绝缘壳体,其具有电导体插入口;
导电片,其设置于所述绝缘壳体内,至少用以与电导体电性接触;
夹持弹簧装置,其至少用以将所述电导体固定于所述弹簧连接器内;以及,
保持装置,其至少用以使所述夹持弹簧装置保持在锁止状态或夹紧状态;
其中,所述保持装置包括保持部和解锁部,所述保持部的一端固定设置于所述绝缘壳体上,在所述夹持弹簧装置处于锁止状态时,所述解锁部与所述夹持弹簧装置的末端卡锁配合;所述保持装置的解锁部形成所述插入口的底部,所述插入口的侧壁在接近所述底部处形成引导斜面,所述引导斜面向插入口内部沿着电导体的插入方向倾斜。

下面将结合附图及一些典型实施案例对本实用新型的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
请参阅图2-图4所示,为本实施例的一种用于快速连接的弹簧连接器。所述弹簧连接器包括绝缘壳体1、导电片2、夹持弹簧装置3以及保持装置4、回调装置5等几个主要部分。
所述绝缘壳体1具有电导体插入口7。所述绝缘壳体1包括本体和盖板,所述本体至少在所述插入口处具有开口,所述盖板至少用以将所述开口密封,并且所述本体的内侧面与所述盖板的内侧面上分别形成引导斜面8。
所述导电片2设置于所述绝缘壳体1内,至少用以与电导体电性接触。
所述夹持弹簧装置3至少用以将所述电导体6固定于所述弹簧连接器内。其中,所述夹持弹簧装置3具有能够绕枢转轴线转动的夹持腿30。所述保持装置4包括保持部41和解锁部42,至少用以使所述夹持弹簧装置保持在锁止状态或夹紧状态。进一步的,所述保持装置是由金属材质制成,所述保持装置采用几何限位的方式的固定设置于所述绝缘壳体上,且保持部采用冲压的工艺制成。
所述保持部41的一端固定设置于所述绝缘壳体1上,在所述夹持弹簧装置3处于锁止状态时,所述解锁部42与所述夹持弹簧装置3的末端卡锁配合;所述保持装置的解锁部42形成所述插入口的底部,所述插入口7的侧壁在接近所述底部处形成引导斜面8,所述引导斜面向插入口内部沿着电导体6的插入方向倾斜。当所述电导体6插入所述插入口7并推动解 锁部42时,所述夹持腿30能从锁止状态调节至夹紧状态,在所述锁止状态中,所述夹紧腿30的末端卡锁在所述解锁部42上,且在所述夹紧状态中,所述夹紧腿30的末端从所述解锁部42解锁并将所述电导体6压向所述导电片2。
进一步的,所述引导斜面8与所述电导体6插入方向之间的倾斜角度不大于10°,此时既能很好地起到引导作用,又不会导致制造、装配上的困难。
所述回调装置(pusher)5用于推动夹紧腿30从夹紧状态调节至锁止状态,所述回调装置的运动方向平行于所述电导体的运动方向。所述回调装置5的结构并不限于该实施例,还可以是其它形状,或者为一个通道,以螺丝刀插入通道实现回调功能。
进一步的,所述插入口7在接近所述底部的位置具有三个侧面,形成U型槽9,其中所述U型槽9的开口位置具有供所述夹持弹簧装置的夹持腿移动的空间,且U型槽的两个相对侧面上形成所述引导斜面8,因而确保电导体6无法进入保持装置与绝缘壳体之间的空隙。
进一步的,所述引导斜面与所述保持装置的解锁部在沿着电导体的插入方向上的投影部分重合。这样设计的优点在于:充分确保电导体不会误插入保持装置4与绝缘壳体1之间的空隙。由于引导斜面位于解锁部42上方且接近解锁部,而夹持腿30的末端在锁止状态中位于解锁部42侧上方,并且其被触发时形成弧线运动轨迹,因此,当引导斜面位于该弧形运动轨迹侧下方时,并不会对夹持腿30的运动形成干涉。
藉由上述技术方案,本实用新型的用于快速连接的弹簧连接器采用引导斜面,可以充分避免电导体进入保持装置与绝缘壳体之间的空隙,避免弹簧连接器的失效,所述引导斜面既能很好地起到引导作用,又不会导致制造、装配上的困难;同时本实用新型从设计源头出发充分考虑使用者操作中的实际情况,降低了使用者接线的工作强度和技术门槛,无需特别工艺就可以保证电导体的可靠连接,具有广泛的应用前景。

    保持装置,其至少用以使所述夹持弹簧装置保持在锁止状态或夹紧状态;
    其中,所述保持装置包括保持部和解锁部,所述保持部的一端固定设置于所述绝缘壳体上,在所述夹持弹簧装置处于锁止状态时,所述解锁部与所述夹持弹簧装置的末端卡锁配合;所述保持装置的解锁部形成所述插入口的底部,所述插入口的侧壁在接近所述底部处形成引导斜面,所述引导斜面向插入口内部沿着电导体的插入方向倾斜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于快速连接的弹簧连接器,其特征在于:所述夹持弹簧装置具有能够绕枢转轴线转动的夹持腿,在所述锁止状态中,所述夹紧腿的末端卡锁在所述解锁部上,当所述电导体插入所述插入口并推动所述解锁部时,所述夹持腿能从锁止状态调节至夹紧状态,且在所述夹紧状态中,所述夹紧腿的末端从所述解锁部解锁并将所述电导体压向所述导电片。
