Description

避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒 技术领域
本发明涉及小家电领域,特别涉及一种避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒。
背景技术
为了保持室内环境的整洁、卫生,人们会定期整理、清扫屋内,而一般最常使用于清扫脏物的器具,例如抹布、拖把、吸尘器等。一般来说,吸尘器是对付脏物的最佳利器。吸尘器的清洁原理主要是借助抽气风扇转动,以使吸尘器内部形成负压状态而产生向内吸力。吸尘器吸走附着于地板、地毯、墙壁、家具或其它不易直接用抹布或扫帚清除污垢的表面上的脏物,并将这些脏物收集于吸尘器内部的尘盒。
尘盒在使用一段时间后,其中积聚的灰尘需要清理。目前的尘盒的在拆卸时,往往导致吸尘器机体中的灰尘外漏,造成二次污染,给清扫工作带来麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题或缺陷,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,通过设置封闭件,当需要拆卸尘盒时,首先推动滑扣将内封闭板沿着导向槽封闭住所述外壳,然后打开开闭板,将外封闭板沿着内封闭板的背面插入外壳中,再将开闭口关闭,顶起块工作将内壳顶起,使得外封闭板封闭住内壳,最后打开封闭口,将被外封闭板封闭的内壳一起取出;由于封闭件的设置,取出的内壳的外侧六个面都不与外壳内的灰尘接触,籍此避免拆卸尘盒时的二次污染;通过挡板防止在使用中,灰尘堵塞住第一凹槽致使外封闭板难以有效封闭内壳。
为此,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,包括:
外壳,其固定在所述吸尘器壳体中,所述外壳为长方体结构,所述外壳的一端与灰尘分离机构的灰尘出口连通,所述外壳的另一端内部设有顶起块,所述外壳的一侧开设有取送开口,所述取送开口的一侧设有用以封闭所述取送开口的开闭板;
内壳,其用来收集灰尘且可滑动设置在所述外壳中,所述内壳为长方体结构,所述内壳朝向所述灰尘出口的一端开口,所述开口的四周设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽中设有用来封闭所述第一凹槽的挡板;以及
封闭件,其包括内封闭板与外封闭板,所述外封闭板、内封闭板可以卡设在所述外壳中用以将所述外壳内部分成两部分,所述外封闭板与内封闭板相对的一面通过凹槽与凸起的配合滑动连接,所述外封闭板的滑动方向朝向所述取送开口,所述外封闭板的另一面设有与所述第一凹槽相配合的第一凸起。
优选的是,所述第一凸起沿着远离所述外封闭板的方向具有2°-10°的向内拔模斜度。
优选的是,所述第一凸起采用弹性材料制成,所述第一凸起与所述第一凹槽配合时,所述第一凸起与所述挡板、第一凹槽形成紧配合。
优选的是,所述挡板通过扭簧连接在所述开口中。
优选的是,所述顶起块为一弹锁或者一气缸。
优选的是,所述内封闭板为软性材料制成,所述外壳的一侧壁中设有可容置所述内封闭板的空腔,所述内封闭板中边缘设有凸条,所述空腔内壁与所述外壳的内壁设有与所述凸条相配合的导向槽。
优选的是,所述外壳上还设有滑槽,所述内封闭板上固定有凸出在所述滑槽之外并可沿着所述滑槽滑动的滑扣。
优选的是,所述取送开口的一端与所述内封闭板对所述外壳内部形成的封闭面相平齐。
优选的是,所述取送开口的另一端与所述顶起块顶起后的所述内壳的封闭底部平齐。
本发明至少包括如下有益效果:
通过设置封闭件,当需要拆卸尘盒时,首先推动滑扣将内封闭板沿着导向槽封闭住所述外壳,然后打开开闭板,将外封闭板沿着内封闭板的背面插入外壳中,再将开闭口关闭,顶起块工作将内壳顶起,使得外封闭板封闭住内壳,最后打开封闭口,将被外封闭板封闭的内壳一起取出;
由于封闭件的设置,取出的内壳的外侧六个面都不与外壳内的灰尘接触,籍此避免拆卸尘盒时的二次污染;
通过挡板防止在使用中,灰尘堵塞住第一凹槽致使外封闭板难以有效封闭内壳。

外壳100,其固定在所述吸尘器壳体中,所述外壳100为长方体结构,所述外壳100的一端与灰尘分离机构的灰尘出口连通,所述外壳100的另一端内部设有顶起块160,所述外壳100的一侧开设有取送开口130,所述取送开口130的一侧设有用以封闭所述取送开口130的开闭板120;
内壳200,其用来收集灰尘且可滑动设置在所述外壳100中,所述内壳200为长方体结构,所述内壳200朝向所述灰尘出口的一端开口,所述开口的四周设有第一凹槽210,所述第一凹槽210中设有用来封闭所述第一凹槽210的挡板220;以及
封闭件,其包括内封闭板300与外封闭板400,所述外封闭板400、内封闭板300可以卡设在所述外壳100中用以将所述外壳100内部分成两部分,所述外封闭板400与内封闭板300相对的一面通过凹槽与凸起的配合滑动连接,所述外封闭板400的滑动方向朝向所述取送开口130,所述外封闭板400的另一面设有与所述第一凹槽210相配合的第一凸起410。
所述第一凸起410沿着远离所述外封闭板400的方向具有2°-10°的向内拔模斜度。
所述第一凸起410采用弹性材料制成,所述第一凸起410与所述第一凹槽210配合时,所述第一凸起410与所述挡板220、第一凹槽210形成紧配合。
所述挡板220通过扭簧连接在所述开口中。
所述顶起块160为一弹锁或者一气缸。
所述内封闭板300为软性材料制成,所述外壳100的一侧壁中设有可容置所述内封闭 板300的空腔140,所述内封闭板300中边缘设有凸条,所述空腔140内壁与所述外壳100的内壁设有与所述凸条相配合的导向槽150。
所述外壳100上还设有滑槽110,所述内封闭板300上固定有凸出在所述滑槽110之外并可沿着所述滑槽110滑动的滑扣310。
所述取送开口130的一端与所述内封闭板300对所述外壳100内部形成的封闭面相平齐。
所述取送开口130的另一端与所述顶起块160顶起后的所述内壳200的封闭底部平齐。
由上所述,通过设置封闭件,当需要拆卸尘盒时,首先推动滑扣310将内封闭板300沿着导向槽150封闭住所述外壳100,然后打开开闭板120,将外封闭板400沿着内封闭板300的背面插入外壳100中,再将开闭口关闭,顶起块160工作将内壳200顶起,使得外封闭板400封闭住内壳200,最后打开封闭口,将被外封闭板400封闭的内壳200一起取出;由于封闭件的设置,取出的内壳200的外侧六个面都不与外壳100内的灰尘接触,籍此避免拆卸尘盒时的二次污染;通过挡板220防止在使用中,灰尘堵塞住第一凹槽210致使外封闭板400难以有效封闭内壳200。

  1. 一种避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳,其固定在所述吸尘器壳体中,所述外壳为长方体结构,所述外壳的一端与灰尘分离机构的灰尘出口连通,所述外壳的另一端内部设有顶起块,所述外壳的一侧开设有取送开口,所述取送开口的一侧设有用以封闭所述取送开口的开闭板;
    内壳,其用来收集灰尘且可滑动设置在所述外壳中,所述内壳为长方体结构,所述内壳朝向所述灰尘出口的一端开口,所述开口的四周设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽中设有用来封闭所述第一凹槽的挡板;以及
    封闭件,其包括内封闭板与外封闭板,所述外封闭板、内封闭板可以卡设在所述外壳中用以将所述外壳内部分成两部分,所述外封闭板与内封闭板相对的一面通过凹槽与凸起的配合滑动连接,所述外封闭板的滑动方向朝向所述取送开口,所述外封闭板的另一面设有与所述第一凹槽相配合的第一凸起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述第一凸起沿着远离所述外封闭板的方向具有2°-10°的向内拔模斜度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述第一凸起采用弹性材料制成,所述第一凸起与所述第一凹槽配合时,所述第一凸起与所述挡板、第一凹槽形成紧配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述挡板通过扭簧连接在所述开口中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述顶起块为一弹锁或者一气缸。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述内封闭板为软性材料制成,所述外壳的一侧壁中设有可容置所述内封闭板的空腔,所述内封闭板中边缘设有凸条,所述空腔内壁与所述外壳的内壁设有与所述凸条相配合的导向槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述外壳上还设有滑槽,所述内封闭板上固定有凸出在所述滑槽之外并可沿着所述滑槽滑动的滑扣。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述取送开口的一端与所述内封闭板对所述外壳内部形成的封闭面相平齐。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述取送开口的另一端与所述顶起块顶起后的所述内壳的封闭底部平齐。
