本发明涉及实木颗粒板材加工领域的设备,具体地说是涉及实木颗粒板材裁切装置,名称是减少崩边的实木颗粒板材切割装置,包括机架,在机架上具有动力带动的输送辊轮,输送辊轮上面形成实木颗粒板材的通道,输送辊轮是实木颗粒板材的输送部件,还有裁切锯片安装在机架上,动力带动裁切锯片,按照实木颗粒板材从进入、裁切至裁切后成品的方向是由后至前的,所述的裁切锯片的后面具有一个加温室,加温室具有进口和出口,所示的实木颗粒板材的通道经过进口和出口,本装置还包括一个酸雾化装置,所述的酸雾化装置具有酸雾出口,酸雾出口经过管道连接至加温室内。这样的裁切装置具有裁切边更规范、更整齐、保证质量的优点。

本发明涉及实木颗粒板材加工领域的设备,具体地说是涉及实木颗粒板材裁切装置。
背景技术
实木颗粒板材初步生产后,需要对其侧边进行裁切,以使其符合尺寸要求,实木颗粒板材裁切装置具有机架,在机架上具有动力带动的输送辊轮,还有裁切锯片安装在机架上,动力带动裁切锯片可以对实木颗粒板材裁切;现有技术中,实木颗粒板材裁切装置是在常温下进行的,这样裁切的实木颗粒板材具有裁切面容易崩裂、不整齐的缺点,影响了实木颗粒板材的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述缺点,提供一种裁切边更规范、更整齐、保证质量的减少崩边的实木颗粒板材切割装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:减少崩边的实木颗粒板材切割装置,包括机架,在机架上具有动力带动的输送辊轮,输送辊轮上面形成实木颗粒板材的通道,输送辊轮是实木颗粒板材的输送部件,还有裁切锯片安装在机架上,动力带动裁切锯片,按照实木颗粒板材从进入、裁切至裁切后成品的方向是由后至前的;其特征是:所述的裁切锯片的后面具有一个加温室,加温室具有进口和出口,所示的实木颗粒板材的通道经过进口和出口。
进一步地讲,本装置还包括一个酸雾化装置,所述的酸雾化装置具有酸雾出口,酸雾出口经过管道连接至加温室内。
进一步地讲,所述的裁切锯片的前面的机架上还安装有一对滚刷,一对滚刷上下设置,分别是上滚刷和下滚刷,上滚刷的下面接触通道上面,下滚刷的上面接触通道下面。
本发明的有益效果是:这样的裁切装置对实木颗粒板加工具有裁切边更规范、更整齐、保证质量的优点;

所述的裁切锯片的前面的机架上还安装有一对滚刷,一对滚刷上下设置,分别是上滚刷和下滚刷,上滚刷的下面接触通道上面,下滚刷的上面接触通道下面,具有裁切部位无异物的优点。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1所示,减少崩边的实木颗粒板材切割装置,包括机架1,在机架上具有动力带动的输送辊轮2,输送辊轮上面形成实木颗粒板材的通道3,输送辊轮是实木颗粒板材的输送部件,还有裁切锯片4安装在机架上,动力带动裁切锯片,按照实木颗粒板材从进入、裁切至裁切后成品的方向是由后至前的,图中F的方向是由后至前的;其特征是:所述的裁切锯片的后面具有一个加温室5,加温室具有进口6和出口7,所示的实木颗粒板材的通道3经过进口和出口。
本装置这样设置使木颗粒板材具有一定的温度,其固化的粘接胶具有一定的温度,在裁切时粘接胶温度较高,可以减少裁切边崩边的现象,达到本发明的目的,所述的加温室是一个室体,内部具有加热管13。
进一步地讲,本装置还包括一个酸雾化装置8,所述的酸雾化装置具有酸雾出口9,酸雾出口经过管道10连接至加温室内。
这样酸雾可以对粘接胶进行软化,减少粘接胶崩裂的现象,达到本发明的目的,所述的酸雾化装置是现有技术中的装置,只要可以产生酸雾即可。
进一步地讲,所述的裁切锯片的前面的机架上还安装有一对滚刷,一对滚刷上下设置,分别是上滚刷11和下滚刷12,上滚刷的下面接触通道上面,下滚刷的上面接触通道下面。
这样滚刷可以对裁切部位进行清理异物,使裁切部位更清洁。

1.减少崩边的实木颗粒板材切割装置,包括机架,在机架上具有动力带动的输送辊轮,输送辊轮上面形成实木颗粒板材的通道,输送辊轮是实木颗粒板材的输送部件,还有裁切锯片安装在机架上,动力带动裁切锯片,按照实木颗粒板材从进入、裁切至裁切后成品的方向是由后至前的;其特征是:所述的裁切锯片的后面具有一个加温室,加温室具有进口和出口,所示的实木颗粒板材的通道经过进口和出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的实木颗粒板材切割装置,其特征是:本装置还包括一个酸雾化装置,所述的酸雾化装置具有酸雾出口,酸雾出口经过管道连接至加温室内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的实木颗粒板材切割装置,其特征是:所述的裁切锯片的前面的机架上还安装有一对滚刷,一对滚刷上下设置,分别是上滚刷和下滚刷,上滚刷的下面接触通道上面,下滚刷的上面接触通道下面。
