匙可实现如下功能:
当使用者使用智能钥匙打开厅门前,在插入只能钥匙的同时立即触发警示信号,警示使用者将面临安全隐患,相对于现有的厅门开启发出语音警示信号装置,更有效和及时.
智能钥匙在开启厅门前,就能发出语音警示信号,及时警示使用者所要面临的风险,提高使用者安全意识,能有效地避免人员操作不当造成事故。
在智能钥匙中加入语音警示装置,相对于安装在厅门或厅门锁的警示装置,无需改装现有厅门结构,更容易实现、方便使用,更加经济有效。
智能钥匙具有通信与定位模块,可对使用智能钥匙的维保人员进行定位,同时可通过通信与定位模块获得监控中心的通知,并在开启顶门时上传相关操作信息至监控中心。
注意,上述仅为本发明的较佳实施例及所运用技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本发明不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本发明进行了较为详细的说明,但是本发明不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本发明构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本发明的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。
Claims (10)
- 一种电梯维护方法,其特征在于,包括:智能钥匙检测是否被插入待维护电梯的维修钥匙孔;当所述智能钥匙检测到被插入待维护电梯的维修钥匙孔时,所述智能钥匙发出声音警示信号。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电梯维护方法,其特征在于,所述智能钥匙检测是否被插入待维护电梯的维修钥匙孔之前,所述方法还包括:智能钥匙接收电梯控制平台发送的所述待维护电梯的位置信息;所述智能钥匙通过定位模块获取所述智能钥匙的位置信息;当所述智能钥匙与所述待维护电梯的距离小于预设阈值时,向所述智能钥匙发送维护提醒信息。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的电梯维护方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:所述智能钥匙检测维护完成按键是否被按下;当所述智能钥匙检测到所述维护完成按键被按下时,向所述电梯控制平台发送维护完成信息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电梯维护方法,其特征在于,在当所述智能钥匙与所述待维护电梯的距离小于预设阈值时,向所述智能钥匙发送维护提醒信息之后,还包括:所述智能钥匙获取维护人员输入的电梯标识信息;所述智能钥匙将所述电梯标识信息发送至电梯控制平台,并获取电梯控制平台的电梯标识信息校验结果。
- 一种智能钥匙,其特征在于,包括:接入检测模块,用于判断智能钥匙是否被插入电梯的维修钥匙孔;警示模块,用于当所述接入检测模块检测到被插入电梯的维修钥匙孔时,发出声音警示信号。
- 根据权利要求5所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,还包括:通信模块,用于接收电梯控制平台发送的待维护电梯的位置信息;定位模块,用于获取所述智能钥匙的位置信息;所述通信模块,还用于将所述智能钥匙的位置信息发送至所述电梯控制平台,当所述电梯控制平台确定所述智能钥匙与所述待维护电梯的距离小于预设阈值时,接收所述电梯控制平台向所述智能钥匙发送的维护提醒信息。
- 根据权利要求5或6所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,还包括:检测维护完成按键,用于在所述待维护电梯的维护工作完成时,获取维护完成信息;所述通信模块,还用于将所述维护完成信息发送至所述电梯控制平台。
- 根据权利要求6所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,还包括:信息输入模块,用于获取维护人员输入的电梯标识信息;所述通信模块,还用于将所述电梯标识信息发送至电梯控制平台,并获取电梯控制平台的电梯标识信息校验结果。
- 根据权利要求5所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述接入检测模块包括:微波测距单元、顶杆检测单元以及距离传感器检测单元中的至少一种。
- 一种电梯维护系统,其特征在于,包括控制平台,以及如权利要求5-9中任一项所述的智能钥匙,采用如权利要求1-4任一项所述的电梯维护方法进行电梯维护。
