Abstract

本發明揭示了一種卡緣連接器,其包括:縱長的絕緣本體,包括沿其縱長方向延伸的兩側壁、位於兩側壁之間的中央插槽及位於中央插槽兩端的塔形部,所述中央插槽用於插接一卡片模組;複數導電端子,固定於絕緣本體,所述複數導電端子分別排列在兩側壁且包括靠近塔形部設置的一對第一導電端子;及鎖卡件,樞接於絕緣本體,所述鎖卡件可旋轉地安裝於所述塔形部,所述鎖卡件適於在鎖緊所述卡片模組的鎖緊位置與釋放卡片模組的釋放位置之間移動,所述鎖卡件具有一用於抬起所述卡片模組的鉤狀部;所述鎖卡件處於所述釋放位置時,所述鉤狀部凸伸入一對第一導電端子之間且與所述第一導電端子干涉。

Description

卡緣連接器
本發明涉及一種卡緣連接器,尤其涉及一種卡緣連接器的退卡機構。
習知技術請參考2015年5月27日公告的中國大陸發明專利第CN102882030B號,其公開了一種卡連接器,其包括一絕緣本體,其上設有一插槽,用於插接存儲卡。所述卡連接器還包括分別位於插槽的兩端部的鎖緊件。所述鎖緊件適於在鎖緊存儲卡的鎖緊位置與釋放存儲卡的釋放位置之間移動。每一鎖緊件具有一卡鉤,所述卡鉤在將所述鎖緊件從所述鎖緊位置移動到所述釋放位置時驅動所述存儲卡脫離所述插槽。所述插槽中設置有一組第一連接端子。所述插槽的至少一端部附近設置有至少一第二連接端子對,第二連接端子對中的連接端子在插槽中彼此對置。處於釋放位置的一鎖緊件的卡鉤越過第二連接端子對所限定的平面P,且卡鉤位於第二連接端子對的連接端子之間而不與第二連接端子對中的任一連接端子干涉。然,該卡鉤較薄,容易折斷。
是以,鑒於以上問題,實有必要提供一種新的卡緣電連接器,以解決上述問題。
本發明所要解決的技術問題在於:提供一種結構更穩固的卡緣連接器。
為解決上述問題,本發明可採用如下技術方案:
一種卡緣連接器,其包括:縱長的絕緣本體,包括沿其縱長方向延伸的兩側壁、位於兩側壁之間的中央插槽及位於中央插槽兩端的塔形部,所述中央插槽用於插接一卡片模組;複數導電端子,固定於絕緣本體,所述複數導電端子分別排列在兩側壁且包括靠近塔形部設置的一對第一導電端子;及鎖卡件,樞接於絕緣本體,所述鎖卡件可旋轉地安裝於所述塔形部,所述鎖卡件適於在鎖緊所述卡片模組的鎖緊位置與釋放卡片模組的釋放位置之間移動,所述鎖卡件具有一用於抬起所述卡片模組的鉤狀部;所述鎖卡件處於所述釋放位置時,所述鉤狀部凸伸入一對第一導電端子之間且與所述第一導電端子干涉。
與習知技術相比,本發明具有如下功效:卡緣連接器的鉤狀部的寬度較大,保證了鉤狀部的強度,使其不易折斷。
參閱第一圖至第二圖,其公開了本發明的一種卡緣連接器100,其包括縱長的絕緣本體10、固定於絕緣本體10的複數導電端子20及樞接於絕緣本體10的鎖卡件30。絕緣本體10設有沿縱長方向延伸的兩側壁11、位於兩側壁11之間的中央插槽12及位於中央插槽12兩端的塔形部13。中央插槽12用於插接一卡片模組(未圖示)。鎖卡件30可旋轉地安裝於塔形部13,鎖卡件30適於在鎖緊卡片模組的鎖緊位置與釋放卡片模組的釋放位置之間移動。
參閱第三圖至第六圖,複數導電端子20分別排列在兩側壁11。複數導電端子20包括兩對第一導電端子21與複數對第二導電端子22。兩對第一導電端子21分別設置在中央插槽12的兩端部。第一導電端子21靠近塔形部13設置。複數對第二導電端子22設置於兩對第一導電端子21之間。導電端子20包括豎直部23、自豎直部23向上延伸的接觸部24及自豎直部23向下延伸的焊接部25。接觸部24弧形彎折而凸伸入中央插槽12。
鎖卡件30包括主體部31及設置於主體部31一端且可延伸入中央插槽12的鉤狀部32。主體部31包括第一主體部311及位於第一主體部311下側的第二主體部313,第一主體部311寬於第二主體部313以在交接處形成一臺階部315。鎖卡件30自其第一主體部311設有與塔形部13干涉配合的卡持凸部312。卡持凸部312呈楔形。鎖卡件30自其第二主體部313設有與塔形部13配合的轉軸部314。鉤狀部32的寬度小於中央插槽12的寬度。鉤狀部32用於抬起卡片模組。鉤狀部32包括第一臺階部321及自第一臺階部321向中央插槽12方向延伸的第二臺階部322,第一臺階部321的寬度大於第二臺階部322的寬度。鎖卡件30處於釋放位置時,鉤狀部32凸伸入一對第一導電端子21之間且第二臺階部322與第一導電端子21的接觸部24干涉。第二臺階部322具有朝向中央插槽12的弧形側面323。鎖卡件30還包括位於鉤狀部32兩側的限制壁316,限制壁316與第一臺階部321呈階梯狀。
本發明中卡緣連接器100的鎖卡件30具有用於抬起卡片模組的鉤狀部32,當鎖卡件30處於釋放位置時,鉤狀部32與第一導電端子21的接觸部24干涉,鉤狀部32的寬度較大,保證了鉤狀部32的強度,使其不易折斷。
綜上所述,以上僅為本發明的較佳實施例而已,不應以此限制本發明的範圍,即凡係依本發明權利要求書及說明書內容所作的簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本發明專利涵蓋的範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種卡緣連接器,其包括: 縱長的絕緣本體,包括沿其縱長方向延伸的兩側壁、位於兩側壁之間的中央插槽及位於中央插槽兩端的塔形部,所述中央插槽用於插接一卡片模組; 複數導電端子,固定於絕緣本體,所述複數導電端子分別排列在兩側壁且包括靠近塔形部設置的一對第一導電端子;及 鎖卡件,樞接於絕緣本體,所述鎖卡件可旋轉地安裝於所述塔形部,所述鎖卡件適於在鎖緊所述卡片模組的鎖緊位置與釋放卡片模組的釋放位置之間移動,所述鎖卡件具有一用於抬起所述卡片模組的鉤狀部; 其中所述鎖卡件處於所述釋放位置時,所述鉤狀部凸伸入一對第一導電端子之間且與所述第一導電端子干涉。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述導電端子包括豎直部、自所述豎直部向上延伸的接觸部及自所述豎直部向下延伸的焊接部,所述接觸部弧形彎折而凸伸入中央插槽,所述鉤狀部與所述接觸部干涉。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述鎖卡件包括主體部,所述鉤狀部設置於主體部一端且可延伸入中央插槽,所述鉤狀部的寬度小於所述中央插槽的寬度。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述主體部包括第一主體部及位於第一主體部下側的第二主體部,所述第一主體部寬於所述第二主體部以在交接處形成一臺階部。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述鎖卡件自其第二主體部設有與所述塔形部配合的轉軸部。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述鎖卡件自其第一主體部設有與所述塔形部干涉配合的卡持凸部。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述卡持凸部呈楔形。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述鉤狀部包括第一臺階部及自第一臺階部向中央插槽方向延伸的第二臺階部,所述第一臺階部的寬度大於所述第二臺階部的寬度,所述第二臺階部與所述第一導電端子干涉。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述第二臺階部朝向所述中央插槽的側面呈弧形。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述鎖卡件還包括位於鉤狀部兩側的限制壁,所述限制壁與所述第一臺階部呈階梯狀。
