Abstract

本发明揭示了一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固定于绝缘本体的若干导电端子及枢接于绝缘本体的锁卡件,所述绝缘本体设有沿其纵长方向延伸的两个侧壁、位于两个侧壁之间的中央插槽及位于中央插槽两端的塔形部,所述中央插槽用于插接一个卡片模组,所述锁卡件可旋转地安装于所述塔形部,所述锁卡件适于在锁紧所述卡片模组的锁紧位置与释放卡片模组的释放位置之间移动,所述锁卡件具有一个用于抬起所述卡片模组的钩状部,所述若干导电端子分别排列在两侧壁且包括靠近塔形部设置的一对第一导电端子,所述锁卡件处于所述释放位置时,所述钩状部凸伸入一对第一导电端子之间且与所述第一导电端子干涉。

卡缘连接器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种卡缘连接器,尤其涉及一种卡缘连接器的退卡机构。
【背景技术】
现有技术请参考2015年5月27日公告的中国发明专利第CN102882030B号,其公开了一种卡连接器,其包括一个绝缘本体,其上设有一个插槽,用于插接存储卡。所述卡连接器还包括分别位于插槽的两个端部的锁紧件。所述锁紧件适于在锁紧存储卡的锁紧位置与释放存储卡的释放位置之间移动。每一锁紧件具有一个卡钩,所述卡钩在将所述锁紧件从所述锁紧位置移动到所述释放位置时驱动所述存储卡脱离所述插槽。所述插槽中设置有一组第一连接端子。所述插槽的至少一个端部附近设置有至少一个第二连接端子对,第二连接端子对中的连接端子在插槽中彼此对置。处于所述释放位置的一个锁紧件的卡钩越过所述第二连接端子对所限定的平面P,且所述卡钩位于所述第二连接端子对的连接端子之间而不与所述第二连接端子对中的任一个连接端子干涉。所述卡钩较薄,容易折断。
有必要提供一种结构更稳固的卡缘连接器。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种结构更稳固的卡缘连接器。
为解决上述问题,本发明可采用如下技术方案:
一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固定于绝缘本体的若干导电端子及枢接于绝缘本体的锁卡件,所述绝缘本体设有沿其纵长方向延伸的两个侧壁、位于两个侧壁之间的中央插槽及位于中央插槽两端的塔形部,所述中央插槽用于插接一个卡片模组,所述锁卡件可旋转地安装于所述塔形部,所述锁卡件适于在锁紧所述卡片模组的锁紧位置与释放卡片模组的释放位置之间移动,所述锁卡件具有一个用于抬起所述卡片模组的钩状部,所述若干导电端子分别排列在两侧壁且包括靠近塔形部设置的一对第一导电端子,所述锁卡件处于所述释放位置时,所述钩状部凸伸入一对第一导电端子之间且与所述第一导电端子干涉。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:所述钩状部的宽度较大,保证了钩状部的强度,使其不易折断。

【具体实施方式】
参阅图1至图2,其公开了本发明的一种卡缘连接器100,其包括纵长的绝缘本体10、固定于绝缘本体10的若干导电端子20及枢接于绝缘本体10的锁卡件30。所述绝缘本体10设有沿纵长方向延伸的两个侧壁11、位于两个侧壁11之间的中央插槽12及位于中央插槽12两端的塔形部13。所述中央插槽12用于插接一个卡片模组(未图示)。所述锁卡件30可旋转地安装于所述塔形部13,所述锁卡件30适于在锁紧所述卡片模组的锁紧位置与释放所述卡片模组的释放位置之间移动。
参阅图3至图6,所述若干导电端子20分别排列在两侧壁11。所述若干导电端子20包括两对第一导电端子21与若干对第二导电端子22。所述两对第一导电端子21分别设置在所述中央插槽12的两个端部。所述第一导电端子21靠近所述塔形部13设置。所述若干对第二导电端子22设置于所述两对第一导电端子21之间。所述导电端子20包括竖直部23、自所述竖直部23向上延伸的接触部24及自所述竖直部23向下延伸的焊接部25。所述接触部24弧形弯折而凸伸入中央插槽12。
所述锁卡件30包括主体部31及设置于主体部31一端且可延伸入中央插槽12的钩状部32。所述主体部31包括第一主体部311及位于第一主体部311下侧的第二主体部313,所述第一主体部311宽于所述第二主体部313以在交接处形成一台阶部315。所述锁卡件30自其第一主体部311设有与所述塔形部13干涉配合的卡持凸部312。所述卡持凸部312呈楔形。所述锁卡件30自其第二主体部313设有与所述塔形部13配合的转轴部314。所述钩状部32的宽度小于所述中央插槽12的宽度。所述钩状部32用于抬起所述卡片模组。所述钩状部32包括第一台阶部321及自第一台阶部321向中央插槽12方向延伸的第二台阶部322,所述第一台阶部321的宽度大于所述第二台阶部322的宽度。所述锁卡件30处于所述释放位置时,所述钩状部32凸伸入一对第一导电端子21之间且第二台阶部322与所述第一导电端子21的接触部24干涉。所述第二台阶部322具有朝向所述中央插槽12的弧形侧面323。所述锁卡件30还包括位于钩状部32两侧的限制壁316,所述限制壁316与所述第一台阶部321呈阶梯状。
本发明中卡缘连接器100的锁卡件30具有用于抬起卡片模组的钩状部32,当所述锁卡件30处于释放位置时,所述钩状部32与所述第一导电端子21的接触部24干涉,所述钩状部32的宽度较大,保证了钩状部32的强度,使其不易折断。
综上所述,以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,不应以此限制本发明的范围,即凡是依本发明权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固定于绝缘本体的若干导电端子及枢接于绝缘本体的锁卡件,所述绝缘本体设有沿其纵长方向延伸的两个侧壁、位于两个侧壁之间的中央插槽及位于中央插槽两端的塔形部,所述中央插槽用于插接一个卡片模组,所述锁卡件可旋转地安装于所述塔形部,所述锁卡件适于在锁紧所述卡片模组的锁紧位置与释放卡片模组的释放位置之间移动,所述锁卡件具有一个用于抬起所述卡片模组的钩状部,所述若干导电端子分别排列在两侧壁且包括靠近塔形部设置的一对第一导电端子,其特征在于:所述锁卡件处于所述释放位置时,所述钩状部凸伸入一对第一导电端子之间且与所述第一导电端子干涉,所述导电端子包括竖直部、自所述竖直部向上延伸的接触部及自所述竖直部向下延伸的焊接部,所述接触部弧形弯折而凸伸入中央插槽,所述钩状部与所述接触部干涉,所述钩状部的宽度不小于一对第一导电端子的接触部之间的距离。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述锁卡件包括主体部,所述钩状部设置于主体部一端且可延伸入中央插槽,所述钩状部的宽度小于所述中央插槽的宽度。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述主体部包括第一主体部及位于第一主体部下侧的第二主体部,所述第一主体部宽于所述第二主体部以在交接处形成一台阶部。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述锁卡件自其第二主体部设有与所述塔形部配合的转轴部。
5.如权利要求3所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述锁卡件自其第一主体部设有与所述塔形部干涉配合的卡持凸部。
6.如权利要求5所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述卡持凸部呈楔形。
7.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述钩状部包括第一台阶部及自第一台阶部向中央插槽方向延伸的第二台阶部,所述第一台阶部的宽度大于所述第二台阶部的宽度,所述第二台阶部与所述第一导电端子干涉。
8.如权利要求7所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述第二台阶部朝向所述中央插槽的侧面呈弧形。
9.如权利要求8所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述锁卡件还包括位于钩状部两侧的限制壁,所述限制壁与所述第一台阶部呈阶梯状。
