- 一种避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,包括:外壳,其固定在所述吸尘器壳体中,所述外壳为长方体结构,所述外壳的一端与灰尘分离机构的灰尘出口连通,所述外壳的另一端内部设有顶起块,所述外壳的一侧开设有取送开口,所述取送开口的一侧设有用以封闭所述取送开口的开闭板;内壳,其用来收集灰尘且可滑动设置在所述外壳中,所述内壳为长方体结构,所述内壳朝向所述灰尘出口的一端开口,所述开口的四周设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽中设有用来封闭所述第一凹槽的挡板;以及封闭件,其包括内封闭板与外封闭板,所述外封闭板、内封闭板可以卡设在所述外壳中用以将所述外壳内部分成两部分,所述外封闭板与内封闭板相对的一面通过凹槽与凸起的配合滑动连接,所述外封闭板的滑动方向朝向所述取送开口,所述外封闭板的另一面设有与所述第一凹槽相配合的第一凸起。
- 根据权利要求1所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述第一凸起沿着远离所述外封闭板的方向具有2°-10°的向内拔模斜度。
- 根据权利要求2所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述第一凸起采用弹性材料制成,所述第一凸起与所述第一凹槽配合时,所述第一凸起与所述挡板、第一凹槽形成紧配合。
- 根据权利要求3所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述挡板通过扭簧连接在所述开口中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述顶起块为一弹锁或者一气缸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述内封闭板为软性材料制成,所述外壳的一侧壁中设有可容置所述内封闭板的空腔,所述内封闭板中边缘设有凸条,所述空腔内壁与所述外壳的内壁设有与所述凸条相配合的导向槽。
- 根据权利要求6所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述外壳上还设有滑槽,所述内封闭板上固定有凸出在所述滑槽之外并可沿着所述滑槽滑动的滑扣。
- 根据权利要求7所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述取送开口的一端与所述内封闭板对所述外壳内部形成的封闭面相平齐。
- 根据权利要求8所述的避免拆卸二次污染的吸尘器尘盒,其特征在于,所述取送开口的另一端与所述顶起块顶起后的所述内壳的封闭底部平齐。
