Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé d'émaillage de bord de bois pour empêcher l'humidité par la paraffine. Le procédé comprend la fusion de la paraffine dans la plage de 60 à 140 degrés Celsius dans le dispositif de pompe à pression avec un tuyau chauffant pouvant être commandé le long de la buse. Le chauffage du bord de la pièce à travailler à l'aide d'un dispositif de plaque chauffante ou d'un dispositif de soufflante d'air chaud ou d'un dispositif infrarouge ou d'un dispositif de bobine chauffante dans la plage de température de 40 à 70 degrés Celsius dans le but de chauffer le bord de la pièce passant et lorsque la pièce est passée le long de la buse de paraffine d'émail ou en plongeant la paraffine en utilisant le rouleau ou le pinceau pour peindre au niveau des surfaces de bord, alors la surface au bord chaud va absorber la paraffine dans la plaque de particules et émailler au niveau de la surface. Dans le but de résoudre les problèmes d'humidité et de moule qui influencent directement la durée de vie du meuble et de réduire le coût du processus de prévention existant du processus de laminage de bande de bord à l'aide d'une bande de bord de papier ou d'une bande de bord en plastique ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiène styrène).
