Abstract

El Implante Ocular Duosistema Multiceldas Nucleoreticular, consiste en una estructura esférica con longitud axial calculada y variable dependiendo de las necesidades que requiera la cavidad orbital ocular, compuesta de una malla de celdas con diseños alternativos que a su vez compone el Sistema M.M.M, en el que se facilita la sutura en cualquier técnica, ya sea en casos de evisceración o enucleación. Gracias a su diseño estructural multiceldas, favorece su colocación y disminuye el riesgo de migración, extrusión, exposición y extracción. Al ser una estructura con oquedades estructurales, brinda un mayor porcentaje del volumen para su vascularización, asimismo alberga en su interior un Sistema Núcleo Reticular Fibrovascular, el cual cuenta con una estructura basada en pluriniveles dotados de tejido microreticular y una comunicación intraniveles a base de filamentos; con capacidad para albergar medicamentos y/o tecnología por presentar un duosistema de dos piezas enroscables, pudiéndose fabricar en distintos diseños estructurales y materiales biocompatibles. El modelo C100 fabricado con ácido poliláctico (PLA), un material ideal para implantes, consta de 100 celdas ovaladas. Al ser un implante ocular ligero, evita la depresión por asentamiento o gravedad y es elaborable en cualquier medida.

1 .- Implante Ocular Duosistema Multiceldas Nucleoreticular, que técnicamente consiste en dos sistemas interrelacionados, el Sistema Multiceldas Muscular Motriz M.M.M. y el Sistema Núcleo Reticular Flbrovascular, N.R.F., conformados en primer orden por una estructura exterior que dispone de multiceldas para irrigación súbita de la vascularización, bordeadas por postes y nodos para sujeción de sutura; y un segundo sistema opcional constituido al Interior por un núcleo plurlnlvel de mlcroreticulas y filamentos que logran la vascularización y flbrovascularlzación.

5. -El Implante Ocular Duosistema Multiceldas Nucleoreticular de la reivindicación número 1 permite ser elaborado con cualquier tipo de material biocompatible, natural o sintético, tales como los cerámicos, metálicos, polímeros, orgánicos, vegetales, celulares, de la Industria espacial o cualesquiera otros.
6.- El Implante Ocular Duosistema Multiceldas Nucleoreticular de las reivindicaciones números 1 y 2.- puede ser fabricado bajo cualquier procedimiento de elaboración sea moldeado, vaciado, troquelado, Inyectado, presionado por vaciado, tejido, sublimado, por inducción celular, estereolltografía, o cualesquiera otra manera que la forma permita y compatible con los fines y funciones que la reivindicación 1 refieren.

9.- El Implante Ocular Duosistema Multiceldas Nucleoreticular de la reivindicación 1 .- en los puntos de intersección de los postes tiene nodos, los cuales permiten una suturaclón diagonal que complementa las otras suturas musculares, cada nodo es ¡dentlflcable en relación a la celda a que pertenece y su posición en la misma, lo cual permite anotar el registro clínico del paciente a detalle.

1 1 .- El Implante Ocular Duosistema Multiceldas Nucleoreticular de las reivindicaciones 1 .-,2.-,3.- y 4.- está dotado del sistema multiceldas siendo una de sus funciones multiplicar los métodos de 28 sutura, al tener condiciones y accesibilidad para que el cirujano cuente con libertad técnica de sujeción del implante, tanto en los casos de evisceración como de enucleación, ello mediante el establecimiento de postes y nodos, siendo los primeros fijaciones verticales u horizontales y los segundos diagonales, prestaciones que combinadas permiten evitar los riesgos de extrusión o migración del implante. El cirujano dispone de múltiples opciones de colocación del implante, existe una posición de colocación natural, misma que puede variar en los casos que el cirujano lo estime conveniente, sin que tal variación signifique menoscabo en las potencialidades del implante.

14.- El Implante Ocular Duosistema Multiceldas Nucleoreticular de las reivindicaciones 1 .-, 2.-, 3.-, 4.-, 5.- , 6.- y 7.- cuenta con un un núcleo que compone su sistema interior de filamentos y plataformas de niveles que establecen en su integridad una base para fibrovascularización con cualidades circulatorias y oxigenantes que logran un basamento de tejido orgánico vital primigenio que se integra con el sistema exterior.
15.- En el Implante Ocular Duosistema Multiceldas Nucleoreticular de las reivindicaciones 1 .-, 2.- , 3.-, 4.-, 5.- 6.- 7.- y 8.-, el sistema interior o nuclear, se encuentra fijo a la estructura exterior por unas superficies interiores que constituyen los pluriniveles microreticulares, que son un fino tejido que tiene la función de cimentar y permitir el flujo sanguíneo y oxigenación consecuente, todo ello distribuido en una estructura plurinivel, consistente en varias plataformas posicionadas con alineación a los paralelos, con la función de optimizar la resistencia estructural y a la vez logran la fibrovascularización con el complemento de los filamentos intraniveles.
16.- El Implante Ocular Duosistema Multiceldas Nucleoreticular de la reivindicación 1 .- y 8.- en la estructura interior o núcleo, está dotada de filamentos fibrovascularizables, se trata de fibras que se ubican entre cada plurinivel siendo cimentantes, conectivas y conductivas de flujo sanguíneo, proveen un excelente medio de fibrovascularización.
