Abstract

The invention relates to a mixture of cereals and a production method developed to make cereal products more useful by increasing the variety and taste, unlike the standard cereal production in the food industry. The invention is particularly related to low-calorie grain; ready to be cooked in ready- to-use cereals, which contain bulgur, dried tomatoes and quinoa, thus increasing nutritional value and energizing.
