本发明涉及一种摇摆式高效率色母搅拌装置,属于色母设备技术领域。
背景技术
色母(Color Master Batch)的全称叫色母粒,也叫色种,是一种新型高分子材料专用着色剂,亦称颜料制备物(Pigment Preparation)。色母主要用在塑料上。色母由颜料或染料、载体和添加剂三种基本要素所组成,是把超常量的颜料均匀载附于树脂之中而制得的聚集体,可称颜料浓缩物(Pigment Concentration),所以它的着色力高于颜料本身。加工时用少量色母料和未着色树脂掺混,就可达到设计颜料浓度的着色树脂或制品。
色母是20世纪60年代开发的一种塑料、纤维的着色新产品,它是把颜料超常量均匀的载附于树脂中而制得的聚合物的复合物。色母主要组成为着色剂、载体、分散剂三部分。
现有的色母搅拌装置均为普通搅拌机,其在搅拌时时间长,且效率低,操作复杂。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种摇摆式高效率色母搅拌装置。
本发明的一种摇摆式高效率色母搅拌装置,它包含箱体、进料斗、主轴、搅拌电机、搅拌杆、上气盘、下气盘、气泵、下料管、支撑脚、万向节、驱动器、支撑板;箱体的左上端安装有进料斗,箱体的内部安装有主轴,主轴的右端通过轴套与搅拌电机连接,主轴的外侧壁上焊接有数个搅拌杆,箱体的内上侧壁与内下侧壁上分别安装有上气盘与下气盘,气泵分别通过气管与上气盘与下气盘连接,所述箱体的左下端安装有下料管,箱体的底部两侧均安装有支撑脚,支撑脚的底部通过万向节与驱动器的驱动 杆连接,驱动器安装在支撑板的上端。
作为优选,所述气泵为调压式气泵。
作为优选,所述下料管上安装有阀门。
作为优选,所述上气盘、下气盘上均安装有单向气嘴。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:能实现快速摇摆式搅拌,且能实现吹气式搅拌,其效率高,操作简便,能节省时间。

如图1所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含箱体1、进料斗2、主轴3、搅拌电机4、搅拌杆5、上气盘6、下气盘7、气泵8、下料管9、支撑脚10、万向节11、驱动器12、支撑板13;箱体1的左上端安装有进料斗2,箱体1的内部安装有主轴3,主轴3的右端通过轴套与搅拌电机4连接,主轴3的外侧壁上焊接有数个搅拌杆5,箱体1的内上侧壁与内下侧壁上分别安装有上气盘6与下气盘7,气泵8分别通过气管与上气盘6与下气盘7连接,所述箱体1的左下端安装有下料管9,箱体1的底部两侧 均安装有支撑脚10,支撑脚10的底部通过万向节11与驱动器12的驱动杆连接,驱动器12安装在支撑板13的上端。
进一步的,所述气泵8为调压式气泵。
进一步的,所述下料管9上安装有阀门。
进一步的,所述上气盘6、下气盘7上均安装有单向气嘴。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:在使用时,通过进料斗2实现进料,然后通过搅拌电机4带动主轴3实现旋转,主轴3上的搅拌杆5实现快速搅拌,能节省时间,同时通过上气盘6与下气盘7实现吹气式搅拌,能提高效率,操作简便,效率高,且工作时,启动两个驱动器12,且两个驱动器12为不同步工作,使得箱体1实现摇摆式搅拌,能节省搅拌时间,效率高。

本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。

  1. 一种摇摆式高效率色母搅拌装置,其特征在于:它包含箱体、进料斗、主轴、搅拌电机、搅拌杆、上气盘、下气盘、气泵、下料管、支撑脚、万向节、驱动器、支撑板;箱体的左上端安装有进料斗,箱体的内部安装有主轴,主轴的右端通过轴套与搅拌电机连接,主轴的外侧壁上焊接有数个搅拌杆,箱体的内上侧壁与内下侧壁上分别安装有上气盘与下气盘,气泵分别通过气管与上气盘与下气盘连接,所述箱体的左下端安装有下料管,箱体的底部两侧均安装有支撑脚,支撑脚的底部通过万向节与驱动器的驱动杆连接,驱动器安装在支撑板的上端。
