在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下” 可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
下面参照附图详细描述本发明实施例的用于吸尘器的地刷100。
如图1和图2所示,根据本发明实施例的用于吸尘器的地刷100,包括:地刷壳体1、滚刷2和地刷罩3。
具体而言,地刷壳体1的底部敞开。滚刷2设在地刷壳体1内,且滚刷2的刷毛21的至少一部分伸出地刷壳体1的底部,换言之地刷壳体1内形成有底部敞开的空腔,且滚刷2设在该空腔内,且滚刷2的刷毛21的一部分伸出空腔,从而可以通过滚刷2清理出缝隙内的灰尘等,并将这些灰尘等吸入地刷100内。地刷罩3设在地刷壳体1的底部,地刷罩3封住地刷壳体1的底部,地刷罩3与地刷壳体1配合形成容纳腔101,且地刷罩3上形成有与容纳腔101连通的尘气入口301,滚刷2容纳在容纳腔101内,也就是说,滚刷2没有伸出尘气入口301,或者说滚刷2的刷毛21没有伸出尘气入口301。
根据本发明实施例的用于吸尘器的地刷100,通过地刷罩3封住地刷壳体1的底部,且地刷罩3上设有尘气入口301。由此,可以通过尘气入口301将尘土等吸入地刷100内,而且地刷罩3封住地刷壳体1的底部,可以提高地刷100的密封效果,从而提高地刷的吸力,使全部或大部分的灰尘均可以被吸附地刷100内,从而有效的避免或减少二次污染,提高除尘能力,此外,由于滚刷2的刷毛21容纳在容纳腔101内,没有伸出容纳腔101,因此,可以避免刷毛扬起灰尘,进一步地避免或减少二次污染。
在本发明的一些实施例中,地刷罩3与地刷壳体1可拆卸地相连。可以将地刷罩3装在地刷壳体1上,以提高地刷100的密封效果,提高地刷100的吸力,从而提高除尘效果,而且可以卸下地刷罩3,使地刷100的滚刷2的一部分伸出,从而使滚刷2可以对缝隙内的灰尘等进行清扫,从而可以有效地清除地毯等内的灰尘。由此,增加了本发明的地刷100的适用范围,使本发明的地刷100可以有效地清除不同表面上的灰尘。
优选地,地刷罩3与地刷壳体1通过卡扣连接,由此,便于地刷罩3和地刷壳体1的装配和拆卸,使地刷100在不同的使用环境下可以进行快速地切换,便于地刷100的使用。
具体而言,如图2或图5所示,地刷罩3上形成有卡勾,该卡勾卡持在地刷壳体1上。
此外,本发明的地刷罩3还可以通过螺钉连接、粘接、魔术贴连接等方式可拆卸地与所述地刷壳体1相连。
其中,魔术贴连接是一种常用的连接方式,分公母两面,一面是细小柔软的纤维,另一面是较硬带钩的刺毛,相贴一起产生自然粘力,用手一拉又会自然分离。
有利地,地刷壳体1包括地刷上盖11和地刷底座12。地刷上盖11的底部敞开。地刷底座12设在地刷上盖11的底部,且地刷上盖11与地刷底座12扣合,地刷底座12的底部敞开。地刷罩3设在地刷底座12的底部。由此,将地刷壳体1分为地刷上盖11和地刷底座12,可以便于安装滚刷2,提高了地刷100的装配效率和稳定性。
如图2至图5所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,地刷罩3包括底板31和外侧板32,尘气入口301形成在底板31上,且外侧板32贴附地刷壳体1底部的外表面。由此,使地刷罩3的结构简单,通过外侧板32贴附地刷壳体1的外表面,可以提高地刷罩3与地刷壳体1的接合处的密封性能,从而提高地刷100在尘气入口301处的吸力,以便于更好的除尘,提高地刷100的除尘能力。
进一步地,如图2至图5所示,地刷罩3还包括内侧板33,内侧板33为设在底板31上的环形,且内侧板33位于外侧板32内侧,尘气入口301设在内侧板33的内侧,内侧板33的外表面贴靠在地刷壳体1底部的内表面上。由此,进一步地提高了地刷罩3与地刷壳体1的接合处的密封性能,从而提高地刷100在尘气入口301处的吸力,以便于更好的除尘,提高地刷100的除尘能力。
有利地,如图2所示,地刷壳体1底部的边沿设有向内延伸的凸缘13,凸缘13抵靠在内侧板33的外表面上。由此,便于地刷罩3与地刷壳体1的配合,提高了地刷罩3的安装和拆卸效率,而且也进一步地提高了地刷罩3与地刷壳体1之间的密封性能。
在本发明一个具体实施例中,地刷壳体1包括地刷上盖11和地刷底座12。地刷上盖11的底部敞开。地刷底座12设在地刷上盖11的底部,且地刷上盖11与地刷底座12扣合,地刷底座12的底部敞开。地刷罩3设在地刷底座12的底部,地刷底座12底部的边沿设有向内延伸的凸缘13。
地刷罩3包括底板31、外侧板32和内侧板33,内侧板33为设在底板31上的环形,且内侧板33位于外侧板32内侧,尘气入口301设在内侧板33的内侧,尘气入口301形成在底板31上,且外侧板32的内表面贴附地刷底座12底部的外表面,内侧板33的外表面抵在凸缘13上。
其中,所述内、外是相对于尘气入口301而言的,远离尘气入口301的方向为向外的方向,朝向尘气入口301的方向为向内的方向。
如图2和3所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,尘气入口301呈两端尺寸小中部尺寸大的弧线形状,地刷罩3的底面的前部为倾斜的斜面。由此,可以便于地刷100的吸灰,使灰尘等可以快速地通过尘气入口301进入地刷100内。
具体而言,参照图2,地刷罩3的底面的前部为前端高后端低的倾斜斜面,从而可以方便地刷100的移动,尘气入口301处与地面保持平行,地刷100前进方向有斜面保持地 刷运行的顺畅减少阻力。
尘气入口301的面积小于地刷壳体1底部敞开形成的开口的面积。由此,可以提高地刷100的吸力,使地刷100可以快速地吸入灰尘,从而提高了地刷100吸灰的效率和效果,避免或减小二次污染。
有利地,地刷罩3一体注塑成型。由此,使地刷罩3结构简单,成型方便,而且还提高了地刷罩3的密封性和强度,从而不仅提高了容纳腔101的密封性能,提高除尘吸力,而且还增加了地刷罩3的使用寿命。
根据本发明实施例的吸尘器,包括根据本发明前述实施例的用于吸尘器的地刷100。
根据本发明实施例的吸尘器,具有根据本发明前述实施例所述的用于吸尘器的地刷。由此,可以通过尘气入口301将尘土等吸入地刷100内,而且地刷罩3封住地刷壳体1的底部,可以提高地刷100的密封效果,从而提高地刷的吸力,使全部或大部分的灰尘均可以被吸附地刷100内,从而有效的避免或减少二次污染,提高除尘能力。
本发明提出一种解决现有立式机和卧式机的地刷地板除尘能力不够的方案,此方案:在立式机的地刷头(滚刷部分)和卧式机的地刷上安装一个可拆卸的罩用来增加地刷部分的气密性和真空度,从而实现提高地刷部分地板缝隙除尘能力的效果。
装配地刷罩3后,地刷罩3与地刷壳体1之间形成一个接近密闭空间灰尘在此空间无法逃逸出去。此种方案为卡接,装配简洁方便,但并不仅限于此种结构。在地毯上使用时,摘掉地刷罩,在地板上使用时套上地刷罩即可使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,包括:
    地刷壳体,所述地刷壳体的底部敞开;
    滚刷,所述滚刷设在所述地刷壳体内,且所述滚刷的刷毛的至少一部分伸出所述地刷壳体的底部;
    地刷罩,所述地刷罩可拆卸地设在所述地刷壳体底部且封住所述滚刷壳体,所述地刷罩与所述地刷壳体配合形成容纳腔,所述滚刷容纳在所述容纳腔内,且所述地刷罩上形成有与所述容纳腔连通的尘气入口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述地刷罩与所述地刷壳体通过卡扣连接、螺钉连接或魔术贴连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述地刷壳体包括:
    地刷上盖,所述地刷上盖的底部敞开;
    地刷底座,所述地刷底座设在所述地刷上盖的底部,且所述地刷底座与所述地刷上盖扣合,所述地刷底座的底部敞开,所述地刷罩设在所述地刷底座的底部。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述地刷罩包括底板和外侧板,所述尘气入口形成在所述底板上,且所述外侧板贴附所述地刷壳体的外表面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述地刷罩还包括内侧板,所述内侧板为设在所述底板上的环形且位于所述外侧板内侧,所述尘气入口设在所述内侧板的内侧,所述内侧板的外表面贴靠在所述地刷壳体底部的内表面上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述地刷壳体底部的边沿设有向内延伸的凸缘,所述凸缘抵靠在所述内侧板的外表面上。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述尘气入口呈两端尺寸小中部尺寸大的弧线形状,且所述地刷罩的底面的前部为倾斜的斜面。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述尘气入口的面积小于所述滚刷壳体底部敞开形成的开口的面积。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述地刷罩一体注塑成型。
  10. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的用于吸尘器的地刷。
