一种电子烟,包括供电装置、控制装置、烟草加热装置、烟液雾化装置,所述供电装置用于向所述控制装置、烟草加热装置、烟液雾化装置提供电能,烟草加热装置、烟液雾化装置具有相通的烟雾出口,所述控制装置分别与所述烟草加热装置、烟液雾化装置电性连接,所述控制装置用以在接收到烟草雾化指令时,控制所述烟草加热装置中的烟草雾化,并在满足烟液雾化条件时控制所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液雾化,且所述烟草加热装置产生的烟、烟液雾化装置产生的雾混合后从烟雾出口排出。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述控制装置包括控制元件、与所述控制元件电性连接的第一触发元件以及与所述控制元件电性连接的第二触发元件,所述控制元件接收到第一触发元件发出的指令后,控制所述烟草加热装置中的烟草雾化,所述控制元件接收到第二触发元件发出的指令后,控制所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液雾化。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述控制装置包括控制元件与第一触发元件,所述控制元件接收到第一触发元件发出的指令后,控制所述烟草加热装置中的烟草雾化,在加热满足预设条件后,控制所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液雾化。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述预设条件为:雾化烟草的时长达到预定时长,和/或,气流流速达到预设阈值,所述气流流速由所述电子烟中设置的气流传感器检测得出。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述控制装置用以在所述烟草加热装置加热后的温度达到预设阈值时,提示用户开始抽吸。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述烟草加热装置包括加热元件和烟草存储元件,所述加热元件设有多个由所述控制装置分别控制的加热段,所述控制装置还包括设置于烟雾出口位置用以检测目标物质的含量的烟雾传感器,所述控制装置在所述目标物质的含量小于预设值时,控制加热元件增加一个加热段加热,所述目标物质为所述烟草中区分于所述烟油的物质。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述控制元件按照气流通过方向控制所述多个加热段中的各个加热段依次加热。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述控制装置在所述目标物质的含量小于所述预设值时,控制当前正在加热的加热段停止加热,并控制当前加热段在气流方向上的下一个加热段开始加热。
本发明还提供一种电子烟的控制方法,用于上述的电子烟中,所述方法包括:在接收到雾化烟草的烟草雾化指令时,雾化所述烟草加热装置中的烟草;在满足烟液雾化条件时,雾化所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述在满足烟液雾化条件时,雾化所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液包括:在接收到第二触发指令后,雾化所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述在满足烟液雾化条件时,雾化所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液包括:在雾化所述烟草满足预设条件后,雾化所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述预设条件为:雾化烟草的时长达到预定时长,和/或,气流流速达到预设阈值,所述气流流速由所述电子烟中设置的气流传感器检测得出。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述方法还包括:在所述烟草加热装置加热后的温度达到预设阈值时,提示用户开始抽吸。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述烟草加热装置包括加热元件和烟草存储元件,所述加热元件设有多个由控制装置分别控制的加热段,所述控制装置还包括设置于烟雾出口位置用以检测目标物质的含量的烟雾传感器,所述目标物质为所述烟草中区分于所述烟油的物质,所述在接收到雾化烟草的烟草雾化指令时,雾化所述烟草加热装置中的烟草包括:当烟雾传感器检测到烟雾中的所述目标物质的含量小于预设值时,控制加热元件增加一个加热段加热。
在其中一个实施方式中,按照气流通过方向控制所述多个加热中的各个加热段依次加热。
在其中一个实施方式中,当所述烟雾传感器检测到所述烟雾中的所述目标物质的含量小于所述预设值时,控制当前正在加热的加热段停止加热,并控制当前加热段在气流方向上的 下一个加热段开始加热。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器中存储有至少一条程序指令,所述处理器通过加载并执行所述至少一条程序指令以实现如权利要求8至14任一所述的控制方法。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、通过控制装置在接收到烟草雾化指令时,控制烟草加热装置中的烟草雾化,并在满足烟液雾化条件时控制烟液雾化装置中的烟液雾化,且烟草加热装置产生的烟、烟液雾化装置产生的雾混合后从烟雾出口排出,实现对烟草与烟液进行混合雾化,既能对人体健康有益,口感也更接近于真烟,容易被用户所接受,又能避免烟液提前雾化后,由于加热元件没有气流流过而导致干烧;
2、通过控制装置包括控制元件与第一触发元件、第二触发元件,控制元件接收到第一触发元件发出的指令后,控制所述烟草加热装置中的烟草雾化,控制元件接收到第二触发元件发出的指令后,控制所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液雾化,来实现烟草加热装置与烟液雾化装置先后雾化,这种控制方式操作直观,性能可靠;
3、通过控制装置包括控制元件与第一触发元件,控制元件接收到第一触发元件发出的指令后,控制所述烟草加热装置中的烟草雾化,在加热满足预设条件后,控制所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液雾化,来实现烟草加热装置与烟液雾化装置先后雾化,这种控制方式能实现烟液雾化装置雾化的自动控制,操作简单,提升用户的舒适感和尊贵感。其中,所述预设条件可以是雾化烟草的时长达到预定时长,和/或,气流流速达到预设阈值,气流流速由电子烟中设置的气流传感器检测得出;
4、通过烟草加热装置包括加热元件和烟草存储元件,使气流通过所述加热元件加热后到达烟草存储元件中的烟草,实现烟草加热雾化,加热元件设有多个由控制装置分别控制的加热段,控制装置还包括设置于烟雾出口位置用以检测目标物质的含量的烟雾传感器,控制装置在烟雾中目标物质的含量小于预设值时,控制加热元件增加一个加热段加热,从而可节省能量,精确控制烟雾中烟草浓度,进一步提升电子烟的口感。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体而非限定的实施例对本发明加以详述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解。
如图1、图2所示,本发明实施例电子烟包括供电装置1、控制装置、烟草加热装置、烟液雾化装置。供电装置1、烟草加热装置、烟液雾化装置三者并排设置,形成盒状。
供电装置1用于向所述控制装置、烟草加热装置、烟液雾化装置提供电能。在本实施例中,供电装置1为可拆装的电池。
烟液雾化装置位于供电装置1一侧,包括烟液存储元件71和雾化元件73。烟液存储元件71包括用以收容烟液的储液腔711。储液腔711为环状,内设有第一气流通道712。第一气流通道712底部形成整个电子烟的气流入口。在其它实施例中,储液腔可以设多个,各储液腔存储不同的烟液,比如尼古丁浓度不同或口味不同等等。
雾化元件73包括加热件731(本实施例为加热丝)以及分别与加热件731相连的导液件732(本实施例为导液棉)。导液件732两端分别伸入储液腔711中,将储液腔711中的烟液吸至加热件731中加热雾化。
烟草加热装置位于烟液雾化装置远离供电装置1的一侧,包括固定座51、加热元件52、烟弹53以及烟弹固定件54。固定座51包括水平部511与竖直部512,竖直部512位于远离烟液雾化装置的一侧,水平部511在靠近烟液雾化装置的一侧与顶面之间设有水平部通道。
加热元件52竖直安装于固定座水平部511上,位于储液腔711与竖直部512之间,其设有多个相互传导且沿气流通过方向依序加热的加热段。各加热段由控制装置分别控制,这样,由于下加热段发热之后,可以自动传导至上加热段,并且,下加热段加热后的气流也会随着抽吸上移,预热上加热段,节省了加热时所需的能量。
烟弹固定件54安装于烟液雾化装置与固定座51上部,其底面贴置于储液腔711与竖直部512的顶面,中部设有凹陷部541用以固定烟弹53于其中。烟弹固定件54在与储液腔711相接处到凹陷部541内壁之间设有固定件气流通道。
烟弹53用于存储香烟、烟丝或者再生烟叶中的一种或多种,设有头部531用以可拆装地固定于烟弹固定件54上,头部531中部设有头部通孔532,下部设有套筒533,套筒孔534与头部通孔532相连通,头部通孔532顶部形成整个电子烟的烟雾出口。套筒533对应第三气流通道设有开孔。套筒孔534的孔径大于加热元件52尺寸,使套筒533内壁与加热元件52之间具有第一间隙535。在其它实施例中,可以不采用可拆装的烟弹,而采用其它结构的 烟草存储元件,例如可以直接更换香烟、烟丝或者再生烟叶的存储结构。
因此,气流入口与烟雾出口之间形成第二气流通道与第三气流通道。如图2所示(箭头所指示方向为气流流向),第二气流通道包括水平部通道、第一间隙535、套筒孔534、头部通孔532,使气流从气流入口进入,经水平部通道、第一间隙535、套筒孔534、头部通孔532,从烟雾出口排出,气流经过烟草加热装置,携带所述烟草加热装置产生的烟,从烟雾出口排出。第三气流通道包括第一气流通道712、固定件气流通道、套筒孔534、头部通孔532,使气流从气流入口进入,经第一气流通道712、固定件气流通道、套筒孔534、头部通孔532,从烟雾出口排出,气流穿过烟液雾化装置,携带所述烟液雾化装置产生的雾,从烟雾出口排出。这样,就能使得烟草加热装置产生的烟、烟液雾化装置的雾在套筒孔和头部通孔混合后从烟雾出口排出。
可选的,电子烟中还可以包括用于检测烟草加热装置或者烟草加热装置加热后的烟草的温度的温度传感器,在温度传感器检测到的温度达到预设阈值时,说明此时烟草已经开始雾化也即用户此时可以正常抽吸得到烟草雾化得到的烟雾,因此,此时,控制装置可以发出提示进而提示用户开始抽吸。其中,发出提示的方式可以为震动、响铃、亮灯等等,对此并不做限定。
如图3所示,控制装置与烟草加热装置、烟液雾化装置电性连接,分别控制烟草加热装置、烟液雾化装置,用以在接收到加热烟草指令时,控制烟草加热装置中的烟草雾化,并在满足烟液雾化条件时控制烟液雾化装置中的烟液雾化。
控制装置包括PCB板31以及与PCB板31相连的多个电子元件。本实施例中,电子元件包括按键32、显示屏33、烟弹传感器、气流传感器等。PCB板31设于供电装置1远离烟液雾化装置的一侧,板上设有控制元件。按键32与显示屏33位于PCB板31远离供电装置1的一侧(即外侧)。按键32用于让用户触发加热和/或雾化的操作,显示屏33为触摸显示屏,用来显示状态或提示用户,还可用来进行触发。在其它实施例中,显示屏33也可以为普通显示屏,只用来显示状态或提示用户。烟弹传感器位于烟弹固定件54上,用于感应烟弹53是否插入,可以是压力传感器、磁性感应器或者光敏传感器(当然,在其它实施例中,也可不用烟弹传感器,而由用户直接判断烟弹53是否插入)。气流传感器设置于烟雾出口位置,用以检测烟雾出口处的气流流速。
本实施例中,控制装置还可以包括设置于烟雾出口位置用以检测目标物质的含量的烟雾传感器,这样,控制装置在目标物质的含量小于预设值时,控制加热元件增加一个加热段加热。目标物质可以为烟草中区分于烟油的物质,比如,一氧化碳、重金属元素等等,在此不再赘述。当然,实际实现时,检测到的目标物质的含量小于预设值时,为了防止烟草过度加 热之后影响口感,控制装置可以控制加热元件中的当前加热段停止加热,并控制气流通过方向上的下一个加热段开始加热。
抽吸操作时,先将烟弹53插在加热元件52上。当烟弹53插入加热元件52后,烟弹传感器感应到烟弹53已经插入,则控制装置提醒用户可以开始雾化控制。
电子烟的控制方法包括如下两步骤:
在接收到雾化烟草的烟草雾化指令时,雾化所述烟草加热装置中的烟草;
在满足烟液雾化条件时,雾化所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液。
控制方法可以有多种实施方式,如图4所示的第一实施例中,上述两步骤具体为:
当用户通过第一触发元件发出雾化烟草的第一触发指令,控制装置接收到第一触发指令后,雾化烟草加热装置中的烟草;
当用户判断有烟雾产生后或者在收到提示之后,通过第二触发元件发出雾化烟液的第二触发指令,控制装置接收到第二触发指令后,雾化烟液雾化装置中的烟液。其中,用户两次触发指令可以通过按压实体按键、触控、声控、敲击、做出预定手势等方式。
图5所示为控制方法的第二实施例,在满足烟液雾化条件时,雾化所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液包括:在雾化烟草满足预设条件后,雾化烟液雾化装置中的烟液。预设条件可以为:雾化烟草的时长达到预定时长,和/或,气流流速达到预设阈值,气流流速由电子烟中设置的气流传感器检测得出。这样,用户第一次触发加热之后,开始雾化烟草,同时通过雾化烟草的时长是否达到预定时长或通过气流传感器检测气流是否达到预设阈值来判断,若是,则认为用户开始抽吸,此时,自动雾化烟液。无需用户再次触发,简化操作。实际实现时,用户可以在收到提示之后,开始抽吸,进而电子烟通过气流传感器检测气流。
若加热元件设有多个由控制装置分别控制的加热段,控制装置还包括设置于烟雾出口位置用以检测目标物质(本实施例中为烟草中区分于烟油的物质)的含量的烟雾传感器,上述在接收到加热烟草的指令时,雾化所述烟草加热装置中的烟草包括:当烟雾传感器检测到烟雾中目标物质的含量小于预设值时,说明当前位置处的烟草已经基本雾化完毕,此时,为了提升口感,可以控制加热元件增加一个加热段加热。当烟雾传感器检测到烟雾中的目标物质的含量小于预设值时,控制当前正在加热的加热段停止加热,并控制当前加热段在气流方向上的下一个加热段开始加热。
本发明再一实施例还提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括处理器和存储器,存储器中存储有至少一条程序指令,所述处理器通过加载并执行所述至少一条程序指令以实现上述各个实施例所提到的控制方法。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉 本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括供电装置、控制装置、烟草加热装置、烟液雾化装置,所述供电装置用于向所述控制装置、烟草加热装置、烟液雾化装置提供电能,烟草加热装置、烟液雾化装置具有相通的烟雾出口,所述控制装置分别与所述烟草加热装置、烟液雾化装置电性连接,所述控制装置用以在接收到烟草雾化指令时,控制所述烟草加热装置中的烟草雾化,并在满足烟液雾化条件时控制所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液雾化,且所述烟草加热装置产生的烟、烟液雾化装置产生的雾混合后从烟雾出口排出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制装置包括控制元件、与所述控制元件电性连接的第一触发元件以及与所述控制元件电性连接的第二触发元件,所述控制元件接收到第一触发元件发出的指令后,控制所述烟草加热装置中的烟草雾化,所述控制元件接收到第二触发元件发出的指令后,控制所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液雾化。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制装置包括控制元件与第一触发元件,所述控制元件接收到第一触发元件发出的指令后,控制所述烟草加热装置中的烟草雾化,在加热满足预设条件后,控制所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液雾化。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述预设条件为:雾化烟草的时长达到预定时长,和/或,气流流速达到预设阈值,所述气流流速由所述电子烟中设置的气流传感器检测得出。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制装置用以在所述烟草加热装置加热后的温度达到预设阈值时,提示用户开始抽吸。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟草加热装置包括加热元件和烟草存储元件,所述加热元件设有多个由所述控制装置分别控制的加热段,所述控制装置还包括设置于烟雾出口位置用以检测目标物质的含量的烟雾传感器,所述控制装置在所述目标物质的含量小于预设值时,控制加热元件增加一个加热段加热,所述目标物质为所述烟草中区分于所述烟液的物质。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制元件按照气流通过方向控制所述多个加热段中的各个加热段依次加热。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制装置在所述目标物质的含量小于所述预设值时,控制当前正在加热的加热段停止加热,并控制当前加热段在气流方向上的下一个加热段开始加热。
  9. 一种电子烟的控制方法,其特征在于,用于如权利要求1至8任一所述的电子烟中,所述方法包括:
    在接收到雾化烟草的烟草雾化指令时,雾化所述烟草加热装置中的烟草;
    在满足烟液雾化条件时,雾化所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述在满足烟液雾化条件时,雾化所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液包括:
    在接收到第二触发指令后,雾化所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述在满足烟液雾化条件时,雾化所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液包括:
    在雾化所述烟草满足预设条件后,雾化所述烟液雾化装置中的烟液。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述预设条件为:雾化烟草的时长达到预定时长,和/或,气流流速达到预设阈值,所述气流流速由所述电子烟中设置的气流传感器检测得出。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在所述烟草加热装置加热后的温度达到预设阈值时,提示用户开始抽吸。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述烟草加热装置包括加热元件和烟草存储元件,所述加热元件设有多个由控制装置分别控制的加热段,所述控制装置还包括设置于烟雾出口位置用以检测目标物质的含量的烟雾传感器,所述目标物质为所述烟草中区分于所述烟油的物质,所述在接收到雾化烟草的烟草雾化指令时,雾化所述烟草加热装置中的烟草包括:
    当烟雾传感器检测到烟雾中的所述目标物质的含量小于预设值时,控制加热元件增加一个加热段加热。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的控制方法,其特征在于,
    按照气流通过方向控制所述多个加热中的各个加热段依次加热。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的控制方法,其特征在于,
    当所述烟雾传感器检测到所述烟雾中的所述目标物质的含量小于所述预设值时,控制当前正在加热的加热段停止加热,并控制当前加热段在气流方向上的下一个加热段开始加热。
  17. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器中存储有至少一条程序指令,所述处理器通过加载并执行所述至少一条程序指令以实现如权利要求9至16任一所述的控制方法。
